This was my second stay, and it reminded me again how good this place is. The Room isn’t huge, but it’s easy to move around and very relaxing. The toilet has an automatic lid and automatic flushing, which is a big help for me since I have back issues. It’s also rare (and convenient) to have a sink inside the toilet area. The bathroom has a separate washing area, and the tub is spacious enough to soak comfortably. The pajamas are a two-piece set with a soft feel. What really earns high marks is the generous service: drinks, snacks, and bread are provided, and bringing items into the Room is also allowed. At other hotels, I end up having to stop by a convenience store just to make sure I have drinks—here there’s no need for that, which makes it much more relaxing. We don’t even need to add breakfast; bread and coffee are enough for us. However, it was disappointing that there were no croissants this time. I also didn’t know how to use the toaster, so it would be helpful if instructions were posted. And when I want tea, I’d appreciate a note explaining where to find hot water. Two years ago I wrote that I wished the TV could play YouTube, and I was happy to see that it can now. The staff’s service and smiles had improved compared with before. As always, the only inconvenience is that the space next to the sink is small. It’s close to Shinbashi Station as well, so it’s convenient not having to wait for a taxi. I think the Accommodation cost is reasonable compared with nearby hotels considering how good the service is. I hope these services won’t be discontinued because of inconsiderate guests. I’d like to stay again if I have another opportunity.

I booked this pension within walking distance because I had long dreamed of seeing the fresh green metasequoia-lined avenue in the morning and evening. I also used everyone’s Reviews as a reference. Luckily, we were blessed with great weather, and we fully enjoyed the vibrant new greenery along the metasequoia trees and felt refreshed by the clean air. Early in the morning there were hardly any tourists, and our walk became a truly wonderful time. Dinner was delicious from start to finish—from the main Omi beef to the apple sorbet—and we were completely satisfied. The recommended white wine was far better than its price suggested, making the meal even more enjoyable. Breakfast was also outstanding, especially the freshly baked bread and homemade strawberry sauce (jam). Above all, both our room and the large public bath were beautifully maintained and very clean, and in so many moments we felt warmed by the thoughtful hospitality of the owner and family—it became a soothing, heartwarming trip. When we left after check-out, the owner waved goodbye as we drove out of the parking lot, which deeply moved both my husband and me. We would love to visit again in a different season next time. We stayed at the accommodation to celebrate our grandson's 2nd birthday. The spacious layout was more than enough for five people, and we were thrilled with the large outdoor area. The barbecue facilities, bath, sauna, and open-air bath were all spotless and perfect. The couple who welcomed us were incredibly kind, making our stay very pleasant. At night, we even enjoyed a snowy (sleet) view as a delightful surprise—likely the first snow experience for our grandson. Thank you so much for everything!

I made a Reservation because this Accommodation was reasonably priced and fairly close for sightseeing in Karuizawa. On arrival, there was welcome coffee from Mikado Coffee, and amenities were provided as well. Please note that pajamas are not provided. The Room was spacious and even had two TVs. I was also happy to find Mikado Coffee drip packs in the Room. A few things stood out: the Room felt a bit dated, I would have preferred newer slippers, and I saw a small ant while taking a bath—so it would be great if there were screens or something similar (it wasn’t so bad that it ruined the stay). That said, the breakfast included was very luxurious and exceeded the price! Since Karuizawa has stylish cafes, I think it would be nice to have a No Meals Included Plan as well. Thank you for your courteous assistance with parking and for contacting me about an item I left behind.

The exterior is beautiful, and the garden is lovely. Fresh flowers at the entrance and the charming interior design made everything feel stylish and exciting to look at. The cookies and tea provided during check-in were absolutely delicious. The room was spacious, with a tatami area that allowed us to relax comfortably. The complimentary water was also appreciated. Meals were abundant for both dinner and breakfast, featuring fresh sashimi and delicious herb-infused dishes that soothed both our hearts and stomachs—everything was incredibly tasty. Everywhere was spotless, showing great attention to cleanliness, which made our stay comfortable and worry-free. The bath experience was wonderful; we enjoyed a relaxing soak in the open-air bath. Additionally, having views of the ocean from both the restaurant and room added an extra special touch. Thank you for gifting us rosemary upon departure—it filled our car with a soothing aroma on the way home! We shared some with my parents who immediately used it in cooking; they loved how flavorful it was! Thanks to the owner’s hospitality, this trip became truly memorable. We are deeply grateful for your kindness during our stay at such a wonderful accommodation. We look forward to visiting again in the future!

