It was a truly enjoyable trip with our dog. The warm hospitality, delicious meals, and silky-smooth Onsen made us very satisfied. We were surprised at how luxurious the dog meal was! Thank you very much. The Room air conditioner felt a little weak... probably because the Room is spacious. I understand it can’t be helped in this extreme heat, though. We look forward to visiting again.

Visiting Kumamoto Castle has long been my wife's dream. The moment we entered the Room and opened the curtains, it became a memory to cherish for a lifetime. The view of "the castle and cherry blossoms" is truly breathtaking.

As there are very few clean Hotels in Nanki, I truly appreciate Fairfield for providing a stay where I didn’t notice any dust or dirt. I hope you will continue to do so for many years to come.

I stayed at this accommodation during a visit back home after deciding to let go of my family house in Yokote. When I informed the staff about my late check-in, the person on the phone was incredibly kind and left me with high expectations for my stay. The front desk staff were also very welcoming, gentle, and provided excellent service in a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The entrance and hallways had a very charming ambiance. The room number plates and lighting were stylishly designed. The room was compact yet perfectly equipped with everything needed, offering just the right amount of space. I especially appreciated that the bathroom and toilet were separate, which made it easy to relax comfortably. Everything was impeccably clean, making it truly an outstanding hotel! Although letting go of my family house means I might visit Yokote less often in the future, discovering this favorite hotel has given me a reason to return again for sure. Thank you for providing such a wonderful stay!

Unlike the Kanazawa Station location, I did not receive a confirmation call about pre-booking the EV charger. As a result, I called several times to Check Reservation, but every call was automatically routed to the call center, and I couldn’t tell whether my Reservation was secured until I arrived. When I explained this at the front desk, an older staff member apologized politely. Thankfully, the Reservation had been made. The EV charger is located behind the Hotel, and there is only one unit. By the way, this staff member provided the best and most professional service I have ever experienced at Route Inn—his attentiveness was outstanding. The lobby offered local Nakano apple juice and chilled sweets, which was a nice touch. The Room had been renovated, but the unit bath was an extremely small old-style type—especially the toilet. There were few restaurants nearby and it’s quite far to the station area, so we used Hanachaya in the Hotel for dinner. Route Inn properties with limited dining options nearby often have Hanachaya. I don’t think this was available before, but they now offer all-you-can-drink: 1 hour for 1,000 yen or 1.5 hours for 1,650 yen. It’s an excellent deal and hard to pass up. The draft beer was great, and they also had three types of local sake. The food was simply good, and the older gentleman working there was very kind. The bill ended up being very reasonable as well—I was satisfied overall. The only downside is that there aren’t many menu items; if you doubled the menu selection, sales and guest satisfaction would probably double too. Please consider it. Breakfast was fine overall, but it was disappointing that there wasn’t any curry here.

We booked this Accommodation because there was a residents’ discount, so we decided to stay somewhere nicer than usual. When we stayed before, it wasn’t all-inclusive, so we were really looking forward to it this time. The dango grilling was available until 4:00 p.m. We arrived just in time at 4:00 p.m., but we were glad we still got to do it. The amazake was delicious as well. The Onsen was empty, so it felt like a private bath and was wonderful. After the bath, I went to the alcohol corner for a drink, but the room was hot. When I opened the entrance door for ventilation, it was closed again. I also couldn’t find the air conditioner switch. There was a TV installed, but no remote control, so I couldn’t turn it on. Unfortunately, I went back to our Room right away. It said free Wi-Fi was available; it worked in the lobby but not in our Room, which was disappointing. We were very satisfied with both dinner and breakfast. At breakfast there were many different side dishes for rice, and I ended up running out of rice. There were a few disappointing points, but all of the staff were kind and very pleasant. The Onsen and meals were great as well, so it turned into a wonderful wedding anniversary trip.

This was my first stay. The front desk staff were very courteous. There were complimentary drinks on the first floor, and the ice-cold draft beer was excellent. The Room was spacious and had a massage chair, so I could relax, but I couldn’t adjust the air conditioning—when I tried to operate it, it turned off. I filled the in-room Onsen right away and enjoyed a very pleasant bath, but my parent, who has difficulty walking, said the step was high and felt scary. Since everything is flat around it, I thought a handrail would make it safer. I understand this may be difficult as it is not barrier-free. I was looking forward to dinner. Everything was delicious, including salt-grilled ayu and chicken hot pot, and even the white rice was excellent. The children’s lunch plate was also generous in portion size, and my child happily bit into a big fried shrimp. However, there was one thing that concerned me. My child’s dessert (a mousse-like item topped with fruit) that came with the lunch plate was taken away partway through for some reason. Since I happened to be on the phone at that moment, I wondered why. After that, as if nothing had happened, the removed dessert was served to an adult instead, and jelly was placed for my child. I assumed it had been a mistake, but I believe an explanation should have been given. Taking something once served to one person and then serving it to someone else seems inappropriate etiquette-wise. At the very least, some explanation when bringing out the jelly for my child would have been appreciated. Overall it is a wonderful Accommodation; only the dinner service response bothered me. Thank you very much.

