This was our last night’s stay on our trip to eastern Hokkaido, and even though it’s a Business Hotel, it has an Onsen, which we were able to enjoy at a relaxed pace despite its small size. It’s right in front of the station, with many restaurants nearby, and we found a great izakaya while taking a walk. Breakfast was also delicious, and I think we stayed at a reasonable price. Thank you very much.

Not only the Room but the entire property was very clean and well maintained, which made our stay very pleasant. If you go to the bath at 6:00 a.m., something good might happen.

Our family of four stayed here. We were very satisfied with the Room, meals, and bath. Our trip to Amakusa became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much.

Although it was hot outside in summer, the Hotel Room felt fresh and comfortable. With a semi-open-air Onsen bath, we relaxed and toasted as a couple while looking out at the deep-blue sea with a cold canned beer in hand—it made us feel truly happy. We enjoyed the Onsen many times until around 10:30 a.m. the next morning. Since we are both over 60, we were able to stay at a discounted rate. For dinner, we went to the neighboring seafood market “Mushigamaya,” which is also highly recommended. The Hotel breakfast can be delivered to your Room; it was delicious and my wife was very pleased. We would like to stay again.

The meals were outstanding. Dinner met our expectations, and breakfast exceeded them. The vegetables, in particular, looked beautiful and tasted great. The Room was charming, and the bath was spacious and wonderful.

I had stayed at Kinmonko several times before, and after it became Regina Resort, I visited again—also because it coincided with my younger child’s birthday. It was an even better stay than I imagined, and the time spent with my dog felt truly special. Just as rumored, the thorough dog-first hospitality warmed my heart throughout the trip. From the moment we arrived, all the staff welcomed us with smiles and greeted us by name, which helped my dog relax right away. The Room and shared spaces were stocked with an impressive range of amenities for dogs, and their thoughtful attention to detail really stood out. A surprise that made me especially happy During our stay, I casually mentioned in conversation that my dog’s birthday was coming up soon—and to my surprise, they quickly prepared a birthday cake as a special treat. I was amazed by such a wonderful gesture, and having the staff celebrate together with us filled me with gratitude. Seeing my dog happily enjoying the cake became an unforgettable memory. Surrounded by Yufuin’s beautiful nature, this is truly a dream-like place where both dogs and owners can relax without any hesitation. It was the best Accommodation I can confidently recommend for important anniversaries or creating special memories with your dog. I definitely want to visit again! I have stayed at many pet-friendly Accommodations before, but Regina Resort Yufuin was by far the most satisfying in every way. Next time, I would like to stay at “Kakoi” in the new building.

Our family of three (two adults and one older elementary school child) stayed here. The Facility was exceptionally well maintained throughout—spotlessly clean and beautiful everywhere. It was a wonderful place I can confidently recommend to others! Here are the highlights that impressed us, along with a couple of small points we noticed. ◯ Highlights Beautifully balanced meals: The ingredients prepared in the refrigerator were the perfect amount—not too much, not too little. The colors and presentation were lovely, everything felt very clean, and we were excited even before eating. The selection of complimentary drinks included in the Accommodation Fee was also excellent! User-friendly kitchen: The dining kitchen was spacious and easy to move around in, and the grill was simple to use, making cooking fun. A fully equipped authentic spa: Not only a bath, but also a sauna and cold plunge pool—an incredibly relaxing experience. ◯ With hopes for future improvements (why we rated 4 stars) The boundary between indoors and outdoors on the way to the open-air bath was very slippery, so we placed towels down ourselves as a precaution. Guests with small children or elderly family members may want to be especially careful. Moving between the Room, toilet, bath, and dining area requires outdoor footwear throughout, but we found the provided shoes a bit difficult to wear. More slip-on options would make it even more comfortable. That said, our overall satisfaction was extremely high—so much so that these minor points hardly mattered—and it became a great memory for us. We would love to stay again!

I chose Zao Onsen this time because I wanted to soak in Wald Berg’s open-air bath again after a long time. When I arrived at the Hotel, I felt the hospitality and service were better than before. At the front desk, they seemed to remember that I had stayed here previously. When I was shown to my Room, I appreciated that the air conditioning had already been set to a comfortable temperature. And then, the Onsen—Zao Onsen really is wonderful. Among all the baths in Zao Onsen, Wald Berg’s forest open-air bath is spacious and truly outstanding. Dinner was more than satisfying as well, and I was happy that even a solo guest receives a beer. I ended up enjoying the open-air bath four times—it was excellent. The only disappointment was that the riverside open-air bath was closed due to bear activity, so I couldn’t use it. In the past, my mother-in-law, my wife, and I came together and enjoyed our stay; this year my mother-in-law passed away, so it was just the two of us. As it is Obon season, we enjoyed Zao Onsen while remembering her fondly.

In a small Japanese-style room, I enjoyed the sweetness of local vegetables while imagining that merchants from long ago might have stayed here alone as well. Perhaps because of the terrain there is no railway, which may help create the town’s calm atmosphere. On the way back, when I was kindly given a ride on the bus toward Chichibu, I was deeply impressed by driving that was more considerate than anything I have ever experienced. Even on mountain roads, the driver’s smooth control never caused sudden tilts in any direction, and he consistently kept safely to the left edge of the road to allow oncoming traffic to pass. I wasn’t able to thank the driver when getting off, so please allow me to express my gratitude here.

