The location, cleanliness throughout the property, and amenities were all excellent. I think the level of satisfaction for this price is very high. Many European guests were staying there as well, so I believe it is well regarded internationally.

I stayed for two nights on a business trip and made a Reservation. The cost was about JPY 17,500 for two nights, and the Room was surprisingly a twin with breakfast included. The building is a bit old, but the inside is very clean. The twin Room was spacious and spotless; it was a smoking Room, but there was no unpleasant odor. The bathroom is a unit bath, but the shower water pressure was strong. There was an air purifier, and although the air conditioner is an older style, it kept the Room cool and comfortable during my summer stay. Breakfast is buffet-style—I expected something simple, but the seafood rice bowl and curry were delicious and I was very satisfied. The front desk staff were kind, and the late-night complimentary salt ramen was also great. Above all, I really appreciated the relatively large flat parking lot with free in-and-out access.

The Hotel is very close—once you reach the main road from the JR Kinshicho Station South Exit, you can see the building. It’s about a 5-minute walk including waiting at traffic lights, with excellent access. The 1F front desk is compact, but the staff were cheerful and very pleasant. It seemed like there were many international guests. The Room was much nicer than in the photos, and the bathroom area in particular felt spacious and luxurious. The number and placement of power outlets were also convenient. Amenities included four types of French Omnisens (30 ml each), prepared for each guest, and the scent and quality were soothing. The thick, fluffy towels and other linens—and even the bedding—were outstanding. The pajama-style nightwear and even a bathrobe left nothing to complain about. I was impressed by how delicious the complimentary red wine, premium juice, sparkling water, and snacks were; relaxing with Nespresso and tea was perfect, and having as many as eight bottles of mineral water was wonderful too. The Hotel itself is quite compact—there’s no lobby or lounge, and the elevator is small—but it has a European boutique-hotel feel. Relaxing in the Room made it perfect for a girls’ get-together. Breakfast also felt like just the right amount and variety for women. One small downside: I could only find an all-on/all-off light switch in the Room, which was a bit inconvenient. I’m amazed to find such a lovely Hotel at this price in Tokyo—very satisfied!

Every year around this time, I stay here for a conference. In the past, I had to leave early the next morning due to work, but this time I had a little extra time and was able to enjoy breakfast. It was more lavish than I expected, with plenty of options, and I ended up eating more than usual. The Room was clean and well maintained, and I was very satisfied. There is also motorcycle parking in front of the entrance, and the large overhang seems to provide good protection from rain even for larger bikes.

I stayed in Sapporo mostly by myself throughout June, and close to the last day my family of three stayed here as well. This used to be New Otani Sapporo, and the Room is spacious in a classic city-hotel style and has been beautifully renovated, so I had no complaints at all. Breakfast is also wonderful—you can enjoy as many of the famous pancakes as you like, and it’s a great way to start the day feeling happy. I’ve seen some comments about the age of certain bathroom fixtures, but on the higher floors I was soothed by the mist setting with a ReFa shower head. On lower floors, it’s a two-handle mixer tap type; however, perhaps because of that, the water pressure is extremely strong and you can fill the bathtub quickly. Combined with the shower head, I could even massage my legs in the shower, which personally left me very satisfied. I plan to stay here again whenever I visit Sapporo in the future.

Above all, the Onsen is wonderful. Fresh spring water flows continuously straight from the source. It has a faint sulfur scent and is a clear, silky-smooth Onsen. For the price, the Room is spacious and even comes with a private indoor bath. Of course, yukata, bath towels, and even brand-new face towels are provided. Breakfast and soft drinks are free! There are also two large private baths available for exclusive use. It’s rare to find an Accommodation that offers this much at such a reasonable price. At check-out, we were even given bottled soft drinks to take with us. An outstanding Accommodation that’s easy to visit anytime.

I stayed for three nights during a typhoon. I didn’t go out much besides my planned destinations, and there were days I didn’t even walk to the convenience store, but with breakfast included and an izakaya on-site, I had everything I needed and was very comfortable. The Facility isn’t new, but it’s well cleaned and more than adequate. The breakfast selection isn’t huge, but the simmered dishes and chanpuru were delicious—also more than enough. If I had to ask for one thing, I would have liked some fresh fruit… The staff were friendly, it’s close to Kokusai-dori, and it was honestly hard to find anything to complain about—this Accommodation suited me perfectly. Thanks to that, I was able to relax. Thank you very much!

The Room had a great layout, especially the spacious, easy-to-use closet. The sofa by the window was also roomy and very comfortable, making the stay truly relaxing. Also, the “Tamatebako” in the dinner menu was carefully prepared item by item. We enjoyed it in order from the appetizer to the vinegared dishes, and everything was delicious. I especially loved the clam dobin-mushi. The eel kamameshi was tasty, but I would have liked a bit more eel. Thank you for your hospitality.

This was our second stay, following last year’s visit. The post-bath drinks were well stocked, and the indoor dog run and complimentary pet treats were even better than last year. Our pet could join us in the dining area, and it was convenient that pets can be walked on a leash inside the property without needing to stay in a carrier. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was that there were few outlets in the room and their locations weren’t very convenient, but we borrowed an extension cord from the front desk to manage. We would definitely like to stay again.

