The exterior feels a bit retro, but once inside, it’s a bright, cute business Hotel that has been renovated. I chose a renovated Room, and it was bright with adorable decor—something many women would appreciate. It would be perfect if the bath and toilet were separate, but at this price it’s an incredible deal. The woman at the front desk was friendly, and check-in was very pleasant. They offer drink service such as coffee, plus soft-serve ice cream and donuts until evening; you can also use the lounge. Above all, breakfast is very affordable and I was extremely satisfied. In addition to the buffet, they brought udon, piping-hot pizza, and piping-hot French toast to our table—everything was delicious! It’s a Hotel that clearly puts in a lot of effort, and I’d definitely like to stay again.

This was my first time visiting Arima Onsen. I booked a good-value Plan with a lighter meal, but there was so much food that I’m sorry I couldn’t finish it all. The Onsen tickets were included, so I could enjoy other Onsens as well—it was wonderful. The Shuttle Service to the bus stop was very helpful. All the staff were very kind, and I was truly impressed. I would love to visit again.

This was my second stay, and even understated, it was outstanding. Last time I took a roundabout route and felt it was far from the station, but this time I came up from the underground level of the building that houses KITTE and reached the Hotel via an air-conditioned route—once outside, it was just a few minutes away. The staff are always very pleasant and kindly explain everything in detail. The Room size is more than sufficient—just right. It had a unit bath, but both the bathtub area and the toilet space were spacious enough. There are cups, glasses, and an electric kettle, and you can pick up as many coffee packs or tea bags as you like at the front desk. It seems there’s also a drink service at the breakfast venue, but I didn’t have time to use it, which was a shame. There’s also a convenience store nearby. One thing I personally love is how many places there are to put things. I like to keep my cosmetics and clothes laid out where I can easily see them during my stay, so having plenty of surfaces makes it truly comfortable. The desk, chair, and mirror are all exactly where you want them—very convenient for skincare and makeup. The Room layout—the design and placement of everything—is really thoughtful. I also appreciate having sturdy slippers instead of those flimsy disposable ones that annoy me. These might be pretty specific preferences, but this Hotel fits me perfectly in every way. I usually don’t bother writing a Review, but this is one Hotel that absolutely makes me want to leave one! I liked it so much that I ended up signing up for membership (lol).

During my visit to Hamamatsu to return to my family home, I stayed with a No Meals Included plan this time. I enjoyed staying in a room with a view of Hamamatsu Castle, which allowed me to enjoy the scenery at an affordable price. There was an amenity bar at the reception area, which wasn’t available before, and I made use of various items. Personally, I liked the coffee and bath salts. The unmanned shop has also increased in convenience as I could get drinks without having to go to a convenience store. Unfortunately, all the pillows at the pillow bar were already taken, so I'll look forward to trying it next time. Although it may be difficult, I feel that having a large public bath would make it even better.

We were very satisfied to have stayed at such a wonderful Hotel. The meals and the services for children were excellent as well. Regarding the title: we used the coin laundry, and while we were rushing around because our children are still small, we realized that we had accidentally put a smartphone into the washing machine. When I panicked and called the extension, a staff member responded kindly and carefully, for which we are truly grateful. I wanted to confirm their name and thank them at check-out, but I forgot to ask. So I am writing it here instead. This is a Hotel we would like to stay at again next year. Thank you very much.

The Seto Ohashi Bridge looked beautiful from both the Room and the scenic open-air bath, and the view was amazing! The meals weren’t served on large shared platters; each dish came in its own small bowl, all carefully prepared and truly delicious. We made a Reservation because we were looking for an all-inclusive Accommodation, and everything—the food, drinks, baths, service, and views—was outstanding. We would love to come again with our family.

Our family of five stayed for two nights. We had a Japanese-Western style Room, which was clean and had a great view; we could even watch fireworks at night. The only drawback was that the floor futon laid out in the tatami area was thin and gave me back pain. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, including Nagasaki specialties, and everything was delicious—especially the sara udon, which surprised us with how good it was. The bath is an Onsen, and my body stayed warm for quite a while afterward. After 9:00 p.m., it got very crowded, and there was even a line to wash up. When I entered the tub, I felt something touch my foot; when I picked it up, it turned out to be a razor—one wrong step and someone could have been injured. This may be an issue of individual manners, but it might be best to prohibit bringing razors into the bathing area. Our child got scared and stopped using the tub after that. You can also enter Huis Ten Bosch by boat from within the park area, which adds an exciting attraction-like experience that our kids really enjoyed. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

I stayed here last July with my wife, and in October with my mother and aunt. This was our third stay, at the request of my mother and aunt who wanted to visit again. As with the previous two stays, we had a wonderful time from check-in to check-out. Thank you again to all the staff.

