I considered staying in the city of Gifu, but since parking was either multi-story or affiliated, I decided on a suburban accommodation. The hotel had entrances at both the front and back, which was convenient. However, it was difficult to locate using the car's navigation system. Other than that, I had a comfortable stay in a new and pleasant environment.

I stayed here a year ago as well, under unfortunate circumstances. This time, I returned for the first anniversary memorial service. It was very reassuring that the front desk staff member was the same as last year, since I rarely stay at a Hotel alone. When I mentioned it, they said, “I’ll probably be here next year too.” The atmosphere was very welcoming and felt like being back at my family home.

This was our first stay. My wife, who is very particular about everything, said, “This Room is comfortable, so we’ll be fine,” and even wanted to cancel the other Hotels we had planned. We were wondering what to do for a four-week Hotel stay during our home renovation, so we consulted the front desk. Despite being busy, they kindly helped us, and as a result we changed our plans and stayed long-term. The breakfast selection was extensive, and my wife—who rarely eats out due to food allergies and usually has to cook for herself—enjoyed it every morning without getting tired of it. The lounge, the Onsen, and the parking were all excellent as well, and every staff member was very courteous. When we mentioned a concern about cleaning, they responded immediately. We are truly grateful that our long stay went smoothly. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us.

This time I stayed without breakfast, but everything was truly excellent, from the Room cleaning to the amenities and the front desk service. Although more foreign-owned Hotels are increasing in Japan, JAL-affiliated Hotels are reasonably priced, and the food at most of their Hotels is very delicious, so I am satisfied. I quietly think their rival might be JR-affiliated Hotels.

The meals, Facility, amenities, and the staff’s service were all truly wonderful. On both Day 1 and Day 2, we could enter and exit SeaWorld freely, and we were grateful to also receive a ¥3,000 shopping voucher as part of the 60-day advance booking benefit. We would definitely love to visit again.

This was my long-awaited trip to Huis Ten Bosch. I considered staying at one of the official Hotels inside the park, but chose this Hotel for its extensive Facilities, the large number of positive Reviews, and the reassurance of the Okura brand. Even before arriving at the main entrance by car, I was overwhelmed by the sheer scale of the building’s exterior. The stunning stepped atrium from the 1st to 3rd floors also set an exciting tone for a truly luxurious stay. The female bell staff member was exceptionally polite and kind, saying, “We’ll take your luggage up via a separate elevator, so please go ahead to your Room.” When I entered, there was an adorable teddy bear on the table by the window. The message card read, “Happy Birthday,” and since it was my birthday month, it was such a delightful surprise! She also wished me a happy birthday in person, which really moved me. From my Room we could see not only Huis Ten Bosch but also views out to open water—an amazing panorama. It was during the Obon holiday period so there must have been many guests staying, yet thanks to how spacious the Hotel is overall, it never felt crowded. Above all else, every staff member’s attentive service stood out. I’ve stayed at many Hotels and usually find something to complain about somewhere—but this time there wasn’t a single issue, and I enjoyed every moment in complete comfort. While this is clearly a Hotel designed with visits to Huis Ten Bosch in mind, once you cross the bridge there’s also a JR station (remarkably close to the waterfront), so on day two we took the train and went as far as Sasebo. It’s also very useful as a base for sightseeing in Nagasaki City or Sasebo. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety with plenty of both Japanese and Western options—I ended up eating far too much. This was my first time visiting Nagasaki and Huis Ten Bosch, and it became an unforgettable trip full of wonderful memories. Next time I’d love to stay longer—this truly is an outstanding Hotel. Conveniently located in front of the station with a convenience store on the first floor, a comfortable Room, plenty of amenities, and courteous service—I was very satisfied. The much-talked-about breakfast exceeded my expectations. In addition to Morioka’s three famous noodle dishes, I could also enjoy pho. Everything was delicious. The staff seemed highly capable and managed the dining area smoothly. They also kindly stored my luggage after checkout, which was very helpful.

This was my first stay since the COVID-19 pandemic. They upgraded our Room, and the service had improved wonderfully as well. I stay on the club floor every time, and I could feel the staff’s thoughtfulness in every detail, making my time comfortable both in the lounge and in the Room. The lounge food was delicious, and the Chinese cuisine at Hoshigaoka was also excellent. The Chinese tea in particular was outstanding—I wanted to buy some to take home, but it wasn’t available for sale, which was disappointing. I would like to stay again for next year’s vacation. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

We stayed with my son’s family—six of us in two Rooms. There was a free shaved-ice service in the arrival lobby, which delighted the kids. The Room was spacious and comfortable. The only drawback was that we couldn’t adjust the air-conditioning temperature very well, but everything else was fine. The large Onsen public bath was also spacious, and we were able to relax and enjoy the Onsen. It may have been a circulated bath, as there was a slight chlorine smell, but there was also a sauna and we had a pleasant stay. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style for the first time in a while. Dinner offered all-you-can-eat sushi, sashimi, sukiyaki, steak, and more; breakfast was also very tasty, including local ingredients. I think this is a great Ryokan where three generations can enjoy themselves and everyone can be satisfied.