We were planning an Onsen trip to celebrate my mother, and it was the first trip for three generations of our family. Since my mother cannot use the large public bath, we looked for a Room with a private open-air bath. Thanks to that, she was able to enjoy the Onsen. The bath in our Room was also fed by Onsen water, and she was very happy. We chose the standard kaiseki meal, but the portions were more than enough—so much that my sons had to give up at both dinner and breakfast. When I requested a cake for my mother’s 88th birthday celebration, they even prepared a red celebratory vest (chanchanko) for her as well, and we truly appreciated their thoughtfulness. The building was clean. The large public bath was small but spotless, and we were very satisfied. In the lobby there was a local sake tasting service, and in the morning there was also coffee service—everything felt very well provided. Our whole family was extremely satisfied. All of the staff were kind, and we had a comfortable stay. It became a wonderful celebratory trip. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay here. Because it is a dog-only Hotel, I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The building is equipped with air conditioning almost everywhere, so it was pleasant even on hot days. Everything was excellent—the meals (including dog food), the Onsen, the indoor dog run, the Room, and the service.

True to its name as an Accommodation with Onsen, the hot springs left our skin silky smooth and helped us feel refreshed. The hospitality was also attentive, and thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

Located in a downtown area, I was unsure at first, but even though I checked in around midnight, the front desk staff kindly assisted me, which made me very happy. The Room was clean, and I was able to sleep well and relax. Breakfast included side dishes unique to Akita and was delicious, and the female staff member was also kind and told me about some tasty local items. I don’t think I’ll be visiting Akita Prefecture again, but if I have friends going to Akita, I would recommend this place without hesitation. Thank you very much.

This was our fourth stay. The facilities, amenities, and service were all outstanding. The staff are friendly while providing truly first-class service. The Shuttle Service to the beach was prompt and courteous, and they were genuinely kind in the way they spoke to our children. At breakfast at Gusuku, they cleared our dishes many times and kept everything comfortable throughout. Also, although it wasn’t on the buffet menu, when my child asked for ice cream, instead of the typical “Sorry” response you often hear in Japan’s service industry, they handled it flexibly and kindly provided it. When we were taking family selfies on the property, a staff member even came running over from a distance to help us without being asked. There were so many touching moments—everything about their hospitality made us certain we want to stay again. It’s surprising that this is rated one star; it feels like two stars or more.

The staff were pleasant and helpful, and I had a comfortable stay. In the early morning, cigarette smoke came into the Room from somewhere, and it ended up smelling like a smoking Room (even though it was non-smoking). I’m not sure why.

We have been staying at Inatori Ginsuiso for four generations, ever since my late mother. It is truly a wonderful Accommodation with exceptional charm. Above all, the hospitality of the staff is outstanding. From the time of our Reservation, they carefully accommodated my grandchild’s food allergies, the number of guests in our Room, dining table arrangements, and anniversary requests, which allowed us to visit with complete peace of mind. After arriving, we received a thorough explanation at the front desk and fully enjoyed the lounge, children’s stamp activities, and the pool and Onsen facilities. My grandchild especially loves feeding the many koi swimming energetically in the clear stream in the lobby, as well as enjoying delicious snacks and drinks in the scenic-view lounge. Since what’s offered changes by time slot, it always feels exciting. With long-standing services unchanged and new ones added over time, you can really feel Ginsuiso’s continuous efforts. As it was a family anniversary trip, we stayed for the first time in a premium suite Room with an open-air bath. The Room was beautifully prepared to perfection. With ample space and a thoughtfully designed layout, three generations were able to spend time together comfortably and happily without stress. They even delivered lounge snacks and drinks to our Room—such attentive service truly moved us. Soaking in the open-air bath while gazing at the moonlit sea view was an unforgettable luxury. At dinner, they connected tables so that all eight family members could sit together. We were able to celebrate milestones—70th birthday celebrations (Koki), a promotion, and Shichi-Go-San—with delicious cuisine and joyful conversation. When my grandchild spilled water, staff quickly wiped up the floor and brought a replacement yukata. Their warm consideration went far beyond simply serving food—we were impressed again. In addition, because it was an anniversary stay, Ginsuiso gave each of us a gift; we were filled with surprise and gratitude. After dinner came fireworks launched right in front of us on Level 6 along with a dessert buffet. From 10:00 p.m., there was night-time service with upgraded alcoholic beverages—truly impeccable hospitality from start to finish. The next morning we enjoyed an outstanding breakfast buffet with both incredible variety and flavor—we were completely satisfied. After that we continued to make full use of everything: our Room’s open-air bath, the pool(s), large public bath(s), and seaside pool(s), then checked out at 1:00 p.m. The moment we checked out we started thinking about when we could come back again. My grandchild was so sad about checking out that they cried... We will definitely be back again. Thank you very much to all of your staff.

We stayed as a family of five (a couple and three children). Room: Spacious enough, reasonably clean, and comfortable. Dinner: Just the right amount, and it was delicious. Breakfast: Not a huge variety, but it was tasty. Bath: We used Yu no Sato. It was very relaxing. Service: Everyone was pleasant and friendly. Even after checkout, we could use Yu no Sato for free, so it was great value for money. When our child fell and got injured, you gave us as many bandages as we needed and checked in on us the next day as well. Thank you very much for your kindness.

Revisited Kanazawa after a long time and stayed here again. Despite being operated with minimal staff, everyone was polite and considerate in their service. The front desk and rooms were clean, and the amenity bar was always well-stocked, which was reassuring. It was unfortunate that the room wear was quite small. Being located within the premises made everything convenient and allowed for efficient movement. Looking forward to visiting again!

I stayed here for sightseeing, and unlike Hotels in resort areas, this Business Hotel had fewer children and an older clientele, so it was quiet and relaxing. The Room is indeed small, but the bed was large enough and I had no issues staying here. I also liked that the loungewear is a samue-style set rather than a yukata. The breakfast included was better than expected—especially the freshly baked croissants, which were excellent! The coffee at the front desk was also appreciated. The large public bath was small, which was the only disappointment, but everything else was reasonably priced and very good.

This Accommodation lets you spend your time freely and comfortably in every way.