All the dishes were very delicious, and every member of the owner’s family was pleasant and kindly answered our questions. The bath is an Onsen like a pool, and it was basically assigned a time slot on a first-come, first-served basis upon arrival; there was no second session, which was disappointing for someone who loves baths. The stairs were wet, perhaps because the previous guest didn’t dry off before getting out, which raised hygiene concerns. I understand that things like changing mats may be difficult, but some countermeasures might be worth considering. The Room felt clean, although the windows and other features show their age.

We stayed as a family. Our children really enjoyed the kid-friendly quests and fireworks. We were also able to relax in the large public bath. I do wish there had been a bit more consideration regarding the morning open-air bath tub, but the meals were just right, we could fully enjoy the wine including welcome wine, and we would like to stay again.

We stayed in a popular riverside Room. From the window, we could see Inuyama Castle, and at night the illuminated castle was truly wonderful. The meals were very satisfying, with many delicious dishes. We would like to stay again.

I needed a last-minute stay and was looking for an affordable Accommodation, so I made a Reservation here. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much, but the moment I stepped into the Ryokan I was surprised by the stylish interior. The staff were very friendly, and the facilities were clean. The bath was the silky type I love, so it felt amazing. The ice cream after the bath was also fantastic. And above all, I was amazed by how many breakfast options there were! Desserts and drinks were buffet-style, and it was the first time I’ve ever had such a filling breakfast. Even when I tried to find something negative, there wasn’t a single thing—everything was perfect, including the price. I’d definitely like to stay again.

I was very satisfied with this stay. Because the Room lighting was darker than expected, I rated the guest room 4, but it was still comfortable. The Room was spacious with plenty of room, and I appreciated that it was a comfortable temperature upon arrival and the thoughtful touches. The meals were delicious, especially the lava-grilled meat as the main dish. In particular, the younger staff at dinner provided very pleasant service—above all with their smiles—so I was able to spend the evening in a cheerful mood.

[Note: Room Condition] I stayed for a 4-night Multiple Night Stay in a 15-tatami Japanese-style Room with No Meals Included. It felt like using a futon set up in a small banquet hall of a day-use Onsen Facility. I was initially concerned that there was no toilet in the Room, but it was clean and I didn’t run into anyone during my stay, so it wasn’t an issue. Fresh towels, amenities, and very tasty tea snacks were delivered every day. For dinner, I could freely choose depending on my mood—warming up convenience-store food in the microwave or having meals delivered from the dining hall. If I asked, they brought cups and ice as well, and all the staff were pleasant, which made it very relaxing. I love traveling and have stayed at many Accommodations, but this became one of my favorites.

It may not be flashy, but this Accommodation offers great meals, excellent cleanliness, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The building itself is probably old, but it is kept very clean. You lay out your own futon, but since you can do it whenever you like, it was actually better that way. And the food was absolutely delicious! At dinner, they timed things perfectly and brought soup just when we were ready to eat rice. They also kindly accommodated our request to change breakfast to a boxed meal for pickup at 4:00 a.m. due to an early departure. The front desk staff were very kind and pleasant. They let us leave our luggage in a large hall while we went hiking, and after coming down we could bathe and then sort our bags and rest there, which was a huge help. When climbing Mt. Oyama, I would definitely like to stay here again.

Once again, it was a very pleasant stay. The meals were delicious, and the fried chicken we had last year was so good that we ordered it again this time—still outstanding!

We stayed here as a base for sightseeing in Amanohashidate and Ine. One of our companions fell and was injured, and when we asked for help, the staff kindly assisted us by recommending an orthopedic clinic, arranging a taxi, and adjusting our dinner time. Thanks to their support, we were able to receive proper treatment and continue our trip. The view of Amanohashidate from our Room and the bath was even better than expected—absolutely stunning—and we thoroughly enjoyed the meal that combined Kyoto cuisine with fresh seafood from the Sea of Japan. We visited Ine the next day as well; thank you for helping make it such a wonderful memory.

This was my second visit, and the meals were still delicious. The Onsen was clean, and I could relax and enjoy it at my own pace.

This was my second stay, and it was relaxing again. I have stayed at other accommodations in Zao Onsen several times, but this accommodation is highly recommended in every aspect—Onsen, meals, and price. During my previous stay, the elevator directly connected to the open-air bath was out of order, which was inconvenient. This time it had been repaired, making access from the room to the open-air bath smooth—I ended up using it five times. Both dinner and breakfast were served as set meals, and we were very satisfied with the quality and variety. We stayed as a family of three and felt refreshed in every way. We will definitely return. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Both the cuisine and the service are excellent. The Room has a traditional Japanese farmhouse style, and we were able to relax.

The lobby and all indoor areas are spacious, and the kids’ play area in the lobby makes it easy to relax. The parking lot is also large—it was extremely comfortable.
