We stayed as a group of three, including my two children and myself. The bath was designed for groups, and we enjoyed delicious meals. It was a bit regretful that we couldn't finish all the food. The room was clean and comfortable, allowing us to relax. The night sky full of stars was beautiful, and my children were delighted, making it a wonderful summer memory. If we have the chance to visit nearby again, I would love to stay with my wife next time as well.

Since I was staying with my child and we don’t eat large portions, we chose a restaurant where we could order dinner à la carte. The food was excellent, and we were truly impressed. The sashimi in particular was beautifully presented and delicious. The footbath was next to the smoking area, so the smell bothered us a bit, but everything else was great. The Accommodation staff, the baths, and the meals were all wonderful, and we would definitely like to stay again.

The room was very clean, and we were able to relax and take our time. The meals were also very delicious. Our dog had an accident on the futon, but you responded right away by replacing it. We are very sorry. We would definitely like to stay again when we visit Toyama. Thank you very much.

The Onsen was excellent. Reasonably priced and the meals were decent, it's a Hotel I would like to visit again.

I often stay here when I’m on business in Osaka. It’s in a very convenient location, directly connected to Umeda Station via the underground mall. The Room is compact but new and clean, making it comfortable to stay in. There are many international tourists, but I’ve never been bothered by noise from neighboring Rooms. The bathroom has only a shower booth. The Room feels well designed to make the most of the limited space. Many Rooms face the street, so it doesn’t feel closed in. It would be even better if there were a desk suitable for working. There is no complimentary bottled water; instead, there is a water dispenser in the first-floor lobby.

A quiet and historic accommodation with a splendid courtyard, featuring spacious rooms and no particular issues with meals or the bath, made for a relaxing and enjoyable trip with friends. The senior staff members were working hard, but it seemed understaffed as no one appeared promptly at the dining area when we arrived. When we called out, it seemed they couldn't hear us, which was slightly inconvenient. Additionally, the shower in the room's bidet toilet did not work, and the TV only displayed terrestrial channels; these areas could use improvement. Overall, I was satisfied. Thank you very much!

It seemed that it was not a busy season, so our Room was upgraded. The Room had both a Japanese-style area and a bed, and there was also a kotatsu, so we were able to relax comfortably. The Onsen was excellent, with thick, mineral-rich water that made our skin smooth and warmed our bodies. It is close to the hells, and it's a Property we would like to stay at again.

I stayed on a weekday. There was no wait at reception, and I was able to go to my Room smoothly. The Room is old, but it was properly cleaned and tidy. Amenities in each Room were limited to a toothbrush, towels, and a yukata, but there seemed to be more available in the Onsen changing room. Wi-Fi works, but when I ran a speed test the download speed was around 8 Mbps. Since it was about this fast on a quiet day, I wouldn’t expect much on busy days. For dinner, I chose the charcoal-grilled seafood set. It included crab, scallops, salmon, squid, vegetables, and also sashimi. Since there was udon included I didn’t ask for it, but it seems rice is provided as well. You can also order additional dishes or sake tasting sets for an extra charge. The Onsen felt like it was privately reserved just for me. It’s a great Onsen, and being able to use one of that size alone might actually be a rare opportunity. I think I saw other Reviews mentioning cold shower water; if it’s nearly private-use only, the pipes may have cooled down due to low usage. For about one minute only cold water came out, but after that it worked normally. The sauna did not seem to be available due to COVID-19 prevention measures. Overall, considering the Accommodation Fee level (value for money), this Hotel offers high satisfaction with dinner, breakfast (included), and the Onsen—great cost performance/value for money overall. The Facilities are somewhat dated throughout which is slightly noticeable; aside from that point my satisfaction level was high.

My wife and I stayed here for our usual short getaway. By chance, there were no other guests, so we were lucky to have the large public bath all to ourselves. The staff who assisted us were polite and kind, making it a truly comfortable day. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

This was our first stay for 2 nights and 3 days—thank you for taking such great care of us. As it is limited to one group per building, the Room was spacious and comfortable. On the first day, we had sushi. A sushi kaiseki prepared just for us right in front of our eyes. Every piece was crafted with great care, and chatting with the chef made it an incredibly luxurious time. On the second day, we enjoyed kaiseki cuisine. The chef personally brought each dish to us, and talking about the depth of the料理 while enjoying drinks made it a truly special time. The owner’s wife was also very friendly and wonderful, making these 2 nights and 3 days truly meaningful. We will definitely come back again in a different season.

