We stayed here as a couple to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. It was an even more wonderful hotel than we expected, and our stay—from arrival to departure—was satisfying from start to finish. As someone originally from Nagoya, the TV Tower has been familiar to me since childhood, though it has been 25 years since I left the city. I was truly surprised and moved that such a beautiful hotel had been created here. From the warm welcome on arrival, every member of staff was attentive and kind, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. This time, we were upgraded to a larger room as a Diamond member benefit—what a lovely surprise! The welcome sweets were adorable and absolutely delicious. The view from the room was outstanding, of course. The art displayed throughout the hotel was also captivating, giving the entire property its own unique atmosphere. There were new discoveries everywhere we walked, and we thoroughly enjoyed the art tour as well. Searching for artworks together as a couple became a fun memory too (laugh). And the night view from the observation deck—an exclusive perk for guests—was truly breathtaking! We could take in all of Nagoya’s nightscape at once, making it an unforgettable moment. The hidden-door entrance leading up to the deck was incredibly stylish; its playful touch made us genuinely excited. Breakfast lived up to its reputation—delicious in every way—and we enjoyed a luxurious, happy morning while taking in the amazing view. My wife loved it too and said, “No.1 among all the hotels we’ve ever stayed at!” We’re truly happy to have found a hotel that satisfied both of us wholeheartedly. Thanks to everyone’s heartfelt hospitality, our 25th wedding anniversary became a wonderful memory we will never forget for the rest of our lives. Thank you so much to all of your staff for such an incredible experience. Whenever we visit Nagoya again, we would love to stay here again. We’re already looking forward to what kind of excitement awaits us next time!

We enjoyed a “staycation,” with lounge hopping across four lounges as the main highlight. First, we walked from Shinagawa Station to the Hotel, but IKYU’s directions said “cross Daiichi Keihan…,” so we crossed the signal right after exiting the Takanawa Exit. However, the route to the right after crossing was blocked due to construction, so we had to turn back. After exiting the Takanawa Exit, it’s best to turn right and walk along Daiichi Keihan, then turn left at the first traffic light onto Sakura-zaka. Alternatively, since it’s a continuous uphill slope, I think taking the shuttle bus would be a good option. We visited all four lounges, and as expected, Hana-Kouro’s lounge was the most relaxing; the drinks were also of higher quality and excellent. The champagne during cocktail time—and Dassai—was a real treat. We also enjoyed tasting different sake. There were some light bites during cocktail time, but it would have been even better if there had been additional hors d’oeuvres. Breakfast was delicious as well. It was our first time trying a matcha grinding experience, and we really enjoyed it. At the lounge, the staff maintained just the right level of attentiveness throughout without being intrusive, which made it very comfortable. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us. We stayed for one night and two days with my elderly parents, who have concerns about cognitive function and eating, as three generations. Thank you for preparing a space where all of us could dine together; we were able to enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace, which we truly appreciated. My father, who usually has trouble eating due to dental issues, finished both dinner and breakfast completely, and our whole family was thrilled. We apologize for cutting the food into small pieces during the meal and for any lack of proper table manners; thank you for your understanding. Since the futon area is slightly raised, we were worried about nighttime trips to the restroom, but it was fine. Even after returning home, we can’t stop talking about how wonderful the meals were—the room, the bath, and the staff were all excellent. Thank you very much.

I finally found an Accommodation that truly satisfied me after a long time. The pick-up at the station, the welcome at the entrance, and the greeting at the front desk all left a lasting impression. The hospitality from our attendant and everyone at the Ryokan was excellent. The food was delicious, and the Room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. If I had one request, since I tend to get hot easily, I would have appreciated one or two more fans in the changing room after bathing—but this is purely my personal preference. I would like to stay again.

I stayed here for two nights. On the first night, I was on a lower floor and was disappointed that there were no amenities such as skincare products. It was nice that they provided water. On the second night, I stayed on an upper floor. This is my Review of the upper floor. Everything on the upper floor was excellent, so I have nothing to complain about. There was also a coffee machine, and the slippers were high-quality and reusable many times, and the amenities were properly provided. They also had ReFa body soap and shampoo. I hope this helps as a reference.

This was my first stay in four years, and I was completely satisfied with everything—the clean Facilities and the thoughtful care from the staff. I could also clearly see your environmental initiatives, and it really felt like you are making a genuine effort. Breakfast was carefully prepared item by item, and the health-conscious dishes were delicious as well. In the evening, since my birthday is next week, my friend ordered champagne via room service, and when the staff member delivering it heard that, they brought me chocolates too. I truly appreciated the kind gesture. I would love to stay again for another special occasion.

My family and I stayed here to attend a performance at a nearby hall. It’s a little far from Niigata Station, but since we were driving it wasn’t an issue, and the affiliated parking lot was right next door, which was very convenient. The staff frequently checked in with us, and they were kind and helpful with our questions, which made us feel at ease. I especially recommend the breakfast, which offers a great selection of local specialties made with regional ingredients. We could try small portions of many different dishes, and everything was delicious—we were very satisfied. On the day of our stay, we received an upgrade to a more spacious Room, which made it even more relaxing. Thank you very much. This time we stayed for one night for a specific purpose, but there are still many places we’d like to visit and plenty of great food to try, so we hope to return for a longer stay next time.

