It was excellent. The morning after my stay, I had booked marine activities early, so I couldn’t take my time enjoying breakfast, which was truly disappointing and is my only regret. The menu selection was very satisfying. The slippers were also wonderfully plush. If I have the chance to stay in Naha again, I’d like to use this Accommodation.

This was my first time using Booking. I made a last-minute request to have champagne set up in the Room so I could enjoy it with someone special, and I truly appreciate your kind support. The Room was spacious, and both the bed and sofa had a comfortable firmness and cushioning, which helped me relax. Next time, I look forward to staying on a clear day and seeing Mt. Fuji.

Whenever I visit Kyoto, I always stay at this Hotel. I’ve lost count of how many times it’s been. Once again, the consistently warm hospitality allowed me to spend a truly relaxing time. The only disappointment was that parking is now charged. I suppose it was surprising that it had been free for guests in that location until now (laugh), and I really appreciated it. A typhoon was approaching and the weather looked rainy, but it didn’t rain much, and we were able to see a wonderful sunset from the restaurant. The view from the large public bath was also amazing. The meals, made with ingredients from Wakayama, were all delicious. It was disappointing that we couldn’t watch Netflix or Amazon Prime in the room (the internet didn’t seem to connect) and that the shuttle bus service has been discontinued, but everything else was great. I’d like to stay again. Thank you very much.

This was my second stay. Both check-in and check-out can be done at a machine, which is convenient. Amenities are provided in a system where you choose what you want and take it with you. If I had to ask for one thing, I would like single-use skincare items. The Room was clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed the plum kelp tea. Thank you very much.

It was very clean, and everything we needed was provided. The safari-themed concept room had the kids thrilled, and we had a wonderful time. Check-in and check-out could be done on our own smartphone or tablet, so everything was smooth and made for a stress-free stay.

This was my third stay. These days, this is my favorite place to stay when I’m in Tokyo. The club lounge has many international guests, yet it’s very quiet and relaxing, so you can truly unwind at a leisurely pace. I almost forgot it was the Obon holiday period. All of the food served was refined, and they even had my favorite smoked salmon—I was delighted. Some of the staff remembered me and provided very attentive service. I would love to stay here again. We stayed with a preschool-aged child, and thanks to your kind hospitality, we had a very comfortable stay. I’ve liked Daiwa Roynet since my days as an office worker and have stayed at your properties in many places across the whole country. Even with a different brand, the same sense of cleanliness remained, and the spacious Room and bathroom were excellent. The service was also wonderful, and it helped us recover from the fatigue of traveling with a child. Thank you for arranging the bed layout and for preparing extra pillows and bath towels. The shoes-off style was also very helpful when traveling with a child. I would love to stay again on our next trip.

I finally stayed at the InterContinental Hotel, a striking, innovative building shaped like a yacht’s sail that I’d wanted to visit for a long time. The warm welcome at the entrance and the kind service made me very happy. This time I chose a harbor-view Room on the 27th floor. Since I had lounge access, I enjoyed a light drink before heading out. The staff were young, but their hospitality and manners were excellent. If you want ocean views, I don’t think there’s any other choice but this Hotel. It was a luxurious and truly out-of-the-ordinary Hotel experience. Having the shower room and bathtub separated made my stay very comfortable. Next time as well, I’ll come back to enjoy the harbor view from a high floor! Thank you very much.

The front desk staff welcomed us with exceptional kindness. The Room was spacious and spotless, with a breathtaking panoramic view of Lake Toya. In the private open-air bath, we could soak in the Onsen while fully enjoying the spectacular scenery of Lake Toya. The open-air bath in the large public bath on the top floor was at the perfect temperature—never too hot—so we could relax without having to step out repeatedly. Looking down over Lake Toya from the infinity bath, we felt completely refreshed in both body and mind; it was truly outstanding. The dining was also excellent. The dinner buffet featured an abundant selection of fresh sashimi and nigiri sushi, including scallops, sea urchin, and shrimp. There were also hot dishes such as grilled crab legs and steak—all you can eat. Breakfast offered a wide variety of seafood as well, including raw surf clams and sweet shrimp, and our whole family was thoroughly satisfied with the meals at “Kohan no Sumika.” I have stayed at more than 70 Japanese Onsen Ryokan so far, but “Kohan no Sumika” is one of the few Hotels that I can say I absolutely want to return to. Thanks to the warm hospitality of all the staff, our family enjoyed an unforgettable and perfect stay. Thank you very much. 2. Business Courtesy Version (more formal and polite tone) This is a flawless Onsen Resort Hotel. I stayed at “Kohan no Sumika” on August 30. The front desk service was extremely courteous, and the Room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well maintained. From the guest Room we could enjoy sweeping views of Lake Toya, and in the private open-air bath we were able to savor both the Onsen experience and the beautiful scenery of Lake Toya to our heart’s content. The top-floor open-air bath had a wonderfully comfortable temperature that allowed for a long soak without overheating. Relaxing while looking down over Lake Toya from the infinity Onsen made for an exceptionally luxurious moment of calm. Dinner was highly satisfying: along with plentiful fresh sashimi and nigiri sushi—such as scallops, sea urchin, and shrimp—there were also all-you-can-eat options like grilled crab and steak. Breakfast likewise included seafood such as raw surf clams and sweet shrimp, leaving our entire family very pleased with its quality. Although I have stayed at more than 70 Japanese Onsen Hotels to date, “Kohan no Sumika” is one of those rare outstanding Accommodations that I would very much like to visit again. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for everyone’s warm hospitality; thanks to you all, our family enjoyed a truly perfect time together.

The large public bath is very relaxing and helps relieve fatigue. Whenever I visit, it eases my work-related tiredness as well, so I can stay with peace of mind.

This was my first time having breakfast here, and I was extremely satisfied—easily one of the best breakfasts among the Hotels I’ve stayed at!! I’m happy to have found such a delicious breakfast again after a long time. The service is excellent, making it a comfortable and reassuring Hotel to stay at. It’s also conveniently close to the station, and easy to reach from the Shinkansen gates without getting lost. In Shin-Osaka, this is my go-to place from now on! We stayed at Hotel Hanamaki while visiting Shohei Ohtani’s alma mater during our trip to visit family graves. We stayed for one night from June 24, and we were very happy with the excellent value for money. For dinner, we enjoyed crab, steak, tempura, and a customizable kama-meshi (I chose one loaded with crab). What impressed me most was breakfast—it was easily the best I’ve had among all the places I’ve stayed. There was delicious rice and a wide selection of both Japanese and Western dishes. Even at 65 years old, I was completely satisfied and even went back for seconds—especially for the freshly made omelet, grated yam (tororo), salted seafood (shiokara), mekabu seaweed, minced tuna (negitoro), pickles, and more. We were also able to explore several different baths, and my wife and I made wonderful memories. Thank you very much.

I stayed here to celebrate my birthday in advance. There was a “Happy birthday” message in the refrigerator and macarons beautifully served in a glass. I was very happy.\nIt’s always such a comfortable space, so I stay here whenever I can.

I stayed here to visit Ghibli Park! The interior was so clean you wouldn’t believe it’s a container, and even though I checked in late at night, the air conditioning was already running, so I had a very comfortable stay. I’d love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

It was my first visit in quite some time, and I came with my grandchild. From the moment we arrived at the entrance, I was impressed by the courteous service that hasn’t changed over the years. During our stay, you responded quickly to any situations that can arise when traveling with a child, so we were able to relax without any worries. Room service didn’t have a large selection, but everything was excellent, and it was nice to enjoy our meal at a leisurely pace.
