There is no bathtub, but the massage chair and rain shower were very relaxing. The area is convenient, with many commercial facilities nearby and the station within easy reach.

The Facility and bedding are clean, and the staff are very helpful. They kindly accommodated our additional requests, which allowed us to enjoy a very satisfying stay.

We stayed here for a family trip. Both the service and the meals were excellent. We’re already talking about coming back. The only downside was that the open-air bath had no shade, so in the midsummer sun we were worried about getting sunburned. Other than that, I’d say it was perfect. We’d love to stay again on our next family trip.

I came to a live concert with my daughter, and on the last day we stayed at Manyo Club Minatomirai. It’s an Accommodation we always stay at whenever we visit Yokohama. This time it was also my daughter’s birthday, so we chose the Girls’ Trip Plan, which included dinner. We had a 2-hour seat Reservation and enjoyed our meal while taking in the night view of the Ferris wheel and more. The staff member who looked after us was very easy to talk to and provided attentive, thoughtful service. Every dish was delicious, and the sea bream carpaccio was especially tender and tasty. Since it was a Girls’ Trip Plan, the vegetable shabu-shabu was great too! We had a wonderful time chatting over delicious food with a beautiful view. I had pre-booked a surprise birthday cake in advance; the chef made it for us, and our staff member even sang “Happy Birthday.” My 26-year-old daughter got to blow out candles for the first time in ages! Thanks to everyone at the restaurant, the surprise was a success. We had such a lovely time—thank you to everyone at Manyo-an. It’s also great that you can go to the Onsen empty-handed. I also like that you can choose your yukata—I pick a different one every time. As someone who enjoys sauna sessions, both the sauna and Onsen were excellent. The sauna temperature is on the higher side—perfect!! I felt completely refreshed on the outdoor relaxation beds. I lost track of time and stayed in the Onsen for two hours. The rooftop footbath has different views at night and in the morning—both are wonderful. At night, especially, the Ferris wheel looks amazing. My daughter and I enjoyed it for about 30 minutes while chatting. Breakfast has so many options that it’s hard to choose. I’m happy you can select grilled items as well—and you can even have sushi or hot pot from early morning. Since it’s buffet-style, staff quickly refilled items that were running low. Everything tasted great. However, depending on timing there were people who couldn’t find seats; it gets especially crowded after 8:00. The coin laundry is close to our Room, and being able to wash and dry everything for 500 yen in two hours was very convenient. I started it before going to the Onsen and picked it up before returning to my Room afterward. At another Hotel there was a washer inside the changing area—I thought that setup would be nice too. It’s also conveniently located near CupNoodles Museum Yokohama (Cup Noodles Museum), Hammerhead (Yokohama Hammerhead), Cosmo World (Yokohama Cosmo World), Landmark Tower (Yokohama Landmark Tower), and more. We truly had an extremely comfortable stay this time. When we come back to Yokohama again, we will stay here. Thank you very much to all of your staff members.

Everything was very good, except that there was no explanation about the amenities at the front desk, so I only realized in my Room that there was no soap, which was a bit inconvenient. All of the breakfast bread was delicious! There is a convenience store inside the Hotel, which is very convenient.

The large public bath on the first floor is a highlight. Each Room has a unit bath, but I have never used it. The public bath is also available at night and in the morning. The breakfast buffet in the morning is not very good—please consider it a bonus.

My daughter and her spouse, who came from afar, stayed at the accommodation. It was helpful for me as I didn’t have to prepare bedding at home, and they seemed to have enjoyed a comfortable stay using the large public bath.

It was closer to the station than I expected (I could take a diagonal route), the front desk staff were pleasant, and the amenities were well stocked, so I had a comfortable stay. The convenience store the front desk recommended was also very close, which was handy. Great value for this price—very satisfied.

I felt at ease knowing I could go anywhere with my dog. This time I only had breakfast, but it was very delicious and satisfying. Since it was a hot season, I used the air conditioner, but it was noisy, perhaps because the Facility is old. Other than that, my stay was comfortable.

I stayed here because I wanted to relax in the Onsen. Since access between the Accommodation and the main building with the Onsen was only available until 22:00, it was disappointing that I couldn’t use the Onsen late at night or early in the morning, but otherwise I was satisfied. The set meals at the dinner dining area felt a bit pricey. Also, you need a smartphone to place orders. Because it’s surrounded by rice fields and feels quite isolated, it’s best to buy what you need before check-in. I believe the Hotel shop was only open until 21:30 as well. It’s a little inconvenient but acceptable. I’d like to stay again.

