I have stayed here several times, but it had been a while, so the front desk staff gave me a thorough explanation, which was easy to understand. The welcome drink service included Kurashiki’s delicious local sake “Ishichi,” and I enjoyed a small taste. Being able to enjoy the Onsen is unique to Super Hotel, and it was very relaxing and helped me recover from the day’s fatigue. Breakfast offered plenty of salads I liked, along with a wide variety of side dishes—everything was delicious. I would like to stay again.

The Room was clean and spacious, and the bedding—including the pillows—was thoughtfully maintained to prevent odors, making for a very comfortable stay. I stayed here due to moving and was completely exhausted, but I was able to rest well. The bathroom was also spacious, which was great. I’ve stayed at other Sotetsu Fresa Inn locations as well and think they offer excellent value for money.

We stay at Ooedo Onsen every year for our family trip. This time, we stayed here to visit Ise Jingu Shrine and VISON. Just as we saw on YouTube, the Onsen was clean, and the buffet meals were truly delicious both dinner and breakfast—we were very satisfied. We usually buy canned beer or chu-hi in advance to drink in the Room and put them in the in-room refrigerator, but this time we didn’t touch a single one and took them home. That’s because after check-in, drinks were all-you-can-drink in the lounge until midnight (24:00), which was more than enough for us. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

The amenities and complimentary drinks were well stocked. Although the sea was rough, we could see the torii gate of Oarai Shrine from the window, which was very impressive. (It was a shame we couldn’t see the sunrise due to bad weather.) We also received lots of helpful information about places to eat. There was no large public bath, but we used Oarai Hotel just a short walk away, so it wasn’t inconvenient. The Room was clean and nice as well.

Although it is a bit far from both the station and Tachibana Street, we were able to borrow rental bicycles, so getting to the shops near the station was not inconvenient. We also enjoyed using the shampoo bar every day. The Room is somewhat old, but the desk is spacious and it wasn’t bothersome. If we have another opportunity, we would like to stay again.

After a piano recital, it was getting late, so I stayed in Shin-Osaka. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but still within an acceptable range. The Room was compact, and it was more than enough for me. In the morning, bread was provided; it was an easy-to-eat size and I appreciated being able to take it up to my Room. The staff were cheerful and pleasant. For this price, I have no complaints.

Despite checking in at 11 PM, the staff's hospitality was absolutely perfect. The scent of the hand soap was amazing and left a lasting impression. I will definitely stay here again!

I stayed during the rainy season. The parking lot is a bit far, and the entrance is narrow, so I had to be careful. However, depending on the parking space, it was convenient for loading and unloading luggage. The first floor serves as an entrance area with a convenience store attached, which was very helpful for any last-minute needs. The reception counter is on the second floor, where breakfast is also served. Welcome drinks are available at certain times with a wide variety to choose from. Although I accidentally spilled some in the elevator while deciding what to pick, the staff quickly provided cleaning supplies and assisted me promptly. The breakfast area is small, so securing seats was challenging for families. However, it was great to enjoy local specialties like Nara's famous persimmon leaf sushi and Narazuke pickles. Even with small children in tow, we found the room very clean and comfortable. We stayed in a Room with a loft bed that allowed our family to relax comfortably. The location is very close to the station. We were able to park slightly earlier (with an additional fee) and go sightseeing by train conveniently. There are izakayas and stylish restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, so finding dinner options wasn’t an issue at all. Umbrella rentals were available as well; we borrowed one for dinner outings at night without worrying about dealing with wet umbrellas upon returning to our Room. Overall, staying here was an excellent experience! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

The building, grounds, interiors, and cuisine are all works of art. The guest rooms are spacious, and not only is the greenery outside the windows beautiful, but the mountain scenery beyond feels like an ink-wash painting even in heavy rain and thick mist. The semi-open-air indoor bath also features a refined design, with pleasantly soothing spring water that makes you want to linger. A wonderful Hotel I would love to return to.

The Room was clean, security was excellent, the bath was relaxing, and the bread at the breakfast buffet was incredibly delicious!

When I visit Kyoto, I often choose this Accommodation for the following reasons: - Close to central Kyoto - Capsule-hotel style, yet with private rooms available - A large public bath with perfectly partitioned washing areas - Clean - Affordable - A relaxing 1st-floor lobby - A great selection of drinks in the 1st-floor lobby This time, I was especially impressed by the new coffee machine and the unique tea flavors. It really feels like a Hotel that is always improving.

I stayed in a quiet, comfortable Room at the far end of the top floor. Thank you very much. The step between the unit bath and the Room is relatively low, so please watch your footing in the dark, but the Hotel is clean throughout, with wide corridors and elevator halls. Overall, I think it’s a good Business Hotel for the price.

I stayed with my 4-year-old daughter. There was one double bed, and a simple safety rail was installed on one side to prevent falls. I had my daughter sleep on the rail side and I slept on the other side, which felt safe. The toilet had a child seat attached, and even the toilet paper had kid-friendly illustrations. At the breakfast buffet, children’s chopsticks were casually provided as well, and there were so many moments where we could feel their thoughtful care. It was also a big help that we could borrow a phone charger (there was a QR code in the Room that let us contact the Hotel about various services, and that’s how I found out about charger rentals). Breakfast featured many dishes made with local seafood, and we enjoyed it while finding everything delicious. We took longer because of my child, but the staff supported us without showing any displeasure, which I truly appreciated. The building did feel a bit dated, but overall it was very comfortable to stay here. It’s a wonderful Hotel with attentive touches that anticipate what guests need. When I come to Kitakyushu again, I’ll definitely stay here next time!

