We were satisfied with everything—the guest room, the private open-air bath, and the restaurant. The retro furnishings in the room were truly comforting, and we were impressed by the thoughtful care in the meals. We enjoyed a level of luxury that exceeded the price. This is a Hotel we would love to visit again. The Hotel staff were also wonderful. As I get older, I find peace in an Accommodation like this. I hadn’t had many chances to visit Chichibu before, but this was an excellent Hotel as a base for visiting Mitsumine Shrine, Chichibu Shrine, and Hodosan Shrine (the Chichibu Three Shrines pilgrimage), as well as sightseeing in Nagatoro. Thank you very much.

We stayed to celebrate my mother’s discharge from the hospital. Based on our previous stay, you kindly accommodated our requests and avoided ingredients we cannot eat without us having to mention them this time, and we truly felt your outstanding hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed the Hotel—the view from the balcony, the comfortable Room, and the delicious meals—and my mother was very happy as well. Thank you for celebrating with us. 　I especially love the atmosphere of your pool. I hope you will continue to maintain an environment where it is easy to swim and no one takes prohibited photos. Next time, we would like to visit again around autumn or winter.

As the property is relatively new, the building, Facility, and amenities were all new and spotless. The appliances were thoughtfully selected too—I liked them so much I wanted to use them at home, and I even bought some after returning. Since it is set a little back from the road, we were able to spend our time in peace and quiet. We also encountered wild rabbits and deer, which made it feel like a true getaway. Despite the typhoon’s impact, we still enjoyed a barbecue! Our dog seemed to have a great time as well. We would love to stay again.

We stayed here overnight while traveling back home. My child loves cars, so seeing engines and car bodies everywhere was exciting in itself, and we were able to spend a fulfilling, luxurious time. As I was traveling with my mother who has difficulty walking, we ordered room service and enjoyed our meal at a relaxed pace on the balcony, feeling the pleasant breeze while watching the circuit.

Everything was excellent—no complaints at all. It was a truly memorable Hotel. The food in particular was outstanding; it may have been the best of any place we’ve stayed so far. Not only was it delicious, but the portions were generous—we’re big eaters, and even we left completely full. The Room was also wonderful, with a lovely view of Lake Biwa. Simply the best. To prove it, as soon as we got home we made another Reservation for the crab course—it's six months away, but we’re already excited to enjoy your料理 again. I had a Multiple Night Stay, and to be honest, it exceeded my expectations. Although I couldn't see Mount Fuji from the Room I stayed in, I enjoyed a blissful time on the beautiful garden terrace where the day seemed to pass by in an instant. The medicinal stone bath was incredibly relaxing; after just one soak, my body felt thoroughly warmed to the core. By the second time, I even started looking forward to the bath preparation process itself. The Room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. During my stay, housekeeping cleaned while I was out for the day during my Multiple Night Stay. Returning to such a spotless Room felt like coming back to a brand-new space—it was truly impressive! The staff were kind and greeted me warmly every time we crossed paths, making my stay all the more pleasant. When visiting Lake Kawaguchi again, I will definitely return to Hana no Yado Yumefuji! We visited during Golden Week for a birthday trip. From the warm welcome to the lounge, Room, baths, and meals, everything throughout our stay was wonderful and made it a truly unforgettable trip. The view from the Room was beautiful, and we were able to spend a relaxing, luxurious time. Every dish was genuinely delicious; even though the portions were generous, it was so good that I finished everything for the first time. All of the staff were consistently kind and attentive, which made our entire stay very comfortable. We also went to an outside bath, but it was quite crowded—so much so that we felt completely satisfied with just the Ryokan’s baths. In particular, the in-Room bath had perfect temperature and excellent water quality, and it was incredibly soothing. I’ve been traveling about once every two months for many years, but this is the first Ryokan that truly made me think, “I definitely want to come back.” Next time, I’d love to visit during crab season. Thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and a babymoon trip. In short, choosing this Accommodation was absolutely the right decision! This time we used the maternity Plan. Since there are very few Accommodations that offer a maternity Plan, the moment I saw the Plan name I thought, “This is it!” and made a Reservation. When we arrived, the staff welcomed us, carried our luggage from the parking lot, and even provided welcome drinks and a thorough explanation—right from the start, their attentiveness was flawless. With only seven Rooms, the property was wonderfully quiet, and everything felt unhurried. The all-inclusive setup—being able to enjoy drinks and light snacks whenever we wanted—was fantastic. During bar time, my wife was thrilled to have non-caffeinated options and non-alcoholic cocktails as well. She even said, “Next time I can drink alcohol again, I definitely want to come back!” (laughs) Our Room was a stylish maisonette with a chic black theme. The open-air bath viewed through the large window—and the forest scenery beyond—was beautiful. We were truly grateful for all the thoughtful touches for my pregnant wife: a large maternity cushion on her bed, extra cushions prepared for her chair at meals, and more. Breakfast and dinner were satisfying beyond what you’d expect at an upscale restaurant. They confirmed in advance what my wife couldn’t eat and adjusted each dish accordingly. It was also fun hearing how it differed from the standard menu. When we mentioned it was our anniversary, they even prepared a lovely fruit platter with dessert at dinner—we were both genuinely moved. We skipped using the in-room open-air bath this time because there were many insects outside, but we thoroughly enjoyed the private bath whenever we liked. The lounge also felt incredibly open thanks to its high ceiling and large windows that let us take in nature. During bar time after dinner, when Häagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream was sold out, one of the staff kindly brought an alternative for us! We expected it would simply end with “Sorry, it’s sold out,” so we were touched by how far they went for us. And after checkout as we drove away by car، staff came outside waving goodbye with their arms raised—it was such wonderful hospitality that made us think، “We’ll definitely come back!” Thank you for such an amazing stay from start to finish! It became our best anniversary and babymoon ever۔ We’ll absolutely return once my wife can enjoy alcohol again!

