Mr./Ms. Chitose stayed with us for the third time this year. One of this Accommodation’s highlights is the meals, but above all, it’s the quality of the hot spring water. We look forward to visiting again.

As always, the room was clean, and it was convenient to be able to adjust the lighting brightness with a remote control. It also helped that the TV angle can be changed electrically. The bathroom was clean as well, and the amenities were well stocked. It was very convenient to be able to view a camera feed from the room showing how crowded the breakfast venue was. The parking lot is spacious, and there are also places nearby where you can have dinner, making for a calm and comfortable stay. This was my third stay, and it has become my regular Accommodation.

The rate was so affordable that I even worried whether I had booked the right place—it was such a clean Hotel. Thank you very much.

Our Adult Holiday Pass trip coincided with both of our birthdays, so we stayed at this Accommodation during our visit to Iwate. As it was our birthday, you kindly upgraded our Room to a top-floor corner Room and even served us cake after dinner, which was far more than we expected. Nearby were Sanno-iwa, which had been on our travel list, and a Hotel damaged in the disaster that remains preserved as a relic. The staff member who assisted us from the start was very pleasant and shared various stories with us—such as how trees cannot be cut down because the Accommodation stands within a national park—making for a truly comfortable stay. Thank you very much for your hospitality. After that, we tried the Zappa boat ride at Kitayamazaki. We were overwhelmed by the Sanriku cliffs, and hearing the boatman’s stories about the disaster made it an unforgettable trip.

With the prominent sign and easy-to-park lot, we arrived without getting lost. The staff were pleasant and welcoming at check-in. There was a wide variety of welcome drinks after check-in, and my child enjoyed them after the bath. The bath area was very clean, so we could relax and soak at ease. It seems they prepared a ladies’ Room for us, and I was able to enjoy a luxurious stay with the hair dryer and nano steamer. My child really liked the Hotel and says they want to stay again—if we travel, they want it to be Super Hotel. I also found this to be a Hotel I’d like to use again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

The staff came out to our car with an umbrella to greet us when we checked in in the rain. One of the female staff members was especially pleasant and welcoming. All of the other staff were also very friendly, and we were able to enjoy a comfortable stay.

This was our 50th stay at last. We always look forward to visiting—for the delicious meals, the warm smiles of the familiar staff, and the hot springs. Staying at Minakami Sanso helps us unwind from everyday fatigue. Thank you as always. We’re looking forward to our next reservation as well. Best regards.

We stayed as a couple, and my husband uses a wheelchair. It’s rare to find a Hotel this barrier-free. We had no inconveniences at all during our stay. Dinner was the standard Plan, but the portions were generous, and everything from the appetizers to the meat and rice was delicious. My husband especially liked the miso soup we had at both dinner and breakfast, so we bought miso at the shop. I wonder if we can make it well at home? From check-in to check-out, our stay was very comfortable. Thank you very much.

We stayed in an 8-tatami Japanese-style room, and it was very clean. The view from the window felt open and spacious, and we were able to relax comfortably. The baths were also excellent, with many different jacuzzi-style tubs to enjoy. Both the front desk staff and the shop staff were kind and supportive, which made us very happy and left us with wonderful travel memories. While waiting for the bus, we adjusted our schedule by having some self-serve coffee, and the spacious lobby filled with bright natural light was fantastic. Since this is near my late mother’s family home, my husband and I have been talking about coming back again in spring. Overall, we really loved the calm atmosphere of the area.

The property feels spacious throughout, so it’s very comfortable, and the parking lot is also large. However, it’s a bit inconvenient for guests who don’t drive because it’s some distance from the station (there is a shuttle bus connecting to the station...). Everyone I know used a car. That said, there is a Toyota Rent-a-Car near the station, so if you plan to rent a car for errands around town, the large parking lot makes this place convenient.

Ideal for guests who prefer minimal interaction with staff. Checkout is especially easy—just drop the key in the box. The Room was clean and new, and this Hotel clearly puts effort into its pillows. I was surprised that breakfast was available even though it’s a Business Hotel. However, since I went late, there weren’t many items left and nothing was replenished—though that was my own fault.

I stayed here to attend a Takarazuka performance. Since it’s right in front of the station, it was easy to find, and the lobby was bright and clean. The staff were very polite, which made me feel at ease. The room, bed, and bathroom all suited me well, so I felt very comfortable. I was also happy that Sky Stage was available. My room faced the rice fields, and when I opened the curtains in the morning, the green view stretching out below was truly soothing. I’ve stayed at many hotels for trips like this, and among reasonably priced options, this one was the best. I liked it so much that I’ll definitely stay again.