I had always remembered that my late mother stayed here about 35 years ago and said it was a wonderful Hotel, so I decided to stay this time. We originally made a Reservation for two Rooms for six people across three generations, but one person couldn’t come due to work, and then two days before our stay my father and brother (in a separate household) came down with fevers from colds. In the end, our group was reduced by half, but despite the repeated changes, you handled everything very kindly and thoughtfully. Thank you. We arrived at 11:30 after checkout time and planned to park our car first and go sightseeing in Matsushima by the Hotel shuttle bus. However, your staff told us we could complete check-in procedures in advance, and when we returned they arranged it so we could simply pick up the key at a separate counter and go straight to our Room. This helped us avoid crowds and was truly appreciated. Because I have difficulty walking, I requested an ocean-side Japanese-Western style Room. The view was excellent, the Room was very comfortable, and the air conditioning was just right. We could see the sunrise directly in front of us. For dinner we chose the seafood buffet; there were many kinds of sashimi and grilled items, each dish was high quality—it was outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed it. At breakfast as well, they cooked items like cheese omelets individually on the spot for each guest. The food exceeded our expectations! As for the baths, there were no issues at all. At sunrise time, watching the sun rise over Matsushima Bay right in front of the open-air bath moved me deeply. For someone like me with limited mobility, getting around was easy—the layout made sense and walking distances were reasonable—so it wasn’t physically taxing. It helped me truly understand why my mother, who had limited use of her hands and feet due to a similar condition, said this Hotel was so good. With check-in at 14:00 and checkout at 11:00, being able to relax without rushing is another great point. The staff service; the view from the Room; amenities; meals; baths—everything made this an excellent Hotel. When I come to Matsushima again, I sincerely want to stay at Taikanso again! Since expectations are high now that I know how good it is firsthand next time I'd like a Multiple Night Stay so I can enjoy other meals as well. Thank you very much for taking care of us.

This was my first stay. When we needed to change our dates due to a typhoon hitting directly, you handled it very courteously. The Room, the large public bath, and the breakfast were all excellent—I was completely satisfied. I would like to stay again next time. Thank you very much for everything.

I’ve stayed at several APA Hotels & Resorts, and I’m impressed every time by how wonderful the service is. The VOD includes recent movies (this time they already had the second part of *Wicked*!), the large public bath is spacious, clean, and relaxing, and the breakfast is luxurious and truly delicious. The Room is compact at 14 m², but because the bathroom area is efficiently designed, it feels more spacious than expected. Considering the reasonable price, I’m grateful for such a high level of service. Breakfast while enjoying the open view from the 40th floor was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The grilled fish was thick and perfectly tender, and even the broth served with their “beauty tofu” was delicious. There were so many great options—seafood rice bowls, clam ramen, smoked salmon, and more—that it was hard to choose, and it made me happy from the very start of the day. They also cleared plates promptly, which made everything feel comfortable. I had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much.

This was our first time staying with our Toy Poodle. The amenities, dog run, and photo spots were irresistible for dog lovers. Everything was clean, and there were no unpleasant odors. Above all, the Hotel staff were kind. With their pleasant greetings and helpful support when we needed it, the atmosphere was wonderful, and we would definitely like to stay again.

I’ve stayed here many times. The rates are affordable, the Hotel is clean, and I can fully enjoy Spa World for two days, so I’m always grateful! It would be even more appreciated if the parking fee were not limited to a 24-hour period, but instead set as a flat rate (e.g., 1,000 yen) from the check-in day through the end of the check-out day.

My third stay. For me, Ace Hotel Kyoto has become a destination in itself. In addition to the unbeatable convenience of being directly connected to Karasuma Oike Station, I’m always impressed by the staff’s warm smiles, thoughtful attention to every detail, and the remarkable quiet of the Room—so peaceful you don’t hear a single sound. It’s a Hotel that makes me want to stay forever. To all the staff, thank you as always for your heartfelt hospitality. I’ll be back again on my next trip to Kyoto.

I stayed here once a few years ago, and this time we stayed with my mother-in-law. She was delighted with everything—the meals, the sunset view, the Room, the Onsen, the amenities, and the service. Thank you very much. My daughter mentioned that the hair dryer in the Room had weak airflow and it took a long time to dry her hair; she said she would have preferred a dryer like the ones in the large public bath.

I stayed for two nights on a business trip. Since I arrived via Kagoshima Airport, it was very reassuring and easy to find—especially for someone unfamiliar with the area—that the Accommodation is in the same building as the airport bus stop. I stayed in a Room on the more affordable side facing the Central Exit, but I imagine Rooms on the opposite Sakurajima-view side would offer a wonderful view (you can also see it straight ahead from the 7th-floor lobby). What I liked most about the Room was the sink and bath area: it’s level with no step up from the Room, and there’s a spacious bathtub plus a washing area and shower—perfect for relieving work fatigue. The only thing that bothered me was that the door separating this area was unusually heavy; someone with less strength might struggle to open and close it. Also, having USB ports in addition to AC outlets for charging would be appreciated.

Despite the reasonable price, the Room was clean, with a large bed that felt spacious and relaxing. The large public bath helped wash away travel fatigue, and the complimentary ramen service was incredibly delicious! The front desk staff were also very helpful—truly the best value Accommodation I’ve found. I’ll definitely stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.
