A very convenient location, within a 10-minute walk from central Iwaki, including City Hall, the art museum, and the concert hall. There are plenty of places to eat around here as well, so you can fully enjoy the nightlife without worry. One downside was that the front desk staff at both check-in and check-out were not Japanese (and different people), so their explanations were a bit hard to understand, but it seems they meant that “curry is available for free.” Since it was promised, I came back after eating out and had it as a late-night snack. It said “no refills; ends when it runs out,” but I made it in time—glad I did! It was delicious. The amenities included a wide variety of drinks, and the selection of tea in particular was excellent. The Room felt a bit old-fashioned with carpeting and such, and the bathroom was small—I kept bumping into things while washing up. Still, being able to stay for around 3,000 yen after combining various discounts felt truly unbeatable.

The location is great. There’s a famous gyoza restaurant next door, and a pastry shop open until late at night. You won’t have any trouble finding good food. The Room is spacious, though the bathroom facilities may vary depending on the Room.

This Hotel is conveniently located and easy to use for getting anywhere.

The parking lot around the building was full, but there was a nearby multi-story parking garage, and it was free of charge. Next time, I won’t need to rush over.

I think it offers excellent value for money. I was impressed by the wonderful large public bath. The room was also clean, and I was very satisfied. If I have the chance, I would like to stay here again.

I stayed here to meet an acquaintance. Although I hadn’t booked breakfast, there was a complimentary service of bread, juice, and coffee, which I was very satisfied with.

I stayed here after an event at Kaki-yasu Hall. The Room was clean and very comfortable. I had a pleasant stay.

It was amazing—so close to the station, and breakfast included at that price. The Room was small but clean, so there were no issues at all. There was also a bottle of water in the Room, which was very helpful. I stayed the night before a national exam, and they kindly stored my luggage until I finished the exam on the day as well. Thank you very much.

Because it was a Multiple Night Stay, having amenities like cleansing oil, toner, and lotion was a huge help. We chose no cleaning the next day, but when we returned to the Room, we were happy to find fresh bath towels in a bag waiting for us. It’s also close to Hakata Station, and there are convenience stores on both sides and diagonally across the street, which was very convenient. The bathroom ceiling is low, so when I looked up the light hit my eyes directly and felt a bit bright—but otherwise it was comfortable!

The breakfast curry is delicious. The room was comfortable, and I was able to relax.

I stayed alone in a Twin Room for 2 nights/3 days. The Facility and carpet do feel a bit old, and sometimes I could hear what sounded like drainage pipes. However, the Room was spacious, the bathroom was roomy, and the sink area was wide and very easy to use. Amenities such as toothbrushes and body towels were available next to the front desk, so you can take only what you need. After getting off the elevator, there was a microwave and loungewear provided. The side table in the guest Room is quite low, so it’s fine for eating while sitting on the sofa, but it’s too low for opening a laptop or doing any writing work—it made my back hurt. (There is only a low table.) The lighting in the Room is also on the dim side. The window cannot be opened or closed, but if you open an inner shutter-like panel, you still get a reasonable amount of natural light. However, when that panel is open it gets in the way of the nearby bed. (It wasn’t an issue this time since I stayed alone.) The refrigerator has a small box-like compartment at the top inside; when set to “High” with bottled drinks inside, they were frozen by the morning of day 3. (They didn’t freeze after just one night.) About a 12-minute walk from Konoike-Shinden Station. About a 16-minute walk to Ractab Dome. There’s an inexpensive supermarket called OK about a 5–6 minute walk away, so shopping isn’t a problem. It clearly felt like it used to be an adult hotel-style property, but since it was inexpensive and overall very comfortable for me, I didn’t mind at all. I’d stay again if I have another opportunity.

The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. The Room wasn’t spacious, but it was clean and had an air purifier, and I appreciated the complimentary bottled water. As a coffee lover, I was happy to see the welcome coffee service area, but since I checked in at night and usually avoid caffeine, I decided not to have any. The only downsides were that the unit bath was a bit small, and I thought it would be nice to have small trash bins in the toilet and washbasin area for amenity packaging or fallen hair. Still, overall I was satisfied and had a comfortable stay before my trip. There were convenience stores and restaurants within a minute of leaving the Hotel, which was very convenient. Thank you.

They provided courteous, easy-to-understand assistance with check-in, which made my stay very pleasant. I would like to stay here again.

It was a very clean Hotel and absolutely wonderful. The amenities were well stocked, and coffee, consommé soup, and even bath salts were free. There was also a small shop selling snacks and sweets, which I recommend. Since it’s in the city center, the location is excellent. Our Room was close to the elevator, so we noticed a bit of noise, but once we fell asleep it wasn’t an issue. The shower water pressure was strong and great too. If I can stay at this price again, I’d definitely come back!

I accidentally made a Reservation for a smoking Room, but when I spoke with the front desk on the day, they changed it right away. Their service was excellent, and I would like to stay again. Also, since it’s right by the station, it was easy to get to many places.

I stayed here again this year. The building itself feels a bit old, but it’s well cleaned and the area around the sink was spotless. The free breakfast was more than enough for me. Parking is in the multi-story garage diagonally across the street, and they apply a 100-yen discount. It’s located in Furumachi, in a somewhat quiet shopping street. There’s a Lawson convenience store on the first floor of the building, which is very handy.

We had a very comfortable stay.
