Last time I stayed here, I couldn’t see Mt. Fuji, but this time I made a request anyway. Our twin room was on the second floor, and when I opened the window in the morning, Mt. Fuji was right in front of me—what an amazing sight. I could also see it clearly from the open-air bath in the morning. The breakfast was delicious as well, and we truly appreciated being able to stay at such a reasonable price. It was a night that made me feel other guests are fans of Kuretake Inn Fujisan too.

I came to a live concert with my daughter, and on the last day we stayed at Manyo Club Minatomirai. It’s an Accommodation we always stay at whenever we visit Yokohama. This time it was also my daughter’s birthday, so we chose the Girls’ Trip Plan, which included dinner. We had a 2-hour seat Reservation and enjoyed our meal while taking in the night view of the Ferris wheel and more. The staff member who looked after us was very easy to talk to and provided attentive, thoughtful service. Every dish was delicious, and the sea bream carpaccio was especially tender and tasty. Since it was a Girls’ Trip Plan, the vegetable shabu-shabu was great too! We had a wonderful time chatting over delicious food with a beautiful view. I had pre-booked a surprise birthday cake in advance; the chef made it for us, and our staff member even sang “Happy Birthday.” My 26-year-old daughter got to blow out candles for the first time in ages! Thanks to everyone at the restaurant, the surprise was a success. We had such a lovely time—thank you to everyone at Manyo-an. It’s also great that you can go to the Onsen empty-handed. I also like that you can choose your yukata—I pick a different one every time. As someone who enjoys sauna sessions, both the sauna and Onsen were excellent. The sauna temperature is on the higher side—perfect!! I felt completely refreshed on the outdoor relaxation beds. I lost track of time and stayed in the Onsen for two hours. The rooftop footbath has different views at night and in the morning—both are wonderful. At night, especially, the Ferris wheel looks amazing. My daughter and I enjoyed it for about 30 minutes while chatting. Breakfast has so many options that it’s hard to choose. I’m happy you can select grilled items as well—and you can even have sushi or hot pot from early morning. Since it’s buffet-style, staff quickly refilled items that were running low. Everything tasted great. However, depending on timing there were people who couldn’t find seats; it gets especially crowded after 8:00. The coin laundry is close to our Room, and being able to wash and dry everything for 500 yen in two hours was very convenient. I started it before going to the Onsen and picked it up before returning to my Room afterward. At another Hotel there was a washer inside the changing area—I thought that setup would be nice too. It’s also conveniently located near CupNoodles Museum Yokohama (Cup Noodles Museum), Hammerhead (Yokohama Hammerhead), Cosmo World (Yokohama Cosmo World), Landmark Tower (Yokohama Landmark Tower), and more. We truly had an extremely comfortable stay this time. When we come back to Yokohama again, we will stay here. Thank you very much to all of your staff members.

I made an early reservation to relax in the large public bath. I stayed alone in a twin room, so the room felt too spacious. Unfortunately, this time, there was loud noise like banging from the neighboring room, which was very bothersome.

The staff’s hospitality was outstanding, and both my mother and I were truly moved. We stayed here to finally see the nemophila flowers we had long dreamed of. Since we had a lot of luggage, they kindly stored our suitcases even before check-in. They also called a taxi company to ask about the fare as we debated whether to take a taxi or bus to Hitachinaka Seaside Park, and they prepared the bus timetable for the next day—thank you so much for your thoughtful help. At breakfast, the staff also suggested ways to enjoy the Danish pastry with different flavors, and it was delicious. This trip really reminded me how much a journey can be enriched by the warmth and care of the people who welcome you. Thank you very much.

The Wi‑Fi was easy to connect to, and I was satisfied that the TV included BS channels. The front desk staff were helpful, and after completing the parking procedure, I could come and go freely, which was very convenient.

This was my first time at Hawaiians, and I chose this Hotel because it is the closest to the pool. You can go in and out of the Hotel in your swimsuit, and it was convenient for getting anywhere within Hawaiians. They also replaced our towels a few times. The Room was very clean, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. Because there are only a small number of rooms, the front desk is also small, so there was a bit of a line for check-in and check-out procedures.

