The stay was stress-free as always. There was no crowd at the reception during check-in or check-out, and we rarely encountered other guests in the elevator. As a family with children, choosing a Hotel with fewer points to worry about is important for us. Thank you for providing champagne and organic orange juice in the refrigerator. The access was excellent since there was an event at Tokyo Dome again. We look forward to staying here next time as well!

This is a highly efficient Hotel with no unnecessary elements, yet everything essential is thoughtfully provided. The reception staff offered exceptionally warm hospitality. Everything was stylishly designed, making for a very comfortable stay. It was so comfortable that I missed the free beer at the lounge in the evening—what a shame! Next time, I definitely want to enjoy beer at the lounge. Thank you very much!

Simple yet comfortable rooms, many of which have separate bathrooms and washbasins. Although there are no windows, the lighting creates a relaxing atmosphere. There is also a space on the floor where you can enjoy tea and unwind. Breakfast is served in two shifts, starting at 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, with each shift lasting 30 minutes, which was surprising. It would have been helpful if this detail was clearly explained during the Reservation process. However, since there seemed to be plenty of seating available, we were not rushed even after the designated time had passed. Still, it made for a slightly hurried morning. The location is excellent with many tourist attractions and restaurants within walking distance.

The front desk staff provided courteous and pleasant service during both check-in and check-out. The complimentary services were exceptional, especially the free dinner bowls, which were the highlight of my stay. I only needed to purchase a salad and edamame from a convenience store to complete a satisfying dinner. That evening, there were curry and two types of bowls (frozen pre-packaged beef bowl and ginger pork bowl), both of which were truly delicious. The free soft drink bar even included an alcohol button, offering highballs and sours, with sake available nearby. Additionally, there were stick drinks, tea bags, soup packets, mini ramen, ochazuke packs, and bean snacks, making the service truly outstanding. However, I was disappointed not to find a cold water pitcher, which I believe is in high demand. The hotel also has an attached izakaya, which I considered visiting if I wanted more drinks. However, the loud voices of some patrons early in the evening made it uninviting, so I decided not to go. When I asked the front desk about takeout options, they mentioned it was a separate business, so they were unsure. In the end, the free bowls and drinks were more than enough, and I didn’t use the izakaya. The breakfast venue is the same izakaya, operating in a buffet style. Nearly half the seating area is used for the food stations, resulting in limited seating and potential wait times depending on the timing. When I stayed at Toyoko Inn Kurashiki, the lobby served as the breakfast area, which was quite small, but they provided takeout bento boxes for room dining, allowing for a relaxed breakfast experience. If the crowding persists, this could be a consideration for improvement. The bed in the room had a springy mattress, which I personally found uncomfortable. This was my second experience, after Cuore Kurashiki Hotel, where I bounced too much during a turn and fell off the bed. The height caused me to hit my knee hard, leaving a significant bruise. The rental services were excellent, so I would appreciate the addition of bed guards or floor impact-absorbing mats for rental. This would provide peace of mind for future stays. It was a very lovely accommodation. The room was renovated and clean, but the highlight was definitely the private bath in the guest room. Being able to enjoy such a wonderful onsen all by myself felt incredibly luxurious. The private onsen with its charming tiled bathtub also had a delightful atmosphere. Dinner was plentiful, and I chose sukiyaki—the meat was delicious. Although it was an all-inclusive plan, I’m not good with alcohol, so I think it would be perfect for those who enjoy drinking. I had a relaxing time alone. Thank you for your hospitality!

The Hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing a very pleasant experience. The staff were all kind and welcoming. It is located about a 10-minute walk from Shibuya Station, yet I was able to enjoy a calm and relaxing stay. If I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay at this Hotel again. Thank you for providing such a peaceful space.

A few days ago, I stayed at a Marriott in another location, and the room layout and design were exactly the same. It was easy to figure out things like the light switches right away. As with my previous stay, both the lobby and room were clean this time as well. Since it was a slightly chilly day and my body felt cold, I did notice that there was only a shower booth available.

It was comfortable, just like the Hotel’s name. The Room was very clean, and I appreciated that it was barrier-free. The only downside is that the accommodation cost is a bit high, but I’ll be back!

This was my first stay, and it was a wonderful Hotel with unlimited drinks for extended hours, including beer and other alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, and coffee, which you can also take into the restaurant. There is also a free stone sauna available for guests, and it wasn’t crowded with tourists so I could relax very comfortably. The lobby and lounge were also very clean. I would like to stay again.