We stayed for one night with our dog on a weekend in late September. It had been a while since we last visited Regina, but everything was wonderful—the facilities and all the staff. Our dog had a great time sprinting around the dog run. For dinner, we enjoyed a course meal together with our dog, and we also appreciated the wide selection of wines by the glass. We’d love to come again.

It was a truly wonderful hotel. I visited Kanazawa with my elderly mother, and booking a hotel in such a great location surrounded by sightseeing spots was absolutely the right choice. Getting around by taxi was smooth and easy.\nBefore check-in we arrived early, but we were promptly shown to our room as they told us it was already ready, which made my mother very happy.\nThe carpets and wall art throughout the hotel were exactly our style and really lifted our spirits.\nWe were also captivated by the Kutani ware mugs and teacups provided in the room. It made us feel, “We’re really traveling in Kanazawa!” and we were so pleased.\nThe coffee tasted especially delicious in those cups, but it was a little disappointing that the same ones weren’t available in the gift shop.\nInstead, we bought Kutani ware as souvenirs at a Kutani shop on our way home.\nFor dinner, since I was traveling with my elderly mother, I had requested seats as close to the buffet tables as possible, but they kindly prepared a private room nearby for us.\nThanks to that, we were able to enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace.\nThank you very much.\nI truly appreciate the staff’s thoughtful attention to detail.\nWe were very satisfied with both the quality and quantity of everything—from Kanazawa specialties like jibuni stew and Kanazawa oden to nodoguro sushi and dessert.\nHere as well, many beautiful pieces of pottery such as Kutani ware were used for small plates, allowing us to enjoy the food visually too.\nI rated the facilities 4 stars only because my elderly mother felt that overall the interior of the hotel seemed rather dark—this is just our personal impression.\nAfter checkout we took the shuttle bus to the station; it was a large sightseeing coach and very comfortable.\nThank you for taking such good care of us.\nWe would love to stay again.

The Room was spacious and well equipped with amenities—truly a first-class Hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and very satisfying. Perks included complimentary drinks in the refrigerator and access to the lounge. Late check-out was extended from 11:00 to 12:00, so we were able to relax and take our time. Our main purpose for this trip was to visit Odawara Castle. Although we booked at the last minute, the location was excellent, the room was very clean, and the breakfast had a great variety of options and was delicious. We would love to stay here again!

The Hotel and the Room were very clean, and the bathtub was larger than those in a typical Business Hotel, which was great. It is close to Osaka Castle, NHK Hall, and the station, and this price is excellent. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful, and I was very satisfied. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for a concert at Budokan. It’s within walking distance of Budokan and also close to Hanzomon Station, so the location is very convenient. I made a Reservation for a single Room, but they upgraded me to a semi-double, which was very comfortable. The Room was clean, and I had a pleasant stay. The pajamas were soft and felt great on the skin, which was another plus. I did feel the bathtub was a bit small, but it wasn’t inconvenient. The meals offered plenty of variety and were delicious. I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

I’m a local, but I’d wanted to stay at this hotel for a long time. They kindly accommodated my request, and I had a single room on the 10th floor facing Mt. Hakodate with an amazing view. The breakfast buffet was delicious and well balanced with both Japanese and Western options. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

The Facility is clean, and having an Onsen is a nice touch—it helps you relax and recover from fatigue. The Room is also clean, and I was able to get plenty of sleep. The front desk staff member was from Nepal, but their Japanese was excellent and communication was smooth. Their smile was wonderful as well. Thank you very much.

I stayed for two days, and I was truly impressed by the staff’s kind and attentive service. I have stayed at many Hotels across Japan, but I was once again struck by the meticulous hospitality at Hotel Okura Kyoto. Throughout my stay, their genuine desire to help guests feel as comfortable as possible came through naturally in many situations. During my stay, I dined at the French restaurant on the 17th floor and also used room service; both the food quality and service were impeccable. More than just its Facilities or location, I feel that the staff’s hospitality itself is one of this Hotel’s greatest attractions. It was a Hotel where I would definitely like to stay again.

On June 8, my spouse and I met friends from Kumamoto and had a great time eating and drinking together. They upgraded our Room to a higher grade, and my sauna-loving husband was very satisfied. We will definitely stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Overall, it is very clean and well-equipped. From the entrance, the atmosphere feels extraordinary and exciting. This attention to detail is carried through to every corner. The Room amenities are excellent, the meals are outstanding, and the service is pleasant. The only disappointment was that the hair dryer felt ordinary and a bit old. Great value for money, highly recommended.

The property feels a bit dated, but it was very clean and we had a comfortable stay. We were visiting for an anniversary, and we were delighted to find a celebratory message card prepared on the table in our room—such thoughtful hospitality. The breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety, including many local dishes made with ingredients from Hyogo, and we enjoyed a delicious meal from the morning. We came by direct bus from Sannomiya to Rokko Island. The most convenient stop is not “Sheraton-mae,” but the next stop, which is right in front of the hotel (a fellow passenger kindly told us). We had originally planned to take the train and then transfer to the Rokko Liner, but taking the bus was easier with no transfers.

I was truly impressed by the beauty and the food. It made me see Maebashi in a whole new light—like stepping into a world of art. The lounge atmosphere changed throughout the day, and I was able to enjoy a comfortable, relaxing space. Thank you very much.
