I stayed for two nights on the Imperial Floor, and since I love drinks, it was such a happy stay just thinking back on it! I thought I’d relax in my Room, but between the pool, gym, lounge, and exploring the Hotel, I was happily busy the whole time! I was a bit worried about whether we could truly enjoy our stay with a baby, but thanks to the support of everyone at the Hotel, we had a very meaningful time. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and we received plenty of amenities—absolutely satisfying. The skincare items were from a French brand and I really loved the scent. We were also given bath salts—such wonderful attention to detail! They smelled great as well. They immediately pushed the beds together to help prevent our baby from falling off, and they also prepared a high-quality crib and even a diaper disposal bin—I truly appreciated it all. At the lounge, we could enjoy alcohol at any time of day. The always-available sweets were all Hotel-made and delicious; I especially loved the truffle-flavored kaki no tane. The plated service was also excellent! The staff were easy to talk to, and even when I visited the lounge many times, they welcomed me warmly without making me feel like “Oh, you’re here again!”—which made me very happy. We couldn’t bring our baby into the lounge, but in its own way that felt like part of the experience too! It may feel less extensive compared with The Ritz-Carlton’s lounge, but it offered different kinds of enjoyment—and I left feeling completely happy. The pool and gym were authentic facilities and so much fun! Since I’m not used to gym equipment in everyday life, when I asked how to use it they explained everything kindly—it was very comfortable. Being able to use a golf driving range as well made it even more fulfilling! For breakfast we used Nadaman and Room Service—both were absolutely right choices! At Nadaman they provided rice porridge for our baby. With an outstanding view from our seats as well, it became a wonderful memory. Room Service let us enjoy breakfast elegantly in our spacious Room! Not having to move around adds an extra special feeling. After checkout we used the baby room facilities as well—they were extremely comfortable! We’re not experienced with things like diapers or preparing milk support services etc., so we ended up using it for quite a long time; they accommodated us kindly throughout and it truly warmed my heart. I had been anxious about whether we would be able to enjoy this stay at all—but those worries turned out to be unnecessary. We enjoyed every part of this Hotel more than enough! Thank you so much. I’m looking forward to staying again!

The Room had a beautiful Tokyo Skytree view. The bathroom was separate from the toilet, so I could relax comfortably. Breakfast was delicious, especially the orange juice and omelet. Still, I was surprised that there were so many foreign guests.

Thank you again for your gracious hospitality. We also truly appreciate the gift of rhinoceros beetles and stag beetles for our grandchild. We were able to relax at leisure in the natural hot spring waters of Harazuru Onsen, and the meals—especially breakfast—were excellent. If the rate were a little more affordable, this is an Accommodation we would love to visit more often. Thank you very much for taking care of us during our stay.

I had wanted, at least once, to step into “Salon Yamasato,” the private lobby lounge of Koshinosato—I've felt that way for the past 10 years. As we reached our 60th birthdays as a couple, we decided to make a Reservation and treat ourselves at this milestone. We truly loved the cuisine, amenities, and atmosphere. I was deeply impressed by the high-quality meals—it was an Accommodation with impeccable hospitality in every way. Also, the macarons and gelato at Kaho’s salon were absolutely top-class delicious—I couldn’t stop eating them. The flavor stayed with me, and I kept wondering what brand they were. It made me strongly want to come back again. Thank you very much. The concierge staff were also incredibly kind—simply wonderful.

I love this Accommodation so much that I stay almost every month. This month, I stayed as a birthday treat for myself. I am always impressed by the wonderful hospitality from the front desk and dining staff. Thank you for celebrating my birthday and for the message card and celebratory plate! Although it’s a bit far from Shimoda Station, they offer not only a Shuttle Service from the station but also a Shuttle Service to Sotoura Beach. If you plan to relax nearby, you won’t feel inconvenienced at all even without renting a car. There is a complimentary drink bar inside the property, and it was great that we could even enjoy beer and highballs. The pool is also available, and all the staff were very kind and helpful. What stood out most was the excellent service for children. They handed out “Rock-Paper-Scissors Rally Cards,” and if kids won three times against staff members, they received fireworks. At night, we used them to have fun on the beach, and our child was absolutely delighted. Just as the Reviews we checked in advance said, this really is a wonderful Hotel. If we have another chance to visit Shimoda, we would definitely stay here again.

