This is my favorite Accommodation, and I’ve stayed here several times. Because it’s a detached log cabin, you can relax in nature without worrying about your surroundings. Outside the windows is lush greenery, and taking a bath while listening to birdsong is truly soothing. The meals are delicious every time, and all the staff are kind—making it a very comfortable Accommodation. With Shuttle Service available, it’s easy to visit even by train, and it’s an Accommodation I’ll want to return to again and again. I’ll be back in a different season. Thank you very much.

I’ve stayed at many well-known Accommodations, and this one stood out for its small, carefully selected team. The staff were efficient and treated us with genuine courtesy, which I truly appreciated. Summer flowers were blooming in front of the Room, and it was beautiful—really lovely. The bath was very comfortable, with the water temperature just right. I can’t get into overly hot baths, so that was perfect for me. Also, although I didn’t use it myself, there was a caregiving bath chair provided in the bath area. It felt like an Onsen Accommodation well suited for elderly guests as well. It’s also relatively close to central Tokyo, making it a place you’ll want to return to. On the way back from the Hotel, there was a local deli where we could buy very fresh vegetables and more—another nice bonus.

This was my first time in Himeji to see an opera. I considered other options, but chose this Hotel because of the Nikko brand, a separate bath and toilet, on-site parking, and even a club floor. However, the parking lot fills up quickly (it’s near the station and there aren’t many spaces), which made me nervous as a guest traveling from far away. A male staff member at the parking entrance kindly secured the last available space for me, which was a huge help—thank you very much. It would be great if parking could be reserved when making a Reservation, though I understand it may be difficult to manage. I also appreciated that parking is free for club-floor guests. The Facility feels a bit dated in places, but the Room has been renovated for comfort and convenience, with no shortage of amenities. The ReFa shower and hair dryer were excellent. The toilet wasn’t just updated cosmetically—the fixtures and piping also seemed new, making it very easy to use. The pajamas were a comfortable two-piece set with a soft feel and relaxed fit. It was quiet at night and I slept very well. The lounge made me wonder if this price is really okay—the food and drinks were impressively plentiful. Not only alcohol but also a great selection of HARNEY & SONS teas; the cinnamon tea recommended by one of the hotel staff was so good that I bought some afterward. Overall, the service was pleasant throughout and I could truly relax. Breakfast offered an extensive variety of both Japanese- and Western-style dishes—so much that even with my big appetite I couldn’t try everything. Live-cooked egg dishes are common at Hotels, but this was my first time seeing burgers made to order right in front of me. The burger was delicious—and perfectly sized as well. And the Awaji Island milk was outstanding. With no time limits on parking or lounge access, I could visit Himeji Castle and shop in the arcade as well. This isn’t just convenient for guests—it also feels like support for local revitalization efforts. Breakfast included many locally inspired items, and even the vending machines next to reception carried products from local confectionery shops—another nice touch. I don’t often have reasons to come to Himeji, but I’d love to return for a relaxing staycation. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

We stayed one night in Okayama to spend some quality time together as a couple for the first time in a while. Our Room was a corner Room near the elevator with a great view. The Room felt a bit old, but it was well maintained and clean. We had planned to go out right away, but we ended up wanting to just keep enjoying the view. Breakfast was on the top floor, and the scenery there was different from what we saw from our Room, which was nice. The food selection included both Japanese and Western options, and they even had Kasaoka ramen—everything was excellent. We also appreciated having our photo taken. Since we chose a Plan with 12:00 checkout, we were able to visit a nearby exhibition while leaving our luggage at the hotel. We heard that the Rooms will be renovated next year, so we’re looking forward to seeing them after the renovation.

The Onsen water quality was excellent in both the large public bath and the private reservable bath. I wished the bathing hours were extended until around 2:00 a.m., as I would have loved to soak one more time. The complimentary fondant chocolate and cold tea in the post-bath lounge were delicious. The brunch curry topped with roast beef was luxurious, beautifully presented, and very tasty. Being able to enjoy the perfect combination of Ureshino Onsen and Ureshino tea truly helped me recharge with nature’s energy. Thank you very much—I would love to stay again.

We stayed at Kinugawa Onsen “Kizuna” from July 31 to August 2, 2026 (2 nights/3 days). We checked in with two adults, one child, and two Chihuahuas. I thought I had made a Reservation for a Room without an open-air bath, but due to what seemed to be a communication issue, we were instead shown to a Room with an open-air bath (a lucky surprise). Having an open-air bath in the Room meant we could enjoy the Onsen anytime, day or night, and our whole family had a truly happy time. For every meal (breakfast and dinner), we were able to dine in a private room (rather than the usual shared dining area). The menu changed each time, so we looked forward to every meal and headed there excitedly. Each dish was refined and absolutely delicious. With drinks as well, we felt completely satisfied after every meal. By chance, the Nikko Fireworks Festival was held on Saturday, August 8, and we were able to enjoy spectacular fireworks from our Room as well (another lucky moment). Above all else, what made our stay so comfortable was the attentive service from the manager and staff members—and their genuine hospitality in accommodating guests’ requests. That level of professionalism seemed to fill the entire Ryokan, allowing guests to relax completely and enjoy an exceptional experience. For three days, we fully enjoyed an extraordinary getaway both physically and mentally. It may sound childish, but it was such a wonderful Ryokan that I didn’t want to leave—I wanted to stay forever. Everyone in our family kept saying “Let’s come again,” so we will definitely return. My heartfelt thanks go out to everyone who took care of us at “Kizuna.” Thank you very much for everything.

I was surprised when an alarm went off at 6:00 a.m. even though I hadn’t set one. Other than that, everything was good. It seems the large public bath had been out of order until recently, but it’s now available as usual. There was also a morning bath option.