Located in a downtown area, I was unsure at first, but even though I checked in around midnight, the front desk staff kindly assisted me, which made me very happy. The Room was clean, and I was able to sleep well and relax. Breakfast included side dishes unique to Akita and was delicious, and the female staff member was also kind and told me about some tasty local items. I don’t think I’ll be visiting Akita Prefecture again, but if I have friends going to Akita, I would recommend this place without hesitation. Thank you very much.

Since it was the weekend, places around Matsumoto Station were expensive!! I searched for somewhere cheaper even if it was a bit farther away, and this place came up. It was my first time, so the front desk staff explained things to me, but they spoke a bit fast and there were parts I didn’t quite understand. I didn’t eat inside the building—I bought food outside and ate in my Room. There’s a supermarket within walking distance. If you go late, some items are half price, and bottled drinks were cheap too. The baths... there were so many different kinds. After coming down from a hike, I was able to relax and take my time. They also lend out shampoo and other toiletries. However... the lockers for guests are small. The Room has a bed and desk, a TV, and a toilet.

This was our last night’s stay on our trip to eastern Hokkaido, and even though it’s a Business Hotel, it has an Onsen, which we were able to enjoy at a relaxed pace despite its small size. It’s right in front of the station, with many restaurants nearby, and we found a great izakaya while taking a walk. Breakfast was also delicious, and I think we stayed at a reasonable price. Thank you very much.

This time, my 17-year-old daughter came along on my business trip, and we enjoyed our stay at the Hotel together! The breakfast buffet was delicious, and we were very satisfied. There was a great variety of dishes, and the omelet was especially fluffy—absolutely fantastic! Next time, I’d love to bring my wife as well!!

A newly opened APA Hotel—since it’s a resort, it met my expectations. It was clean and stylishly designed. There were plenty of elevators, the lobby was spacious, and the staff were polite—overall a wonderful Hotel. The large public bath was also spacious and had a sauna, but I was concerned about some overseas guests’ manners. Many people got into the bath without washing first, and in the sauna some went straight into the cold bath without rinsing off their sweat in the shower, or headed to the locker Room without drying off. I wish there were easy-to-understand etiquette notes in each Room in multiple languages. It felt like they simply didn’t know the rules. I also thought having a slipper rack inside the lockers was a great idea. I did notice dirt building up in both corners of the hallway, but inside the Room was clean. What made me especially happy this time was the gentle tone of voice from the parking fee attendant, and their thoughtful service, such as offering me a chair—I really appreciated it. The person who gave directions also kindly explained how to get there, for which I’m grateful. I was able to head home feeling good.

We have been staying at Inatori Ginsuiso for four generations, ever since my late mother. It is truly a wonderful Accommodation with exceptional charm. Above all, the hospitality of the staff is outstanding. From the time of our Reservation, they carefully accommodated my grandchild’s food allergies, the number of guests in our Room, dining table arrangements, and anniversary requests, which allowed us to visit with complete peace of mind. After arriving, we received a thorough explanation at the front desk and fully enjoyed the lounge, children’s stamp activities, and the pool and Onsen facilities. My grandchild especially loves feeding the many koi swimming energetically in the clear stream in the lobby, as well as enjoying delicious snacks and drinks in the scenic-view lounge. Since what’s offered changes by time slot, it always feels exciting. With long-standing services unchanged and new ones added over time, you can really feel Ginsuiso’s continuous efforts. As it was a family anniversary trip, we stayed for the first time in a premium suite Room with an open-air bath. The Room was beautifully prepared to perfection. With ample space and a thoughtfully designed layout, three generations were able to spend time together comfortably and happily without stress. They even delivered lounge snacks and drinks to our Room—such attentive service truly moved us. Soaking in the open-air bath while gazing at the moonlit sea view was an unforgettable luxury. At dinner, they connected tables so that all eight family members could sit together. We were able to celebrate milestones—70th birthday celebrations (Koki), a promotion, and Shichi-Go-San—with delicious cuisine and joyful conversation. When my grandchild spilled water, staff quickly wiped up the floor and brought a replacement yukata. Their warm consideration went far beyond simply serving food—we were impressed again. In addition, because it was an anniversary stay, Ginsuiso gave each of us a gift; we were filled with surprise and gratitude. After dinner came fireworks launched right in front of us on Level 6 along with a dessert buffet. From 10:00 p.m., there was night-time service with upgraded alcoholic beverages—truly impeccable hospitality from start to finish. The next morning we enjoyed an outstanding breakfast buffet with both incredible variety and flavor—we were completely satisfied. After that we continued to make full use of everything: our Room’s open-air bath, the pool(s), large public bath(s), and seaside pool(s), then checked out at 1:00 p.m. The moment we checked out we started thinking about when we could come back again. My grandchild was so sad about checking out that they cried... We will definitely be back again. Thank you very much to all of your staff.

