Bathroom Reservations are available, but the changing area also has a washing machine and dryer, and some people came in to collect laundry while others were changing. It would be better to limit the Reservation area to the bathroom and changing area only, and exclude the washing machine and dryer (separate them with a curtain or similar). Also, the step inside the bathtub is slippery and dangerous, so please add a warning notice.

It was our first time staying here. We arrived before check-in, and we had BBQ meat in a cooler box. When we asked at the information desk if we could use a refrigerator, they kindly agreed. Playing in the river, the fountain park, trout catching, and the Onsen were all close by and easy to get to. There were also plenty of shaded parking spots thanks to all the trees. The Accommodation was very clean, and we enjoyed a fun BBQ dinner on the balcony. Since guests can use the Onsen as much as they like, Grandpa and Grandma went three times! I (Grandma) made the Reservation, and our grandchildren liked it so much that they said they want to come back here again next year. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

We stayed for a 2-night, 3-day family trip. First of all, I would like to thank all the Hotel staff. We truly appreciated your kind support during our trip, such as storing our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Below are my comments for each item. Guest Room & Amenities The room felt a bit dated, but it seemed very well cleaned. However, I noticed what looked like black mold on the unit bath door and similar areas. I would appreciate it if you could pay extra attention to this during cleaning. I was very satisfied with the amenities. I was also grateful that the gown and towels were replaced with fresh ones on the second night. I would prefer a slightly softer toothbrush bristle, but considering the cost performance, it is understandable. Hospitality & Service There was no excessive interference, yet all staff were very kind. Onsen / Bath As mentioned in the Guest Room section, I noticed what looked like black mold on the unit bath door and similar areas, so I rated this 2 stars. Facility & Equipment There was nothing in particular that bothered me. Dining We did not dine at the Hotel during our stay, but we had lunch there after check-out. We ordered the daily lunch set and steak. Everything was delicious, and we were able to end our trip on a pleasant note. Overall Satisfaction This was my first trip to Nagasaki, and since it is close to Gotomachi Station as well, it was an excellent Hotel as a base for sightseeing. With various tourist spots raising prices from April 1 onward, this Hotel still offered great cost performance. I would like to stay again if I have another opportunity.

The meals were very generous, and I felt sorry that I couldn’t finish everything. The Onsen was a comfortable, easy-to-enjoy temperature.

We stayed with two children. Toys were prepared in our Room, and the kids had a great time. The temperature of the large public bath at the Accommodation was just right, and even infants could bathe without any issues. We booked the No Meals Included Plan, but we had dinner at the dining area on the second floor. High chairs for children were available, and there were plenty of menu options that kids could enjoy. The staff at the Accommodation were very warm and welcoming, which we truly appreciated.

The Room was incredibly spacious and very comfortable. Since the building isn’t large, it’s easy to get around anywhere. The 24-hour all-you-can-eat and drink corner was especially great. For dinner, it would have been helpful to have scissors at the table so we could cut the grilled dancing abalone before eating. The all-you-can-eat salmon roe was a nice bonus. Overall, this Accommodation was highly satisfying!

Due to a sudden change in my work schedule, I made a reservation and stayed on the same day. The building and facilities show signs of use but are well-maintained with no issues. The atmosphere and service felt homey in a way! Since I had an early departure, I chose the No Meals Included option, but the dining area was open with an izakaya menu until 9:00 PM. This is a reasonably priced hotel that caters well to businessmen and craftsmen in this industrial town. Without a car navigation system, you might need some courage at the final turn towards the hotel (laughs). I'll remember this as my top choice for stays in this area for work!

I had a relaxing and leisurely time. It was enjoyable. Having a rice cooker was very helpful.

Both the sushi and the owner’s warm personality were wonderful. If I come back to Miyajima next time, I’ll probably skip Itsukushima Shrine since I’ve seen enough, but I definitely want to return for this Accommodation and the sushi.

When asked, “How was it?”, I’d say, “I want to live here!” The food was delicious, the Onsen was wonderfully relaxing, and best of all, the ocean was right in front of us— even lying on the bed, we could watch ships passing by. It was an amazing time. My husband woke up before 5 a.m. and went fishing on the private beach right in front of us, and he seemed very satisfied. The staff were also very kind, and it became a wedding anniversary filled with wonderful memories.

We enjoyed beautiful ocean views and had fun fishing, exploring Ryugu Cave, and trying sandboarding. We also visited Hirizo Beach, went snorkeling, and experienced a natural aquarium. It became a wonderful summer vacation memory.

The extension cord provided was very helpful. There was plenty of parking, and having many shops nearby was convenient. Breakfast was a great value for the price.

