The Accommodation’s calm atmosphere, the cuisine, and the baths were all wonderful, but what impressed me most was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Everyone we spoke with combined deep knowledge with warm, attentive service, making our stay truly comfortable. I initially wondered if this trip might be a bit luxurious for traveling with my three underage sons, but they seemed to experience what true quality means, and I am now wholeheartedly satisfied.

Although it is an older building, it is well cared for and kept very clean. Thank you very much to the proprietress and all the staff. If checkout were at 11:00, we could have had a more relaxed morning... We would love to stay again.

All the staff were friendly and welcoming with warm smiles. The Room was a bit small, but considering the price, it was good value and very clean. The only disappointment was that the bath did not seem to have continuously flowing water. As a minor note, the plastic bag for laundry was hidden under the hair dryer bag, so it took a little time to find it.

From the warm welcome to the heartfelt send-off, we were truly satisfied with the hospitality. With the carefully designed interior and a beautiful garden view, we could freely enjoy a variety of delicious Ureshino cold teas, which helped us forget the heat. Dinner was delicately prepared with deep flavors and was beautiful to look at; even my mother, who has visited Onsen all over The whole country, was deeply moved. The bath in our Room was also a continuously flowing Onsen, and it felt wonderful. All of the staff were genuinely kind, and their smiles were soothing as well.

The garden was magnificent. The bath was also an Onsen that warmed us to the core, and the meals were very delicious. We would definitely like to stay again. The cake included with the anniversary Plan was exceptionally good, and enjoying it with the complimentary coffee made for a truly happy time.

We stayed in a Room with an open-air bath, and it was excellent—the amenities were well stocked and the Room was clean and comfortable. Both dinner and breakfast were luxurious and delicious. The service was also very polite and attentive. This is a Ryokan we would definitely recommend.

We stayed here with our family to celebrate my birthday and his. The Room was spacious, and everything—the toilet, bath, and beds—was exceptionally clean. The open-air bath was also at a perfect temperature, and it was clear it had been well maintained. We ordered the BBQ dinner and breakfast! The Awaji beef was top quality—tender and absolutely delicious. All the other dishes provided were stylish as well, and everything paired perfectly with wine. I wondered if it would be enough… but it was more than enough—we couldn’t even finish it all! I debated choosing No Meals Included and bringing our own ingredients, but I’m really glad we ordered the meals. If I had to mention one thing… there weren’t quite enough dishes. In the morning, we planned to enjoy Sora Villa’s special sandwiches with coffee and onion soup, but there were only four mugs available—so I thought it would have been nice to have bowls for soup. In the morning too, we soaked in the open-air bath while listening to the waves rolling in at sunrise, then relaxed on the terrace with drinks and conversation. We were able to spend a truly relaxing and elegant time. Next time, we’d like to bring our dog as well—and visit again together.

No matter how many times we visit, Osawa Onsen never disappoints. We were very satisfied again this time, including the attentive service from the staff. On the drive home, we were already planning when to come back next. Thank you very much.

We stayed one night in a second-floor Room starting 2026/6/6. Our group was two adults, one 2-year-old, and one Pomeranian. The Room was stylish, clean, and spacious, and the private open-air Onsen bath was more than large enough. The water temperature was easy to adjust. Even though it was June, we didn’t notice any insects, and it was wonderful to be able to bathe 24 hours a day at whatever temperature we wanted. The only reason this isn’t a full 5 stars is the lack of a view (it didn’t bother us at all at night). We were surprised to find an indoor puppy area in the Room that’s big enough for light running. Also (in a good way), even though the Facility is extremely clean, dogs are allowed to walk anywhere as long as they’re on a leash. The vanity has double sinks and is very comfortable. There’s also a front-loading washer/dryer, so staying two nights or more would be easy. The shower room is very spacious, which made bathing our 2-year-old much easier. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and tableware for cooking, but we ate out this time. Within walking distance there are great sushi places, buffets, loco moco spots, and an infinity-style scenic footbath with amazing views. Shirarahama Beach is about a 20-minute walk from the Hotel—an excellent location. Within about 10 minutes by car are Toretore Market as well as recommended yakiniku and pizza restaurants. They offer free rental of an outdoor wagon: we loaded our 2-year-old and our Pomeranian into it and walked to Shirarahama Beach. At night we went to a buffet about a 3-minute walk from the Hotel; after our child fell asleep we enjoyed Onsen time with drinks; the next day we bought delicious bread from the attached bakery Hotel before sightseeing. Thanks to all of this, we had an amazing holiday. We will definitely return—if I had to nitpick: - I would have liked a baby guard to prevent falls (we pushed the beds together and used pillows as a barrier) - I would have preferred an enclosed toilet room (this is also why it’s not quite full marks for the Room) We’ve stayed at many pet-friendly Accommodations before, but considering location and value for money, this was by far the best. We will absolutely come back. Apparently Rooms on the third floor have ocean views—next time we’d like to stay there.

Last summer, we stayed here for the first time and our whole family was thrilled to enjoy such an extraordinary getaway, so this year we extended our stay to three nights. Since we thought we might not make it by check-in time, we let them know we would be late, and they responded very pleasantly. Check-in was until 6:00 PM, but when we arrived around 7:00 PM and went to reception, the staff greeted us with a wonderful smile and said “Welcome back,” providing truly perfect service. Right after checking in, as we drove out for dinner, we noticed that the decorative lights that had been on earlier were now off—and realized they had turned them on as a landmark to help us find reception. We felt sorry for the trouble and were impressed by how thoughtful the staff were. Because we have a dog, we chose a type with a large dog run and BBQ facilities, and it exceeded our expectations. The Room was spacious and spotless, amenities were well prepared, and it was so perfect it was hard to find anything to complain about. We’d love to keep using it like a vacation home in the future, and I think it’s also ideal for multiple families or three-generation trips.

