The staff are always courteous and attentive, making my stay very comfortable. The Room is thoroughly cleaned, the bed is very comfortable, and I can truly relax, so I keep coming back. The bamboo lanterns in the garden change little by little with each season, and I look forward to strolling around every time. At the club lounge, the beer server was available from tea time, which was just what I needed after being worn out by the heat. This time, I also enjoyed warm, freshly made pancakes from the pancake maker—it really lifted my spirits. It’s wonderful that there’s always something new to experience. I’m looking forward to visiting again next time.

This was my first time in Himeji to see an opera. I considered other options, but chose this Hotel because of the Nikko brand, a separate bath and toilet, on-site parking, and even a club floor. However, the parking lot fills up quickly (it’s near the station and there aren’t many spaces), which made me nervous as a guest traveling from far away. A male staff member at the parking entrance kindly secured the last available space for me, which was a huge help—thank you very much. It would be great if parking could be reserved when making a Reservation, though I understand it may be difficult to manage. I also appreciated that parking is free for club-floor guests. The Facility feels a bit dated in places, but the Room has been renovated for comfort and convenience, with no shortage of amenities. The ReFa shower and hair dryer were excellent. The toilet wasn’t just updated cosmetically—the fixtures and piping also seemed new, making it very easy to use. The pajamas were a comfortable two-piece set with a soft feel and relaxed fit. It was quiet at night and I slept very well. The lounge made me wonder if this price is really okay—the food and drinks were impressively plentiful. Not only alcohol but also a great selection of HARNEY & SONS teas; the cinnamon tea recommended by one of the hotel staff was so good that I bought some afterward. Overall, the service was pleasant throughout and I could truly relax. Breakfast offered an extensive variety of both Japanese- and Western-style dishes—so much that even with my big appetite I couldn’t try everything. Live-cooked egg dishes are common at Hotels, but this was my first time seeing burgers made to order right in front of me. The burger was delicious—and perfectly sized as well. And the Awaji Island milk was outstanding. With no time limits on parking or lounge access, I could visit Himeji Castle and shop in the arcade as well. This isn’t just convenient for guests—it also feels like support for local revitalization efforts. Breakfast included many locally inspired items, and even the vending machines next to reception carried products from local confectionery shops—another nice touch. I don’t often have reasons to come to Himeji, but I’d love to return for a relaxing staycation. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

I stayed here after hearing that the breakfast is highly rated. It really was delicious—well-made, clearly homemade, and truly satisfying. I’m glad I stayed. It was my first time staying at a Hokke Club, and it made me want to stay at Hokke Club hotels in other locations as well. I really appreciate being able to enjoy local specialties so deliciously. It was my first stay in several years. Due to my own booking mistake, it was a smoking Room, but the front desk offered to prepare an air purifier; the smell did not bother me that much. The Room was spacious, and I enjoyed the meals—they were delicious. Above all, the staff, including the front desk team, were truly wonderful—always smiling and pleasant. Thank you very much. It made for a very good trip.

Staying at Haimurubushi—an Accommodation I’d always wanted to try—was a dream come true. From the pickup at the port, the service was excellent in every way! Even during our summer vacation trip, we didn’t have to wait in line for anything, and we truly enjoyed a relaxing island pace of life. Our whole family was very satisfied.

I have visited Ikaho several times for Onsen-hopping, and this time I stayed at Kishigon, which I had wanted to try for a while.\n\nI really enjoyed visiting the three different baths. In particular, Gonzaemon-no-Yu had a wonderful atmosphere and became my favorite.\n\nWhen I visited Ikaho last time, I stayed at another Onsen Accommodation with the same Golden Hot Spring water, but it was disappointingly lukewarm, so I was a bit worried. However, at Kishigon the temperature was just right for me and it was excellent.\n\nThe view from the Room was great as well. At the post-bath lounge area (available only during certain hours), we could enjoy alcoholic drinks, and in the lounge we could have coffee.\n\nSince the stone steps are right in front of the Accommodation, it was easy to take a stroll after check-in or after dinner.\n\nOverall, it was great value—there were so many things to enjoy at a reasonable price.

The bed was very comfortable and easy to sleep in. The pillow suited me perfectly—I almost wanted to take it home. It was also just a 2–3 minute walk to the Nakanoshima Museum of Art, which made evening visits very convenient. There were plenty of dining options nearby—if anything, it was hard to choose. If I have the opportunity, I would love to stay again. Thank you.

I recommended this Hotel for a business trip stay. Although we made a Reservation for a single, it seems we were upgraded to a twin Room, which was greatly appreciated. Since my colleague stayed at the same Hotel, we were able to hold meetings in the spacious Room, which was very helpful. The breakfast is excellent, so I advised going early; it seems the front desk mentioned this as well. Because it’s popular and gets crowded, going early was the right choice. A park with an ocean view is also just a short walk away, making a morning stroll very pleasant, and I will definitely choose this Hotel again next time. This time we were able to stay within budget and are very satisfied. Thank you very much.

