We stayed here on our first trip to Tokushima as a family of five. The views, meals, and service were all perfect—an outstanding resort. We all stayed in one room and enjoyed wonderful family time together.

This historic inn and its attentive service allowed us to forget everyday life and relax at a leisurely pace. We would love to stay again.

Both breakfast and dinner were exceptionally delicious, and we were completely satisfied. The view from the lounge was wonderful. From the in-room scenic bath, we could look out over the sea, and from the living area we could see airplanes up close. In the open-air bath of the large public bath, we could look up at planes just before landing, and were truly impressed by how powerful it was. We look forward to visiting again next year after the renovations are completed.

We visited as two women this time. A dedicated staff member was assigned to us and took care of us both in our room and during meals. We were amazed by the attentive service. They explained each dish at just the right moments without interrupting our conversation, and even kindly made rice we couldn’t finish into onigiri—thoughtful touches that are hard to come by. The food was outstanding, easily among the top one or two meals we’ve had at any ryokan. Every staff member we passed in the building greeted us and added a few warm words as well, which truly impressed us. What a comfortable place this is. We recommended it to our family that very day. As we were leaving, a staff member who was cleaning said, “We look forward to welcoming you again.” Although we travel often, it was the first time anyone had said that to us—and it really moved us. This is a wonderful inn where training and hospitality reach every detail. You can feel that everyone works from the guest’s perspective, and thanks to that we had a truly pleasant stay. We will definitely visit again—not just Hiroshima, but Arimoto specifically. It was such a lovely day. Thank you very much.

This was my first time staying here. I’d been curious for a while, and it was just as I expected—I really liked it. The building may not be brand-new, but perhaps it has been renovated; I had no inconveniences at all. The meals and the bath were both very relaxing. If my schedule allows, I’d like to visit again later this year for about two nights, and I look forward to staying with you again then.

Unlike a single Accommodation that simply claims to be “Bali-style” or “European-style,” the entire Facility is so spacious that it feels like a theme park, offering an outstanding sense of being abroad. The Rooms are on par with those at real overseas resorts, and because the amenities meet Japanese standards, they are even more comfortable than many resorts abroad. The unique blend of European and Arab influences is wonderfully intriguing. From the baths to the dining, everything is first-class, and there was not a single unpleasant moment—my wife was delighted and said she was completely satisfied.

The meals, amenities, and services were excellent and attentive. Small thoughtful touches—such as sleepwear, a bath chair, complimentary drinks, and bottled water—made our stay very comfortable.

This time, we visited Lake Kawaguchi and Hakone for the first time, looking forward to seeing Mt. Fuji as part of my wife’s birthday trip. Although it was too cloudy to see the Mt. Fuji we had hoped for, we stayed at Setsugetsuka Bettei Suiun in Hakone and were able to fully enjoy the area. Our Room was a Standard Fourth, and it was very practical and well maintained with thorough cleaning, so we had a comfortable stay. The Onsen was at just the right temperature for me and left me feeling refreshed from the core, and it was also great to be able to use L’OCCITANE shampoo. For dinner, being able to choose the main dish and rice during the meal felt like a thoughtful service that let us decide based on our appetite. Breakfast offered such an abundant variety that we were so full we couldn’t even eat lunch afterward. The after-bath lounge area, along with complimentary drinks and snacks on each floor, was also a welcome service whenever we felt a little hungry. The staff’s hospitality was polite and easy to understand, which left a strong impression on us as well. After checkout we went to Gora Park, and at that time a parking staff member kindly advised us that taking the mountain railway one stop would allow us to walk downhill from top to bottom more easily—very helpful advice for an older couple like us. We hope to come back soon for our “I want to see Mt. Fuji with my own eyes!” revenge trip, and when we do, we would love to stay with you again.

I have been living overseas for 18 years and return to Japan temporarily about twice a year. Whenever I come back, I always visit an Onsen with my wife... We’ve been to many different Onsens, but... we eventually found Oyado Tamaki, and this is about our sixth stay... Now we choose Oyado Tamaki every time. We are extremely satisfied with the Onsen, the Facility, the meals, and the hospitality of the staff.

I stayed here on a solo trip by JR. Since the hotel is on a hill, I planned to take a taxi, but I heard you could walk from the park, so I decided to go on foot. I easily arrived at the front of the hotel using the inclined elevator for the first time. On my way back, I used the inclined elevator again and it was a short walk to Maiko Station. The hotel offers views of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, and you can even see the Ferris wheel on Awaji Island; at night, the illuminated scenery was very relaxing. The spa was located a little far from my room, but along the way I could see a well-maintained garden and the lit-up Akashi Kaikyo Bridge through the windows, so it didn’t feel far at all. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet while taking in the view outside. This has become one of my favorite hotels. I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Everyone at the Hotel welcomed us with warm smiles, making our stay very comfortable and relaxing. The large public bath was great, with a shampoo bar and a selection of hair dryers from brands like ReFa and YA-MAN, which was fun to try. Thank you very much.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days with three relatives. In a word, it was a wonderful Accommodation. The restaurant meals were especially excellent—seasonal, creative dishes that we could enjoy both visually and in taste. The chef’s ideas are outstanding. All of the service staff were warm and welcoming, making our dining time even more enjoyable. I felt that whether the meals at an Accommodation are good or not almost determines whether the trip was great. Of course, both the Room and the bath were also very good. If I had to mention one small point, the amenities were from a brand with a very distinctive fragrance. Preferences may vary, but personally I felt there might be other options that would suit this Accommodation as well. I would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

We stayed at Sanraku to celebrate my husband’s and my 70th birthday anniversary as a couple. First, we were comforted by the attendants’ lovely smiles. At mealtime, we were deeply moved to find a wonderful hand-drawn plate by the manager displayed on our table. We also heard that the menu card was hand-drawn by the manager as well. They even prepared a purple celebratory vest for our 70th birthday celebration and took commemorative photos for us. In the bath area, we were surprised by the wide variety of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available. In the changing room, there was also an assortment of high-end skincare products, which my daughter was able to use. It was a truly attentive Hotel in every way. My daughter and I are already talking about staying at Sanraku again. Thank you very much.

