I have used this facility multiple times, and this was my first visit since the children's play area was renovated. The play area has been greatly improved, and my child was very satisfied. We were able to enjoy a wonderful time, including the meals. However, there were two disappointing points: 1. There was a stain on the room's sofa that looked like a bedwetting mark, but no explanation about it was provided. 2. To access the room via elevator, you need to use a card key; however, only two keys are provided per room. The Room is spacious enough for up to five adults, but having only two card keys is quite inconvenient. I hope this can be improved in the future.

The Room and Facility are slightly old, but the layout was satisfactory. The large public bath and breakfast buffet deserve five stars. It would be perfect if there were additional outlets on the side. Great value for money!

We stayed for two nights with lounge access! We were completely satisfied with everything—breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktail time. There were even four types of drinks prepared in the refrigerator. The service was truly attentive, and thanks to you we were able to fully enjoy our first trip sightseeing in Kobe. Thank you very much for your hospitality. This was our first stay, and we used it as our Accommodation in Namba after the Yoshimoto Shinkigeki show. [Room & Amenities] This time, we stayed in the “Swiss Executive Room King.” The amenities were standard, but the view from the Room was amazing—perhaps because it was on the 32nd floor. Since the Hotel is built above the Nankai Railway terminal, it’s a dream for train lovers. [Staff & Service] The front desk staff were excellent. Hotel parking is a bit pricey at JPY 3,300 since it’s in central Namba, but given how convenient the location is, it didn’t bother us. Also, because we stayed in an executive room, we could use the lounge. It was great to grab a bite before Yoshimoto Shinkigeki. [Onsen / Bath] The bathroom in the Room had a shower-over-bathtub setup. Since it’s an older property, I suppose that’s to be expected—nothing special, just standard. [Facility & Equipment] The Facility does feel dated in places, but as you’d expect from a Swiss Hotel, the clock near the entrance left a strong impression. The next morning (as part of Takashimaya), browsing watches at WatchMaison was also irresistible for watch lovers. We also used the pool—the glass ceiling made it feel wonderfully open and refreshing. [Dining] Dinner was difficult because Yoshimoto Shinkigeki ended around 10:30 p.m., and most nearby restaurants were already closed. Since our family doesn’t drink alcohol, we struggled to find somewhere to eat. However, venues on the 36th floor of the Hotel were open late. We had dinner at Table36—the view was spectacular and everything tasted great. Our daughter loved the view so much that instead of having breakfast on the 33rd floor breakfast venue, we chose to dine on the 36th floor as well. Breakfast there was also excellent. [Overall Satisfaction] Overall, we were very satisfied. We plan to stay here again when sightseeing in Namba. Highly recommended!

The building is old, but the Room had been renovated. Dinner was outstanding. Each dish was carefully prepared, and it was a truly satisfying experience—delicious not only to taste but also to enjoy with the eyes. The foreign staff member who assisted us was also extremely polite and hardworking, which made us feel genuinely warm and welcomed. That day there were few guests, and it seemed that the Accommodation thoughtfully placed our Room farther away from others. It may have just been by chance. Thanks to that, we were able to fully enjoy a quiet, private time in a spacious setting. We were impressed by such wonderful consideration. The food, service, and atmosphere were all comfortable, and we would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

For the past few years, we have stayed here almost every year. It reminds us how wonderful it is to spend time with family in nature. The Room and the surrounding greenery are beautifully maintained, and we also enjoy the delicious meals. The fun activities and the relaxing time are both fantastic. Above all, all of the staff are truly wonderful, and it became a joyful summer family memory. Thank you again for this year.

Everyone we interacted with—from the front desk to the luggage staff—left a wonderful impression. During the activities, our child ran around and had a great time! The buffet also had plenty of options even for picky eaters, and our child looked so happy. Everything was delicious! This is a highly recommended place that makes you want to come back.

There were an overwhelming number of guests, but the Hotel staff’s service was excellent. The Facility, amenities, and breakfast were all great. However, it was difficult to spot the sign from in front of the station.

It was our first time at Club Med, and although the reviews were mixed, we ended up being very satisfied! English is the main language, but many staff members speak Japanese, so we had no trouble during our stay. The facility is old, but aside from weak water pressure in the shower, there were no major issues. The room only has basic amenities and lacks a luxurious feel; however, since we spent most of our time enjoying activities or at the bar, the simplicity of the room did not bother us. It really felt like just a place to sleep. Kids can have an amazing time too, so it’s especially recommended for families! We will definitely come back!

Our family of three stayed for two nights. We booked a corner suite Room, and it was spacious, spotless, and had a great view—we were very satisfied. The floor was beautiful hardwood, and they even provided socks, so we could take off our shoes and relax in the Room. It was our first time staying at a Hotel like this. In the early morning, being able to work out in the gym while watching the view gradually brighten was especially beautiful and memorable. We had breakfast via room service. It was tasty, but fairly standard, so—being a bit strict—I’d rate it 4/5.

After the Obon holidays, my spouse and I stayed at this Prince Hotel to relax. 　As always, we enjoyed watching Tokyo Tower in the distance, along with the Shinkansen and the Keikyu Line, and felt like kids again. 　What impressed us most was dinner at the Chinese restaurant—wonderful dishes that made the most of fresh ingredients, beautifully presented, with excellent flavor and generous portions. 　We enjoyed it at a leisurely pace with draft beer. 　We were also worried about breakfast crowds, but we were seated smoothly and fully enjoyed the lavish buffet. 　Good food makes you happy. 　Thank you very much. We will be back again.