The parking space was a bit hard to find, but when I called in advance, the counter staff kindly prepared a map for me. There is space for about two cars behind the building. Since there are many one-way streets in the area, having the map was very helpful. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Even though we had small children with us, they treated us with kindness. As this Hotel has an Onsen, it was great to have a spacious bath where our kids could enjoy themselves instead of using the smaller bathroom in our Room. However, the curtain in the bathroom seemed to let water through from the shower, and when stepping out of the tub, we found that our bath mat towel was soaking wet. This happened not only to me but also to my family members, so I think there might be an issue with the curtain design. For meals, they served Osaka's specialty takoyaki (octopus balls), which allowed us to enjoy some local cuisine—a nice touch! While there were enough seats available overall, it was somewhat challenging for families like ours to secure seats together. The station and convenience stores are within walking distance, so we had no trouble during our stay. The staff were approachable and made casual conversation with us throughout our visit—it made for a very pleasant stay! I would love to stay here again if given another opportunity! A prior Review mentioned that there were many foreign staff, and it felt like most of the staff were non-Japanese. However, their Japanese was very good and the service was fine, so it didn’t bother me. Amenities are placed in the lobby and you take what you need yourself. They had plenty, including toner, makeup remover, shampoo, etc. You can drink coffee and tea for free at the cafe corner, which was a nice service. The meals were mainly Japanese cuisine and were delicious. Personally, I loved the stylish and cute small plates used for the dishes. The bath was pleasant too, but I felt there weren’t enough hair dryers. Especially for women who need more time to dry their hair, I ended up thinking I’d have to wait my turn… and that it might be faster to go back to my Room with wet hair and dry it there. The view from the Room was great and was the best part. The mountains and river looked beautiful—wonderful scenery.

An Accommodation I’d been looking forward to even before the trip! The Room felt luxurious yet relaxing, with tatami mats that made it especially comfortable. The welcome dango were also incredibly cute! Having a bath in the Room meant I could soak whenever I wanted—it felt wonderfully indulgent. On the second day, I planned to explore Oita from early morning, but I loved the Accommodation so much that I ended up staying until the very last minute before checkout. When I visit Oita again, I’d definitely love to come back.

Even during the Obon season, we were able to stay at an affordable price regardless of booking last-minute, and the Room was spacious and clean. We also enjoyed drinks in the lounge, which was great. It is a very convenient Hotel close to the station, with easy access to both JR and the subway. I would like to stay again next time.

The entire Facility has been newly renovated, with modern and comfortable rooms. The 18m² space feels very spacious, even with two suitcases open. A commendable feature is the water dispensers available on every floor, and the curtains in the rooms are designed to overlap, preventing any light leakage. The mattress is moderately firm, and there are two types of pillows—one firm and one soft. Although I prefer memory foam pillows, I woke up without any neck pain. The bathroom amenities have a subtle fragrance, and skincare products available in the lobby are all from POLA and highly effective. If you need room cleaning or trash removal, you can conveniently request it via the smart TV before 9 AM the next day. During my stay, it was very quiet without disturbances from housekeeping or neighbors in the morning. Upon check-in, guests receive drink vouchers that can be used for complimentary coffee or juice at the first-floor restaurant. There’s also a scale on the first floor to weigh your luggage after packing. In terms of location: It’s right next to Senso-ji Temple; you can see both Senso-ji Temple and Tokyo Skytree from within the hotel. UNIQLO is directly across from it—perfect for dropping off purchases before heading out again—and nearby attractions include Fuglen café as well as popular eateries like Asakusa Unana (eel rice balls) and Kagetsudo within a 5-minute walk; these can be brought back to enjoy at your leisure instead of eating on crowded streets. Ichiran Ramen (with its unique octagonal bowls) and a 24-hour Don Quijote store are also close by. At night, street stalls create an atmospheric vibe—it’s incredibly convenient overall. However, there are some inconveniences regarding transportation: The nearest station is actually Asakusa Tsukuba Express Line Station rather than Ginza Line stations like Asakusa Station or Tawaramachi Station—the hotel sits roughly between these two Ginza Line stations but isn’t particularly close to either one. From Asakusa Station specifically: walking without luggage feels manageable but navigating through crowds in Nakamise Shopping Street while pushing suitcases could be challenging upon arrival; Tawaramachi Station offers easier access along main roads but being smaller requires finding exits equipped with elevators beforehand—otherwise carrying luggage up/down stairs becomes unavoidable if mistaken entry/exit points occur. Booking services were thoughtful enough—they sent an email detailing weather forecasts during my stay alongside directions for reaching this Facility most conveniently from airports (though I’m unsure whether this was provided by IKYU.com or directly by them). Overall experience was excellent! Check-in starts early at 2 PM while checkout extends until 11 AM; they also allow luggage storage after checkout which adds convenience post-stay too! However—the biggest downside lies within smoking areas located only on ground level where insufficient ventilation causes lingering smoke odors throughout lobby spaces whenever automatic doors open/close frequently during peak hours affecting air quality noticeably indoors despite otherwise exceptional offerings elsewhere onsite!

There is a bathhouse, and on the top floor, there is a place where you can enjoy soft drinks. It was great.

The Room was very comfortable. There were no cosmetic amenities in the Room, only body lotion. (They are available at the bathing Facility.) The Room had a shower booth and no bathtub. There is a separate bathing Facility, but there are only enough washing stations for about 7–8 people, so I recommend checking the crowd level on the monitor before going. It was crowded at night so I skipped it and went in the morning; the bath was clean and very pleasant. The staff were also courteous and helpful. Thank you very much.