It was a wonderful trip—100% perfect. Of course, I would 100% recommend it to friends and acquaintances. The Room had an ocean view, and it felt like looking at a painted seascape. I requested Japanese-style meals, and everything was truly satisfying. The bath was great, the meals were great, the amenities were well stocked, and the Room was excellent. Since I informed you in advance that I have a disability, I was also able to park properly in the Hotel parking lot. It really was 100%. Thank you very much. This became a memorable trip, and I’m truly happy about it. I hope to visit again someday. Thank you again very much.

I stayed for two nights and chose this Hotel because it clearly stated that the dinner menu would change, and the Onsen is free-flowing from the source. Both dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes and were very delicious. The bath temperature was just right, and the water was excellent. The front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping staff all provided wonderful service. I also appreciated the Eco Multiple Night Stay Plan, which offered a slightly better rate. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

We stayed for two nights during the Obon holiday period in August. From our email exchanges before arrival, we already felt this was a very attentive Accommodation, and our stay fully lived up to that impression. The Accommodation has the charm of a traditional Japanese Ryokan, yet it never feels outdated—rather, it offers an elegant and calming atmosphere. What impressed us most was how impeccably clean everything was wherever we went. Even in shared areas such as the lobby, the large public bath, and the massage area, we didn’t notice any dust or litter at all. Needless to say, the Room was also cleaned with great care, including the private open-air bath attached to it. The Onsen water temperature in our Room was just right, allowing us to soak and relax comfortably; even after bathing we stayed pleasantly warm, and we felt it was truly high-quality Onsen water. We only used the large public bath once or twice because it felt a bit shallow for us, but both the washing area and changing room were spacious and very comfortable to use. The private bath was also excellent; however, the only issue was that the tub surface inside was extremely slippery—I nearly slipped and fell. I later noticed there was a warning sign, but it might have been helpful if someone had mentioned this in advance. What made us happiest about both the large public bath and private baths was that towels (both sizes) and amenities were all provided there. These days many places ask guests to bring towels from their Room to shared baths (or private baths), which is always inconvenient and frustrating. Here, towels were available at every bathing area—and there were plenty of towels in the Room as well—so we could enjoy bathing very comfortably. The only Facility/amenity improvement I would hope for is regarding the indoor slippers provided in the building: they were quite tight around my toes and didn’t fit me well, so my toes rubbed painfully enough to peel skin. If possible, I would have appreciated having an alternative option such as sandals alongside them. The meals were delicious with no particular complaints; however, I’m giving four stars simply because I hope they will become even better going forward. Overall: a comfortable and spotless Accommodation; every staff member (including housekeeping) was genuinely polite yet friendly, with wonderful thoughtfulness throughout. It’s an Accommodation we would definitely like to visit again.

We chose this Hotel after reading Reviews and checking the price. All of the staff were kind, and the check-in explanation was very easy to understand. The Room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable for a relaxing stay. We were very satisfied because we could enjoy both Taiko no Yu and the Hotel’s Onsen! After getting tired from walking up the hill before arriving at the Hotel, the cold welcome drink was perfect! Our whole family was happy with our stay. Thank you!

I often stay here for business, and the check-in and check-out times fit my schedule perfectly, allowing me to plan my work appointments with plenty of time—this is always a great help. No matter how many times I stay, the Room is always kept clean and well prepared, and I had another comfortable stay this time as well. The staff are consistently polite and pleasant whenever I visit, so I can always stay with peace of mind. I have stayed five times, and it is a Hotel that satisfies me every time. I would like to stay again on my business trip next month.

The Facility and bedding are clean, and the staff are very helpful. They kindly accommodated our additional requests, which allowed us to enjoy a very satisfying stay.

We stayed with three families (nine people) during the season when the rapeseed flowers were in full bloom. Everyone—from kids to adults—had a wonderful time, and it became a great memory for us. The ocean stretches out right in front of the Accommodation. We took a walk in the morning before check-out, and it felt amazing. The sea was beautiful, and we thought, “In summer, we could really enjoy swimming here.” Having Yumigahama right in front is a major highlight of this Accommodation. Our Room also had an ocean view and was spacious, so we could relax comfortably. Meals were buffet-style, and everything was delicious—we were very satisfied. There was a wide variety of dishes, so much that we ended up eating too much. There was also all-you-can-drink beer and wine, which made mealtimes even more enjoyable (just be careful not to overdo it). There was an izakaya-style place in front of the Accommodation as well, so we said we might go later if needed—but in the end, we were satisfied enough that there was no need. After dinner, we went up to the rooftop. Spending time looking at the stars while enjoying coffee or tea was wonderful. Being able to enjoy stargazing on the Shiosai Terrace feels unique to this Accommodation. The open-air bath was also very pleasant and relaxing. That said, since it was quite busy when we stayed, it would have been even more comfortable if it were a bit larger. Breakfast was hearty too—delicious enough that we finished everything. Overall, it turned into a very satisfying trip. It’s a bit far from Tokyo, but Izu has many sightseeing spots, and even the journey there added to the travel experience. We’d love to visit again in another season.