Even though the building is 300 years old, it has been carefully maintained down to every detail, and we had a very comfortable stay. Above all, the staff were truly wonderful. We would love to visit Kurashiki again, and Yoshii Ryokan will be our only choice. Thank you very much!

The hospitality was exceptional. While the Facility is old and the bath lacks notable features, the outstanding customer service more than made up for it. The attentiveness and care during check-in, check-out, and meals were truly pleasant, allowing for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. This is professionalism at its finest—truly impressive.

There is a supermarket and other shops within the Facility, which is very convenient. We stayed here because it was easy to access for sightseeing in Yokohama. If you enjoy walking around, Chinatown and Yamashita Park are within walking distance, and Noge is also close by. The night view was even better than in the photos and never got old. The soundproofing was excellent, and we could hardly hear any noise from outside.

This was the best breakfast I’ve ever had! The vegetables and pork were delicious, and there were also dishes like squid rice and grated yam. The yogurt and corn felt uniquely Hokkaido as well. On top of that, the chilled sweet red bean dessert and elderflower jelly were outstanding. It was also a pleasure to stop by the Hotel’s guest-only lounge during sightseeing for tea and sweets—and they were genuinely delicious, not an afterthought! Overall, everything felt spacious and relaxing, and I was able to unwind comfortably.

My first time in Sakura City, and I had a great impression. I’d love to visit again.

All of the dishes were delicious, and the shabu-shabu and shellfish dishes in particular were outstanding! We could really taste the quality of the ingredients, and we were very satisfied. The service was also very attentive, making our stay truly comfortable. Both the food and service were excellent—this is a Ryokan we would definitely like to visit again. Thank you very much!

Everything—from the hospitality and the Room to the dinner—was outstanding, and we were completely satisfied. First, the matcha tea and sweets served as a welcome were delicious. The steak kaiseki dinner was carefully prepared dish by dish, the meat was tender and very tasty, and although the portions were generous, we finished everything. The herbal tea also had a wonderful aroma and was very relaxing. Their commitment to ingredients from Noto really came through, and you could feel their love for Noto. The service was also excellent. The Room was just the right size, and we appreciated having a large table. When visiting Kanazawa, I would definitely recommend this Accommodation to many people. I would love to stay here again.

I felt at ease knowing I could go anywhere with my dog. This time I only had breakfast, but it was very delicious and satisfying. Since it was a hot season, I used the air conditioner, but it was noisy, perhaps because the Facility is old. Other than that, my stay was comfortable.

I’d been wanting to go fishing and had been curious about this Accommodation for a while, so I was finally able to stay here. The building and facilities felt a bit aged overall, but that created a calm atmosphere where I could relax without any pretense. There was tea-scented incense in the room, which really impressed me. I thoroughly enjoyed fishing, and at both dinner and breakfast the staff kindly explained everything in detail—their thoughtful hospitality made it a warm and comfortable stay. The meals were excellent in both quantity and quality. I’d love to come back in another season to enjoy fishing, the Onsen, and the food again.

A bright, spacious Room with high ceilings. Surrounded by greenery, we could even hear Japanese bush warblers—it was a wonderful hidden retreat. The carefully prepared dishes made with local ingredients were delicious, and we finished everything. The dried horse mackerel served at breakfast—also used in space food—was so tender we could eat it right down to the bones, a flavor we had never experienced before. When we visit Dogo Onsen again, we would love to stay here once more.

The Onsen was wonderful, and the pool made the kids absolutely delighted. In addition, the after-bath lounge offered beer and ice cream, which I felt was an excellent service. We also enjoyed playing table tennis, and we were very satisfied overall. This is an Accommodation we would love to return to again and again.

From check-in until our car left the Ryokan, the staff naturally came outside to welcome and see us off. I think there are very few Ryokan or Hotels that do this. The preparation of the futon bedding and in-Room dining was pleasant, and it made for a wonderful stay. Every dish was delicious, and the portions were very satisfying. If I had one request, I would be happy if there were a bit more local vegetables—especially for guests in their 50s like us. This may be a matter of preference, but I felt the miso soup would have been even better if it were served a little hotter. Similarly, I would have preferred the water in the large public bath to be slightly hotter. What impressed me most was how thoroughly everything was cleaned. Even at expensive Hotels or Ryokan, you often notice dust in hidden areas or peeling wallpaper and small flaws here and there, but everything visible was very clean. Precisely because it isn’t brand-new, it felt especially comfortable. It was my first stay here, but I feel like I got great value. My only concern is that many of the staff seemed to be around my age or a bit older, so I hope this Ryokan will continue for many years and be passed on to the next generation so guests can keep enjoying it. We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 2 nights and 3 days. We arrived at Shin-Urayasu Station at 9:30 PM and were worried whether the local bus would still be running, but we were able to get on right away. It took about five minutes, and the Hotel was very close to the stop, so getting there was extremely easy. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were very helpful. Amenities and pajamas were available near the front desk, and everything we needed was provided, which was a big help. Our Room was a triple, but it didn’t feel too cramped; it was well cleaned and comfortable. We also appreciated having separate bath and toilet areas. Breakfast had a smaller selection, but there were many items that made us want to try them, and everything tasted great—we were very satisfied. They happened to be holding a strawberry fair as well, so our child was happy to enjoy plenty of strawberries. We especially liked the fun options such as cotton candy, chocolate fondue, and make-your-own waffles. We only visited DisneySea, but using the shuttle bus both ways made it very convenient. With how easy it was to get from the station to the Hotel, how comfortable the Room was, and how good the value felt overall, we’d love to stay again in the future.