This was our first stay as a couple. The Hotel is attached to a golf course and is a little away from central Nasu, but both my wife and I were completely satisfied. We enjoyed the warm hospitality from everyone at the Hotel, wonderful cuisine, a private hot spring source that warmed us through to the core, and spacious, clean Rooms—everything we could have asked for. At departure, clean wipes were prepared for us, and our car windows ended up sparkling. We sincerely thank all of the staff. It has been a while since we experienced such truly professional hospitality—we were genuinely moved. Thank you very much.

The staff’s hospitality was outstanding. The Room was clean, and the bath was very relaxing. There were plenty of drinks and snacks provided, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was also delicious, especially the rice-based dishes.

I’d been looking forward to our stay and couldn’t wait after checking the website and YouTube beforehand. On the day, the owner couple welcomed us with warm smiles. In a cute, spotless Room, we enjoyed delicious homemade cookies, and I had a great time chatting with my son. Dinner and breakfast were just as described in the Review—fresh, tasty, and very satisfying. Our time with the cats was short, but we were truly happy. We were delighted to meet the kind owner and his wonderful wife with her lovely smile, as well as Candy, Myu, Yuki, and Haku. Sorry to our cat at home, but we’ll be back again. Thank you in advance.

Every staff member was attentive, the Hotel was spotless and dust-free, the Room air felt fresh and clean, and it was a quiet, comfortable space you wouldn’t expect in the city—an outstanding Hotel. Breakfast was also excellent: eel rice bowl, chirashi sushi, miso soup, melon, and more such as tsukudani and Toraya sweet bean paste—everything was thoughtfully selected down to the smallest details, so I could relax and enjoy it little by little. I’d love to stay again.

Thank you for your continued support. Staying at this Hotel is a special pleasure for us as a couple. In summer, we stay here after SUP in Zushi, and in winter, around our wedding anniversary. The location is incredibly convenient—close to Kamakura Station and just steps away whether you want to shop for souvenirs or buy freshly harvested vegetables at Renbai. The moment we step into the Hotel entrance, that distinctive scent brings us back, and it makes us smile. All the staff are kind and provide truly pleasant service. That’s why we never feel like trying another Hotel (laugh). We’ve already made our winter Reservation! Until then, we’ll keep working hard.

