We stayed here as a family to celebrate my mother’s 77th birthday and an early birthday party for my younger sister. They prepared a lovely birthday card and a whole cake topped with plenty of fruit, which made both my mother and sister very happy! The house was extremely clean, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make the stay comfortable. The private chef was also very friendly and carefully accommodated our requests in advance. We could truly feel the owners’ commitment to putting guests’ comfort first. Thank you so much.

This was our second stay. Since our third son (our beloved dog) joined our family five years ago, we only choose Accommodations where we can stay together, so we’ve stayed at many pet-friendly places around the Kanto area. With new Accommodations opening all the time, there are only a few we’ve ever revisited—but this one is exceptionally satisfying, so we returned during the Obon holiday period. With pet-friendly Accommodations, there’s often something you have to compromise on, but this place is almost perfect. The balcony of our guest Room had an open-air Onsen bath, a sauna, a cold plunge bath, and a relaxation area with a shower—plus an open-air bath for dogs. Inside the Room, there was a theater room with two massage chairs and a dining room where you can enjoy meals in your Room. The French cuisine served there is truly delicious. Recently, more and more Accommodations have excellent Facilities, but I don’t know any other place where you can enjoy food of this quality in your Room with your dog. Once again, everything was absolutely delicious. If you’re looking for the best Accommodation to stay with your dog, I highly recommend giving this place a try.

We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of four nights. This Accommodation is extremely pet-friendly. We visited with both a dog and a cat, and they both seemed relaxed and happy. There are plenty of pet amenities, plus a dog run and more. We could stay with complete peace of mind, and all the staff clearly love animals, which made our time here truly special. The Japanese staff were wonderful as expected, and the international staff were just as polite—so courteous you’d think they were Japanese—always with warm smiles. It made us feel that the training and working environment here must be excellent. The staff deserve well over five stars. Meals are à la carte, so you can choose whatever you like each day in any amount you want. That was especially appreciated for a Multiple Night Stay, and everything was consistently above average in taste. They offer a great balance of Japanese and Western options, so we never got bored. Everything was delicious every day. Alcohol—including drinks at the evening bar—and beverages in the Room refrigerator are all inclusive, which is reassuring for those who drink. Also included was 30 minutes of spa treatment per day; I even received a massage, which was genuinely healing. The Room size was neither too large nor too small—perfect for two people—and the layout was practical and easy to use. The hot spring water left our skin smooth and glossy; it was excellent. Both the indoor bath and open-air bath are free-flowing from the source, and we could adjust both volume and temperature using only natural hot spring water. A true luxury. These days many Hotels and Ryokan allow smoking only in designated areas, so being able to smoke on our private terrace attached to the Room is something smokers will really appreciate—especially when you want to enjoy a drink on the terrace while having a smoke. Because the terrace is surrounded by high walls, our cat could also go out for walks safely. Cats tend to run off easily, so it’s rare to let them stroll freely like that; this was another great point. Our cat enjoyed it very much. It was our first time visiting Kikuchi City. There are many wonderful places nearby such as Kikuchi Gorge, and Aso is less than an hour away as well, making sightseeing very convenient. Since there is a university stable near this Accommodation, there may occasionally be a slight animal smell. However, that isn’t an issue caused by this Accommodation itself—and given that this is an Accommodation people choose specifically because they love animals enough to travel with pets—I think it’s simply something not worth worrying about (and it didn’t bother me). This is a fantastic Accommodation where you can truly relax with your pets. Thank you very much.

We stayed here with a family of five and one dog. Our check-in was a little late, but thank you for accommodating us. We were also very satisfied with the staff member’s courteous explanation at check-in. As for the meals, our whole family worked together and prepared everything smoothly, and we enjoyed it very much. That night, we ended up chatting late into the night as a family and may have had a bit too much to drink. Not only the building itself, but also the dining area, bedrooms, bath, sauna, dog run—everything exceeded our expectations and became a wonderful memory. Next time, we’d like to stay for two nights and three days and relax at a slower pace. Thank you again for everything.

