We stayed here as a couple to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. It was an even more wonderful hotel than we expected, and our stay—from arrival to departure—was satisfying from start to finish. As someone originally from Nagoya, the TV Tower has been familiar to me since childhood, though it has been 25 years since I left the city. I was truly surprised and moved that such a beautiful hotel had been created here. From the warm welcome on arrival, every member of staff was attentive and kind, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. This time, we were upgraded to a larger room as a Diamond member benefit—what a lovely surprise! The welcome sweets were adorable and absolutely delicious. The view from the room was outstanding, of course. The art displayed throughout the hotel was also captivating, giving the entire property its own unique atmosphere. There were new discoveries everywhere we walked, and we thoroughly enjoyed the art tour as well. Searching for artworks together as a couple became a fun memory too (laugh). And the night view from the observation deck—an exclusive perk for guests—was truly breathtaking! We could take in all of Nagoya’s nightscape at once, making it an unforgettable moment. The hidden-door entrance leading up to the deck was incredibly stylish; its playful touch made us genuinely excited. Breakfast lived up to its reputation—delicious in every way—and we enjoyed a luxurious, happy morning while taking in the amazing view. My wife loved it too and said, “No.1 among all the hotels we’ve ever stayed at!” We’re truly happy to have found a hotel that satisfied both of us wholeheartedly. Thanks to everyone’s heartfelt hospitality, our 25th wedding anniversary became a wonderful memory we will never forget for the rest of our lives. Thank you so much to all of your staff for such an incredible experience. Whenever we visit Nagoya again, we would love to stay here again. We’re already looking forward to what kind of excitement awaits us next time!

I stayed here for a live concert in Yokohama. This was the best Accommodation I stayed at this year. Everything was comfortable, and I had a wonderful stay. Thank you to the staff for your kind and helpful service. I would love to stay here again.

The front desk staff were wonderful! Even though we checked in after midnight, they kindly accommodated us. We stayed here the night before heading to Kusatsu Onsen. This time, our family used the Special Room. As soon as we entered the Room, it was incredibly spacious!!! The bathroom in particular was huge and amazing!! There were plenty of amenities, which was really helpful—and when we opened the refrigerator, there were complimentary drinks!! There were also cup udon noodles on the table for each of us!! The service was excellent and we were very satisfied! For this price, the Room size and service are more than enough. A truly satisfying Hotel!! We would love to stay again.

From the moment I arrive, I’m always deeply moved by the warm hospitality of being greeted by name. Check-in is extremely smooth, and I always love the guidance to my room and the kind, welcoming service from the bell staff. My requests made in advance were fully accommodated, and everything about the room setup and housekeeping was flawless down to every detail, allowing me to stay comfortable throughout my visit. I’m always grateful to the housekeeping team. The spa reception staff also provided wonderful service, and the concierge team’s quick and polished support was a great help. The limited-time Shine Muscat roll cake I had at the pastry shop “Sweets & Deli” was exceptional and became a delicious memory that stayed with me. I also enjoyed spending time at the lobby lounge and would definitely like to return again. Everything is truly perfect—this is a wonderful hotel that leaves me completely satisfied from the bottom of my heart. I would confidently recommend it to my loved ones, and I will definitely stay here again.

My mother and I stayed here together. It was our first visit in over a decade, since we came as a family of three with my late father. We were able to enjoy the delicious meals that impressed us so much back then, and simply soaking in the bath and relaxing brought such a wonderful sense of happiness. I also found it lovely to see the proprietress and everyone else working so briskly and efficiently. I shared how delighted my father had been at the time, and it became a meaningful holiday during Higan. Thank you very much.

Right in front of Kugenuma Beach, it was quiet and away from the bustle of Enoshima. It’s a wonderful small Hotel where you can enjoy a special getaway while truly relaxing. The in-Room meals were delicious, and we also appreciated that the Hotel partners with great nearby restaurants and provides Shuttle Service. The staff were all kind as well. We felt it would be an excellent place to stay as a vacation home alternative.

I had to change my itinerary and made a last-minute Reservation, but I had a very comfortable stay. Security was excellent: for the free laundry, you get a key from the front desk to enter, and both the washer and dryer can be locked. The women’s bath is unlocked by entering a password, which made me feel very safe. The bath is open for long hours, much more spacious than expected, and both the showers and hair dryers were ReFa—I was thrilled. The welcome drink and cold-brewed tea were also delicious. I would love to stay here again when visiting Nagasaki.

Even on a rainy day, I was able to arrive without getting wet at all from Sakuragicho Station’s South New Ticket Gate. I had booked two rooms for one person and was a bit confused at check-in, but the staff helped me right away and the process went smoothly. There’s also a Seijo Ishii supermarket on the first floor, which made it incredibly convenient to pick up delicious drinks and snacks for an evening nightcap. Of course, the room was clean as well, and I appreciated the comfortable hospitality that was eco-conscious without being excessive.