This time I was in Memanbetsu for work and mostly just slept, but thanks to the warm hospitality of your staff, I was able to relax and enjoy a restful stay. Thank you very much. I expect my next visit will be next summer. I look forward to staying with you again.

It was a truly wonderful Accommodation. Fresh flowers were beautifully arranged throughout the building, everything was spotless, and the lounge offerings—drinks and sweets—were excellent. The breakfast mochi was also outstanding! It was a lovely Accommodation that left our whole family very satisfied. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

This was our 12th stay. It’s one of our favorite Accommodations as a couple. We love being able to relax in a quiet place with nothing around. The Room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. We would be happy if there were a small buffet, such as a salad bar, not only at breakfast but also at dinner. We had another very pleasant stay this time as well. We’d love to come again. We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you for kindly accommodating our last-minute request to change the time for the private bath. Everyone in the lobby, restaurants, and breakfast venue, as well as the staff in charge of our Room, provided attentive service. Both the meals and the baths were excellent.

We stayed here to celebrate my mother’s birthday. As I was traveling with my elderly mother, I hesitated until the very last minute about whether it was wise to go far. But because she loves Onsen so much, I decided to make the trip in hopes of making her happy. Even though it was a last-minute Reservation, when I told you it was for my mother’s birthday, you responded quickly and courteously. Your warm message—“All of our staff will do our very best to make it a memorable day”—truly meant a lot to me. We were also looking forward to enjoying the baths at Dogo Onsen and the meals, and above all, seeing how happy my mother would be on the day. After we arrived at the Accommodation, everything exceeded our expectations: delicious food, soothing baths, and most of all the wonderful hospitality from your staff. The birthday surprise for my mother was a huge success!!! She was so happy she even cried. The property was spotless and beautifully maintained. The expansive garden filled with lush greenery was especially breathtaking! Thank you so much for giving our family such an unforgettable and special time. We will definitely return.

From the Room balcony, we had a panoramic view of Shirahama Beach, the ocean, and the town—an unbeatable location. The Room was spacious and truly relaxing. The Hotel itself was lovely, and having a nice smoking room was a real plus for smokers. In the evening, we enjoyed delicious cocktails at the bar counter, and with live piano music it made for a wonderfully comfortable time. The view from the large public bath was also amazing—you can look down over the sea, and the ocean breeze felt incredibly refreshing. Dinner was an Italian course meal and everything was delicious. The breakfast buffet was great too, with both Japanese and Western options. The Hotel also has a pool and a gym, and it’s close to Shirahama World Safari and golf courses—perfect for families with children as well as golf lovers. It was such a wonderful Hotel that we’ll definitely want to visit again.

I was looking for a Room with an open-air bath and in-room dining. About a 45-minute drive from Kanazawa, with a zoo and the mysterious Hanibe Gankutsu-in nearby, it felt like the perfect place for the first night of our 2-night, 3-day trip, so we decided to stay here. First, when we arrived about 10 minutes past check-in time, everyone was waiting outside in this heat, and since we weren’t used to that kind of welcome, we felt truly apologetic (lol). I was surprised by how vast the grounds were—our Room was spacious, and best of all, it had the semi open-air bath I’d been hoping for! Having a dedicated staff member (?) take care of us throughout our stay also made us feel at ease. This time it happened to be my companion’s birthday month… and when I casually mentioned it, they gave us a birthday gift at dinner. On top of that, the proprietress even put on a surprise (no spoilers), which made it such a fun and memorable experience. We heard the meals change daily, so I think even a Multiple Night Stay would be enjoyable. There are also two large public baths that are more than enough to enjoy even without an in-room bath—we were able to relax and unwind. Above all, we really appreciated the warm hospitality from all the staff. In the end everything worked out well, but since it was their birthday month I requested an additional dinner item in advance; however, on the day we were told that if we ordered that menu they would like to serve dinner not in our Room but in another private dining room instead. Since I had been looking forward to in-room dining as well, I would have appreciated being informed at the time of ordering that this might happen. That said, the room they prepared for us was private—and actually it worked out better for messy people like us because we didn’t have to rush around tidying up before dinner—so we were very satisfied. Next time I’m thinking of visiting during my own birthday month so I can experience the proprietress’s surprise again. Thanks to you all, it turned into a wonderful Kanazawa trip. The building is showing its age, but it is carefully cleaned, and the furniture and furnishings are well maintained. The ikebana arrangements are beautifully displayed and are said to be rearranged each time by the staff. The chef is from Nemuro and sources fresh seafood from there. The vegetables and meat are locally sourced from within Hokkaido. Every time, both the presentation and the flavor are excellent, and we enjoy our meal with genuine admiration. We plan to visit again next year to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

The Room was clean, and there was a modern desk lamp that allowed wireless charging for iPhones. I really liked this new type of Hotel and would love to stay again.

We stayed here for his birthday trip, and everything—from the hospitality and amenities to the views and meals—was truly top-class. We definitely want to come back someday. Thank you for a wonderful time.