Booked a great-value room at the last minute. There is an Onsen, free tea in the lobby, and all the staff were very helpful. They also introduced us to the stone-paved streets of Ochiai, which made our trip very fulfilling. Thank you.

It was a full moon night, and it was very quiet—yet not lonely at all. I took a short walk in the evening, and the beautiful streetscape made my stay truly pleasant. I could even walk to the shrine I had wanted to visit, which made this one of my most wonderful trips to Kyoto. Thank you very much.

The young couple managing the place were very pleasant, and their two sons were adorable. Dinner was plentiful, carefully prepared, and absolutely delicious. The rice balls they made for lunch were also excellent. The bedding and sheets were clean and comfortable. It would have been even better if facial soap was provided as an amenity, but the price was reasonable, and I would love to stay here again if given the chance.

We stayed here to visit the Yatsugatake Craft Fair. The building is an authentic log house constructed during the bubble era, using luxurious materials. The lounge, featuring an impressive fireplace, offers a cozy atmosphere with comfortable sofas, soothing music from the audio set, a variety of books, and a drink bar with coffee and various teas, making it hard to leave. It is even used for magazine photo shoots. We stayed as a family, and the Room was spacious, clean, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable. The bath was for private use, allowing us to relax without any concerns. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner, with dishes carefully prepared by the owner. The meals were beautifully presented, delicious, and very satisfying in portion size. The area around the building is a rare breeding ground for Daurian redstarts in Japan, and we were able to see these adorable birds from the dining area. Thank you to the owner and the owner's daughter for sharing so much with us. We look forward to staying here again.

This was our second visit, and once again, the hospitality was exceptional, making it a delightful stay for the whole family. Attentive service, delicious food, and beautiful grounds. We especially loved the canoeing! The only downside this time was that our location didn’t have a toilet or sink nearby, so we had to leave the Room to use the restroom, which was a bit inconvenient. Opening and closing the tent was also somewhat challenging... Other than that, we were very satisfied!

We stayed as three families and booked three villas. Each villa had a lovely Room, and we had a very comfortable stay. The complimentary drinks and snacks at the management building were also a nice touch. Since it was still a bit early for ocean activities, we brought our own fishing gear and relaxed. The staff kindly arranged the setup so all three families could dine together, and we had a great time sharing BBQ, bouillabaisse, and sushi. We were worried dinner might not be enough, so we bought extra meat beforehand, but it turned out to be more than enough—everything was delicious. The clam miso soup served with the sushi was especially outstanding. Breakfast was also stylish, with bagels as the main item on the plate, and it tasted great. However, for children who don’t like bagels or for my father who has dental issues, they were too hard to eat—so it would be nice to have a choice of several options such as croissants or French toast. The yogurt was plain with no sweetness, so fruit yogurt or jam served on the side would be appreciated. The Room was comfortable overall, and both the beds and futons felt wonderful. One small inconvenience was that there wasn’t a place to hang bath towels; having one behind the sink would be helpful. There were hangers and a rack, but once we hung jackets and clothes it was full. Since swimwear is required in Rooms with an outdoor bath, I think additional hangers and space to dry wet swimsuits are necessary. I’ve noted some points here, but overall this was an excellent Accommodation and we would love to visit again. All staff members were kind and responded thoughtfully to our requests. Located on a hill above Yubatake, the area around the accommodation is quiet, allowing you to hear the chirping of birds in the morning. The bath is an onsen and can be used anytime if available without a reservation. I enjoyed soaking in a wooden bath with a pleasant hinoki aroma! The staff were kind and provided various local information, making it an enjoyable trip. I would love to visit again! Thank you for your hospitality!

We stayed this time with our dog. Both the property and the Room were very clean, and we also appreciated that it was a pet-friendly, fully flat Room. We were happy that free drinks, snacks, and bread were available in the lounge as well. The private open-air bath was spacious enough too! Just one thing: we thought meals would be served in the Room, but they were served in a private dining room. We happened to bring a pet cart, so our dog had a place to wait, but if we hadn’t brought one, there wouldn’t have been space for our dogs to wait during the meal, so we thought it would be nice if you offered cart rentals. Overall, it was a wonderful Accommodation to stay at with our dog!

