A very user-friendly Hotel I would like to stay here again next time

We had a wonderful time in the beautiful garden and Room. My daughter was also very happy. Thank you very much. We would love to visit again.

Stayed for one night with breakfast included. The room was a traditional Japanese-style Room, showing some age but overall clean. There were many stink bugs, but it seemed unavoidable due to the season. The Onsen had thick, smooth water and also offered private baths, which were fantastic. Breakfast included several small side dishes that were lightly seasoned and healthy. We enjoyed it, though preferences may vary. Overall, it was a great place, and we would love to stay again if given the chance.

This was my first stay. The front desk staff were very courteous. There were complimentary drinks on the first floor, and the ice-cold draft beer was excellent. The Room was spacious and had a massage chair, so I could relax, but I couldn’t adjust the air conditioning—when I tried to operate it, it turned off. I filled the in-room Onsen right away and enjoyed a very pleasant bath, but my parent, who has difficulty walking, said the step was high and felt scary. Since everything is flat around it, I thought a handrail would make it safer. I understand this may be difficult as it is not barrier-free. I was looking forward to dinner. Everything was delicious, including salt-grilled ayu and chicken hot pot, and even the white rice was excellent. The children’s lunch plate was also generous in portion size, and my child happily bit into a big fried shrimp. However, there was one thing that concerned me. My child’s dessert (a mousse-like item topped with fruit) that came with the lunch plate was taken away partway through for some reason. Since I happened to be on the phone at that moment, I wondered why. After that, as if nothing had happened, the removed dessert was served to an adult instead, and jelly was placed for my child. I assumed it had been a mistake, but I believe an explanation should have been given. Taking something once served to one person and then serving it to someone else seems inappropriate etiquette-wise. At the very least, some explanation when bringing out the jelly for my child would have been appreciated. Overall it is a wonderful Accommodation; only the dinner service response bothered me. Thank you very much.

We got caught in traffic and barely made it in time for dinner, but they extended the time for us, and we were able to enjoy the buffet. Thank you so much to all the staff for your warm smiles! The room was also very clean and lovely! ...I now want a hammock at home too. Haha I definitely want to come back again to enjoy the property more leisurely next time.

I decided to stay as I had to visit Eniwa unexpectedly and returning home at night would have been difficult. It was a simple, courteous, and well-serviced accommodation that left me satisfied.

Although it is in a quiet area, it was still within walking distance of the lively Shijo district and conveniently located for using the subway and buses. The room and bathroom were clean. The complimentary mineral water was also appreciated. I would like to stay here again when I visit Kyoto.

I stayed here while snow was gently falling. It was a huge help that they stored my luggage both before and after check-in. I stayed in Room 203. It’s a room with a balcony overlooking the garden. The room was very spacious, with a latest-model TV, a ReFa showerhead, a wide vanity, and a bathtub with a washing area. The toilet was fully automatic as well—everything was excellent. All amenities were MIKIMOTO. My hair usually feels rough when I use Hotel shampoo, but at this Accommodation it stayed smooth and silky. There is an guests-only lounge, and it was a lovely service that coffee, tea, and more were available freely until midnight. I also appreciated being able to take drinks back to my Room. I had coffee at check-in, and it matched my taste perfectly—really delicious. The breakfast I had been looking forward to was 100/100. I’ve eaten at luxury Hotels before, but this may have been the best I’ve ever had. Everything was wonderful, but what especially stood out were the yuzu-scented okara (unohana), fu dengaku, the white-dashi miso soup, and the dashimaki tamago (rolled omelet). When I mentioned it was my birthday this time, they decorated the guest room beautifully and even offered matcha—such thoughtful hospitality. All staff members were incredibly kind, with such a warm and homey atmosphere that made it easy to talk to them. Watching how warmly they treated other guests also made me feel happy. I think this is the best Accommodation—one that welcomes you warmly whether it’s for a special occasion or not. Next time I visit, I’ll come specifically to enjoy an unhurried Hotel stay. This was my first stay, and it was a wonderful Hotel with unlimited drinks for extended hours, including beer and other alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, and coffee, which you can also take into the restaurant. There is also a free stone sauna available for guests, and it wasn’t crowded with tourists so I could relax very comfortably. The lobby and lounge were also very clean. I would like to stay again.

We enjoyed the excellent hot springs, delicious meals, and complimentary drinks.

