From the reservation stage, the owner made various thoughtful arrangements to accommodate food allergies. The hotel interior features a rare piano, paintings, and beautiful furnishings, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. Each dish was prepared with care and was both gentle and delicious. Stayed in a dormitory. The room, bed, and shower room were all clean and well maintained. The lounge with an attached kitchen was spacious and comfortable. The foreign front desk staff were also pleasant and helpful. Affordable rates and excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

You can enjoy a carefully prepared meal served in your Room at a relaxed pace. The Facility is old, but it is clean and felt like coming home to my parents’ house. From the window, the view of the mountains of Aone and the sound of birds made me feel refreshed. I would definitely like to visit again.

I stayed here while snow was gently falling. It was a huge help that they stored my luggage both before and after check-in. I stayed in Room 203. It’s a room with a balcony overlooking the garden. The room was very spacious, with a latest-model TV, a ReFa showerhead, a wide vanity, and a bathtub with a washing area. The toilet was fully automatic as well—everything was excellent. All amenities were MIKIMOTO. My hair usually feels rough when I use Hotel shampoo, but at this Accommodation it stayed smooth and silky. There is an guests-only lounge, and it was a lovely service that coffee, tea, and more were available freely until midnight. I also appreciated being able to take drinks back to my Room. I had coffee at check-in, and it matched my taste perfectly—really delicious. The breakfast I had been looking forward to was 100/100. I’ve eaten at luxury Hotels before, but this may have been the best I’ve ever had. Everything was wonderful, but what especially stood out were the yuzu-scented okara (unohana), fu dengaku, the white-dashi miso soup, and the dashimaki tamago (rolled omelet). When I mentioned it was my birthday this time, they decorated the guest room beautifully and even offered matcha—such thoughtful hospitality. All staff members were incredibly kind, with such a warm and homey atmosphere that made it easy to talk to them. Watching how warmly they treated other guests also made me feel happy. I think this is the best Accommodation—one that welcomes you warmly whether it’s for a special occasion or not. Next time I visit, I’ll come specifically to enjoy an unhurried Hotel stay. I was very grateful that the breakfast start time was moved 30 minutes earlier. Thanks to that, I was able to complete the marathon! Thank you very much! The building is new, and the Room and amenities were clean and comfortable. The welcome drink included a variety of beverages, including alcohol, and unlimited ice cream, which was fantastic! The Room was not too small, and the bath was comfortable. The service was excellent, and they kindly listened to my inquiries. There was nothing bad, and it was a very good Hotel.

I got caught in a sudden rain shower before check-in and my clothes were soaked, but the front desk staff noticed right away and brought me a towel first. Everyone, including the housekeeping staff, greeted me politely and provided attentive service. The in-room pillows are on the firmer side, so if that’s not for you, it’s a good idea to borrow a pillow that suits your preference from in front of the front desk. I also appreciated being able to get plenty of vegetables at breakfast.

Everything was wonderful. What impressed me the most was the staff. They were always smiling and did their best to help, which made my stay very comfortable. The meals were delicious, but the rice at breakfast was too firm for me to eat... I think it’s just a matter of preference, but I ended up leaving some (sorry). If I have another opportunity, I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

A private sauna in the room—what a luxury!!! This Hotel, newly built just last year, is stylish and pristine in every aspect, from the interior and exterior to the shared spaces! The welcome drink was sophisticated and satisfying. The sauna room can heat up to 110°C. It reaches 100°C in just 20-30 minutes after turning it on, and you can enjoy a perfect "löyly" session with added aroma. The cold plunge pool is ice-cold and absolutely refreshing!!! Simply flawless. I forgot something during my stay, but the staff's response and careful packaging were incredibly thoughtful. I will definitely stay here again!