My stay at “Fuji Seiran” in Toda Onsen was truly special and left a lasting impression. What struck me first was the location. From the guest rooms and many areas throughout the property, you can enjoy luxurious views of Mt. Fuji, a UNESCO World Heritage site, creating a wonderful sense of being one with nature. On the day I visited, the sky had cleared after a typhoon, and the air was astonishingly crisp—Mt. Fuji’s silhouette stood out sharply in the distance. At sunset, the beauty of the sky was simply beyond words. The room featured a refined modern Japanese design that balanced calm comfort with an upscale feel. Sitting by the window and taking in the scenery at leisure was a truly indulgent moment that made me forget everyday noise and stress. The Onsen was also excellent—gentle on the skin, and afterward I could feel warmth reaching deep into my body. Dinner left an especially strong impression. Using abundant local ingredients from Izu, each dish showcased what makes this area unique: fresh seafood and seasonal vegetables prepared with great care one by one. Everything was beautifully presented, delighting not only my palate but also my eyes. The cuisine brought out the best of local ingredients and made my trip even more satisfying. The staff were exceptionally courteous, with thoughtful attention to detail throughout my stay. In particular, Ms./Mr. S not only explained details about the Accommodation but also shared knowledge about local highlights and ingredients—and our conversations were genuinely enjoyable as well. Thank you very much. From check-in to check-out, I felt comfortable at every moment thanks to this high level of hospitality. With nature, views, cuisine, and relaxation all coming together perfectly, Fuji Seiran is an Accommodation I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an extraordinary getaway. It was a memorable stay that made me sincerely want to return again someday.

I’d been looking forward to the opening of La Vista Minami Aso and stayed during the pre-opening period. The previous Hotel also offered a magnificent, expansive view of Mt. Aso, and while that scenery remains unchanged, the interiors and Facility have been completely renewed. I was able to fully enjoy Aso in comfort—from the spacious lobby and Room to the baths. A few small notes: For the welcome drink in the lobby after check-in, I had coffee, but it would be even better if beer were available earlier (not only from 6:00 p.m.) and if decaf coffee were offered. As for dining, dinner was a La Vista–style course meal and breakfast was a buffet. Both featured many ingredients from Kumamoto Prefecture, and everything was delicious. I’d be happy if the breakfast buffet had a slightly wider dessert selection. The baths were wonderful as well—great views of Aso from the large public bath, plus private baths and a sauna. The post-bath ice cream and massage chairs were also a nice touch. It was disappointing that the probiotic milk drinks (Yakult) ran out quickly during my morning bath. The late-night ramen service common to Kyoritsu Resort was delicious (if I may be indulgent, I’d love it if there were two varieties like in Kirishima). Since it was during the pre-opening period, there may have been some areas where staff were still getting used to things; however, their sincere effort really came through. Wishing you all the best toward the grand opening. I’d love to stay again.

A simple, no-frills temple lodging. There is no bath, so the Facility is somewhat lacking. However, in the atmosphere of Jōhana, a temple town, it offers more than enough in return. Once you visit, it will likely remain a lifelong memory.

I used this place for the first time because I was attracted by the open-air bath. I was able to enjoy a large open-air bath where I could stretch out my arms and relax. (I entered it more than 10 times.) In addition to water, two drinks were prepared in the refrigerator, and I enjoyed COEDO beer in the open-air bath. The garden at night was also lit up and very beautiful. It is really just a few minutes from Kawagoe City Station, and there are convenience stores and places to eat nearby. I think it's a perfect location for those visiting Kawagoe. I would like to go back soon to relax again. Thank you very much.

The Room was simple and thoughtfully designed for ease of use. The drink service in the lounge was satisfying. The adjacent roadside station "Ajimu no Sato" was convenient for shopping and dining.

It was very clean and well maintained. All of the staff were friendly and made a great impression. I’d love to stay again. Thank you very much.

The Facility itself is new and comfortable. I stayed here to attend a get-together with local classmates, and it was very quiet, clean, and comfortable with minimal contact with other people. I have stayed at other Hotels in Omuta as well, but many are older, so I will stay here from next time on. Thank you very much.
