From the warm welcome at the entrance to having my belongings prepared that I had left with you so I could head out fishing early, everything was very helpful. I would like to stay again.

The Room, bathroom, bed, and TV are all spacious, creating an amazing sense of openness! It’s a short walk from the airport, but when I mentioned I had an early morning, they kindly accommodated my breakfast time. I was very satisfied and would love to stay again if I have the opportunity.

This seems like a fine, old-fashioned Hotel often found in company towns. At first, the age of the Facilities and interior stood out, but on closer look everything was thoroughly cleaned throughout, and we had a very comfortable stay. The bathroom had no strange odors at all, and the mirrors and window glass were spotless as well. There were complimentary local shochu and free-flow coffee drinks, which was very convenient. Breakfast is served buffet-style in small bowls and feels very clean. The selection is not large, but the seasoning was good and we were more than satisfied. The only thing that bothered me was that the toilet seat was cold. I couldn’t tell whether it was a setting issue or if there was no heated-seat function, but on cold days it’s quite a shock. This time I stayed in a twin room with my son on our trip, and with the weekend-only Plan the value for money was excellent. If I have another chance to come here, I would definitely like to stay again.

I couldn’t finish the large portion of wakame seaweed shabu-shabu, but everything else was great.

Honestly, I liked it so much that I almost don’t want to spread the word through Reviews (lol). This time, I prioritized access from the station and price, and since my stay was short, I made a Reservation with almost no expectations for the Hotel. But in the best way possible, it completely exceeded them. All of the staff are simply wonderful. Stylish but not pretentious, with a comfortable sense of distance—they naturally check in on you at just the right moments. The amenities in front of reception are well stocked, and you can select everything you need. They even have pajamas, and the amenities selection is so complete you’ll think, “Is there anything missing?”! The welcome tea set made me go, “Wait—why is this so stylish?” Everything was delicious. You can really feel how much care went into that welcome tea set. Absolutely amazing! The burgers at the first-floor café were also surprisingly good. Room service hours had already ended, so I had one for lunch instead! I didn’t use it this time, but apparently there’s all-you-can-drink beer from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM!! And above all, the handwritten guide introducing Yanesen around the Hotel was fantastic. It’s handmade by staff and covers everything from restaurants to cafés to sightseeing spots—you can truly feel their desire for guests to enjoy the neighborhood. Depending on your purpose, a Hotel often ends up being just a place to sleep—but here, for the first time in a while, I felt that “staying at the Hotel itself is fun.” …That said, I kind of don’t want it to become too famous and crowded (lol). Next time I’m in Tokyo, I definitely want to stay here again.

I used it for a business trip. It was nice to relax. The large public bath had just the right temperature, and it relieved my fatigue.

We stayed in a cottage. For this price, the cottage stay with two meals and unlimited ice skating was great value and truly impressive. The Room was clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The front desk staff had wonderful smiles and took great care of us from arrival to departure. The ladies at the dining area were all very warm, and we appreciated how kindly they spoke to our child. We would love to visit again during the ice-skating season. Thank you for your hospitality!

The hot spring water quality is excellent—neither too hot nor too lukewarm. It’s a wonderful bath. While the amenities and Room facilities are somewhat basic, they were sufficient for our needs. I chose this place because of the “24-hour stay” wording, but in reality check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. I would really like to see this improved.

I can’t share the details, but they accommodated our requests. We truly appreciated all your help! Meals were breakfast only, buffet-style with a good variety and very tasty. We had dinner at the restaurant inside the same Hotel. There was a live fish tank, which was perfect for my husband and me as we love sashimi! Since our child doesn’t eat sashimi, we ordered chicken nanban instead, and it was delicious. They also had plenty of à la carte dishes and many kid-friendly options. I did notice some dust on the bathroom exhaust fan, but the staff were very helpful, and overall we were satisfied.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. This was my first time having ramen for breakfast at a Hotel, and I was delighted that I could add my favorite toppings and enjoy a bowl just the way I like it. The tonkotsu broth wasn’t greasy, so it didn’t feel heavy even in the morning, and I enjoyed it to the last sip. And the curry bread is truly outstanding! The curry inside has just the right level of spice and tastes great. Also, all of the staff were consistently cheerful and pleasant, and their energetic greetings left a strong impression. It helped me start the day in a great mood. I’d love to stay again!

Please consider expanding the large public bath. The toilet seat in the Room's shower toilet was cold, so we recommend updating the Facility to include basic adjustable features such as shower pressure, water temperature, and seat temperature.