I was able to take a long weekend before my birthday, so I stayed here with a plan to see Tokyo Tower and relax at the hotel for a little early celebration on my own! When I asked in advance whether I could bring in a cake and borrow some cutlery, the staff replied so kindly and thoughtfully that it warmed my heart even before my stay. At check-in, the staff member who assisted me said, “I heard your birthday is coming up!” and during breakfast as well, the staff offered congratulatory words—it made me feel truly happy! And in my room, they had even prepared a surprise celebratory bed arrangement. I was so shocked and so happy that I actually let out a voice without meaning to! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable; housekeeping was thorough down to every detail; and all the cutlery had been prepared for me—everything was simply perfect, and I was genuinely impressed. Both in the lounge and in my room, it was quiet and relaxing. It was an amazing hotel staycation. Thanks to all the staff who helped me, this became an irreplaceable memory that I will never forget. Even now, I’m still deeply moved by all the wonderful surprises. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your warm consideration and attentive hospitality despite how busy you must have been. I would be very happy to stay again. Thank you so very much!

This was my first time staying at an all-inclusive Accommodation, and I was able to enjoy the meals without any worries. There was an excellent selection of sake, and I enjoyed tasting a little of each with my meals and in the lounge. The staff were friendly and attentive, and I also appreciated being able to enjoy small conversations with them. The Room was spacious, clean, and well stocked with amenities, so I had a comfortable stay from arrival to departure. The only disappointment was that the weather wasn’t great, so I couldn’t do the stargazing I had been looking forward to. It gives me something to look forward to on my next visit.

The water is excellent, though the bath is a bit on the hot side. The room, meals, and staff service were all very satisfying. Some people may feel it’s pricey, but at this price range we were more than satisfied! If you’re looking for a more luxurious feel, I recommend Gekkouju Kurokawa or Takefue. We will definitely return again—thank you in advance for your hospitality then.

We always choose this hotel, and once again we had a wonderful and fulfilling three-day, two-night stay. This is our third year, and for our 8-year-old child it still feels like a truly special place. We sincerely appreciate you making our wishes come true. Thank you very much. It’s close to the park, has a convenience store on-site, plenty of restaurants nearby, and excellent facilities (the double sinks are a big plus). There are many more great points to mention, but we would love to stay here again next year as well. We look forward to staying with you again.

We stayed with a toddler and had a wonderful experience. It’s a very child-friendly Hotel, with a great play area and plenty of amenities for kids. The breakfast and the meals in the tea room were also delicious, and we had a very pleasant stay. The staff were very attentive as well. Thanks to you, we had an enjoyable trip. Thank you very much. When we travel to Kobe again, we would love to stay here.

Our first all-inclusive stay. We set off with high expectations for in-room dining and a private open-air bath in the Room! We’ve stayed at many Ryokan, but Umi no Hana, an Accommodation that feels like traveling through time, was truly outstanding in every way—Room, baths, meals, and service (many of the staff are from overseas, and their hospitality is excellent). We definitely want to stay again! Thank you so much to everyone at the Accommodation.

I stayed one night with my family to coincide with errands in central Tokyo. This time we booked the Premier Floor, and our stay was highly satisfying in every respect—room comfort, staff hospitality, and the range of services. Check-in was smooth at the dedicated Premier Floor counter in the lobby, and we felt a special level of welcome from the moment we arrived. After check-in, we headed to the club lounge on the 21st floor, which is available as a stay benefit. The service there was truly outstanding and exactly what you would expect from a top-class hotel—polished yet warm, attentive hospitality that left a strong impression. The selection of food and drinks was exceptionally extensive, all of high quality—far more than we could fully enjoy in such a short visit. The view toward Shiodome and Ginza through the large windows was also spectacular; watching the cityscape shift from dusk into night made for an indulgent, memorable time. The room itself had a calm atmosphere and felt very comfortable. There were also generous in-room perks such as complimentary minibar items as part of the stay benefits. From our high-floor room on the 20th floor, both sunset views and nighttime city lights were beautiful—we were able to fully enjoy Tokyo’s scenery without leaving our room. One highlight I especially want to mention is how incredibly comfortable the Simmons bed was. I have stayed at many hotels that use Simmons beds before, but this one stood out for its exceptional comfort. It provided just the right support for my body and delivered truly high-quality rest. Personally, it was one of the best aspects of this stay. With its unbeatable location near Shimbashi Station plus refined service, an excellent club lounge, comfortable rooms, and wonderful views, it’s hard to find another hotel in central Tokyo that offers such convenience along with this level of comfort—and if you’re staying here, I strongly recommend choosing the Premier Floor. If asked which hotel in Tokyo combines convenience with comfort so well, I would recommend Dai-ichi Hotel Tokyo without hesitation. It was a fantastic hotel that I would absolutely love to stay at again.