When my credit card did not respond during payment and caused a delay, the front desk staff immediately assisted me. They also upgraded my Room for free. Additionally, there is a free shuttle bus running between Narita Airport and the Hotel, which was very convenient. Overall, I think it was an excellent Hotel. I will use it again.

The building and interior feel a bit dated, but everything was clean overall, which was nice. As for the room, I’d like to see a bit more effort with cleaning the toilet… It wasn’t dirty, but while it looks fine from above, there were some dark stains visible from the side. I’d like it to be scrubbed thoroughly with foaming cleaner and a brush. Also, about the tea cups—I'd be happy if there were mugs instead of teacups. The Onsen and the breakfast on the top floor were exceptional! If you stay here, I definitely recommend adding breakfast.

Many international guests were staying there. During meals, the staff kindly asked if they could serve portions for us and made sure to let us know so that the small children wouldn’t have to wait in line. My grandchildren were very happy as well. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

We used the Parent-and-Child Trip Plan and the 50+ & Weekday Plan. Our Room was a Japanese-modern suite with a Shigaraki-ware open-air bath (smoking allowed). Spacious and comfortable! The bed was great too! And with breakfast and dinner included, it was just over JPY 11,000 per person—such a good deal! I use e-cigarettes, but even though an ashtray was provided, the Room didn’t smell of smoke at all, so I felt bad and ended up smoking outside. There are ashtrays in several places within the Facility, which was helpful. There isn’t much around within walking distance, so we decided to enjoy our time at the Accommodation. The karaoke was busy, but we managed to get a one-hour slot (additional charge). The karaoke room is quite spacious. The baths do not allow tattoos. My daughter used the public bath while I used the tub in our Room. She said the public bath felt wonderful. The in-room bath was also very comfortable with a nice view. One thing to note: I couldn’t find a faucet for washing up by the bath—maybe there was one? Since there is a separate shower room, I washed there and then moved to the bath. The bathroom door has good soundproofing, so noise hardly reached the bedroom. I relaxed while playing music on my phone. One more thing... The bathroom is fully visible from the bedroom, so when my daughter wanted to use it, I went for a walk outside. A small screen or partition would be helpful. There were bathrobes, but only two small towels and no bath towels. I had brought my own and used that; if you hang it on a hanger it dries quickly. The tub is fairly large and deep—very comfortable. We often stay at Livemax when exploring around Izu, and this place also has great food. I like lively buffet atmospheres, so we enjoyed it here as well. All-you-can-eat salmon roe at both dinner and breakfast—this was amazing! Dinner items like meat and shrimp sashimi were great too, and breakfast breads and egg dishes were delicious. The shower head, hair dryer, and iron were all ReFa—my daughter was thrilled. They really are nice. From check-in to check-out, all staff provided excellent service. Service in the restaurant was also attentive, making our time very comfortable overall. Thanks to you all, my daughter and I had a wonderful trip. Thank you! *One small concern: When we entered the Room there were empty cans and some trash left in the bin. It seemed like something had been missed during cleaning—and I also wondered why someone would throw cans into that bin.

I have stayed here many times in both the cottages and the condominiums, but this was my first stay with a pet. The property is a bit dated, but it was very clean and comfortable. The staff were also very courteous. However, I went to the front desk to pick up my reserved takeout order, but I had to wait in the same line as guests checking in, so it took quite a while. If possible, I would appreciate it if you could arrange a way to pick up takeout items from a separate area of the lobby. The takeout hors d’oeuvres were beautifully prepared and very delicious!

The spacious grounds are surrounded by greenery, with numerous facilities that exceeded my expectations in size. The service was attentive, the food was delicious, and I felt the cost performance was excellent. This time I stayed alone, but next time I would like to visit with my family.

I traveled by train, and the walk from the station was not far, so I was able to get there without any trouble. The staff were kind after I arrived at the Hotel, and they even spoke to me at the shoe storage area, which was very helpful. They clearly explained everything about staying in the Accommodation and about meals as well, which made it easy to understand. The meals exceeded my expectations, and I was very satisfied. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

I suddenly had some free time, so I made a same-day morning Reservation. I arrived early to use the spa, and when I asked at the front desk, they told me my Room was already ready—lucky me. At luxury hotels, I usually expect service to be pleasantly understated, but here every staff member was truly kind. They approached me right away and offered suggestions beyond what I asked for—excellent hospitality. The Room was beautifully put together with great taste, and the bed was very comfortable. The spa was also wonderful. The executive lounge was quite crowded and there was a bit of a wait, but they could notify me by phone, and both the view and the food were great. Since it was that time of year, there were many families with children, so it felt a little noisy at times. However, there are time slots when children are not allowed in the pool or lounge, which gave me good options when I wanted to relax quietly. It turned into a fantastic staycation—I’d definitely like to come back again.

The Hotel feels like an art gallery, with artworks displayed throughout, making it fun to explore. The Hotel makes generous use of wood and stone, creating a comfortable space, and the welcome and staff were very warm and reassuring. I was happy that the bathroom amenities were from uka. However, it was disappointing that the rooftop bath is mixed-gender and requires swimwear—I wanted to enjoy the view from the rooftop. I would appreciate it if there were designated time slots. The meals were also delicious and carefully prepared, which was great.