The sauna was excellent. There were loaner sauna hats by the sink, plenty of aroma oils for löyly, and the temperature gets quite high, which was great. It was also nice to have plenty of towels! We stayed in Room 202, and the sauna room is a bit small. It has two tiers, and it’s wide enough for two adults to sit side by side. There’s a refrigerator right before the door from the Room to the sauna area, so it’s easy to grab drinks. As for service, all of the staff were very pleasant. We came by car, but since it’s Azabu-Juban, all nearby coin parking lots around the Hotel were expensive, so I wished there were a partnered parking option. Public transportation might be best. We ordered the motsunabe course via room service. The food was carefully prepared, generous in portion size, and very delicious. The refrigerator was extremely well stocked and really lifted my mood! There was mineral water throughout the Room so we never ran out of water, and we also enjoyed Oropo. However, since we used a Room with only one bathtub, you have to fill it as a cold bath after showering, which may feel a bit inconvenient. Even if small, I would have liked a separate tub just for cold baths (maybe some suites have one). The shower head, hair dryer, hair iron straightener, and curling iron were all ReFa products, which made me happy. It felt better than bringing my own. Next time I’d like to stay in a top-floor Room with a balcony. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

The room, facilities, bath, and meals were all extremely satisfying. The meal menu was diverse, and above all, the drinks were incredibly affordable. The morning plate was warm and delicious. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Although there are some reviews mentioning "hair," we found no such issues at all; the cleanliness was impeccable. The bath was very spacious with a large-screen bath TV to enjoy, and there were plenty of amenities available. We stayed as an elderly couple and found it more than satisfactory—truly exceptional! Our future travel plans will likely revolve around Fine hotels in various locations. We're already considering when to stay at this hotel again next time! Despite calling multiple times, we deeply appreciate the staff's prompt responses and their heartfelt service.

I stay here for a few days on a Multiple Night Stay once or twice a year. The shampoo and body soap could be better, but the attentiveness and consideration from the front desk staff and housekeeping team were truly excellent. Although I usually visit during the off-season, considering the location, I think the value for money is unbeatable.

We had the pleasure of staying here for our first family trip with five members. When it seemed like we might not make it in time for check-in, the staff responded kindly when we contacted them. The reception staff were very friendly, and since we had mentioned in advance that we wanted to use a private bath, they kindly guided us to a slightly larger one! Although we didn’t order dinner in advance, we purchased meal tickets and enjoyed various dishes—all of which were delicious! Next time, I’d love to stay with meals included. The private bath made my skin feel smooth and left me feeling wonderfully warm. Personally, I’m a fan of apple vinegar drinks, so I was delighted by the vending machine offering single servings! There was an issue before check-out that caused some inconvenience on our part, but the staff handled it with great kindness. We were able to enjoy a truly comfortable stay ("azumashiku"). Thank you so much for everything—when visiting Iwate again, we'll definitely choose this place!

We stayed on a pet-friendly Plan for our dog’s first trip. The building with the pet Plan Rooms felt a bit old, but it was kept very clean and didn’t feel unpleasant at all. We really appreciated having pet amenities in the Room, such as a crate and a trash bin. Both dinner and breakfast were served as set meals, and everything was delicious. Our child, who usually doesn’t eat much, said it was tasty and ate heartily! The portions were more than enough—my big-eating husband was completely full and very satisfied. All of the staff were friendly, so we had a very comfortable stay. Just one thing: at check-in, we didn’t receive an information sheet with details such as facility guidance, business hours, or meal times/locations. I wish there had been one (we couldn’t find the bath hours in the in-room information file either, so we had to go all the way to the bath area to check). Still, it was a wonderful Accommodation that made us want to return—next time with our eldest child as well—and stay as a family of four plus our dog if we have another opportunity.

Arrived without any trouble at the Hagi Bus Center. A spacious Room was arranged, allowing for a relaxing and comfortable stay before sleeping.

It was excellent, but I’d like to use a sauna if one is available.

We stayed in a river-view Room. The Facility, including the gym, was very well equipped, and we enjoyed the wide variety of breakfast options.

My spouse and I stayed with our miniature dachshund and chose the BBQ course. After arriving, we checked in at Bianco. We were then shown to our Room, and everything was explained carefully, including how the Room and the public Onsen work. You can buy a 24-hour pass for three public baths at Gozen-yu for 600 yen. We started with a soak at Gozen-yu, then took our dog for a walk around town before dinner. The atmosphere is lovely, but to be honest there aren’t really any tourist facilities like souvenir shops (lol). There are walking paths too, but we decided not to go into the mountains because we were worried about bears. Before dinner, they brought us the meat for the BBQ. A one-drink option is included, so I ordered a craft beer. The meal was more filling than expected and very tasty. One thing to note: you cook the rice yourself using a mess tin (camping-style pot), so it might feel challenging if it’s your first time—though I’m used to it as a camper. It felt less like staying at a Ryokan and more like casual glamping. Also, since you’re grilling as you eat, it’s not really a sit-down-and-relax style meal. After dinner we went to our second bath, Satsuki-yu. However, Arifuku Onsen is very hot, so you can’t soak for long. My wife tried to go for one more bath at Yayoi-yu before bed but ran out of time and ended up going back to Gozen-yu instead (open until 10 p.m.). In the morning we visited Gozen-yu again (open from 7 a.m.) before having breakfast bento boxes—those were great too. The Room was very clean, and best of all we could let our dog relax freely inside, which made us really happy. We’d love to stay again if we have the chance—next time I’d like to try dinner at Bianco as well.
