We chose this property for our road trip because of the parking options and the spacious Room. There is a large multi-story parking garage at Urban Plaza about a 3-minute walk away, so we didn’t have to worry about not being able to park. The Room and bed were both spacious and comfortable. With a car, it was reasonably priced and conveniently located for sightseeing, so we were very satisfied.

Upon entering the lobby, we were welcomed by a large aquarium and a spacious lobby, which felt wonderful. I stayed in a universal room with my mother, who has difficulty walking, and she was happy that she could relax and bathe comfortably. The staff were also courteous and attentive, making our stay very pleasant.

The Facility is old, but it’s well cleaned and very tidy. The amenities were fully provided and made for a comfortable stay. The kids struggled a bit with the unfamiliar 3-piece unit bathroom, but it was a good experience. Personally, I was impressed by how easy the combination of the hair dryer holder and cable clip was to use. Yukata are also provided (they were better than those at a large lakeside Hotel). Since we only needed a place to sleep that day, the Facilities and service were more than sufficient. It’s conveniently located close to both the station and the bus stop. In the morning, we had a set breakfast at the Sukiya next door. I’d like to stay again and would recommend it.

This was my second stay this year because I particularly enjoyed the food last time. Originally a bank's retreat, the compact front desk and building layout reflect its history. There is no greeting upon arrival, luggage assistance, or farewell service (you carry your luggage to the third-floor front desk yourself and leave on your own). However, I appreciate the stunning ocean view from the hilltop location and the cozy atmosphere with only 10 rooms. The Onsen features a 78-degree natural hot spring source, with a slightly small but pleasant open-air bath and high-quality massage chairs. This time, I stayed in a Western-style room near the elevator that was added later; it was spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. The only downside was that the sink and toilet were adjacent without separation—though it did provide an open feel upon reflection. Dinner could only be enjoyed at the restaurant (unlike last time when in-room dining allowed for more relaxation), which was disappointing as wearing loungewear is not permitted—I would have preferred to dine in a relaxed atmosphere in loungewear. Starting February next year, dinner times will shift to two seatings; however, I hope they maintain flexibility like now where you can choose every 30 minutes. The food met expectations—delicious despite not using particularly expensive ingredients—with intricate sauces and beautiful presentation that truly felt like fine cuisine. Breakfast also offered plenty of variety and quality. Before dinner at the lounge, I ordered Royal Milk Tea which was so delicious that I ordered it again in the morning while enjoying an elegant atmosphere with ocean views through large windows. A staff member kindly offered to take my photo during this time while explaining distant scenery details—a friendly gesture that elevated my impression of this accommodation’s overall service level. Its convenient distance from Osaka makes me want to visit again!

It was a truly wonderful Onsen. Not only was the water quality excellent, but with one indoor bath and two open-air baths, I never got tired of soaking no matter how many times I went in. There was also a free beer event, and I was very pleased with this unexpected service. Because a typhoon made landfall on the day of my stay, I couldn’t go out to eat in the Onsen town at night, which was disappointing—but thanks to this service, I was able to enjoy drinks in the lobby instead. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and the entire building was kept spotless, so I rated my overall satisfaction as 5. I would definitely like to stay again (next time for winter skiing...).

The staff service, the comfort of the Room, the high-quality meals, and the convenient location—not too far from the station with a convenience store nearby—always make for a fulfilling holiday. The elevator also shows the next floor it will stop at, offering a small but thoughtful touch.

I stayed here with my partner, and we both had a wonderful time. We were upgraded, which made our stay even more special. The Room felt elegant and substantial, and it was a very comfortable space. Every staff member we interacted with was excellent and truly hospitable. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Next time, I’d also like to explore other areas within the Facility.

We searched for an all-inclusive, ocean-view Hotel with breakfast and dinner buffets and a pool, and stayed here as a family during our summer vacation. The wide variety of all-inclusive options, the breakfast and dinner buffets with live cooking stations, the pool, and the many types of Onsen were all wonderful. We also enjoyed the free soap-making activity with our child. Everyone at the Hotel was truly kind. They always greeted us with smiles and attentive service, never showing any sign of being busy or affected by the heat. We were deeply impressed by their hospitality and were able to relax at a very leisurely pace. Even during the Shuttle Service on our departure day, they saw us off at the bus despite how busy mornings are—we were touched until the very end. We would definitely like to stay again. It was an amazing summer memory for both children and adults—everything was taken care of.

