We had a wonderful two-day stay. Upon arrival, we were guided to our room with a detailed explanation, and the room located on an elevated spot offered a stunning view. I booked the Anniversary Plan to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday, and he was delighted with the decorations and cake—it was worth making the reservation. The meals were plentiful, leaving us completely satisfied when we left the accommodation. The atmosphere seemed enjoyable even in colder seasons, so we would love to visit again. Thank you very much!

The Onsen and the Room were both great. A relaxing place. I’ll stay again.

We stayed here because we were going to the outlet mall and this Accommodation allows Chihuahuas to stay with you. It was very close to the outlet mall and also had an Onsen, which was great. However, one downside was that the air conditioner didn’t work and there was only old-style heating, so we couldn’t adjust the temperature.

The ocean view and service were excellent, but for a Hotel of this class, the lack of amenities in the Room and the use of a very cheap hairdryer left a poor impression.

We comfortably stayed with 4 adults and 2 children. All the tableware was neatly stored in wrapping bags, and we had to open each plastic bag to use them. While it was excellent in terms of hygiene, it was a bit of a hassle, and I thought that disposing of the plastic each time might not be good for the environment. However, from the perspective of maintaining the cleanliness of the property, I thought it was very good. In addition to the tableware, the interior, appliances, and mattresses were all the latest, and the modern Scandinavian style lifted our spirits. As an interior enthusiast, I was thrilled and soothed to be surrounded by a beautiful space with items like a Dyson hairdryer, Remipan, Staub pot, Royal Copenhagen tableware, and Louis Poulsen lighting. One thing to mention is that the AI cooking appliance was so advanced that it took quite some time to master its use (I'm still not sure if I used it correctly...). There were also plenty of tools for the children to play with, so they didn't get bored. They especially seemed to enjoy the outdoor bouldering. (However, since the ground is stone, I was a bit concerned about safety unless an adult was always present... I thought it would be better if cushions were laid out.) The most wonderful thing was the spectacular view of the lake from the large windows. The sunrise, in particular, was breathtaking. If I have the opportunity to visit Hamamatsu again, I would definitely like to use this property. Although I didn't meet the staff in person, they responded promptly, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. Thank you very much.

We stayed in a Japanese-style Room for 3 people. It was spacious enough and very relaxing. The large public bath was also great.

Thank you for changing my Reservation from a smoking room to a non-smoking room after I mistakenly booked the smoking option.

To everyone at Yunose Onsen, Yunose Ryokan, thank you very much for taking such great care of us. It was truly a place rich in nature. There were no artificial sounds at all—only the sounds of nature—and it was deeply relaxing. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from the crowds and forget about time for a while. The Room is spacious and new, so everything is spotless. The view from the Room is also great. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, which is very convenient. It was such a wonderful and comfortable Hotel that it felt like a waste to stay for only one night. If I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay again.

I forgot my charging cable, but they kindly lent me one. However, one slim man with glasses who was working around 19:40 on 3/8 had a very rude attitude, so I think he should be better trained. Other than that, the foreign staff were polite, and the bath was very pleasant.

We chose to stay here as it was difficult to use a Ryokan due to our large family. The Facility and equipment were very well-maintained and clean. The children had a great time playing table tennis and basketball, but please note that the Room for these activities does not have air conditioning, so be cautious of heatstroke. For dinner, we purchased ingredients around Odawara and enjoyed a BBQ. It was a very enjoyable experience. There were two baths available; however, one of them did not provide Onsen water, so we deducted one star from our rating. Other than that, we had a very comfortable stay. Despite being in the mountains, Yamato Transport provided same-day delivery service for luggage like clothes, making everything smooth and convenient. I had been interested in this facility for a long time and finally got the chance to visit. This trip was also to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday, and she was truly delighted. We were even given flowers by the staff, which deeply moved her. The onsen experience was wonderful. The walking bath requires swimwear (free rental available for guests) and is 50 meters one way. The water temperature is on the cooler side, but it was perfect for exercise. There are two open-air baths along the walking bath where you can warm up while enjoying the serene flow of Serikawa River nearby. Even though it rained during our visit, there were roofs that kept us comfortable, and the beautifully maintained plants around looked stunning with raindrops on them—some flowers were blooming too, adding to the atmosphere. There’s also a low-temperature sauna where swimwear is required as well as spacious indoor baths that can be enjoyed without swimwear. What stood out most was the food—it was absolutely exceptional! Every dish was not only visually stunning but also incredibly delicious. The order and combination of courses were thoughtfully planned out. The main course featuring Bungo beef steak was exquisite, and the sashimi had outstanding freshness with generous portions provided. Being able to enjoy such top-tier cuisine prepared by a skilled chef at this price point felt like an incredible privilege! Breakfast too exceeded all expectations. The cottage-style accommodation units were impeccably clean and very comfortable to stay in. One minor downside we noticed: doors at places like restrooms or room entrances closed quickly instead of softly shutting—they almost caught our feet once or twice—so I’m deducting one star for safety concerns here. That said, we are extremely satisfied with this amazing facility overall after such a long time since encountering something so wonderful. Next time we plan to bring along our children’s families or friends! Thank you so much for everything during this stay!

We stayed in a cottage. For this price, the cottage stay with two meals and unlimited ice skating was great value and truly impressive. The Room was clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The front desk staff had wonderful smiles and took great care of us from arrival to departure. The ladies at the dining area were all very warm, and we appreciated how kindly they spoke to our child. We would love to visit again during the ice-skating season. Thank you for your hospitality!

I fell in love with Kushiro and this was my second stay. The Hotel is close to the sunset tour departure point, and its central location made it easy and convenient to get anywhere. Even with a small child, the Room was spacious and clean, and the Hotel staff were warm and welcoming. The front desk and breakfast venue staff were especially kind, making our trip truly pleasant.
