Within walking distance of Toshogu Shrine, the location is excellent. The free shuttle bus was also convenient. Since the Facility is old, I would rate the guest rooms and Facility 3 stars; the bath 4 stars because we could also use Senhime. The meals were plentiful and tasty, and the staff were kind. Considering the cost as well, overall satisfaction is 5 stars.

The Facilities are complete and more than sufficient. It’s just a few minutes on foot to a huge 24-hour supermarket called Harows, and access to the downtown area is excellent. Recommended for savvy travelers who want to enjoy the local vibe at an izakaya, sleep well, and head out early the next morning. Despite its very “business hotel” look, it has a warm, domestic feel. For example, the large public bath changing area is stocked with fresh towels in multiple sizes with a note like “If you forgot yours, please feel free to use these,” and there’s even an elevator notice (with photos) saying “Two rental bicycles available.” Even if you don’t use them, just seeing these touches feels comforting. You can really sense the manager’s personality coming through.

Conveniently located near the dining and entertainment district, I stay here regularly. The large public bath and delicious breakfast always leave me very satisfied. All staff were kind and courteous, making my stay comfortable. I would like to stay here again.

This was my second stay, and I felt truly refreshed and very satisfied. Thank you!

I want to eat Hida beef! I want to enjoy sake while watching the snow! I want to relax in an onsen! All my wishes came true. I was satisfied with everything: the food, customer service, onsen, overall cleanliness of the property, and the warm atmosphere. I will use it again.

The location and the staff’s service were excellent. I stayed here for work. It’s conveniently located near the subway station, with a convenience store close by, and great value for being in the city center. I used it during a business trip.

The hotel staff are friendly, the environment is comfortable, and the location is convenient for shopping.

Stayed for one night on 2/23-24. The children were excited by the snowy scenery, which is different from Tokyo. The meals were delicious, and we could see fireworks from the Room, making it a wonderful memory. I couldn't use the large public bath because of my tattoo. There is also a bath in the Room, so it was not a problem. There was no razor among the amenities, so I took one from the large public bath. The futon was thin and uncomfortable for those who usually sleep in beds. The biggest issue was that many cars couldn't climb up the icy slope at the entrance of the parking lot even with snow tires; ours was one of them. If that area had been cleared of snow, there would have been no complaints. Since my children want to visit again, we will continue to use this place in the future.

The alarm kept ringing every morning after 4 a.m., disrupting my sleep. Since it was on snooze, it went off multiple times. If you weren't going to wake up, I wish you had turned off the snooze function.