We stayed in a Room with an open-air bath. Since the Hotel is located in a villa area, it was very quiet, and we even saw squirrels in the trees outside the Room window. The front desk staff were also very kind and helpful. Although this is a Plan without meals, light snacks such as sweets and cup noodles are available next to the front desk. In the morning, bread and rice are also provided. We had a wonderful stay and would like to use this Accommodation again.

As the property is relatively new, the building, Facility, and amenities were all new and spotless. The appliances were thoughtfully selected too—I liked them so much I wanted to use them at home, and I even bought some after returning. Since it is set a little back from the road, we were able to spend our time in peace and quiet. We also encountered wild rabbits and deer, which made it feel like a true getaway. Despite the typhoon’s impact, we still enjoyed a barbecue! Our dog seemed to have a great time as well. We would love to stay again.

We stayed for one night in Yayoi in July with our dog as a couple. We’ve stayed at many dog-friendly Accommodations, and this is the best one for us. I especially love sulfur Onsen, and while other dog-friendly Accommodations we’ve stayed at had Onsen, none had sulfur springs. Here, there is also a free-flowing natural hot spring bath in the Room, so we didn’t have to leave our dog waiting to go to a public bath. Even though many places don’t allow dogs in the bathroom area, this Accommodation provided a dog bathtub, shampoo, and towels—I've never stayed anywhere so thoughtful. Our senior large dog kept coming to watch us enjoy the Onsen with curiosity. Just walking through the spilled water from the free-flowing sulfur spring at the washing area turned his rough, cracked paw pads into smooth ones—just like the Reviews said. It’s truly an amazing Onsen. The Imabari bath towel after bathing was fluffy and very comfortable. Since it was a No Meals Included stay, we mainly brought takeout from Nasu restaurants. We also bought Nasu cheese and sausages along with drinks and snacks, and picked up bread and yogurt for breakfast at a nearby shop before heading to the Accommodation. With the best sulfur Onsen, delicious food and drinks from Nasu, a quiet setting, we were able to relax completely. Our dog also seemed very satisfied with the cool highland climate, peaceful greenery-filled surroundings, and private feel without running into other dogs—he looked truly relaxed. All of us were soothed by both nature and the Onsen and went home extremely happy. My husband said he wants to come again in winter too—so we’ll be making another Reservation. The staff were wonderful, and the Room was spotless with a great atmosphere. If I had to mention one thing, the bath is so large that the water cools down quickly, but there is no reheating function... Also, since we ended up with quite a bit of trash, it would be helpful if spare trash bags were provided. We stayed with five family members and one dog, and there was plenty of space. We would love to stay again.

We stayed in the West Wing with my parents, siblings, nieces and nephews, and our family—6 adults, 3 children, and 2 dogs. Everyone was thrilled, and it became a wonderful travel memory. As we were celebrating a special occasion, we asked for balloon decorations and to purchase fireworks. For meals, we hired a private chef. Inamuragasaki holds many memories for us. With the ocean right in front of us—and no power lines visible from inside—it was truly a special location. Since the kids are still small, they were overjoyed to use the rooftop jacuzzi like a pool instead of going into the sea. The adults could watch them safely and relax while enjoying the ocean view in complete comfort. The food was also excellent—hiring a private chef was absolutely the right choice. We also got to try out karaoke that you’re considering introducing as a service. Our child who loves singing was delighted and held onto the microphone nonstop. At night we enjoyed fireworks and made so many great memories with the kids. Everything was prepared in such a comfortable setting—easy for adults and fun for children. Our surfer family members even went into the ocean twice. It truly was an amazing place. We highly recommend it for family trips. We will definitely be back again. Thank you very much.

I stayed with my elderly mother. After letting them know in advance, they prepared a Room close to the bath and even provided a legless chair, which we truly appreciated. Both dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and each one was delicious—we were very satisfied. My mother was especially happy to enjoy many different dishes little by little. The bath was a milky, cloudy hot spring, with the temperature just right, and it felt wonderful no matter how many times we went in. We were able to relax and spend quality time together as parent and child while warming up slowly. Most Accommodations provide only one small towel, but here there was an extra small towel in addition to the amenity set (with towels), which I found very convenient. The experienced staff had a calm, reassuring “true hotel professional” manner, and their explanations about the facilities were very thorough. The international staff also made a great effort to explain things in Japanese, and their friendly smiles left a strong impression. I think this is an Accommodation with warm hospitality that is also considerate for families traveling with elderly relatives. I would love to visit again with my mother.