We stayed as a family. The view of Nagasaki from the window was beautiful. There is a lounge available to all guests, and we could easily drop in when we arrived at the Accommodation or after taking a bath. The selection was plentiful, including alcoholic drinks. At night, the lighting is dimmed and it becomes a cozy, atmospheric space, so we enjoyed Nagasaki’s night view while relaxing there. For the dinner buffet, you can choose from three time slots; we picked the earliest one at 5:00 PM, and it was less crowded—highly recommended. Every dish was delicious. I know buffets can be hit or miss, but we were very satisfied. We enjoyed sashimi, sushi, steak, and more. We were also happy that the ice cream was Häagen-Dazs. The baths alternated between men’s and women’s hours, but we especially liked the 11th-floor panoramic bath with its great views. We’ve stayed at many Hotels, but overall everything here was satisfying and it became a wonderful memory. If I had to mention one thing: my preference is for towels to be provided in the bath area so you can borrow them there and return them afterward.

The Onsen temperature and water quality were excellent, and we were very satisfied. There were many types of shampoo available, so we could try different ones—an amazing idea and a first-time experience for us! However, it was disappointing that only one towel was provided and reusing it was expected (additional towels cost extra). We’d like there to be no limit for overnight guests. The guest Room is old, but it’s a satisfying size. As for the air conditioning, there was no heating/cooling switch in each Room—only fan strength adjustment. After the Onsen it felt hot, so we opened the windows fully to cool down with outside air. The meals were delicious and the portions were just right—we finished everything (both of us are women in our 50s). Rice doesn’t come unless you ask for it, but there weren’t many staff members so it was hard to find the right timing. Amenities are available at the front desk, so you take what you need; I think that’s good because it avoids waste. There are yukata and samue as loungewear; we chose samue and that was the right choice. We usually bring our own loungewear when traveling, so we appreciated having less luggage. Overall, it was excellent! Also, we were happy with the welcome drink service (alcohol)—whisky or wine is fine—but we’d appreciate it even more if beer were available.

Thank you for your hospitality. We stayed here on a girls’ trip. Each of us booked our own Room. Everything was handled with great care, and we had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was also excellent. The Accommodation is close to the station, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby, such as izakayas, so we had no trouble finding meals. In the underground area of the station, souvenir shops were open from 9:00 a.m. in the morning as well. Thank you very much.

The staff were very friendly, and there was a lounge where we could relax and enjoy tea at our leisure. The food was delicious, with just the right portions, and we thoroughly enjoyed the desserts as well.

This was my first time staying here. Although construction was underway, I had a comfortable stay. The Room felt like it had been renovated from an apartment, and it was clean and well maintained. The location was convenient, and I would like to stay again.

Close to the station, quiet, excellent facilities (separate bathtub, WC, and washbasin), great bath, and delicious breakfast.

A very user-friendly Hotel I would like to stay here again next time

We stayed in a Compact Suite for a 4-night Multiple Night Stay in winter. We made a Reservation because we were drawn to the location and the concept of “staying as if you live here,” and it truly lived up to that idea. First, the location is excellent. We were able to visit Lake Mashu every day and enjoy how it changes with the weather and time of day. It was also convenient to shop in Teshikaga before or after sightseeing, and access toward Lake Kussharo was easy as well, so we could adjust our plans flexibly depending on how we felt. The services provided and the level of interaction with the staff also felt just right for us. Even without special offerings, we could freely enjoy drinks in the lounge, and by making good use of the refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and electric kettle ourselves, we had a very comfortable stay. We could unwind from everyday social fatigue while still receiving support that never felt inconvenient—highly recommended for guests who prefer minimal interference or for Multiple Night Stay. We booked the dinner course for one night only, but each dish conveyed sincerity toward the ingredients and careful creativity. Everything was delicious, and we’re glad we tried it. One minor point: because the toilet/bathroom fixtures and appliances are very design-focused—and apparently overseas-made (based on labeling)—they weren’t immediately intuitive to use. Once you get used to them, it’s not an issue. Overall, we were very satisfied to be able to spend our time quietly at our own pace throughout the stay without stress or inconvenience.

I stayed one night in Ueda while traveling from Tokyo to Kanazawa. It looks far more stylish than in the photos. I expected a renovated Hotel in an older building, but I was impressed from the moment I stepped into the front desk area, and I also loved the calm atmosphere of the Room. On top of that, the large public bath and sauna were truly outstanding. Every item at the attached bakery looked delicious, and quite a few people came just to buy bread. This is a highly satisfying Hotel that makes you want to stop by Ueda whenever you visit the Nagano area. Because I hope it continues to become an even better Hotel, my only request is this: while I was happy with the breakfast bread selection at the restaurant, I’d like to see a bit more effort put into both the dinner menu and some of the finer details.

The in-room signage and instructions were clear and easy to understand. I really appreciated that light cooking was no problem (please note there is no cooking oil, so it helps to bring a small amount). - If the guests staying upstairs check out early, you can hear cleaning and tidying noises even fairly early (likely due to the building structure). - There was no hand towel for the kitchen sink, so having kitchen paper towels or a small towel to dry hands would be very helpful. These are minor points—overall it was excellent (especially the toilet and bathroom). If I find it at a reasonable price, I’d happily stay here anytime. It’s a great place.