This was my first stay. The front desk staff were very courteous. There were complimentary drinks on the first floor, and the ice-cold draft beer was excellent. The Room was spacious and had a massage chair, so I could relax, but I couldn’t adjust the air conditioning—when I tried to operate it, it turned off. I filled the in-room Onsen right away and enjoyed a very pleasant bath, but my parent, who has difficulty walking, said the step was high and felt scary. Since everything is flat around it, I thought a handrail would make it safer. I understand this may be difficult as it is not barrier-free. I was looking forward to dinner. Everything was delicious, including salt-grilled ayu and chicken hot pot, and even the white rice was excellent. The children’s lunch plate was also generous in portion size, and my child happily bit into a big fried shrimp. However, there was one thing that concerned me. My child’s dessert (a mousse-like item topped with fruit) that came with the lunch plate was taken away partway through for some reason. Since I happened to be on the phone at that moment, I wondered why. After that, as if nothing had happened, the removed dessert was served to an adult instead, and jelly was placed for my child. I assumed it had been a mistake, but I believe an explanation should have been given. Taking something once served to one person and then serving it to someone else seems inappropriate etiquette-wise. At the very least, some explanation when bringing out the jelly for my child would have been appreciated. Overall it is a wonderful Accommodation; only the dinner service response bothered me. Thank you very much.

All the dishes were very delicious, and every member of the owner’s family was pleasant and kindly answered our questions. The bath is an Onsen like a pool, and it was basically assigned a time slot on a first-come, first-served basis upon arrival; there was no second session, which was disappointing for someone who loves baths. The stairs were wet, perhaps because the previous guest didn’t dry off before getting out, which raised hygiene concerns. I understand that things like changing mats may be difficult, but some countermeasures might be worth considering. The Room felt clean, although the windows and other features show their age.

I stayed here for the first time on a business trip. It was nice that it was close enough to walk from the station. The welcome drink? I could also have alcohol, and it was delicious. Breakfast was also very good. The bath was clean as well. However, since there is only one bath that alternates between men’s and women’s use, it was a bit inconvenient having to plan my bathing time around the schedule. Other than that, the Room was clean and I am satisfied. Thank you very much.

Stayed here for the last night of a 3-night trip to Shiretoko. The new wing's Japanese-style room was clean and well-maintained. Meals were more relaxing compared to other hotels, and dishes like simmered fish were incredibly delicious. Buffets can feel hectic! The Onsen bath, though showing some age, provided a calm and enjoyable experience. The staff were cheerful and left a great impression. I would stay here again if I visit this area!

It was a Hotel in a peaceful location with views from the window of rice fields after planting. The room was functionally compact, and I was able to stay very comfortably. Thank you.

There is a large public bath, and overall satisfaction is high. The Room is pleasantly standard. It is well cleaned and spotless, with no issues. I used to stay at another Hotel in Isesaki, but from now on I will choose this one.

I’ve stayed at various budget Accommodations, but overall this one is the best! First of all, it’s clean, and the shared areas are well equipped. It’s great that there are women-only toilets and baths. Other places often have shared toilets and baths for both men and women, which I’m not comfortable with. It’s also close to the station, so it’s convenient. The only downside is that there’s no elevator, so carrying heavy luggage is tough. However, the stairs are wide, so if you have the strength you might be able to manage even up to the 5th floor with a large suitcase. I stayed in a twin Room, so I could chat as well, and I’d like to stay here again next time.

For 2 female guests Though the space was a bit small and the Onsen had alternating times for men and women, we were very satisfied with the natural Onsen. The drink service is excellent, especially for those who enjoy alcohol. With a convenience store right next door, the location is great. We chose a "Room assigned on arrival with breakfast buffet included" Plan and stayed in a corner room on the top floor. We would love to stay again if we have another opportunity!

It was a very comfortable Hotel. Since it was a king-size bed, we were able to share one bed as a parent and child. I would like to use it again.

We stayed on a Plan with breakfast included. When I think of a Hotel breakfast, it’s usually a buffet, but this time we enjoyed a Japanese-style breakfast. It was delicious and made us feel well cared for. If you avoid the busy hours, you can also relax and warm up in the bath. My mother especially liked Ambasa among the complimentary juices and drank quite a lot. There was also a good variety of tea and juice, which we enjoyed. (They are available for relatively long hours compared to other places.) We also appreciated services such as bicycle rentals, and felt the overall service was very well provided. Thanks to that, we were able to take our time resting while taking care of our errands. Thank you very much.

Clean, well-maintained facilities and courteous service. At night, I also received a cup of instant noodles. The room was comfortable and felt closer to a private room than a typical capsule. However, for around the same price, you could probably book a standard private room at a Business Hotel, so satisfaction may depend on what you value most.
