The three of us stayed here to celebrate a special occasion. The Hotel has a very calm atmosphere, and the thoughtful care shown by all the staff in every area felt natural and truly heartwarming. We have stayed at many Hotels before, but we are genuinely glad we chose this Hotel.

We stayed here as a family to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. It ranks among the top three Accommodations we’ve ever stayed at—outstanding service, an excellent Facility, a wonderful breakfast, fantastic staff, and a great bar. We’d come back to Niseko just to stay here again. The open views and spacious setting truly made us feel indulged. Our whole family left fully recharged. Thank you so much for your heartfelt hospitality. We hope to see you all again. We’ll work hard until then.

Staying amid the vineyards and enjoying the warm hospitality of everyone who supported us made for an exceptional time. This is an Accommodation we will definitely want to visit again.

I had wanted—at least once—to step into Salon Yamasato, the private lobby lounge of Koshinosato. I’d been thinking that way for the past 10 years. As we reached our 60th birthday milestone as a couple, we decided to make the Reservation at this turning point in our lives. We truly loved the cuisine, amenities, and atmosphere. We were deeply impressed by the high-quality meals—it was unforgettable hospitality throughout our stay. Also, the “macarons” and “gelato” in Kaho’s salon were absolutely top-class delicious—I couldn’t stop eating them. The flavor stayed with me, and I kept wondering what brand they were. It made me strongly want to come back again. Thank you very much. The concierge staff were also incredibly kind—simply wonderful.

The historic building and the beautiful interior design impress me every time I see them. The staff’s hospitality is also truly pleasant, and it always makes me feel glad I chose to stay here. This time, the garden’s Japanese lilies and the trumpet vine on the terrace were in full bloom, and the sunflower floral arrangement in the lobby was a lovely seasonal touch. Dinner at Cascade was delicious as well, with summery dishes such as a chilled soup and a plate featuring seasonal abalone. I also look forward to enjoying my favorite Western-style breakfast pastry plate while taking in the view from the window. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Everything was excellent. We stayed in a Premium Room and enjoyed access to the lounge—thank you for the wonderful food. The breakfast was, of course, delicious, and I ended up eating too much. The bathroom had a separate washing area, so I could relax and unwind. However, one disappointing point was that inconsiderate guests were making loud noises until close to midnight, which made it hard to fall asleep.

This was my 8th stay at the FAUCHON Hotel Kyoto—my absolute favorite in Kyoto, which I love so much. I was visiting Kyoto for a friend’s grand opening celebration, and at the perfect time I received a birthday coupon from the FAUCHON spa. So I decided, “Let’s treat myself to a special birthday FAUCHON hotel stay!” I planned it with excitement—booking the towel cake I’d seen on Instagram and in Reviews on IKYU.com for the first time, along with the spa’s pink bubble bath that had made me unbelievably happy before. It was my third time staying in an East Higashiyama-view FAUCHON Suite, but the sofa and table layout had changed. The moment I entered the room, I couldn’t help cheering at how adorable the towel cake was—I took tons of photos and enjoyed it to the fullest! The handwritten “Happy Birthday” message on my key card, and the illustrated birthday card placed with the towel cake, became precious keepsakes that I brought home as treasured memories. The cute hand-drawn illustrations on both the full-length mirror and bathroom mirror also made me feel endlessly happy every time I saw them. I’m truly glad I chose to spend my birthday hotel stay in a FAUCHON Suite! Since my Plan included lounge access, I spaced it out from my spa appointment and enjoyed an early dinner and drinks. Along with my favorite champagne and umeshu, after enjoying the Shigaraki-ware bathtub in my room once, I topped up fluids and sugar with cola and sweets before heading to the spa. Even for the pink bubble bath at the spa—which I had been looking forward to so much—they prepared another towel cake with a heart. After having my tired feet massaged, I returned straight to my bed in the room and instantly fell asleep—I was blissfully happy beyond words. The next morning, I woke naturally before 4:00 a.m., watched dawn during magic hour, wrote myself a birthday card using one of the room postcards (and mailed it at a postbox at the end of my trip), enjoyed tea and coffee, and savored that Higashiyama view from by-the-window table. The steamed breakfast served in bamboo steamers at restaurant breakfast, as well as a birthday message cake after checkout—and even iced tea brewed by Grandy Master—everything was delicious. It was simply amazing. After buying souvenirs, even tag message attached to tote bag when they stored luggage were adorable too. Until leaving The FAUCHON Hotel Kyoto at last , this is best lingering feeling remained; It was best-ever FAUCHON hotel stay of mine! Thank you so much for such an overwhelmingly happiness-filled time!

Relax in an Onsen in the mountains while gazing out at the sea. This location was simply incredible. Above all, the food was truly delicious! This time we enjoyed a French dinner. French cuisine at an Onsen Accommodation was even more satisfying than we imagined. In the morning, we switched things up completely with a Japanese breakfast. The scenery, the Onsen, and the food—everything was outstanding. It was a luxurious time that left both our hearts and stomachs full.