My husband liked it, and this was our second stay due to other commitments. This time we couldn’t book a single room and stayed in a twin, but he said it was spacious and he was satisfied. The large public bath is also spacious, and he really likes this Route Inn. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

We arrived a little early, but relaxed in the lobby while enjoying shaved ice. That kind thoughtfulness made us very happy. This is an old but truly lovely Hotel, quietly nestled in the mountains of Atami. The soft, high-quality Onsen is outstanding. The building does show its age, and there is also an area where the owner lives, but that is more than made up for by the wonderful Onsen and meals. Fresh sashimi. Delicious fresh salmon roe. Steak and sukiyaki, and a great variety of desserts, fruit, and ice cream—everything was very satisfying. The amenities are plentiful as well—both in the Room and at the large public bath: DHC face & hand soap, gel lotion, cleansing oil, body & hand milk, milky gel, and hair milk, plus KOSE shampoo, conditioner, and body soap— an excellent selection. There is also a pool that can be used year-round, which is great for children. It really felt like what you would expect from Livemax. Considering how travel costs have risen in recent years, this resort offers excellent value for money. Many of the staff are from overseas, but they are well trained so we felt at ease and very comfortable throughout our stay. Whenever we want good hot springs water or delicious sashimi again, we will come back to stay here. I would highly recommend this very comfortable Hotel to many people. Just a 1-minute walk from the station—literally right in front of it. I stayed in a single, but the Room was spacious and airy, and I enjoyed the train view from the 8th floor. You can also go up to the rooftop, where I could cool off in the evening and enjoy the scenery while watching the morning glow. Breakfast was satisfying, with delicious rice balls and side dishes. They also had soft-serve ice cream. I’ll stay here again on my next trip to Hagi!

Thank you very much for such a comfortable stay. The Room was extremely user-friendly, and I was especially impressed by the spacious sofa set along the window. Being able to relax while enjoying the Tokyo view or have a drink there meant there was a comfortable place to spend time besides the bed, and I truly enjoyed simply being in the Room. It felt more like spending time in a living room than staying in a Hotel Room. Combined with the view from the high floor, it was a wonderfully cozy space. The bed was also generously sized and very comfortable, allowing me to rest well until morning. What left the strongest impression this time was the Club InterContinental Lounge. The seating had an unusually generous amount of space between tables for a Tokyo Hotel, so I could spend time there in a very calm atmosphere. During cocktail time as well, rather than simply offering more food, it was thoughtfully arranged so guests could enjoy an unhurried evening with a cold tapas buffet, made-to-order hot tapas, champagne, and cocktails. In particular, I remember how properly crafted cocktails were delivered to my seat; that original cocktails such as the Saketini were available; and that when my glass of Moët & Chandon started running low, staff kindly asked “Shall I bring you another?” before I even needed to request it. When people think of lounges they often focus on the variety of food and drinks, but what I found most appealing here was that the staff’s attention truly reached each guest, allowing everyone to enjoy a peaceful time. In addition, while Facilities such as the pool, restaurants, and lounge were all available within the property, each area still felt spacious enough that even spending an entire day inside the Hotel never felt cramped. After using the pool I also had French onion gratin soup in my Room; it was perfect for warming up after getting chilled in the water, and I appreciated being able to make good use of my Hotel credit as well. I could also enjoy breakfast at leisure until later hours in the club lounge. Along with both Japanese breakfast options and buffet items—and unexpectedly receiving one of the chef’s signature dishes—everything was delicious and became a wonderful memory. I felt that one of this Hotel’s greatest strengths is having everything you need readily available while still being able to use it freely at your own pace. This stay made it one of those Hotels I would happily return to again whenever timing works out. Thank you very much to all of your staff.

Due to Typhoon No. 9, our return was delayed by two days, so we urgently made a Reservation at this Ryokan. Since we have a large family and lots of luggage, it was a huge help that you allowed us to stay for a Multiple Night Stay without changing Rooms at our request. The Room was spacious with plenty of space even for five people, and it was a smoking Room, which made my husband very happy. We also appreciated that breakfast was included. Kokusai-dori and the supermarket are within walking distance, so we went shopping twice—during the day and at night—and were able to take our time. Next time we visit Okinawa, we will definitely stay here again. The typhoon had really brought our spirits down, but we were able to relax, and I’m glad we chose this place. Thank you very much.

I stayed with No Meals Included in a twin Room, and both the Room and beds were spacious and comfortable. The massage chair was also great.

Thank you for taking care of us for three days. Just as the Reviews said, the hospitality was excellent with guests of all ages, and it felt warm and welcoming. Both dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and we were satisfied with the ingredients as well. The optional Sado rock oysters were truly “milk of the sea”! If I had to mention one thing, I would have preferred slightly smaller portions with higher quality. It was our first time in Sado, and it turned into a very satisfying family trip.

Both the front desk and the lounge offered exceptionally warm, pleasant service—rare for a Hotel—and it really helped me relax. Since I was on a lower floor, getting around by stairs was easy and convenient. As I booked the premium type, I could also use the lounge with complimentary drinks (including alcohol), which almost felt wasted on a simple business trip. If you plan to have dinner in the lounge, I recommend adding an à la carte dish (the buffet is average). Unfortunately, the overall behavior of Japanese tourists at that time wasn’t great (nothing that can be helped). One concern was that there was quite a strong vibration noise coming from somewhere on an upper floor until late at night, which would make it hard to relax during the day.

We stayed here again this year following last year. The Room was clean, equipped with necessary amenities and comfortable yukata, and there is even a small but satisfying public bath. The izakaya next door is very convenient for dinner. This time, we were especially moved when we opened the Room door after check-in and saw the stunning sunset through the window.

This is my third stay, and it feels reassuring in a good way. The meals are great, there’s a convenience store nearby, and the staff are pleasant—I’m very satisfied. I rated the large public bath as 3 only because I didn’t use it. Also, this is just personal preference, but I would prefer a slightly higher and firmer pillow, so I rated that as 4.
