We stayed in a Room with a semi-open-air bath. It was very clean and stylish. The bath was incredibly relaxing, and since there was also a sauna in the Room, I got to try a sauna for the first time in my life. The cute little duck we could take home was also adorable. All of the staff were truly polite and kind, which really impressed us. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again when we travel to Kobe!

The building itself felt a bit old, but it was well maintained, and the Room was clean. In addition to the bedroom, there was another Room, and the in-room bath included an Onsen bath and a separate shower room, which made it very satisfying. The meals were buffet-style, but the quality was quite high. If you went at the wrong time, there were people waiting in line. The Onsen was also excellent. It’s a Hotel I’d like to visit again.

This was our first time staying here. We made a Reservation with a very good-value Plan, but one person suddenly couldn’t make it. When we informed the staff, they handled it very flexibly, which truly helped us. It was our daughter’s birthday, and they also arranged a birthday cake separately. The staff and other guests offered congratulatory words as well, and our daughter was delighted. The meals included some items prepared in advance, but the Joshu beef sukiyaki and fresh sashimi were especially delicious. Rice, miso soup, dessert, and drinks were served buffet-style, so we could enjoy seconds without hesitation—this was excellent. The Room was very spacious; the tatami mats looked newly replaced, there were no areas that concerned us in terms of cleanliness, and we stayed comfortable throughout. Needless to say, the large public bath had wonderful water quality. There was also a cooler “refreshing bath” available only in summer at a lower temperature, which made it comfortable for the children too. All employees were kind and helpful. Above all, it left an impression to see energetic senior staff cheerfully greeting guests while pushing large carts. Everyone worked so efficiently that it gave us energy as well. I’m sure there are various Reviews out there, but for our family this has definitely become a place of wonderful memories—thank you very much! Also, the flowers were properly arranged with fresh blooms; I admired how well they are maintained despite how much work that must be. Next time we’d love to return with the person who couldn’t come this time as well.

The Hotel staff were very kind and attentive. The meals were delicious and served in generous portions. We were extremely satisfied with our stay at this Hotel!

I often stay here when visiting Naha, Okinawa. The Shuttle Service to the airport is convenient, as it can be arranged to match my flight schedule. There is an Onsen and a sauna, and the rates are reasonable. I also enjoyed the breakfast—it was delicious. I was surprised they even had wine. I was even more surprised that from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM before check-in, alcoholic drinks such as beer and ice cream were available freely. Thank you very much for upgrading me to a high-floor room.

I stayed in the Moon Room on a solo trip. Due to various circumstances, I made a Reservation after 5:00 PM on the day of arrival, and with the same-day discount it was a great deal. Since my expected arrival time was set for 10:00 PM, the Accommodation contacted me, and their warm and kind response raised my expectations. I arrived just before the welcome drink service ended. Soaking in the iconic footbath, I enjoyed sparkling wine poured generously. The Room was more than spacious enough for one person, and although I initially thought the Onsen on the terrace might be small from the photos, it was also plenty for one. It’s a circulated bath from Kiga Onsen, but for someone like me who prefers hotter water, it was just right—and it warmed me up so much that I started sweating. The door from the Room to the terrace is accordion-style, so after daybreak I left it fully open all morning—it felt wonderful. The open-air bath at the large public bath uses free-flowing spring water from Owakudani. As someone who likes Kusatsu and Manza, I felt the sulfur scent was mild, but I still really enjoyed the milky-white water. However, it was unpleasant to have long hairs and fallen leaves cling to my body. In addition to the powder corner in the large public bath area, there is also a separate powder room with a ReFa hair dryer, a Panasonic hair iron, and a Panasonic facial steamer. Since I had been considering buying them anyway, it was great to be able to try them out. (For reference, the hair dryers in the large public bath were Dyson.) There were many negative Reviews online so I felt nervous until actually staying here, but it turned out to be a very satisfying stay. I’m also interested in one of their higher-category detached Rooms (annex), so I’d love to visit again.

I truly appreciate your prompt and courteous assistance, even though I realized on the 4th day of my stay that I had entered the wrong number of nights in my Reservation. I would love to use your service again!

Everything was wonderful. I checked in feeling completely exhausted that day, but the staff kindly offered to show me where the restaurant was if I didn’t mind, and since they could seat me right away, I ended up having dinner there. As I was dining alone, I asked the staff about portion sizes while ordering, and it turned into a truly delicious and happy meal. The Room was just the right size, so I could relax and recover. The next morning I took it easy as well. I got some cake and bread to take out and went to a friend’s Hotel where they were staying to eat them, and they were so good that I regretted not having breakfast here. I’m sure I’ll stay here again next time!

The staff were very kind and made the experience enjoyable and lively. The dishes were impressive, with beautiful presentation, exquisite tableware, and delightful flavors that kept surprising us. Everything was incredibly delicious. Thank you so much! Thanks to you, we had a wonderful trip.

The fresh fish sashimi was outstanding. The meat dishes were also delicious, and we were very satisfied. The service was courteous and attentive. I think this Accommodation would be comfortable with no issues for guests up to their 60s. As Tokiwaya is a traditional Ryokan, I felt there are many challenges in terms of accessibility. I stayed with my 95-year-old mother, so I made a Reservation for a Room with a private bath, but there were many steps inside the Room and the bathtub was deep (my mother was able to step over it), which unfortunately made it difficult to use.

Although it’s a Business Hotel, it felt like a city hotel and was very comfortable. I had breakfast at the first-floor restaurant. The selection and flavors were just right, and I was satisfied.