It’s a modern-feeling Facility with well-equipped amenities. The Room is a bit small, but it was clean, and having a private toilet plus two separate sink areas was very convenient. The food was delicious, and the breakfast buffet in particular was excellent. With reasonable rates as well, it’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

I stayed here as a birthday gift for my sister. We were amazed the moment we entered the Room—not only did you prepare a Room with a view of the five-story pagoda, but you also gifted us sparkling wine to celebrate. My sister was absolutely thrilled. In the lounge, we enjoyed a wide variety of drinks and alcohol, along with visually stunning sweets and carefully crafted dishes. At night, we dined at the rooftop bar while taking in Kyoto’s night views. For breakfast, I chose a conger eel hot pot—something rare for a Hotel breakfast—and truly savored Kyoto’s summer flavors. We were also able to visit Kiyomizu-dera early in the morning when it was quiet and uncrowded, which made us very happy. It seems it became a wonderful memory for my sister as well. Thank you very much for taking so many photos for us.

I hadn’t visited Arima Onsen for quite some time since the COVID-19 pandemic, but if I was going to return after so long, I wanted an exceptional place for both cuisine and Onsen—so I decided to splurge on this Accommodation. I had known the name Kinzan for years, but everything was far beyond my expectations, and my mother was absolutely delighted as well. This time we fully enjoyed the live conger eel kaiseki along with the Onsen, and if possible, we’d love to visit again during crab season.

We stayed as a mother-and-daughter trip to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We have stayed at many Accommodations, but our time at Fufu Nikko was truly unforgettable and the best we’ve ever had. The Room was extremely comfortable, and the in-room Onsen was wonderfully relaxing—we enjoyed it many times during our stay. The dining was also outstanding. Each dish was beautiful to look at and carefully presented on lovely tableware; you could feel the care and attention of the chefs, and everything tasted delicious. The final dish—rice with conger eel and lotus root—was especially wonderful, but we were so full that we couldn’t finish it. That is my only regret. Even now, my daughter and I still say, “We wish we could have eaten it all.” The whole cake I requested in advance for my daughter’s birthday was also set up beautifully when we returned to the Room after dinner. They even added flowers along with the cake, which deeply moved my daughter. Thanks to your thoughtful touch, it became a truly memorable birthday. Above all, what stayed with us most was the hospitality of your staff. From the warm welcome on arrival to the farewell at departure, everything felt comfortable. Wherever we met them, everyone greeted us kindly, and each small gesture made us feel genuine warmth. The explanations of each course were clear and attentive, and our casual conversations in between were delightful. The service never felt formal or stiff—just perfectly attentive with a comfortable sense of distance—and both my daughter and I were completely charmed by it. Of course the Facility and cuisine were wonderful as well, but this stay reminded me that what ultimately makes you think “I want to come back” is always the people. Even after returning home, my daughter and I can’t stop talking about Fufu Nikko. We’ve become big fans of “Fufu,” and are already planning which Fufu Accommodation to visit next—maybe even aiming to visit them all. I sincerely thank all of your staff for turning this important birthday trip into such a beautiful memory for us. We will definitely return. Thank you very much.

From check-in to departure, it was a truly relaxing stay. Not only could I get away from the usual hustle and bustle, but I also felt deeply at ease in a space surrounded by nature that was different from what I’m used to. The Hotel credit was included, so I was able to enjoy drinks at the bar as well. It was a wonderful time with excellent service and great drinks. I would love to stay again.

This stay became one of the most memorable trips I’ve ever taken with my dog. What impressed me first was how quickly the staff learned my dog’s name, and how they greeted us warmly by name whenever we met. We never felt like “guests traveling with a dog”—instead, it truly felt as if we were welcomed as cherished family members, which made me very happy. Their hospitality was both attentive and friendly in the best way, and the entire property had a warm, comforting atmosphere. The meals exceeded our expectations as well. The Japanese cuisine featuring local ingredients was carefully prepared dish by dish, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. We were able to fully enjoy flavors unique to the area and were completely satisfied. There were many thoughtful touches and services throughout the property that allowed us to enjoy our time together, and it was clear that their “dog-first” philosophy is reflected in every detail. You can truly feel how much the staff love animals, which also gave me great peace of mind as an owner. Thanks to you all, we’ve added another irreplaceable memory with our dog. This Hotel is surrounded by lush greenery and has a wonderfully calm atmosphere. Time seemed to pass more slowly, and I was able to relax and unwind, forgetting about everyday life. The staff’s hospitality was exceptional, and their warm welcome left a lasting impression. I would definitely like to stay here again. Hearing healing music coming from within the pool felt truly mystical—it was a first-time experience unlike anything I’ve had before. It perfectly matched the Hotel’s ambiance, and I had a wonderful time.