I was a bit worried about traffic when driving during the Obon holiday, but I wanted to explore Nishi-Izu freely for the first time in a while, so I decided to go by car. As a result, we arrived close to 5:00 pm, and it was a shame that things felt a little rushed before dinner starting at 6:00 pm. However, it was truly luxurious and delightful to be able to relax and enjoy the wonderful views at the dining venue—just like from the Room—while still having privacy. The in-Room Onsen bath was amazing. For some reason no insects came near, and I enjoyed it comfortably many times until the next morning. We requested breakfast to start at 8:30 am, but that didn’t mean we slept in—we took over an hour from just after 7:00 am to stroll along the Dogashima promenade right in front of us. It made breakfast taste even better. This location is truly rich. We also really appreciated the 12:00 pm check-out time. If you have to finish breakfast quickly, pack up, tidy the Room, and check out at 10:00 am, it feels like bringing everyday life with you and you can’t fully enjoy your stay. Thanks again for such a luxurious and rich stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stunning ocean views and the soothing atmosphere on rainy days, and we were very satisfied with the warm service from the staff and their excellent hospitality. The chinsuko made at the restaurant was delicious, and we were also happy to be able to buy some as a souvenir to take home. Next time, we’d like to stay in and enjoy a relaxing “staycation” at the Hotel!

It was a wonderful Hotel where we could truly enjoy Lake Biwa. The Room offered a panoramic view of Lake Biwa and felt incredibly open and airy. The interior also had a luxurious touch, and we genuinely enjoyed simply spending time in the Room. All of the staff provided excellent service, proactively checking in with us, so we never had any trouble during our stay. The Onsen was especially memorable. The water quality was excellent, and the view of Lake Biwa from the open-air bath was exceptional. On the day we stayed, a crescent moon reflected on the lake’s surface, creating an enchanting scene. The amenities were also high quality. We were very satisfied with the all-inclusive lounge as well. With its high ceilings and spacious atmosphere, enjoying drinks freely while looking out over Lake Biwa was truly fantastic. Dinner featured an outstanding full-course Omi beef meal—so much so that it felt like great value for what you get. There was also a wide selection of drinks, and we were especially happy to see many local sake options available. They paired perfectly with the fresh ingredients. Breakfast was a buffet featuring locally sourced ingredients with plenty of variety. The restaurant had ample seating, so we could dine comfortably without waiting while enjoying views of Lake Biwa. If I had one request, it would be helpful to have a Plan without dinner as an option—this would make it easier for guests on a Multiple Night Stay to enjoy dining out for one evening. For that reason, we changed our stay from two nights to one night this time; however, after actually staying here, it was such an excellent Hotel that we regretted not booking a Multiple Night Stay. Next time, we would definitely like to stay for multiple nights.

We visited with my son’s family. Traveling with our 8-month-old baby, we had some concerns, but even though we made Reservations for two Rooms on different dates, the staff kindly arranged for us to dine together and showed thoughtful care in many situations, which made our stay truly enjoyable. Thank you very much—it became a wonderful memory. My son’s family also said they would like to come again, and we hope to visit again as well.

Even though we only stay two or three times a year, we’re always welcomed so warmly, which makes us very happy. This time, we chose a Plan that included Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial, and we were able to enjoy an elegant and refreshing time. We are always truly grateful to the lounge staff, and it’s genuinely fun to chat with everyone. Although Mr./Ms. A is no longer assigned to the lounge, they kindly came by to see us anyway, and I was delighted to catch up. This visit also brought a wonderful encounter with new staff members (Mr. Y and Mr. S). Both were attentive in every detail, and their friendly conversation made our time in the lounge relaxing and enjoyable. Of course, it was also great to see Mr./Ms. M and Mr./Ms. T as always. We truly love spending time at The Royal Park Hotel. When you say “Welcome back,” it makes us want to reply “We’re home!”—a Hotel that makes us want to return again and again. The restaurants are all excellent—teppanyaki, tempura, and Chinese—and the chefs’ and staff’s service is wonderful as well. The location is fantastic, so we enjoy strolling around the neighborhood or visiting local spots of interest; but no matter how many times we come, The Royal Park Hotel never feels repetitive. We especially love simply relaxing here—these stays have become precious healing time for my spouse and me. Thank you always for everything.