From spring through late autumn, you can stay with peace of mind without worrying about road conditions. As a compact Accommodation, it offers reliable service, an Onsen, meals, and great value overall. The private bath is free to use with no Reservation required—if the key is in the designated place, you can use it right away—making it an easy-to-understand and fair system for guests. The public bath is not very large but includes a sauna, and you can relax in the silky Onsen at your leisure, making this an Accommodation you can count on anytime.

I had a very comfortable 3-day, 2-night stay in a quiet setting. The meals were delicious, and the nightly mini concerts in the lobby were truly relaxing. As I was traveling solo, it wasn’t cheap, but the Facility and the quality of the cuisine more than justified it. If I had to mention one thing, the toilet paper in the Room was thin and a bit inconvenient to use. It was a wonderful and comfortable Hotel that will likely make me want to return again in summer.

It was a great Hotel. The directions from Hiroshima Station were easy to understand thanks to the guidance on the website. It will be even more convenient once the underground passage construction is finished. The lobby had a wonderful, out-of-the-ordinary atmosphere. It was also helpful that I could leave my luggage before check-in. The Room was spacious and clean, and I couldn’t hear noise from other guests, so I could relax. Breakfast was one of the highlights as well, and it lived up to its reputation—I really enjoyed it. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again if I have the chance.

The Room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the large public bath was great. However, since there was only one elevator, it got very crowded during peak check-in and check-out times, and we sometimes had to wait quite a while, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the hallway was hot—I wish there had been air conditioning in the corridors as well. Still, considering the value for money, it’s an excellent Hotel! I’d love to stay here again when I visit Imabari.

I stayed one night in a Deluxe King room by myself. All of the hoteliers were very kind and happily responded to my questions and requests, so I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The view from the Room was so beautiful that I could have watched it forever, and I instantly changed my plans and decided to spend the day relaxing inside the Hotel. Since I live far away, if I ever need Accommodation in Tokyo again, I will choose this place. I can confidently recommend it to anyone. Thank you for a wonderful memory.

1. The staff are very friendly and helpful. 2. The large public bath feels like an Onsen and is great. The shower is high quality with three modes, and it doesn’t shut off automatically, so it’s easy to use. Sometimes soap suds splash around the washing area near the door, so it’s better to rinse the floor well before leaving. The shampoo and other amenities are also good quality. 3. At the 1st-floor restaurant, soft drinks are free-flow for many time slots. From 18:00 to 20:00, alcohol is also free-flow. It’s excellent—however, there is no beer. It’s free, which is very helpful. 4. From 21:00, ochazuke is served and can be a light dinner. It’s delicious, but limited to one bowl per person (no refills). 5. Breakfast isn’t extravagant, but it’s tasty enough and recommended. 6. The parking lot is spacious. 7 .If you ask, they will bring out a hand cart for you to borrow . 8 .The Room refrigerator is a two-door type and can freeze ice cream .It cools very well . 9 .At certain times ,there is free ice cream near the entrance of the large public bath . 10.There is a washing machine in the Room ,but no dryer function.There is a simple drying area near the window.If you check in late for one night ,your laundry may not dry by morning.I did laundry every day.Detergent is also provided . 11.There is a microwave in the Room ,which is very convenient . 12.There is a desk suitable for working . 13.The internet speed fast with no stress.You can upload large files for work without issues . 14.There drugstore and Seven-Eleven next door . 15.The sea nearby . 16.With two elevators ,the wait time short . This Hotel highly recommended. If possible ,even used books would be fine—having a small corner with comics manga)and tourist guidebooks would make it even better .

My husband stayed here on a business trip. It’s close to the station, clean and well maintained, has a large public bath, and the staff were very pleasant. He was able to relax after work. Also, even with Hotel prices rising, I think the rate is reasonably affordable. We’ll stay here again whenever he travels to Miyakonojo for business. Thank you!

This was our second stay, and it was truly a wonderful Hotel, just as impressive as the first time. The staff were all very kind, and we were very satisfied with the service at the pool, including bath towels and water! Our 3-year-old also really liked how clean the Room was. The candy we received when leaving was given to our child, but it turned out to be spicy—so we would have been happier if it had been a sweet candy instead.

The Room has a calm atmosphere. The meals are delicious with a wide variety—so much that you’ll have trouble deciding what to eat. There is a free drink service, with many beverage options. The bath is spacious, and there are plenty of washing stations, making it very comfortable. I would definitely like to stay here again.

This time I was in Memanbetsu for work and mostly just slept, but thanks to the warm hospitality of your staff, I was able to relax and enjoy a restful stay. Thank you very much. As we did last year, four of us stayed again for a birthday sleepover. The Facility was well designed with no unnecessary extras, and having a large public bath was fantastic. Because of light rain, we took taxis to and from Chinatown, which was very convenient. We also really enjoyed using screen mirroring on the TV. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and all four of us were completely satisfied.