This was about my fourth visit, and it had been a while since the last time, but once again I had a thoroughly satisfying stay in every respect. As it was just the beginning of September, we were served dobin-mushi and matsutake mushroom rice, allowing us to enjoy the flavors of autumn a little early. Everything was delicious. The Room was spotless, and the entire property felt clean and well maintained. Above all, every staff member was polite and composed; meals were served at just the right time, and they always seemed to be attentively looking out for guests in a natural way. It made for a truly comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

Having visited Yoko no Kaze before, we stayed here this year. Our family has grown, and our daughter-in-law joined us as well. They kindly prepared Rooms next to each other for us. At Kumoba Terrace, we took our time enjoying alcohol and fresh juice, and the lit bonfire and birch forest were truly soothing. In the spacious, clean Room, we relaxed in the Onsen brought from Ueda City. The cuisine was outstanding—seasonal and beautifully presented. We enjoyed everything from the scallop takikomi rice to dessert, though the portions were a bit large for me. As it was our daughter-in-law’s birthday month, we requested a surprise message plate. She was very happy, which made us glad as well. Thanks to the thoughtful staff, we were able to add another precious family memory. Thank you very much.

We stayed here a few years ago, and returned again because my husband said he “definitely wants to come back.” The welcome sweets—warabi mochi—were so delicious that we bought some as souvenirs. The tatami flooring in the corridors and even inside the elevator was very comfortable, and the open-air bath felt like soaking right in a Japanese garden. Dinner was excellent; we asked for a smaller portion, but it was more than enough. The Room was spacious, and the sunlit table by the window being a sunken kotatsu made it especially relaxing. Many Accommodations ask guests to bring towels from their Room to the public bath, so being able to go empty-handed felt wonderful. Breakfast was also very tasty. We had planned to leave at a leisurely pace, but there were thunderstorms and heavy rain from midnight onward, and we ended up driving for two hours through an intense rain band on our way home. Afterward we saw news about flooding, and we’re worried whether there was any damage to the Hotel or surrounding area. We’re already talking about coming again during apple season. Thank you very much—everything was truly delicious.

We stayed here for our 30th wedding anniversary trip. The meals were simply outstanding. Not only the food but also the tableware was beautiful, and my wife—who loves dishes—was so inspired that she bought lots of Kutani ware during our sightseeing in Kanazawa the next day. It was my wife’s first time in Kanazawa, and she seems to have fallen in love with the city. With only four Rooms, it was quiet, and the bath was excellent as well. We truly enjoyed a relaxing adults-only getaway. We would love to return again, not just for anniversaries.

I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days starting on 8/19. The number of guests changed every day, so we had to move Rooms. Each time, you carried our luggage to the next Room and arranged for us to check in earlier than the scheduled time, which was very helpful. The MUJI room for four people was truly wonderful. The three-person Room was also spacious and had a sofa, so we could relax comfortably. Thank you very much for all your help. It was a very enjoyable Hotel stay. I would like to stay again. I was able to spend a relaxing, luxurious time and truly feel refreshed. Although there aren’t many washing stations in the bath area, each one is separated by partitions, which made it easy to use at my own pace without worrying about others. There was plenty of space, and I enjoyed a very comfortable soak. Both dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and everything from the appetizers onward was delicious. At breakfast, I appreciated being able to choose between rice or rice porridge; the sansho-seasoned baby sardines and lightly seasoned eggplant were especially memorable. The staff’s hospitality was warm and attentive, making my stay comfortable from arrival to departure. I’m truly glad I chose Shikisai Ichiriki.

This is a relaxing Accommodation. The staff always welcome us warmly. There are also several international staff members, and I’m impressed by how well they speak Japanese. I hope they keep up the great work. The food is delicious, and no matter how many times I have it, I never get tired of it. This time, I tried the Western-style breakfast for the first time, and it was quite good. I will visit again. Thank you very much.

Stayed as a family of three in a Junior Suite. The Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was also very delicious, and we would like to stay again if we have the opportunity.

Relax in the Onsen, enjoy delicious meals, soak your feet in the footbath while drinking milk, and take your time admiring the stunning view through the large window from the Room. It was truly wonderful. The food was excellent; every dish was prepared with care by the head chef, and even the tableware was beautiful. The course meal came in just the right portions, and everything tasted great. The breakfast buffet was also all handmade with rich, thoughtful flavors. The Onsen was clean and well maintained, and I went in many times. The staff service was outstanding as well. Their spirit of hospitality showed even in the smallest details, and the service was excellent. My companion was very satisfied too. I felt it’s a Hotel where adults can relax and enjoy a luxurious stay. The 4.6-star rating wasn’t a lie. Unfortunately we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji this time, so I’ll visit again. It was also amazing to lie down and watch the clouds move through a picture-frame-like window. It really is a great Hotel.

