The breakfast was delicious. Our Room was on the second floor, and the large public baths were on the first and second floors, so they were very close and we enjoyed them both morning and night. We often stay at Route Inn in various locations. We appreciate that the price matches the service.

Due to my mistake, I thought I had made a Reservation for a Plan with dinner and breakfast, but it turned out to be without breakfast. At check-in, you confirmed it with me and added breakfast—thank you for noticing. Everyone was cheerful and kind throughout my stay, and I had a comfortable, enjoyable time. I was also happy to buy the Hotel’s original daifuku as souvenirs, and they were well received. The Onsen was wonderful, of course, and the meals were excellent as well. It was my first stay here, but it was reasonably priced and exceeded my expectations. With fewer smoking-friendly Hotels these days, I really appreciate it. I’ll be back again.

Thank you as always for your hospitality. I have used the day-use sauna before, but this time I stayed again on a business trip after some time away. The Room has been renovated and is very clean, with a large table and a layout that makes it easy to work. Being able to enjoy the sauna twice—once before dinner and again in the morning before heading to work—at this price is a great value. Unlike saunas in the city, it was spacious and relaxing. I will stay again.

I stay here almost every year. Part of the lobby floor has been renovated and now features a dark-brown themed space. It gives a great impression as well, but personally I also liked the pre-renovation atmosphere that felt like a long-established Hotel. The souvenir shop has been downsized, and it seems the number of items for sale has decreased, which was a little disappointing. I hope you will bring back the zodiac “Okiagari Koboshi” dolls for sale again. (Buying that year’s zodiac doll here was one of my annual highlights.) As always, the staff were wonderful—efficient and consistently attentive—and I truly wish staff at other Hotel brands would learn from their professionalism. This time I stayed in the Rainbow Wing. With large windows letting in plenty of light, the room was very bright, and the evening view of Hakone-Yumoto Station from the window was beautiful. The Onsen felt like proof that Yumoto Fujiya Hotel remains an authentic Onsen Ryokan, and I was able to relax deeply. I hope the outdoor corridor leading to the Onsen will return as part of the main route again, like it was a few years ago. The day’s humidity in Yumoto and the sound of insects coming from among the trees make it feel like a truly special corridor. The post-bath lounge was very comfortable (including air conditioning), and I ended up staying there for quite a while. It might be convenient to have a change machine near the paid massage chairs. Once again, everything—from check-in until leaving this Accommodation—was extremely comfortable.

While urgently looking for an affordable Onsen Accommodation near Kagoshima Airport, I came across this place. I didn’t have high expectations, but the Room was spacious and clean, the open-air Onsen bath was very relaxing, and there was also a cold plunge in the indoor bath—overall, I was very satisfied. I didn’t make a Reservation with meals included, so I arranged it directly at the Accommodation, and it turned out to be a delicious meal made with local ingredients. The breakfast in particular was excellent.

I decided to go on a castle tour in Gunma Prefecture. The accommodation was conveniently located near Numata Castle Ruins and surrounded by plenty of dining options, so I chose it. With a spacious public bath on the first floor and a large dining area, the overall design was relaxing and comfortable. I splurged a little and reserved a room on the 10th floor, the top floor, where I enjoyed expansive views of Numata's beautiful mountain scenery. For dinner, I had some drinks at the yakitori restaurant next door, which was right in front of the parking lot. There were also several izakayas and bars nearby, making this my favorite accommodation. The breakfast buffet was well-managed with staff promptly replenishing dishes and cleaning up with great attention to detail. However, it was disappointing to see some guests leaving their tables messy with leftover dishes behind.

