I’d been curious about it for a long time, so I was happy to finally stay here. The dinosaur at reception was so realistic that when I came back to the Hotel, it startled me for a moment and made me laugh—but the lack of pressure from having no staff around actually suited me. The bath and toilet were separate, and having a sink in the sleeping Room felt unique and was surprisingly nice! That said, I noticed an unknown bug on the wall right after entering, and due to the wallpaper design, a bit of dust stood out. Overall, it was very good! Also, I accidentally went to the Osaka location first, but a staff member kindly gave me a map and I was able to make it to the Shinsaibashi location. That reassured me that there’s no need to worry even though it’s unmanned. I’d like to use it again.

The staff were wonderful in every way, from phone support to on-site service. While the Facility is undeniably old, the guest rooms have been renovated, were clean, and well maintained, so we were very satisfied. We also enjoyed the complimentary free drinks, including alcoholic beverages, and even got to try local Miyoshi wine—absolutely delighted. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area. Master, thank you for such a fun and wonderful time. It was my first stay, but you listened to so many of our stories over drinks, and it was truly relaxing. You even celebrated my birthday and Mother’s Day with me—it was the most fulfilling time I’ve had in decades. If I have the chance, I would love to stay again at this Hotel.

Great location, easy to get around, and good value for money. The Room was quiet, and I’d like to stay again. The amenities were a bit lacking for women.

It was a very comfortable Hotel. Since it was a king-size bed, we were able to share one bed as a parent and child. I would like to use it again.

The bath is very relaxing. The open-air bath is a comfortable size, and the greenery makes it pleasant as well. Breakfast was delicious—tuna and squid sashimi, grated yam, freshly cooked fried eggs, rice porridge, and “Ra-ho”—and I looked forward to it on the second morning too. Since I was traveling alone and staying two nights, I chose a Room without a bath to keep costs down, but if the price isn’t that much cheaper, I think I should have booked a standard Room instead. Because there is an Onsen, not having a bath wasn’t an issue, but the toilet bothered me. It seems a toilet unit was added into one corner of what looks like an enclosed veranda area by the window in the Japanese-style room. Since it’s so close to the room itself, it felt a bit uncomfortable. The TV also felt very small—about the size of a computer monitor. If it were dramatically cheaper than regular rooms, I might consider it again.

This was my first stay. The front desk staff were very courteous. There were complimentary drinks on the first floor, and the ice-cold draft beer was excellent. The Room was spacious and had a massage chair, so I could relax, but I couldn’t adjust the air conditioning—when I tried to operate it, it turned off. I filled the in-room Onsen right away and enjoyed a very pleasant bath, but my parent, who has difficulty walking, said the step was high and felt scary. Since everything is flat around it, I thought a handrail would make it safer. I understand this may be difficult as it is not barrier-free. I was looking forward to dinner. Everything was delicious, including salt-grilled ayu and chicken hot pot, and even the white rice was excellent. The children’s lunch plate was also generous in portion size, and my child happily bit into a big fried shrimp. However, there was one thing that concerned me. My child’s dessert (a mousse-like item topped with fruit) that came with the lunch plate was taken away partway through for some reason. Since I happened to be on the phone at that moment, I wondered why. After that, as if nothing had happened, the removed dessert was served to an adult instead, and jelly was placed for my child. I assumed it had been a mistake, but I believe an explanation should have been given. Taking something once served to one person and then serving it to someone else seems inappropriate etiquette-wise. At the very least, some explanation when bringing out the jelly for my child would have been appreciated. Overall it is a wonderful Accommodation; only the dinner service response bothered me. Thank you very much.

Clean, well-maintained facilities and courteous service. At night, I also received a cup of instant noodles. The room was comfortable and felt closer to a private room than a typical capsule. However, for around the same price, you could probably book a standard private room at a Business Hotel, so satisfaction may depend on what you value most.

It was very clean. I didn’t have any unpleasant experiences at all. Since it’s inside a building, the view from the window was understandably limited.

Used a Private Capsule as Mentioned in the Title. While there is no lock on the capsule door, the lockers are secure with locks, so safety is not an issue. However, regarding the key—though it worked fine for the locker and area doors, it was unresponsive with the elevator at times. This made accessing the women-only lounge inconvenient, and unfortunately, I could only use it for showers.

Stayed with my dog for 3 nights, and the Room, service, and bath were all excellent. As for breakfast bread, both Marukiya's and Shizuya's bread were delicious. All drinks, including ice cream and beer, were free, which was very satisfying. Thank you very much!