A cozy, family-run Onsen Accommodation with a warm atmosphere and a nostalgic Showa-era charm. The meals were outstanding, and the open-air bath was more than satisfying. The proprietress’s tea room next to the entrance was a relaxing space.

It was a very beautiful Hotel. I would love to visit again.

The view from the spacious Room felt endlessly open. Since it was a south-facing Room, we could often see planes landing at Kansai International Airport. Even after stepping out briefly, it seemed to detect that and would turn off the TV or require logging in to YouTube again, which was a bit inconvenient but not a big deal. The room service fried chicken seemed to be made with high-quality oil and ingredients, and it was delicious without feeling heavy—we finished it all. It was a little disappointing that the breakfast coffee on the second night was, for some reason, like hot water lightly tinted with coffee.

This was my first stay, and since the Accommodation is new, it was very comfortable. I stayed for three nights, and by putting a sign on the door, they exchanged only the towels outside the door, so I could relax without worrying about anything. The front desk staff were kind and gave me detailed information about convenience stores and buses. The lobby lounge also serves coffee, which was helpful for killing time after checkout. The only drawback is that the bath on the first floor is small and there are only three washing stations—I wonder how it will be during busy periods. Still, it’s close to the station, and I’d like to make this my regular place to stay whenever I visit Kurume. I’ll be back next month for one night!

I used to make Reservations through Toribaco and Hotel.com, but recently local payment has no longer been available. This was my first time booking through this site, and I was able to pay after arriving at the Hotel. I arrived using my car navigation system, but since I was driving, I passed by the entrance. When I called the Hotel, they kindly guided me in detail and directed me all the way to the parking lot, so I arrived safely. After check-in, I was delighted to receive one free beer at the restaurant. Being able to have a second beer for ¥300 or more is a great deal. I stayed in a smoking room, but when I entered, it was a bit hard to figure out how to operate the air conditioner. Breakfast was delicious with seasoning that suited my age (Kansai-style flavors). I would like to stay here again in the future.

This was my third stay. It was my first time visiting in summer, and the lush greenery outside the window was very soothing. There are many international staff members, but everyone works hard and it never feels out of place. This time, I ordered cake and coffee to go from the café lounge, and I really appreciated how a Japanese staff member carefully packed the cup in the cake box so it wouldn’t tip over—such thoughtful attention to detail. I’ll be back again. Thank you very much.

It was just across the crosswalk from Hakata Station’s Chikushi Exit. The Room was a twin, but it was spacious enough to relax comfortably. Even though it was right next to the road, it was quiet at night.

Twice a year, our family treats ourselves to a slightly luxurious trip. This time it was just the two of us, and considering the location and the Room, the price felt surprisingly reasonable—so I was a bit worried. Still, we decided to stay at Kajikaso because of its great location near the shopping street.\n\nUntil we arrived by car and were waiting to check in at the Hotel, I honestly thought we might have made the wrong choice. But after check-in, everything changed: a spacious, bright Room; a garden open-air bath with perfectly heated water flowing continuously; very comfortable beds; and even two TVs. The large public bath was impressive—big enough to swim in—and the temperature was just right.\n\nDinner was excellent, especially the appetizers and sashimi. Drinks ordered via tablet were delivered quickly, and chatting with the staff was truly soothing. We also enjoyed the karaoke room and breakfast—everything was wonderful.\n\nMy husband especially loved the complimentary beer server in our Room.\n\nThank you very much for taking such great care of us!

Thank you very much for such a comfortable stay. The Room was extremely functional, and I was especially impressed by the spacious sofa set along the window. Being able to relax while enjoying the Tokyo view and have a drink there meant there was a comfortable place to spend time besides the bed, and I truly enjoyed simply being in the Room. It felt less like staying in a Hotel Room and more like spending time in a living room. Combined with the high-floor view, it was a wonderfully cozy space. The bed was also generously sized and very comfortable, allowing me to rest well until morning. What left the strongest impression this time was the Club InterContinental Lounge. The seating felt unusually spacious for a Hotel in central Tokyo, so I could spend time there in a very calm atmosphere. Cocktail time was excellent—not just about offering more food, but designed for guests to enjoy an unhurried evening with a cold tapas buffet, made-to-order hot tapas, champagne, and cocktails. In particular, I appreciated that cocktails were properly prepared and delivered to my seat, that original cocktails such as the Saketini were available, and that when my glass of Moët & Chandon started running low, staff kindly asked “Shall I bring you another?” before I even needed to request it. When people think of lounges they often focus on the variety of food and drinks, but what impressed me most was how attentively the staff looked after guests while maintaining such a relaxed environment. In addition, although all key Facilities—such as the pool area (pool), restaurants (restaurant), and lounge—were available within the Hotel (hotel), each had ample space; even spending an entire day inside never felt crowded or confining. After using the pool area (pool), I also ordered onion gratin soup in my Room; it warmed me up perfectly after getting chilled from swimming, and I truly appreciated being able to use my Hotel credit as well. Breakfast could also be enjoyed at leisure until later hours in the club lounge. Along with both Japanese breakfast options (Japanese breakfast) and buffet selections (buffet), an unexpected chef’s signature dish (chef’s signature dish) was absolutely delicious and became a wonderful memory. I felt this Hotel’s greatest appeal is that everything you need is thoughtfully provided—and you can enjoy it freely at your own pace. This stay made it one of those Hotels I would happily return to again whenever timing works out. Thank you very much to all of your staff.