From the Kyoto-style entrance to the lobby, the calm atmosphere and smiling staff make you feel warmly welcomed. I stayed on the 5th floor of this five-story Hotel. There is a large public bath, and the artificial carbonated water bath feels gentle and soothing for tiredness. For breakfast, you can choose one main dish from four options, with the rest served buffet-style. Every menu item was delicious, and the overall food quality was impressively high. I also received a souvenir voucher, which was a lovely gift. This Hotel is conveniently located near Hankyu Karasuma Station and Shijo Subway Station. Kyoto touches are thoughtfully incorporated throughout the Hotel. I think it’s a perfect base for sightseeing in Kyoto.

The sashimi boat platter at dinner was stunning and tasted amazing. Our whole family loved it, and we really enjoyed our drinks. Of course, the other dishes were delicious as well. Breakfast was a buffet, and the sashimi was excellent too. The sauna was very clean and relaxing. It opens from 4:00 a.m., so we could refresh with an early-morning sauna. We’d definitely love to come again.

From spring through late autumn, you can stay with peace of mind without worrying about road conditions. As a compact Accommodation, it offers reliable service, an Onsen, meals, and great value overall. The private bath is free to use with no Reservation required—if the key is in the designated place, you can use it right away—making it an easy-to-understand and fair system for guests. The public bath is not very large but includes a sauna, and you can relax in the silky Onsen at your leisure, making this an Accommodation you can count on anytime.

I had business in Shibuya and chose this Hotel because it’s close to the station. I made a Reservation thinking I’d stay at a more upscale Hotel, and it was absolutely the right choice. The night view was wonderful, the Room temperature control was comfortable, and I opted for breakfast (Japanese style)—the rolled omelet and freshly cooked rice were excellent. Next time, I’d like to use the lounge.

Even though I don’t swim in the sea, I travel solo year-round in search of gourmet Accommodations near the coast (for the food and scenery). I was delighted to be upgraded to a sea-view Room. It was a Japanese-style Room, but it also had a leather sofa and ottoman, so I could stretch out and relax while gazing at the ocean. When I woke up around 5:00, I was able to watch a beautiful sunrise from the Room. There is a calm inner-sea beach right in front of the Accommodation, and there are showers as well—great for families with small children. The meals were outstanding, featuring an abundance of local specialties. My main goal was Wakasa-guji (tilefish), but it was even more delicious than I imagined—the Wakasa-guji ochazuke was exceptional. And the Matsunaga rice was unbelievably good (probably the best I’ve ever had). I didn’t use the public bath and used the shower in my Room instead, but I loved that the shampoo and conditioner were Hokurokusousui—one of my favorite brands—and it helped me relax. Recently there have been more Accommodations renovated from wooden buildings, but some noise—voices and footsteps—is unavoidable. You can often hear children as well. It’s not exactly quiet. However, more than making up for that, I felt each staff member’s hospitality and way of interacting with guests was wonderful. In particular: the woman with glasses who assisted me at check-in; the woman at breakfast (I’m sorry—I forgot your name); and one of the male staff members who kindly gave me helpful advice for sightseeing in Obama after check-out. Thanks to them, it became more than just an overnight stay—I had a chance to learn even more about Obama, making this trip extremely satisfying. I heard that midwinter is especially good for grouper, pufferfish, and Echizen crab. As transportation access improves from here on out, this will be an Accommodation you’ll want to visit even more. Next time it would be perfect if I could borrow a firmer pillow!! Please make that happen on my next visit!! (I can’t sleep if a pillow doesn’t suit me.) I stayed here as a birthday gift for my sister. We were amazed the moment we entered the Room—not only did you prepare a Room with a view of the five-story pagoda, but you also gifted us sparkling wine to celebrate. My sister was absolutely thrilled. In the lounge, we enjoyed a wide variety of drinks and alcohol, along with visually stunning sweets and carefully crafted dishes. At night, we dined at the rooftop bar while taking in Kyoto’s night views. For breakfast, I chose a conger eel hot pot—something rare for a Hotel breakfast—and truly savored Kyoto’s summer flavors. We were also able to visit Kiyomizu-dera early in the morning when it was quiet and uncrowded, which made us very happy. It seems it became a wonderful memory for my sister as well. Thank you very much for taking so many photos for us.

It was a truly wonderful stay. The meals were delicious, and the freshly cooked rice was especially outstanding. The tea shabu-shabu was also excellent. The Room had a great atmosphere, and the premium lounge was lovely as well, so we were able to relax and unwind. This is an Accommodation I would love to return to again and again.