A beautifully designed modern Japanese-style building and an impressive sense of space. Japanese aesthetics can be felt throughout, and it was a wonderfully comfortable stay—spacious yet deeply relaxing. The welcome service at CAFE SKY LIBRARY was excellent, and I was truly impressed by the staff’s understated hospitality. The large public bath and sauna were also very comfortable, allowing me to unwind and recover from travel fatigue at a leisurely pace. Getting to the airport was smoother than expected thanks to the moving walkways. I even had time to enjoy shopping at the airport early the next morning. When traveling in Hokkaido, this is a hotel I would definitely want to stay at as my final stop.

I stay here every year when I visit Kobe, also to pay my respects at the family grave. The front desk staff always welcome me warmly, making me feel like I’ve come home. The Room furnishings are calm and tasteful, and the drawers for storing clothes are very convenient. They provide a voucher for Chikuzono Butcher’s croquettes, so enjoying those nostalgic, warm croquettes in my Room is one of my pleasures. I also enjoyed drinks in the lounge while taking in the night view of Mt. Rokko and spent a relaxing time. I look forward to staying with you again.

It’s a short walk from the station (bus stop), but I think it’s an easy distance to walk. The Room had everything we needed, and it was wonderful that drinks and light snacks were available until 10:00 pm. The snack cakes were delicious. All the staff were courteous and helpful, so we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

Both the Room and the entire Accommodation were clean, and we had a very comfortable stay. The Onsen warmed us through to the core and helped relieve our travel fatigue. The meals were a delight both visually and in taste, and the steak in particular was outstanding. We had no contact with other guests, making it a quiet, relaxing space. Conversations with the staff were also pleasant, and we were very satisfied. We would love to visit again in a different season.

The complimentary treats like popcorn and shaved ice were especially great, and we also enjoyed fun extras such as the bubble bath. Since children stay free, it’s an excellent choice for families with kids. If I have a chance to visit Osaka again, I’d love to stay here. I highly recommend giving it a try.

I’m giving it 3 stars because there’s no Onsen, but everything else is definitely 5 stars!!! The Hotel staff are very kind and friendly. The toiletries are Sekkisei, and there are also face masks you can use in the morning and evening. They even stock the fridge with snacks to help relieve fatigue—such thoughtful attention to detail. The Room is very spacious, and the bed and pillows are so comfortable that you can truly rest well even on a business trip. My top recommendation is the free hot chocolate served in the lobby. It’s fragrant, rich, and absolutely delicious!

Almost directly connected to Kitahama Station, and the front desk staff were exceptionally kind. The room type I stayed in had a separate bathtub that was very convenient—overall, I had an extremely comfortable stay. I sincerely appreciate everything. I’ve been coming here since I lived about 30 minutes away by train. Even after moving to a place about two hours away, I still visit from time to time specifically to stay at this Hotel and explore Takasaki. From the moment you step into the entrance with flowing water, you’re drawn into an extraordinary world. More than anything, I love the atmosphere of the large public bath. If you bathe before sunset, sunlight pours in and it’s bright and truly wonderful. Soaking in the open-air bath while listening to Shinkansen announcements as background music is pure bliss—I can forget everything. Both the guest rooms and the entire property are clean and comfortable. Since I’ve stayed many times, every visit feels like “I’m back.” The breakfast venue is very open and airy, and just as comfortable. The honey butter was so delicious that next time I plan to enjoy it generously again. Thank you always, and I look forward to staying with you again!

With Hotel rates rising lately, I hadn’t had many chances to stay, but with my birthday coming up, I visited again for the first time in a while. These days, many Hotels seem busy with inbound travelers, and it’s often hard to receive Diamond member benefits. Here, even though the Hotel was nearly full, they still provided them, which made me very happy. The Room was just as before—very clean, with large windows and a great view. It felt like a unit in a luxury apartment building, and I was able to truly relax. The service was excellent and made me want to stay for as many nights as possible. I can’t visit often, but I hope to come again soon. Thank you very much.

For us, having held our wedding reception here 30 years ago, the Imperial Hotel is a special place that has quietly witnessed the most important milestones of our lives. This time we stayed in the Tower Wing, and the view from our room was truly breathtaking. Simply spending time looking out over Tokyo felt wonderfully luxurious. What made us happiest most of all was that our room had been discreetly upgraded. We were deeply touched by this thoughtful gesture and felt the warmth that is so characteristic of the Imperial Hotel. We also visited the Old Imperial Bar in the evening, and it was absolutely wonderful. Enjoying drinks in a space filled with history made us feel as though we were savoring the very time and tradition the hotel has cherished. In the morning, we had breakfast at Les Saisons. Not only was each dish beautifully prepared with great care, but enjoying breakfast in such a calm setting was exceptional—a truly happy moment that let us slowly look back on these past 30 years together. During our stay, we were also able to see the banquet hall where we held our reception 30 years ago. To return to this same hotel 30 years later—standing there again and saying to each other, “A lot happened, but we were happy”—was more than enough to fill our hearts. Even after three decades, the Imperial Hotel remains unchanged in its presence, once again watching over another milestone in our lives. We were moved not only by the outstanding service and cuisine, but also by its accumulated history and genuine warmth toward people. We are truly glad we chose to stay here on such a special anniversary. We would love to return again for future milestones in life. Thank you for such a wonderful time.