We stayed here for a family trip. We love Hida furniture, and we were delighted with the table and sofa in our Room. For amenities, I wish there had been a towel for washing the body. We only had breakfast, but there were also dishes served in small bowls, which made them easy to pick up. Everything was delicious. It’s a Hotel we would like to stay at again.

The Room was spacious and more than adequate. We also enjoyed the Onsen. The meals were satisfying. There were power outlets throughout the Room, so we had no trouble finding places to charge devices. If anything, it would be nice to have a power outlet at the living room table as well.

I’d like to stay at this hotel again. 　Since I walked, it honestly felt just a little far from the station. It may be tough if it’s raining or if you have a lot of luggage. However, I think it’s well worth it. Amenities are available next to the counter—you take only what you need—and you can also choose bath salts in your preferred scent. There is also a drink service, including Ehime mikan juice. There’s a supermarket within walking distance (bento boxes and prepared foods are inexpensive and delicious), so I bought side dishes for dinner there. The hotel also has about 2–3 microwaves. 　I was coming down with a cold and went looking for a drugstore, but it was a bit of a walk. Still, it gave me the chance to stroll around Uwajima’s castle town streets with their winding layout. Also, the nearby roads are somewhat dark, so I recommend heading out early (for check-in or shopping).

This was my first stay here, and I felt thoughtful attention to detail throughout, making it a very comfortable experience. First of all, the location—right in front of Kyoto Station’s Hachijo Exit—is extremely convenient. Even with large luggage, getting around was easy, which was a huge help on this trip. Inside the Hotel, the lobby is spacious and there is also a guest-only lounge, which I really appreciated for relaxing. The lounge is accessed by tapping your Room key card, and there is a wide variety of drinks available—not only coffee but also options like matcha latte—free to enjoy. You can even take drinks back to your Room, and I was surprised that the lounge could be used even after check-out. It’s a wonderful service that lets you relax until the very end. And what I especially loved this time was the large public bath. It was kept very clean, with thorough cleaning and well-stocked amenities. During my stay I used it three times—in the evening, at night, and in the morning—and it was pleasant every time. You bring towels from your Room, but just in case you forget, spare towels were prepared at the entrance as well. I really appreciated this kind of consideration for those “small inconveniences.” I felt this is a Hotel that not only has excellent Facilities but also pays close attention to every detail so guests can enjoy their stay comfortably. I liked my stay so much that I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Kyoto.

With its convenient location right by the East Exit of Kitakami Station, I stayed on the top (9th) floor this time. The room was new and clean, spacious for a single, and well designed with an easy-to-use desk and chair and a thoughtfully planned layout. The Hotel also offers welcome drinks, a choice of amenities, and a large public bath, making the stay comfortable overall. Laundry Facilities are available on both the 2nd and 6th floors; it was convenient to check machine availability from the room, and the PIN-code system was helpful as well. On the other hand, they can be fully occupied during peak times, and it would be even more convenient if cashless payment were available. This time I chose a Plan with dinner and breakfast included. Since there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance around Kitakami Station’s East Exit area, choosing dinner included was definitely the right call. Being able to have all meals within the Hotel is a major advantage. Breakfast featured items such as Kitakami natto, roast beef, and BALMUDA toasters, and the overall atmosphere and quality were good. However, yogurt had run out by around 7:30 a.m., and I felt that adding more variety to the side dishes and improving the color balance of the salad selection would make it even better. While there are some minor areas for improvement, overall it was a very satisfying stay including the room, large public bath, in-house Facilities, and meals. If I have another chance to stay near Kitakami Station, I would like to use this Hotel again.

This was my first trip to Iwate, and I stayed here. It was close to the station, very clean, and I was extremely satisfied. I was impressed by how delicious the honey served at breakfast was. The staff greeted me with warm smiles—thank you very much. I would definitely like to stay again next time.

This was my first stay. An inn nestled in Japan’s timeless satoyama countryside. The entrance quietly welcomes you. As soon as I parked, the staff greeted me and kindly carried my luggage. This time I stayed in a detached room with a semi-open-air bath. In the spacious traditional house, I could relax as if spending time at my family home in the countryside. The chef prepares dishes with care using seasonal ingredients sourced locally. A lineup of simple yet profound dishes that bring out the best in each ingredient. Both the portion size and flavor were completely satisfying. All of the staff were pleasant, and it truly made for a wonderful trip. Big hotels are nice too, but a quiet, exceptional inn where adults can unwind at leisure is also unbeatable.

The well-trained young staff worked efficiently—just what you’d expect from the Kyoritsu Resort Group. When an extra alcoholic drink was mistakenly brought to our table during the meal, they handled it promptly afterward, leaving no negative impression at all. We were able to continue enjoying our meal. Even when buying souvenirs, the young staff assisted us without being pushy, and we were happy with our purchase.
