We stayed on a Plan with breakfast included. When I think of a Hotel breakfast, it’s usually a buffet, but this time we enjoyed a Japanese-style breakfast. It was delicious and made us feel well cared for. If you avoid the busy hours, you can also relax and warm up in the bath. My mother especially liked Ambasa among the complimentary juices and drank quite a lot. There was also a good variety of tea and juice, which we enjoyed. (They are available for relatively long hours compared to other places.) We also appreciated services such as bicycle rentals, and felt the overall service was very well provided. Thanks to that, we were able to take our time resting while taking care of our errands. Thank you very much.

We stayed for three nights as a family of three. The Room was very cute, and we loved the colors—they suited our taste perfectly. It was clean and comfortable, so we could relax and enjoy our time. The staff were very friendly and kindly responded to our questions and requests, which made our trip even more pleasant. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

The lobby and the room were stylish, spacious, and luxurious. Since it came with a kitchen, we bought ingredients in Otaru before heading to the hotel and enjoyed cooking and spending a delightful time together. The cooking utensils and tableware were well-equipped and of high quality, making our stay comfortable.

The view from the Room (overlooking the Kamo River) was wonderful. I also liked the calm atmosphere throughout the entire building. As for breakfast, the egg dishes were delicious. The Hotel staff were impressive as well, providing smooth service from check-in to check-out. I loved the overall ambiance and would like to stay at this Hotel again. Thank you very much.

18:00 check-in and 9:00 check-out short Plan was used. (IKYU) There is a gym, and Nijo Market is within walking distance, making it very convenient. The Room is spacious and does not have the cramped feeling of a typical Business Hotel.

It was conveniently located near the station and shopping facilities, which was great. The Hotel was also clean. I’d love to stay here again!

I slept well in the calm blue Room. The bath was also nice, but my husband said he slipped and fell on a step in the men’s bath, so I hope this can be improved. Also, it would be perfect if there were a sauna and an open-air bath. The cherry blossoms viewed from the Room were lovely as well. The Facility was well equipped, and I got as excited as a child about the Kutani ware chopstick-rest capsule toy machine.

We stayed as three families this time. Although it was June, the rainy season had already ended and there were no typhoons, so we had perfect sunny weather every day—an amazing location. The ocean and the pool were both beautiful, and we spent most of our time in Okinawa enjoying ourselves at the Hotel. In any case, the ocean and pool are outstanding. We stayed in the South Tower, and since the Main Tower and South Tower are separated it felt a bit like a maze, but the kids enjoyed that “maze” feeling, and we did too—saying it was good exercise after meals. The food was delicious, and we felt each staff member’s hospitality was excellent, so we would like to stay again. Also, the zipline drone video footage was incredible and truly moving—our top recommendation. The bath water temperature was quite hot and our child didn’t soak in it, so we think it would be better if it were a little cooler. Also, having cups available—not just a water dispenser—would make it easier to drink. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us during our stay.

Although I’ve visited Okinawa many times, this was my first stay here.\nWe chose the Pool Executive Suite (2 Bedrooms), and it was incredibly spacious and open—best of all, we could use the pool anytime!\nThe kids were thrilled, and the adults joined in too; we ended up swimming and playing over and over.\nHaving a washer-dryer in the Room was a huge help—we’d wash and dry our wet clothes right away, then head back to the pool again the next day.\nIt was a bit disappointing that we couldn’t see the ocean because of all the trees in front of the pool, but at night it was fun spotting bats flying around, cats wandering by, and looking for other unusual creatures.\nSince no one could see us, we were able to truly relax without thinking about anything.\n\nThe beach just a short walk away was full of nature, with gentle waves—it was truly beautiful.\nWe snorkeled as a family, and we really appreciated being able to borrow beach chairs and parasols.\nWe went to watch the sunset, and after being told we might be able to see fireworks, we went out for that too. We visited the beach several times—the sound of the waves and peaceful atmosphere felt cleansing. It became our best Okinawa trip ever.\n\nAs for meals: breakfast—the Japanese set meal was absolutely delicious. We chose Japanese breakfast all three mornings of our 3-night stay.\nFor dinner, we tried à la carte at the restaurant once; everything was excellent and we were very satisfied!\n\nIf I had to mention one small point:\nThe Room Facility is perfect overall, but despite having a kitchen and cooking tools, the refrigerator is extremely small—like one you’d find in a Business Hotel...\nWe couldn’t chill wine in it, so we asked to store it in the Hotel cellar. Considering how well-equipped the Room is otherwise, I wish there were a slightly larger refrigerator.\n\nThis is a pleasantly intimate Hotel overall, so I would recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet stay.\nAll staff members were attentive and wonderful.\nIt turned into our best Okinawa trip ever—we’d love to return someday!

To everyone at Yunose Onsen, Yunose Ryokan, thank you very much for taking such great care of us. It was truly a place rich in nature. There were no artificial sounds at all—only the sounds of nature—and it was deeply relaxing. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from the crowds and forget about time for a while. The room was very spacious and clean, located within 1 kilometer of Shijo, with an Onsen available. It was affordable and offered great value for money. I would love to stay at this Hotel again!