It was a wonderful space. I’ve also uploaded photos, so I hope you’ll take a look. I was amazed at how beautifully this place has been designed—what could otherwise feel a bit small is made to feel so special. My wife, our 3-year-old child, and I stayed here and were very satisfied! The room was very clean, and our child was thrilled, saying, “The top bunk is my spot!” The sink area and bath were comfortable with everything we needed, and the TENTIAL sandals were also very comfortable to wear. I think this place will change people’s image of a “garage house hotel.” One thing I hope will improve going forward is the food. Dinner looked great—the plating and tableware were beautiful and enjoyable visually. On the other hand, the overall flavor felt like it could use one more step up. In particular, while the venison main dish was prepared in a very approachable way, those who love game meat might find it a little lacking. I was also personally disappointed that there wasn’t a glass red wine option to pair with the venison main. That said, since it was such an easy-to-eat dish, perhaps the by-the-glass selection was chosen intentionally to match that style. And breakfast— this is something I really hope you improve. The rice had dried out and become hard, which honestly made me sad. Personally, I feel breakfast can greatly change the overall impression of a Hotel stay. Because this Facility is so wonderful otherwise, I strongly felt you should put more effort into breakfast. Also, while the female staff member in charge of dinner came across as highly professional, at breakfast it felt like operations still weren’t running smoothly. In the end, after-meal drinks took quite a while to arrive and we had to wait. The families on both sides of us seemed to be in the same situation as well, so I hope this will be improved going forward. I’ve written various things about the meals but—above all—this place itself is truly lovely. I think it’s definitely worth staying at this Hotel. There was also a small issue during our stay this time; however, your response was very smooth and pleasant. Including how you handled an irregular situation like that, my personal evaluation is very high. As an aside: when my child and I woke up early for a walk in the morning—we actually found a stag beetle! My child was overjoyed as well; including that experience too, it became a wonderful memory.

It was my first time staying, and it was quiet with meals served in the Room, allowing for a relaxing experience. However, during my Multiple Night Stay, the service on the second day was not satisfactory, with insufficient replenishment of amenities. There were also times when no staff were available, which caused some concern. The semi-open-air bath was nice but not a free-flowing hot spring; it used a circulation system with low water volume and limited temperature control. Since there is no large public bath available, I think it would have been more enjoyable if the water level had been higher and at least partially free-flowing. It’s unfortunate because it’s such a great location where one can relax quietly.

I didn’t have very high expectations until we actually stayed, but we were extremely satisfied traveling with our toddler (1 year and 2 months old). All the necessary baby items were provided, and they even supplied diapers as a complimentary service. Safety guards were properly placed on table corners and other areas, and even things like remote controls were individually sealed in antibacterial film—thoughtful details that made us feel at ease. At first I wondered if the Room might be a bit small, but there was no wasted space. The futon area (raised platform), living space, and the outdoor open-air bath flowed seamlessly together. Because you can see into the Room while bathing, I could relax in the bath while keeping an eye on my sleeping child. The highlight of any trip is the food, and both dinner and breakfast were served in-room. Everything was delicious. Unlike many Ryokan breakfasts that are unnecessarily large and end up getting cold, ours was served warm with delicate flavors—we were truly satisfied. They also prepared child-friendly options such as softly cooked rice and a lightly seasoned clear soup. The meals were not only delicious but also safe for our child, so both parent and child could enjoy them. Our daughter doesn’t eat packaged toddler meals, but we could simply rinse pieces of grilled fish or simmered dishes from the adult meal in hot water before giving them to her—so we really appreciated being able to travel almost empty-handed. We would definitely stay again. I suspect most guests will return too, so it may become harder to get a Reservation. Highly recommended.

It was a very pleasant Accommodation.

First of all, the bath was great. Indeed, it feels a bit old, but the starry sky viewed from the spacious open-air bath was the best. The temperature is a bit low, but since the bathtub is shallow, I was able to enjoy the Onsen slowly. Dinner and breakfast were also delicious.

The nostalgic Showa-era atmosphere was wonderful, and I was able to relax. The surrounding streetscape also had a lot of charm. It was a shame that my schedule didn’t allow me to have any meals. I gave it 4 stars because the hallway was dark, and I wish there had been a fan in the changing room.

In addition to the bedroom, there is a spacious living room, and the amenities are fully stocked. The bath is an Onsen! You can also see Mt. Yufu from the balcony, making this a very satisfying stay.

We stayed for one night before Obon as a trip to celebrate my mother-in-law's 88th birthday. Although it is a bit away from the stone-paved street, it was a quiet and charming accommodation. The staff were friendly and kind with warm smiles! The room was spacious, and the meals were delicious. The attentive service by the dining staff was very much appreciated. The bath included an indoor open-air option, and there were various hair dryers from different brands available to try out, which was great! Near the front desk, there were board games that everyone could enjoy together. I would love to visit again if I have the chance!
