The meals were delicious, and there were three baths, so we were able to relax and unwind. If we have the chance, we’d love to visit again!

Located in an excellent spot at Kawaramachi Takoyakushi, it is an ideal base for sightseeing in Kyoto. The Room is spacious, and the layout with a vanity sink in the center is very convenient. With a sliding door separating the bedroom and utility area, we were able to sleep very quietly.

I have been staying at Comfort Hotel Hiroshima Otemachi for over 20 years. The room was kept very clean, the breakfast was just right, and I was able to relax. I would like to stay here again during the Flower Festival next year.

I stayed here during a short trip to Hamamatsu while attending a memorial service. It’s in a great location, just a two- or three-minute walk from the station, which was especially helpful in the summer heat. You can really see their efforts to streamline unnecessary services. That said, the amenities were perfectly fine, and I was able to relax and rest well. I was satisfied with both the evening lounge and the breakfast. I had dinner at Unagi Fujita on the second floor of the same building, so I didn’t try the evening curry, but I had a little of the breakfast curry and it was very delicious. If I have another chance to visit Hamamatsu, this is definitely a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

It was excellent! The location is perfect, and there’s a FamilyMart on the first floor. In the morning, I thought it would be self-service, but the staff kindly prepared both a smoothie and coffee for us. Both were delicious, and we really appreciated it. I’d love to stay here again when visiting Tokyo. Thank you very much.

From guidance when entering the parking lot and casual conversation when leaving, to the service at the front desk, everything feels wonderful. (This is entirely my personal opinion.) I have stayed here many times and will continue to do so. Thank you for your continued support.

I often stay here when visiting Kobe because it’s in a quiet area of Kitano, and the spacious layout makes it very relaxing. It takes about 12–13 minutes to get into the city, but it’s an easy walk downhill (though the uphill walk back is tough). There are also restaurants on site, and during my two-night stay I was able to enjoy both Japanese and Western cuisine.

Last year I stayed in the main building, but this year I tried the auberge. On the first day, after watching the sunrise at Inubosaki, I headed south along Sotobo through Katsuura and Kamogawa, visited Nojimazaki Lighthouse, stopped by Awa Shrine, and then returned to this Hotel. First, I relaxed in the scenic-view Onsen to ease my fatigue. Soaking in the bath with the vast Pacific Ocean right in front of me was a truly wonderful experience. Back in my Room, I enjoyed listening to music and reading, savoring a pace of time different from everyday life. One piece of good luck on this trip was having the teppanyaki dinner entirely to myself as a private booking. I enjoyed a delicious meal while chatting pleasantly with the chef and staff. The dishes were carefully selected with a focus on local ingredients, and they were also beautiful to look at. Another bit of good luck was being able to see the sunrise the next morning. The forecast had been cloudy with occasional rain, so I had given up on it—but when I woke up, it was clear. I hurried to the scenic-view Onsen to wait for sunrise and saw it right at the time indicated by the Hotel’s guidance. It made for an incredibly refreshing morning. I could also enjoy breakfast buffet-style in a private room at a relaxed pace—maybe I ate a little too much. On my way home, I headed north along Uchibo and ended up making a full loop around the Boso Peninsula. I would definitely like to visit again when I have another chance.

This Hotel offers great value for money. It is close to the station, and there is also a convenience store nearby, so the location is excellent. The lack of a large public bath is a slight drawback, but overall I am satisfied.

We stayed here recently. As soon as you enter the traditional house, the front desk has a calm atmosphere. All of the staff were very pleasant, which made our stay truly comfortable. With the refreshing sound of wind chimes as you walk down the hallway, the Room is a beautifully cleaned tatami space. The bath requires a bit of effort to reach the open-air bath, but the water is wonderful and helped us relax and unwind. Both dinner and breakfast featured plenty of local ingredients—beautiful to look at, delicious to eat—and there was more than enough to leave us completely full. The drinks at the front desk, along with dog treats and fortune slips, made us feel warmly welcomed. A wonderful Ryokan that we were extremely satisfied with. We will definitely stay again. The staff were friendly, and the Room was clean and comfortable! This time as well, we enjoyed seasonal cocktails at B1F (Bar Anchor).

As I wrote after my previous stay, this Hotel offers classic-hotel service at a Business Hotel price. With hotel rates rising so sharply these days, it reminds me that what truly matters is the people—not superficial renovations. Thank you as always. I look forward to staying with you again when I visit Hiroshima.

Both check-in and check-out were smooth, and the reception staff’s explanations were easy to understand. The only downside was that many guests arrived at the breakfast venue when it opened at 7:00 a.m., which caused a wait and left us with less time on a busy morning.

The title may be a bit over the top, but this is my absolute favorite place—one that needs no introduction. Because of 1899, I can truly rest and then return to everyday life feeling ready to do my best again. This time, I enjoyed matcha every day and felt peacefully fulfilled. I’m also always excited that the breakfast selection has grown even more. It warmed my heart to know the front desk staff remembered me—I was truly happy. Thank you very much. I’m looking forward to the Autumn Rest Plan. I’ll be back again, and I appreciate your continued support.

It was a stay where I encountered wonderful staff after a long time. The front desk, restaurant staff, and cleaning staff were all very pleasant, providing kind guidance and responding to inquiries politely.

My wife and I stayed here together. The Room was spacious and clean, and we were able to relax comfortably. Even after walking around sightseeing all day, we could unwind properly in the calm atmosphere, and we were very satisfied. What especially stood out was the complimentary lounge available to guests. Not only could we enjoy free draft Sapporo beer, but there were also light snacks provided—it was so well stocked that we couldn’t believe it was free. It really felt like Sapporo and greatly enhanced our stay. It was also very convenient that there was a place to store luggage such as suitcases. We could sightsee hands-free even after checkout, so we were able to enjoy the city of Sapporo right up until it was time to leave. On the other hand, the only disappointing point was the showerhead. The water pressure in normal mode was too low and a bit difficult to use, but when switched to massage mode it became too strong, so there wasn’t a comfortable setting in between. If it were up to me, I would replace the showerhead without hesitation. For example, switching to something like the “SANEI Ultra Fine Bubble Shower Head mitos,” which can be purchased for around 10,000 yen, might significantly improve guest satisfaction. That said, aside from the shower everything else exceeded expectations. The complimentary lounge and luggage storage are thoughtful services that guests truly appreciate. My wife and I had a very comfortable stay, and it was also an excellent base for exploring Sapporo. I hope the showerhead will be improved, but even so, I would like to stay here again next time I visit Sapporo.

Above all, the affordable stay was a great help. The amenities included everything I needed, and it was more than sufficient for a No Meals Included stay. For this price, I could sleep in a bed in a private room, and it was quiet around the Accommodation, so I would like to stay again.

I stayed here with my daughter. Both welcome drinks were delicious, and after a long day of walking we were exhausted, so we ended up having second and third refills without thinking. The Room was comfortable, and we were able to relax and rest well. Breakfast was also delicious—I ate too much.