I came to a live concert with my daughter, and on the last day we stayed at Manyo Club Minatomirai. It’s an Accommodation we always stay at whenever we visit Yokohama. This time it was also my daughter’s birthday, so we chose the Girls’ Trip Plan, which included dinner. We had a 2-hour seat Reservation and enjoyed our meal while taking in the night view of the Ferris wheel and more. The staff member who looked after us was very easy to talk to and provided attentive, thoughtful service. Every dish was delicious, and the sea bream carpaccio was especially tender and tasty. Since it was a Girls’ Trip Plan, the vegetable shabu-shabu was great too! We had a wonderful time chatting over delicious food with a beautiful view. I had pre-booked a surprise birthday cake in advance; the chef made it for us, and our staff member even sang “Happy Birthday.” My 26-year-old daughter got to blow out candles for the first time in ages! Thanks to everyone at the restaurant, the surprise was a success. We had such a lovely time—thank you to everyone at Manyo-an. It’s also great that you can go to the Onsen empty-handed. I also like that you can choose your yukata—I pick a different one every time. As someone who enjoys sauna sessions, both the sauna and Onsen were excellent. The sauna temperature is on the higher side—perfect!! I felt completely refreshed on the outdoor relaxation beds. I lost track of time and stayed in the Onsen for two hours. The rooftop footbath has different views at night and in the morning—both are wonderful. At night, especially, the Ferris wheel looks amazing. My daughter and I enjoyed it for about 30 minutes while chatting. Breakfast has so many options that it’s hard to choose. I’m happy you can select grilled items as well—and you can even have sushi or hot pot from early morning. Since it’s buffet-style, staff quickly refilled items that were running low. Everything tasted great. However, depending on timing there were people who couldn’t find seats; it gets especially crowded after 8:00. The coin laundry is close to our Room, and being able to wash and dry everything for 500 yen in two hours was very convenient. I started it before going to the Onsen and picked it up before returning to my Room afterward. At another Hotel there was a washer inside the changing area—I thought that setup would be nice too. It’s also conveniently located near CupNoodles Museum Yokohama (Cup Noodles Museum), Hammerhead (Yokohama Hammerhead), Cosmo World (Yokohama Cosmo World), Landmark Tower (Yokohama Landmark Tower), and more. We truly had an extremely comfortable stay this time. When we come back to Yokohama again, we will stay here. Thank you very much to all of your staff members.

As it is a new Hotel, my stay was very comfortable. The view from the Room balcony was wonderful and made for great memories. The breakfast buffet was lavish and delicious. The Hotel is right in front of Nagasaki Station and close to the tram stop and bus terminal, which was very convenient.

A one-night trip with three friends. On the day of our stay, they picked us up at the station regardless of our arrival time, and after checkout they stored our luggage and later drove us back to the station after sightseeing. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, we were able to relax in the Onsen, and the Room was spacious—making it a truly wonderful trip. This is an Accommodation we would love to stay at again. I stay here about once a month. The staff and everyone I meet at the Hotel are very kind, and I always enjoy a comfortable stay in the Room.

This was my first time at Hawaiians, and I chose this Hotel because it is the closest to the pool. You can go in and out of the Hotel in your swimsuit, and it was convenient for getting anywhere within Hawaiians. They also replaced our towels a few times. The Room was very clean, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. Because there are only a small number of rooms, the front desk is also small, so there was a bit of a line for check-in and check-out procedures.

I’m really glad we chose this Hotel for our long-awaited first trip to Hamada. We had actually planned this trip shortly after the Hotel opened, but it was during the COVID period. We reluctantly canceled because we avoided traveling outside the prefecture. At last we were able to come, and we had been looking forward to it. Even though it seemed busy during the holiday weekend, the front desk staff welcomed us with warm smiles and polite service. Also, on the day we arrived, there was self-service coffee and tea set out at the front desk. We had been traveling in the heat and were thirsty, so that was truly helpful. My family used the large public bath and said it felt great both at night and in the morning. The morning bath was not crowded. They also said it was so clean in the morning that you could tell it had been cleaned overnight. From the TV in your Room, you can check how busy the large public bath, coin laundry, and breakfast venue are. One thing to note: in the morning time slot, neither of the two elevators seems to arrive quickly, so I recommend heading out early. Since it’s right by the station, the location is excellent. You won’t have trouble finding dinner options. There are sushi restaurants, set-meal restaurants, izakayas, and more. If I have another chance, I would definitely like to stay here again.