I stayed for two nights to attend a concert at Ecopa (one night was booked through another site). Everyone at the front desk was kind and courteous, and I truly appreciated how supportive they were. The late-night noodles, several kinds of ice cream and dairy drinks, and the breakfast were better than I expected. (Even late at night, the staff serving the noodles greeted me with a warm smile and attentive service.) Breakfast was more than sufficient for a Business Hotel—small side dishes, egg dishes, fried shrimp, and fried chicken were all great. I was also surprised by the wide variety of dressings and sauces. Although my Plan did not include breakfast, I ended up adding it on both days. Just one thing: the Room had been renovated and was very clean, but the shower and toilet seemed older, with some mold that couldn’t be fully removed. I think it would be even better if those areas were renovated as well. I had a wonderful stay and would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

We stayed with our 3-year-old and our 2-month-old baby. We chose this Accommodation because the Room has a private open-air bath, and in-room dining—now quite rare—meant we could relax even with small children. About two days before our stay, we received a confirmation call and were grateful for the details about the Shuttle Service pickup location. When we told them our children’s ages, they kindly said, “We’ll make sure your Room is thoroughly cleaned.” The Facility felt a bit dated, but the Room was very clean. Everyone at the Ryokan wore hakama, which looked wonderful. Since we arrived with children, they guided us to our Room first, and being able to complete check-in in the Room was also a big plus. We were welcomed with matcha tea and warabi mochi, which helped us unwind after traveling. With only eight guest Rooms, it was very quiet throughout our stay—comfortable like having a private villa. They had already laid out futons so our child could lie down anytime, and they spoke warmly to our older child by name—thoughtful service that really stood out. Every in-room dining dish was delicious, especially the fish dishes. The private open-air bath attached to the guest Room had a lovely hinoki aroma. It rained on arrival day, but the next morning we enjoyed a bath while looking out at the sea. There is also a reservable open-air bath on the rooftop; after putting the kids to sleep, my spouse and I took turns using it. We even enjoyed stargazing at night—such a special memory. Thanks to all of their thoughtful care, this became an unforgettable family trip. We would love to stay again when we visit Izu. Thank you very much!

I originally planned to stay at a mountain hut for a hike, but the weather turned bad, so I changed plans to sightseeing in Kanazawa and made a Reservation at this Hotel. When I arrived at the parking lot, the building looked old from the outside and I was a little worried, but once I went to the lobby and then to my Room, I was glad I chose this place. First of all, everyone in the lobby was kind, pleasant, and very helpful. The lobby interior was wonderful, and the Room had been beautifully renovated. I had a very comfortable stay. With Kanazawa Castle right next door, it’s also very convenient for sightseeing. Next time I come to Kanazawa, I’d like to stay here again.

Although the weather was unfortunate, we were so glad we chose Kichiyu to spend time with close friends we hadn’t seen in a while. As hospitality professionals ourselves, we tend to be quite critical, but we truly felt that your company philosophy is shared throughout the team—from the cleaning staff to the front desk and everyone who interacts directly with guests. In particular, near the end of breakfast when it’s understandable for buffet dishes to run low, we really appreciated the thoughtful male staff member who quietly replenished items. We’re already thinking about coming back again. Thank you very much.

The Hotel, located just steps from Kyoto Station, exudes luxury, and the lobby blends modern design with a distinctly Kyoto atmosphere. I initially had a concern about my Room, and when I called, the front desk staff responded immediately and arranged a Room change. I was truly grateful. Thanks to that, I was able to relax and fully enjoy my stay at the Hotel. As expected of a top-class Hotel, they proposed the best solution from the guest’s perspective, and it was a moment that truly reflected their hospitality. Every dish at the breakfast buffet was delicious, and with such a wide selection, my friend and I were very satisfied as we talked about coming back together to try what we couldn’t eat this time. In particular, the smoothies were excellent—my friend was genuinely impressed. It was an extremely satisfying stay, and this has become one of the Hotels I will definitely return to.