As I was traveling without a car, easy access from the station was essential. The deciding factors for my stay at this Hotel were the shuttle bus service and the excellent Reviews of the Onsen. My Room was on a high floor with a great view, and I was truly impressed by the scenery from the window! The free-flowing natural hot spring water was also wonderful. Dinner was kaiseki plus a half buffet, and they kindly accommodated changes for ingredients I can’t eat. I honestly didn’t expect much from the Sansa Odori show, but it was thoughtfully put together—and I ended up completely captivated. It was fantastic. I even bought a Sansa Odori tenugui towel in town... One disappointing point: I don’t think the steam sauna was turned on. Please check!

Thank you very much for taking care of us during our stay. The large public bath, the private bath, and the meals were all wonderful. Thank you as well for accommodating our allergies. About 20 years ago, we visited with our family on a day trip and used the jungle-themed bath. Now that our children are fully independent, this time it was just the two of us as a couple. The atmosphere of the baths has completely changed, but it still felt somehow nostalgic. In our Room, the thicker curtain did not slide properly, and there was a part we could not close before going to bed. It was also a little disappointing that the toilet and washbasin area felt quite old. Even so, everything—including seeing us off at departure—was excellent, and we would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

The Onsen is the main highlight, and with a full range of comfortable amenities, I was able to enjoy a truly fulfilling day. After working up a sweat at the gym, I played a little table tennis and felt like a kid again. The sauna is spacious and made of wood, and there is also a mist sauna—I did five rounds in total. To finish, I relaxed in the shallow pool and took a break with a draft beer. The large public bath left me feeling refreshed.

I stayed with breakfast included and had dinner at the in-house restaurant. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. I also enjoyed choosing local Hachinohe specialties at the restaurant. The bath was excellent as well. I had a Multiple Night Stay, and I was happy to receive snacks and bottled water in my Room every day. There was tea in the Room, but it would have been perfect if coffee had been available too. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

I always stay here on business trips. Even when it’s busy, the staff guide me smoothly, and my stay is very comfortable. The amenities are well stocked, and the Room is spacious, making it easy to relax. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Kobe.

Everything was very good, except that there was no explanation about the amenities at the front desk, so I only realized in my Room that there was no soap, which was a bit inconvenient. All of the breakfast bread was delicious! There is a convenience store inside the Hotel, which is very convenient.

I knew from the Reviews that this was a wonderful Ryokan, but it exceeded my expectations. The Onsen was charming both indoors and outdoors, and even the changing area was stylish. The meals were delicious—I ate too much. The Room had high ceilings and was spacious and spotless, with an amazing view from the window. Everywhere I looked—the Room, the Onsen, and throughout the Facility—everything was impeccably clean, and I felt it offered outstanding value for money. Thank you for taking care of us for two days. I will make another Reservation.

The capsule room was cleaner and more comfortable than I expected, and I slept very well. There’s space to hang clothes, and it feels surprisingly roomy. The facilities are clean, and the Onsen was wonderful—I could even enjoy it while watching planes fly by. Toothbrushes and cosmetic amenities were provided, which was very helpful. The Shuttle Service was also a big help. I’d like to stay here again.