I had mistakenly made the Reservation for the wrong dates, but they responded immediately and I was able to stay without any issues. The Room was so clean that it didn’t feel like a smoking Room, and I had a comfortable stay. The value for money was excellent.

The food and the staff’s service were excellent. The show was fun, too. I’d love to visit again! The Onsen was very relaxing as well. Thank you very much.

I stayed at Ne no Hana at Otoiroka no Toki once a long time ago, and because all Rooms are separate villas with spacious, relaxing interiors, I chose to stay again after a round of golf. I was very satisfied with the thoughtful service from the staff. The meals were also excellent, and it was great that additional dishes could be ordered separately. Above all, the head chef personally came to greet us and brought homemade pickles—I enjoyed them so much that I asked for seconds three times. The way the natural flavors of the ingredients were highlighted while still being refined deserves high praise. This Accommodation is highly recommended for anyone who wants to spend quiet, private time. At check-out we were seen off, and it was my first time ever to be personally seen off by the head chef as well. His smile was wonderful and made me want to come back again without hesitation. Since I’m a big foodie, I tend to rate an Accommodation based on its meals; from the very first dish I felt confident it would be great—and in fact I returned to my Room completely full and satisfied. I hope to stop by again around early autumn. Thank you very much for everything.

We stayed here because my daughter was competing in a national swimming championship. Unfortunately, a typhoon was approaching, so we couldn’t enjoy the view from the window, but the Accommodation is in a seaside location that seems to offer great scenery. The Room had bunk beds (shoes allowed), a TV, and a refrigerator. Since there is also a toilet and shower, I think it’s fine even for those who don’t like Onsen. Guests can use the Onsen as many times as they like after entering once, which was very helpful. There are also dining options on the premises, making it very convenient. I would like to stay here again when we come to Miyazaki.

We decided to visit Greenland at our kids’ request, and while looking for nearby Accommodation we found this fun place. For a family of five, it cost about JPY 25,000 without meals. It was our first time staying in a trailer house, but it felt like a secret hideout and the kids loved it. However, I understand it may be unavoidable due to the structure, but the smell from the toilet was quite strong—this was the only negative point. The surrounding area is well equipped with supermarkets, drugstores, restaurants, and more, so even if you forget something you can easily buy what you need. The best part was the amazing on-site hot springs! The large public bath was clean, and there were various saunas that were really interesting. It would have been even better with a TV, but it was still wonderful. There’s also a manga corner and free relaxation lounge where the kids were thrilled. There’s also a small gym (not full-scale), which I really enjoyed as well. Also, even on check-out day you can use the facilities until closing time, so we stopped by for a bath and休憩 on our way back from Greenland. We really appreciated that. Next time I’d like to come during a cooler season, but we were very satisfied overall. Thank you.

I have stayed here several times. Every visit, I’m impressed by the warm service, the simple and spotless Room, and the soothing greenery—my satisfaction is always extremely high at this Hotel. While service standards at Hotels across Japan have been declining due to staff shortages, this Hotel continues to uphold the tradition of classic hospitality and could serve as a model for Hotel professionals nationwide. I would love to visit again next summer.

Due to Typhoon No. 13 and the Kumamoto earthquakes, our schedule was delayed by a few days, and we finally arrived in Kagoshima. Although we arrived at the Hotel early, we were able to enter our Room ahead of time, which was a great help after the long journey. After 3:00 p.m., we could also enjoy the Onsen and refresh right away! The high-ceilinged Room was clean and spacious, so we could relax well and fully enjoy the next morning’s Onsen and a satisfying breakfast.