We stayed for two nights and three days to celebrate my 61st birthday a week early. The lounge staff shared the information about my birthday, and I was truly moved by everyone’s kind greetings. Our third-grade daughter also decided she wanted to do a “job interview” for her summer vacation school project, and we are deeply grateful that you took the time to accommodate her as well. She was thrilled, and she thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the lounge sweets—everything was wonderful. My wife was able to relax fully over the three days, and we’ve agreed that we would definitely like to stay again for our wedding anniversary at year-end. We will visit again as a family of three, so we look forward to seeing you then. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts.

The other day, my family and I stayed at Suma Sea World Hotel. My elderly mother said she wanted to visit the newly renovated Suma aquarium but couldn’t walk anymore, so I made a Reservation at the Hotel to celebrate her birthday while she’s still feeling well. Since I requested a wheelchair when making the online Reservation, everything went very smoothly. The front desk staff and restaurant team were all kind and sincere, which made our stay truly comfortable. The restaurant meals were buffet-style, and every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. The view from our Room balcony was wonderful, and just watching the dolphins swimming in the pool was so relaxing. I had reserved a birthday cake via Room service in advance, but forgot to request a message card—thank you for leaving such a lovely card in our Room anyway. The cake with the large orca message cookie was also delicious. My mother was very happy as well. If we have another chance, we would like to make a Reservation again.

I visited with friends in March, and this time I came with my son’s family. The food is simply delicious, and even my five-year-old grandchild can have fun at the amusement park and inside the Hotel. Beer was available after bathing and during meals as well, which made my daughter-in-law very happy. The meals were excellent—both grilled Hamana Lake eel (kabayaki) and white-grilled eel (shirayaki) were so good that I ate far too much. I usually don’t eat seafood bowls elsewhere (because they’re not tasty), but for some reason I end up having them here. And the staff who prepare the food are very kind. Next time, I’d like to bring my daughter’s family too. The desserts made with local ingredients and the small dishes are also delicious. I don’t think there is any other Hotel buffet as good as this. The only problem is that I eat too much and gain weight. Even breakfast has great variety, and even the scrambled eggs taste wonderful. The shirasu and eel onigiri-style rice balls were very satisfying too. With four adults and one small child, it’s hard to deny that the room feels a bit small. But since a larger room would have doubled the price, we ended up trying to save money. Well, we only sleep there anyway. This may be a bit rambling, but considering the price, all I can say is thank you very much. If possible, I think a dry sauna would be better than the current one in the bath area.

I stayed one night on the “A Little Luxury! Spiny Lobster, Abalone, and Shimane Wagyu—A Kaiseki Feast Packed with All of Shimane’s Gourmet Delights!” Plan. As the name suggests, dinner was truly lavish. In addition to spiny lobster, abalone, and Shimane Wagyu, I was able to enjoy a wide variety of delicious local specialties from Shimane all at once. There were plenty of dishes, each one carefully prepared, and everything was delicious right through to the end. If you’re thinking, “Since I’m in Shimane anyway, I want to eat lots of great food,” this is a Plan I highly recommend. I booked my stay looking forward to dinner, and it exceeded my expectations—I was completely satisfied. Not only the food but also the staff’s hospitality was wonderful, and I had a very comfortable stay. Their service was polite yet relaxed and never felt stiff, which left a great impression. Both the cuisine and service were flawless—an Accommodation that genuinely made me think, “I want to stay here again.” Thank you to everyone at Senjoen for such a pleasant time. Some photos are missing because I got so absorbed in eating that I forgot to take them.

From the moment we arrived at the Hotel, we were impressed by the outstanding hospitality of the staff. The doorman who welcomed us was wonderful, and since we were traveling with a baby, they took great care of us—carrying our luggage to our Room and preparing a baby crib for us. We also used the bus to go to the park, and while we were waiting in the lobby, staff came over as soon as it arrived. Throughout our stay, we felt that everyone was extremely well trained and attentive. Our Room was spacious and comfortable, and we truly appreciated it. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options; the freshly baked bread, French toast, and beef ochazuke were especially delicious. They also guided us to seating with our child in a stroller in mind, which was very helpful. There was also a nursing room right outside the restaurant area, which made things much easier. We didn’t expect such a comfortable stay for this price point, so we felt it was an excellent Hotel. It seems there are many spacious Rooms available as well, making it a reassuring choice even for families with small children. To repeat once more, every staff member who assisted us provided warm and pleasant service. Thank you very much—we would definitely love to stay again.