The building is old but kept clean, so there were no issues. The bath includes an open-air bath where you can relax while enjoying the night sky and ocean in a private setting. Dinner was very hearty, featuring Chita beef, Ise lobster, sashimi, sushi, and octopus rice—truly satisfying. The buffet-style breakfast was also delicious. The staff at the accommodation were extremely kind. The fluffy and warm futon was excellent as well. The return shuttle service felt like a thrilling roller coaster ride! I had a wonderful time and fully enjoyed my stay. I would love to come back again. Thank you very much!

The Room was very clean, and we were also happy with the reasonable price and the free breakfast. This was our first time having dinner at TSUTAYA Kitchen, and it was also reasonably priced and very delicious. We will visit again.

The Room was very clean and I was extremely satisfied. It was very helpful that I could cancel an unexpected extension. The breakfast looked delicious, but unfortunately, I couldn't try it due to lack of time. I definitely want to try it next time. I've decided to stay here whenever I visit Hokkaido in the future.

Unlike the Kanazawa Station location, I did not receive a confirmation call about pre-booking the EV charger. As a result, I called several times to Check Reservation, but every call was automatically routed to the call center, and I couldn’t tell whether my Reservation was secured until I arrived. When I explained this at the front desk, an older staff member apologized politely. Thankfully, the Reservation had been made. The EV charger is located behind the Hotel, and there is only one unit. By the way, this staff member provided the best and most professional service I have ever experienced at Route Inn—his attentiveness was outstanding. The lobby offered local Nakano apple juice and chilled sweets, which was a nice touch. The Room had been renovated, but the unit bath was an extremely small old-style type—especially the toilet. There were few restaurants nearby and it’s quite far to the station area, so we used Hanachaya in the Hotel for dinner. Route Inn properties with limited dining options nearby often have Hanachaya. I don’t think this was available before, but they now offer all-you-can-drink: 1 hour for 1,000 yen or 1.5 hours for 1,650 yen. It’s an excellent deal and hard to pass up. The draft beer was great, and they also had three types of local sake. The food was simply good, and the older gentleman working there was very kind. The bill ended up being very reasonable as well—I was satisfied overall. The only downside is that there aren’t many menu items; if you doubled the menu selection, sales and guest satisfaction would probably double too. Please consider it. Breakfast was fine overall, but it was disappointing that there wasn’t any curry here.

The Room was spacious enough for a solo stay and very clean, so I could relax comfortably. The Onsen was a bit hot for me, but it felt wonderful. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. If I visit the Iwaki area again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

[Note: Room Condition] I stayed for a 4-night Multiple Night Stay in a 15-tatami Japanese-style Room with No Meals Included. It felt like using a futon set up in a small banquet hall of a day-use Onsen Facility. I was initially concerned that there was no toilet in the Room, but it was clean and I didn’t run into anyone during my stay, so it wasn’t an issue. Fresh towels, amenities, and very tasty tea snacks were delivered every day. For dinner, I could freely choose depending on my mood—warming up convenience-store food in the microwave or having meals delivered from the dining hall. If I asked, they brought cups and ice as well, and all the staff were pleasant, which made it very relaxing. I love traveling and have stayed at many Accommodations, but this became one of my favorites.

A typhoon approached, and we couldn’t stay on our original Reservation date, but luckily there was availability and we were able to stay. The owner’s wife went out of her way to help us even before our stay, and I’d like to take this opportunity to thank her. It was such a wonderful villa that I hardly know where to begin. The spacious Room, the breathtaking views of the sea and sky from the vast grounds, the warm hospitality of the owner’s wife and staff, the meals—everything was exceptional. The Room was spotless, and it was hard to believe the property is 20 years old—the interior, furniture, and furnishings all felt beautifully maintained. We honestly wished we could have stayed for many more nights (if only time and budget allowed!). Breakfast was just the right amount; you could tell at a glance how high-quality it was—and it tasted just as good. For dinner, we had a BBQ with lean Matsusaka beef that was unbelievably tender. Our growing son said he could eat endless amounts—and he finished it in no time. It wasn’t heavy at all, and I don’t think you can find meat like that anywhere else. Waking up naturally in the morning to the sound of waves, birdsong, and gentle sunlight—this is luxury at its finest and an extraordinary escape from everyday life. We’re completely missing Miyakojima already—though honestly we miss Island Terrace Nira even more (laugh). We will definitely be back! Thank you so very much!

I noticed a hotel in Hiroshima and found out there is one in Shinjuku as well. I stayed there during my trip to Tokyo because I heard there is a delicious bakery and it has a stylish atmosphere. There are many comments that it is frequently used by foreigners, and the dim lighting inside gives it an overseas travel vibe. (I like dimly lit hotels abroad) On the other hand, the room has been renovated and is clean, featuring popular modern Japanese interior design. Personally, I found the interior and the front desk service comfortable, and with the diverse clientele, I hardly heard any Japanese (though Japanese is understood), which made it very relaxing. The breakfast and Italian food are also delicious. The location is good, so it's easy to take a stroll to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building's observation deck at night. I definitely want to stay there again.