"Hotel Toranomon Hills" Above all, the location is outstanding. The view from the Room is truly “Toranomon.” Just looking out over the cluster of high-rise buildings somehow lifts your spirits. Another personal favorite was the lounge on the 11th floor. There are light cakes and drinks, it never feels too crowded, and it’s wonderfully quiet. It’s perfect for relaxing at your own pace, or opening up a laptop and getting some work done. Having a calm place like this inside the Hotel is a real treat. Breakfast also offers a wide variety of options, making it easy to enjoy a satisfying start to the day. Most memorable of all was the staff’s hospitality. As this stay was for my birthday, I had made a few requests in advance, and an experienced concierge handled everything with impressive ease. Even without detailed explanations, they understood what I meant and took action accordingly. Luxury Hotels matter for their Facilities and views, of course—but in the end, it really comes down to people. The Room, the view, the lounge, breakfast, and above all the staff. Rather than one standout feature, everything is consistently excellent across the board. A place you can choose with confidence for an important occasion. I’d love to stay again—truly.

We stayed for 4 nights with a group of four. Because the weather was unstable, we couldn’t enjoy the starry sky we had been looking forward to, but our privacy was well maintained and we were able to relax. If you’re expecting a beautiful ocean right in front of you, you may be a little disappointed. Of course, we understood that before visiting. Access was good, so getting around was stress-free. What we liked - The kitchen was spacious and easy to use. - The refrigerator was large, so we could buy plenty of groceries. What concerned us - The provided insect repellent spray was empty. - There were many handprints on the window glass. - For four people staying four nights, it was difficult to secure enough drinking water, so having a water dispenser would be appreciated. - We weren’t expecting excessive service, but we do feel that what’s provided should match the price. - The pool chlorine level seemed too strong and made our nose and throat very sore. This property seems to be in one of the higher price ranges on Miyakojima. We hope for improvements in service that better match the price. We would consider staying again if given the opportunity.

I had been interested in this facility for a long time and finally got the chance to visit. This trip was also to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday, and she was truly delighted. We were even given flowers by the staff, which deeply moved her. The onsen experience was wonderful. The walking bath requires swimwear (free rental available for guests) and is 50 meters one way. The water temperature is on the cooler side, but it was perfect for exercise. There are two open-air baths along the walking bath where you can warm up while enjoying the serene flow of Serikawa River nearby. Even though it rained during our visit, there were roofs that kept us comfortable, and the beautifully maintained plants around looked stunning with raindrops on them—some flowers were blooming too, adding to the atmosphere. There’s also a low-temperature sauna where swimwear is required as well as spacious indoor baths that can be enjoyed without swimwear. What stood out most was the food—it was absolutely exceptional! Every dish was not only visually stunning but also incredibly delicious. The order and combination of courses were thoughtfully planned out. The main course featuring Bungo beef steak was exquisite, and the sashimi had outstanding freshness with generous portions provided. Being able to enjoy such top-tier cuisine prepared by a skilled chef at this price point felt like an incredible privilege! Breakfast too exceeded all expectations. The cottage-style accommodation units were impeccably clean and very comfortable to stay in. One minor downside we noticed: doors at places like restrooms or room entrances closed quickly instead of softly shutting—they almost caught our feet once or twice—so I’m deducting one star for safety concerns here. That said, we are extremely satisfied with this amazing facility overall after such a long time since encountering something so wonderful. Next time we plan to bring along our children’s families or friends! Thank you so much for everything during this stay!

I have been using it frequently, but since around last year, possibly due to SDGs initiatives, the amenities have become less luxurious. It might appeal to environmentally conscious individuals, but for regular guests, it just feels like a downgrade in the Hotel's quality.

The Room was very clean, and the staff at the reception provided excellent service. However, my wife was disappointed as the body soap had solidified into a gel. Since women tend to be particularly meticulous about amenities like body soap, showers, and bathrooms, I believe stricter cleaning checks would be beneficial. The partnered yakitori restaurant was also very delicious and highly satisfying. We look forward to staying again!

We arrived empty-handed, but the staff kindly guided us to a nearby supermarket where we could shop for BBQ supplies. Although it was just the two of us, there were many children around on that day, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. After the BBQ, we relaxed in the Onsen with its clear and silky smooth water, which was incredibly soothing. The Room was in a log cabin style, allowing us to unwind while enjoying the warmth of natural wood. The breakfast was also delicious.

We had a wonderful two-day stay. Upon arrival, we were guided to our room with a detailed explanation, and the room located on an elevated spot offered a stunning view. I booked the Anniversary Plan to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday, and he was delighted with the decorations and cake—it was worth making the reservation. The meals were plentiful, leaving us completely satisfied when we left the accommodation. The atmosphere seemed enjoyable even in colder seasons, so we would love to visit again. We stayed here because we were going to the outlet mall and this Accommodation allows Chihuahuas to stay with you. It was very close to the outlet mall and also had an Onsen, which was great. However, one downside was that the air conditioner didn’t work and there was only old-style heating, so we couldn’t adjust the temperature.