There were no people or buildings nearby, so our family was able to relax and enjoy ourselves freely. Our dogs, who aren’t comfortable around strangers or other dogs, were also able to unwind, which was wonderful. Changing slippers when going out into the garden and coming back inside was a bit of a hassle, but aside from that we were completely satisfied. The amenities were well stocked as well. We’d love to stay again.

Whenever you visit, you can count on peace of mind, safety, and exceptional cleanliness. If it makes people feel their best, it’s sure to be just as satisfying for dogs. No matter how many times we go, we’re always completely satisfied. -

This was our first time staying here. I stayed with my wife and our 0-year-old baby. Everything was simply wonderful. We were truly impressed by the thoughtful attention to detail and excellent service throughout. I stayed for two nights starting July 22. This time, my Room faced the Nasu mountain range, so the view was wonderful. The meals were delicious again. Since this was my second stay in July, you kindly changed the menu for me. Next time, I’ll visit with my children and their family.

The location with a panoramic ocean view was absolutely amazing! The Facility was very clean, and we were able to relax in a stylish space. The staff were courteous and attentive to every detail, making our stay truly pleasant. The BBQ facilities, sauna, jacuzzi, and pool were all well equipped, letting you fully enjoy an extraordinary getaway. This is a wonderful Accommodation I can confidently recommend to anyone—families, friends, or couples alike. I would definitely love to stay here again!

This was my second stay. I thought it was amazing last time, but this time was even better!! The building is very clean, and everything is spotless wherever you look. The eggplant soup at dinner was shockingly delicious!! The crispy grilled tilefish is unbelievably good no matter how many times I have it. All the staff were smiling, kind, and attentive. We really appreciated all the thoughtful help during both dinner and breakfast. On our way out, a gentleman who seemed to be the manager was also very helpful—I can’t thank you enough. This is an Accommodation I can recommend to everyone. Thank you very much. We’ll be back again.

We stayed here on a trip with a family we know, and it was wonderful as always. We’ve stayed several times, so both my wife and I can relax with peace of mind—this is our favorite hot spring Accommodation. The family staying with us was also very satisfied, making it the perfect vacation. Since one of our group had difficulty walking, we truly appreciate you accommodating our various requests. We had a very comfortable stay. The building has a stylish Japanese-modern design, and the food was delicious. The staff who welcomed us were very kind, shared various stories with us, and were friendly and reassuring. The staff assigned to our Room were also very kind. If I had to mention one thing, I wish the view from the bath in the Room had been better.

It was a wonderful villa. Mount Fuji was right in front of us, and we could see it clearly thanks to the great weather! The meals were all delicious, and we were very satisfied! We brought our dog along, and they had so much fun playing around. We would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

We stayed here for a birthday trip, and it truly was a completely satisfying stay. Dinner was top-class in every respect—flavor, presentation, and the quality of the ingredients—and the smoked splendid alfonsino was especially outstanding. They also kindly prepared a special birthday message plate at dinner, which was a wonderful touch. The restaurant service and atmosphere were excellent as well. The next morning’s Japanese breakfast was also high quality, and the presentation using a wooden bento box felt fresh and very memorable. The Room was very spacious, and the ocean view from the second floor was breathtaking—sea and sky blending into one. Soaking in the open-air bath (Onsen) in our guest room while gazing at the moon was an indescribably happy moment. Thanks to there being no TV on purpose, we were able to enjoy a digital detox and fully immerse ourselves in nature. Our daughter loved the pool too, so I would highly recommend it for families with children. The lounge bar offered an excellent variety of drinks and alcohol, and it was convenient and appreciated that we could bring them back to our Room. We would love to stay again.