We stayed for 7 nights and 8 days from July 18 to July 25, 2026. (It is shown as 6 nights, but we extended by one night.) We stayed in a Room on the Premiere Floor with access to the club lounge. These days, many low-cost-operation hotels do not provide escort service to the Room, but here a traditional bell attendant guided us to our Room and explained everything—truly a first-class Hotel. The Room key system was very convenient: when you held the key card over the sensor inside the elevator, it automatically selected your floor. I often see systems where tapping the card simply enables you to press a floor button, but this was my first time experiencing automatic selection of the guest floor. In addition, on the Premiere Floor there was an automatic door at the elevator hall that would not open unless you tapped your key card, which I felt was an excellent security feature. Our Room was a junior suite; although there was no wall or door separating the living area and bedroom, it had space and furnishings comparable to a typical Hotel suite. In this Room, not only were beers and juices in the refrigerator complimentary, but also minibar items such as whisky and wine were free of charge—and whatever we drank was replenished the next day. Housekeeping was also very fast: even when we went out in the morning and returned after around 1:00 p.m., our Room had already been thoroughly cleaned and all amenities fully replenished. I have stayed at many hotels in Japan and abroad, but often housekeeping is still in progress at that time and you have to spend time elsewhere until it is finished; at Dai-ichi Hotel Tokyo, we never once had to do that during our stay. This is my first time encountering a Hotel with room attendants who work so quickly yet so carefully. From lunchtime onward, alcohol such as beer, wine, champagne (during my stay it was Laurent-Perrier), and sake were available in the club lounge—it truly felt like heaven. The staff were efficient yet gentle in mannered service and easy to talk with, making it a very comfortable space. There were also many breakfast venues and options available, which we really enjoyed. My wife and daughter said they would like to stay again as well. It was an extremely pleasant stay. Thank you very much to all of your staff members.

We were truly impressed and grateful for your thoughtful consideration for our elderly family member, including the upgrade to a more spacious Room and helping us choose the best seating during dinner. This was our third stay, mainly for my father, who loves the large lounge, the all-inclusive plan, and the luxurious dinner buffet. Each time we visit, it feels like the service and cuisine have become even better. With features like handrails and minimal steps throughout, we felt genuine hospitality across the entire Ryokan—an outstanding Onsen Ryokan.

Right after arriving, we enjoyed tea time with Sadaharu Aoki petit cakes and macarons. Just as the Reviews said, everything was delicious. The champagne at cocktail time was excellent, and the selection of snacks and dishes was even better than the Reviews suggested. Not only was the breakfast omelet great, but the ochazuke was also delicious. We would definitely like to visit again.

It was my first time using the lounge, and the food was excellent as expected. I felt completely satisfied, both physically and mentally. Above all, the bed on the Zen floor was perfect for me, making my stay at the Hotel even more enjoyable. The bottled amenities in the Room were also easy to use. Thank you very much to all the staff for your courteous service.

I stayed for one night, and everything was comfortable—from the staff’s hospitality to the meals and the in-house Facilities. Both dinner and breakfast were exceptionally delicious, offering a wonderful way to enjoy Kanazawa. The Room amenities and complimentary drinks such as water were also thoughtfully provided. The in-room bath, large public bath, and private bath were all very clean, allowing me to relax at ease. This is a charming Accommodation that I would love to visit again. We visited on a family trip! We travel a few times a year, and this was our first time in Atami and at RISONARE. We were excited for days beforehand, full of anticipation. The Room met our expectations, and the activities made it a very satisfying trip. The only disappointment was the layout of the buffet venue “Mogumogu.” Since we were in Atami, we had hoped to enjoy the night view at dinner and the scenery at breakfast, but we were seated in a tucked-away area where we couldn’t really feel the views, which lowered our excitement. Of course, there were seats where you could enjoy the scenery, but we couldn’t choose them and were guided to a pre-assigned area. While this makes seating smooth, I would love to see improvements so that guests can dine while enjoying Atami’s wonderful views from every table through a layout change. Other than that, everything was perfect—the Room was spacious and relaxing, and the staff were kind. It was a Hotel with very high satisfaction overall. Our grandchild also loved it, and we’re hoping to visit again around autumn. Thank you very much for this stay.

I visit Kusatsu Onsen every year, and Sakurai Hotel is the best. First of all, the hot spring water is excellent. It also seems to have been renovated, and both the Room and the changing area were very clean. The hair dryer was the latest ReFa model. The food was delicious as well—especially breakfast, which left me completely full. The grilled salmon was great. I’d like to come again next year.

We stayed to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The views from the lobby, Room, and restaurant were all amazing, and above all, every dish at the restaurant was outstanding! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, which made our day truly special. Thank you so much—we’d love to visit again! The photo is from when we turned on the TV…! I didn’t know about this surprise touch either, so I was really amazed.

The view from the window of the renovated Room is like a painting. We thoroughly enjoyed the in-room bath in complete privacy. Dinner was just the right amount, and we also enjoyed the sea bream rice at the end. The Shuttle Service from Fukuyama Station was also very helpful for those traveling by Shinkansen. We would love to stay again in a different season.

With more and more Hotels offering self check-in and check-out, the warm service from the front desk staff made me feel at ease. The gentleman who is always at the front desk is great. This time I chose a plan with breakfast, but the menu was exactly the same on both days. The restaurant itself was relaxing, but perhaps because I went close to closing time, the breakfast selection felt a bit limited. That said, it’s very close to Nagasaki Station, and I’d like to stay here again when I visit Nagasaki.

The lounge was outstanding. Everything was perfect—afternoon tea, cocktail hour, breakfast, the view, and the service. Thanks to the delicious morning coffee and omelet, and the lounge staff’s warm smiles, I started the day feeling energized. I will definitely return again next time.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay for a conference. On the first day, because of typhoon-related rain, I had a tempura course at the Japanese restaurant on the 5th floor. The ingredients and flavors were excellent. When the weather is nice, you want to eat outside, but this time I was glad it was raining. I also paired the tempura with sake and returned to my Room in a great mood. It was a wonderful evening.