We stayed as a family. The view of Nagasaki from the window was beautiful. There is a lounge available to all guests, and we could easily drop in when we arrived at the Accommodation or after taking a bath. The selection was plentiful, including alcoholic drinks. At night, the lighting is dimmed and it becomes a cozy, atmospheric space, so we enjoyed Nagasaki’s night view while relaxing there. For the dinner buffet, you can choose from three time slots; we picked the earliest one at 5:00 PM, and it was less crowded—highly recommended. Every dish was delicious. I know buffets can be hit or miss, but we were very satisfied. We enjoyed sashimi, sushi, steak, and more. We were also happy that the ice cream was Häagen-Dazs. The baths alternated between men’s and women’s hours, but we especially liked the 11th-floor panoramic bath with its great views. We’ve stayed at many Hotels, but overall everything here was satisfying and it became a wonderful memory. If I had to mention one thing: my preference is for towels to be provided in the bath area so you can borrow them there and return them afterward.

We stayed in a Compact Suite for a 4-night Multiple Night Stay in winter. We made a Reservation because we were drawn to the location and the concept of “staying as if you live here,” and it truly lived up to that idea. First, the location is excellent. We were able to visit Lake Mashu every day and enjoy how it changes with the weather and time of day. It was also convenient to shop in Teshikaga before or after sightseeing, and access toward Lake Kussharo was easy as well, so we could adjust our plans flexibly depending on how we felt. The services provided and the level of interaction with the staff also felt just right for us. Even without special offerings, we could freely enjoy drinks in the lounge, and by making good use of the refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and electric kettle ourselves, we had a very comfortable stay. We could unwind from everyday social fatigue while still receiving support that never felt inconvenient—highly recommended for guests who prefer minimal interference or for Multiple Night Stay. We booked the dinner course for one night only, but each dish conveyed sincerity toward the ingredients and careful creativity. Everything was delicious, and we’re glad we tried it. One minor point: because the toilet/bathroom fixtures and appliances are very design-focused—and apparently overseas-made (based on labeling)—they weren’t immediately intuitive to use. Once you get used to them, it’s not an issue. Overall, we were very satisfied to be able to spend our time quietly at our own pace throughout the stay without stress or inconvenience.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Although we arrived late at night, we were welcomed warmly and with great care. Thank you as well for the 1,000-yen voucher we could use at the newly opened shop inside the Hotel. While waiting for our ride after checkout, they even made us coffee. We would love to stay here again when we visit Tochigi. Thank you very much for everything.

Master, thank you for such a fun and wonderful time. It was my first stay, but you listened to so many of our stories over drinks, and it was truly relaxing. You even celebrated my birthday and Mother’s Day with me—it was the most fulfilling time I’ve had in decades. If I have the chance, I would love to stay again at this Hotel.

With prices rising, if you want to save money above all else, I can confidently recommend this Hotel. Night curry, breakfast buffet, welcome alcohol, and more. The amenities were also very well stocked. The grilled mackerel at breakfast was cooked with extra care and was delicious. I didn’t use the men-only large public bath because the water was too lukewarm, but it may be kept that way since there isn’t a dedicated cold plunge next to the sauna.

Conveniently located about a 3-minute walk from Minami-Hikone Station. I traveled by train this time and was able to plan my activities according to the train schedule. There is a convenience store next door, and a large shopping center in front of the station, making it very convenient. The welcome drink selection seemed a bit limited. Breakfast was complimentary and sufficient. It would have been even better if there were bathing facilities available. This was my first time staying at this Hotel, but I would like to try other locations as well.

The moment I fell in love with this Hotel was when a staff member noticed I was at the wrong bus stop, ran out, and waved to get my attention. It really shows that a Hotel is supported by its people. The floors are wooden, the bed is made with crisp white linens, and the space feels wonderfully clean—simple whites and natural wood tones, accented beautifully by calligraphy. Everything is functional, impeccably maintained, and it made for a very comfortable stay. Miyazu is also a fascinating area with a rich history. It may not have the flashiness of Amanohashidate, but its understated charm was exactly what I liked.

I stayed here for the first time on a business trip. It was nice that it was close enough to walk from the station. The welcome drink? I could also have alcohol, and it was delicious. Breakfast was also very good. The bath was clean as well. However, since there is only one bath that alternates between men’s and women’s use, it was a bit inconvenient having to plan my bathing time around the schedule. Other than that, the Room was clean and I am satisfied. Thank you very much.

The staff were very helpful, and we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was more satisfying than expected! We would love to stay again.

The clean Room and smooth check-in process were great. You can enjoy Ramen Ichiran during breakfast hours (7:00-10:00). (Unfortunately, I couldn't try it this time due to timing.) Above all, the location is excellent. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Nagoya.