The front desk staff provided courteous and pleasant service during both check-in and check-out. The complimentary services were exceptional, especially the free dinner bowls, which were the highlight of my stay. I only needed to purchase a salad and edamame from a convenience store to complete a satisfying dinner. That evening, there were curry and two types of bowls (frozen pre-packaged beef bowl and ginger pork bowl), both of which were truly delicious. The free soft drink bar even included an alcohol button, offering highballs and sours, with sake available nearby. Additionally, there were stick drinks, tea bags, soup packets, mini ramen, ochazuke packs, and bean snacks, making the service truly outstanding. However, I was disappointed not to find a cold water pitcher, which I believe is in high demand. The hotel also has an attached izakaya, which I considered visiting if I wanted more drinks. However, the loud voices of some patrons early in the evening made it uninviting, so I decided not to go. When I asked the front desk about takeout options, they mentioned it was a separate business, so they were unsure. In the end, the free bowls and drinks were more than enough, and I didn’t use the izakaya. The breakfast venue is the same izakaya, operating in a buffet style. Nearly half the seating area is used for the food stations, resulting in limited seating and potential wait times depending on the timing. When I stayed at Toyoko Inn Kurashiki, the lobby served as the breakfast area, which was quite small, but they provided takeout bento boxes for room dining, allowing for a relaxed breakfast experience. If the crowding persists, this could be a consideration for improvement. The bed in the room had a springy mattress, which I personally found uncomfortable. This was my second experience, after Cuore Kurashiki Hotel, where I bounced too much during a turn and fell off the bed. The height caused me to hit my knee hard, leaving a significant bruise. The rental services were excellent, so I would appreciate the addition of bed guards or floor impact-absorbing mats for rental. This would provide peace of mind for future stays. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Although we arrived late at night, we were welcomed warmly and with great care. Thank you as well for the 1,000-yen voucher we could use at the newly opened shop inside the Hotel. While waiting for our ride after checkout, they even made us coffee. We would love to stay here again when we visit Tochigi. Thank you very much for everything.

The soft-serve ice cream and cocoa in the lounge were absolutely delicious and delightful. The Room was more convenient than the one I stayed in before, and as always, the queen-size bed was spacious and comfortable. The smart TV worked perfectly without any issues. The only downside was the limited number of power outlets, but I would love to stay here again.

The Room was clean, but I was disappointed that a distinctive odor often associated with foreign guests remained. I understand that people from many countries stay here, but as a Japanese guest, the smell was noticeable. Since sensitivity to odors varies by person, some may not mind it, but I would like you to check for any lingering smells after each cleaning.\nOther than that, there were no issues, and I would like to stay again.

I stayed for business, but during a refreshing walk I came across a large supermarket and was happy to unexpectedly buy lots of local souvenirs. It seems there are also lovely shops and museums nearby, so next time I’d like to visit for sightseeing. Thank you again.

We stayed as a family. The view of Nagasaki from the window was beautiful. There is a lounge available to all guests, and we could easily drop in when we arrived at the Accommodation or after taking a bath. The selection was plentiful, including alcoholic drinks. At night, the lighting is dimmed and it becomes a cozy, atmospheric space, so we enjoyed Nagasaki’s night view while relaxing there. For the dinner buffet, you can choose from three time slots; we picked the earliest one at 5:00 PM, and it was less crowded—highly recommended. Every dish was delicious. I know buffets can be hit or miss, but we were very satisfied. We enjoyed sashimi, sushi, steak, and more. We were also happy that the ice cream was Häagen-Dazs. The baths alternated between men’s and women’s hours, but we especially liked the 11th-floor panoramic bath with its great views. We’ve stayed at many Hotels, but overall everything here was satisfying and it became a wonderful memory. If I had to mention one thing: my preference is for towels to be provided in the bath area so you can borrow them there and return them afterward.

This is my second visit. (In my previous Review, I mistakenly called it a Business Hotel, but it’s actually a lifestyle hotel. My apologies!) I think it’s a wonderful Hotel for close mother-and-daughter trips, girlfriends traveling together, or even solo stays. The location is also very convenient—right by Marutamachi Station near the Kyoto Imperial Palace. The bathroom area is clean and easy to use, and I really enjoyed soaking in the large bathtub with the lighting dimmed. In the spacious, quiet lounge, you can enjoy carefully selected books while sipping detox water or tea. I’d love to come back again just for this lounge. With reasonable prices, it’s easy to use for many purposes—Multiple Night Stay as a sightseeing base or a quiet reading getaway—so I especially recommend this Hotel for women travelers.

This was my first stay. The atmosphere was stylish, and all the staff were courteous and provided wonderful service. Breakfast service was a bit slow, but not enough to bother me. If you’re in a hurry, I recommend choosing an earlier time slot. I’d like to stay again. Thank you!