It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but the Room was comfortable, the amenities were well stocked, and it was quiet—making for a very relaxing stay. The nearby yakitori restaurant was delicious, and we also enjoyed a long-established coffee shop for breakfast and a shrine full of history. It made for a wonderful trip to Nagoya. My spouse and I stayed here, and it was such a wonderful Hotel that we truly thought, “We want to stay again.” The moment we stepped into the Room, a soft, pleasant aroma filled the air—and beyond that were huge windows spanning the entire space. The beautiful ocean stretched across the full view, and we were so moved that we couldn’t help saying “Wow.” Even in the morning, when we got out of bed and opened the curtains, we were amazed all over again by the sea right in front of us. It felt as if we were one with the ocean, and throughout our stay we found ourselves gazing out the window again and again. The dining was also outstanding. The Japanese course meal was delicious from start to finish, and you could really taste how fresh each ingredient was. The drink pairing to match each dish was great fun as well, and taking time to savor each combination became a special memory for us as a couple. Thanks to our Diamond member benefit with a 12:00 checkout time, after the standard 11:00 checkout time had passed we were able to use the rooftop lounge almost as if it were reserved just for us. Enjoying coffee in that quiet space while looking out at the ocean in front of us was pure bliss—an incredibly luxurious moment that felt like having the sea all to ourselves. The staff’s attentiveness was exceptional. At dinner, one male staff member carefully timed our drinks and shared thoughtful explanations about each dish. At breakfast, a young female staff member was cheerful and easy to talk with; thanks to our enjoyable conversation, even the meal tasted better. I was also touched when a housekeeping staff member noticed I had both hands full with coffee cups and quickly opened the door for me. Just one note: the road leading up to this Hotel is quite narrow, and since it was during Obon season with many people around, I felt slightly uneasy driving in. When I got lost on my first attempt and called the Hotel, a staff member came down to guide me—an act of kindness I truly appreciated. The view, food, hospitality—everything was excellent. It was a genuinely relaxing stay for us as a couple, and we would love to visit again.

We visited on a family trip to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The parking lot in front of the main entrance was full, but we were able to park in the guest-only area as there was space available. The Onsen in the open-air bath was wonderful, and the meals were packed with delicious Niigata dishes and plenty of sashimi, which our whole family enjoyed. Unfortunately, it seemed there was no live piano performance that day, but another guest played beautifully, and we had a lovely time with coffee. We would like to visit again in a different season. All of the staff were very pleasant—thank you very much.

Both check-in and check-out were smooth, and the reception staff’s explanations were easy to understand. The only downside was that many guests arrived at the breakfast venue when it opened at 7:00 a.m., which caused a wait and left us with less time on a busy morning.

We stayed here during a family visit. The single room was spacious enough and functional. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

Only one drink of either beer or hoppy was included, but the all-you-can-drink alcohol option was great. Since we arrived late, it was disappointing that we couldn’t have the curry and natto (?). I wish they had refilled them as well. Also, the Room was spacious and clean.

Since we didn’t rent a car this time, we traveled by bus from Hakodate Station, but it was only a 3-minute walk from Tropical Botanical Garden-mae, so it wasn’t inconvenient at all. A friend said the interior and the Room were far better than you’d ever imagine from the exterior. I believe I made a Reservation for the cheapest Room type, but to my surprise we were upgraded to what seemed like one of the best Rooms. It was a wonderful, spacious Room with a very comfortable sofa where we could truly relax. If I have the chance to visit again, I’d like to make a Reservation for the best Type A Room. I was looking forward to enjoying sparkling wine in the lounge, Hakodate milk soft-serve ice cream, and Misuzu Coffee—and they even had watermelon as well, which made me really happy. The soft-serve was unbelievably delicious. I don’t usually drink coffee, but Misuzu Coffee is so good that I decided to have it while in Hakodate. Being able to enjoy it as many times as you like until 10:00 p.m. is much appreciated—though my friend mentioned that in the morning there was only Misuzu Coffee. The bath is available even late at night, which is also very helpful. Even if you fall asleep after dinner and drinks, it’s great to be able to wake up and take a bath during the night. Dinner was an omakase sushi course that included fugu tatsuta-age; between the tuna selections and seasonal sushi, everything was satisfying and enjoyable. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of options—I especially loved the soup curry. Overall, I think this is an excellent Accommodation with courteous front desk staff and a very positive impression. Just one thing: many Hotels these days provide deodorizing sprays, but I’m sensitive to fragrances—so I would prefer not having them in the Room or used during bed-making.

It was a compact, easy-to-use Room. The showerhead, hair dryer, and shampoo amenities were all ReFa, which was great. However, it was disappointing that the bathroom had not been fully cleaned. Since it’s close to the station, I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

This was my fourth stay. It’s a wonderful Hotel with great value: an Onsen public bath, unlimited welcome drinks in the lounge until night, and above all, an excellent breakfast. I did notice the limited amenities, but given the outstanding cost performance, it may be unavoidable as a cost-saving measure. However, I would like to see improvement regarding the drinking water in the public bath being unavailable (it may have just been out of order that day). I usually choose a Plan with dinner and breakfast, and for the selectable dinner I ate at “Toyotsune,” but since their station-front branch across from the Hotel is currently closed, this time I chose breakfast only. The breakfast features Oita specialties such as freshly fried tempura from a live kitchen and “Ryukyu,” and you can also make a luxurious TKG using the branded egg “Ran-O.” Even the miso soup included Kurome seaweed from Oita, with a rich dashi flavor. It’s such an impressive spread that I look forward to it every time. The Room was also clean and comfortable with a smart TV. Thank you again for this stay.

The staff provided attentive service, and we had a very comfortable stay. The restaurant has semi-private seating, which allowed us to enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace without worrying about others. The food was delicious, and we were very satisfied. Our Room was in a separate annex, with privacy well maintained, so we could truly unwind. This is a wonderful Accommodation where we would love to stay again if we have the chance to visit Kurashiki.

I stayed with my Chi-poo. The Room was clean, and it was great to have a private open-air bath. It would have been perfect if we could dine in the restaurant together with our dog. The on-site dog run is covered with wood chips, which is a thoughtful, dog-friendly touch. The staff were pleasant, and it was a wonderful Accommodation. At check-out, we also received a discount voucher for our next stay, which makes it easy to return.
