This was my first stay here, and it was extremely satisfying. I stayed at Shangri-La the day before, but this exceeded my expectations (of course, I also like Shangri-La). Every staff member I met provided impeccable service, and it felt truly pleasant. They kindly accommodated a Room upgrade and late check-out as well, making it a genuinely fulfilling stay. The complimentary minibar was great, and personally I especially loved the bathroom. With the upgrade there was also laundry available, so I could do my washing—overall I was truly satisfied. Although I often stay at Shangri-La, Palace, or Ritz, I would like to recommend this place to friends as well. Sitting in the Room’s arflex chair, enjoying minibar drinks and snacks while reading—it was absolutely wonderful!! Thank you very much!!

The moderately American-style Room decor feels thoughtfully different from a typical Business Hotel. It was a new, clean Room. I was surprised that the bath and toilet were clearly separated. (The bathtub and shower felt like something you’d have at home.) The lighting in the Room is well designed, there are plenty of outlets, and it’s highly functional—overall, the hospitality far exceeded expectations for this price. Breakfast was also very satisfying in quality, and the other guests gave an elegant impression. There were a couple of moments when I noticed the soundproofing, but it was quiet at night.

Unfortunately, the birthday guest couldn’t make it on the day, so we quickly changed plans to a three-generation ladies’ trip. I was able to fully enjoy Umeda with my 82-year-old mother and my daughter in her 20s, visiting the Floating Garden Observatory and Umekita Plaza (we walked 16,000 steps!). We also enjoyed a relaxed breakfast, and since checkout is set later, we were all able to make the most of our stay. Thank you very much.

I stayed here the night before a business trip. It’s close to the station, the room was clean, and it was just the right size for a solo stay. The bathroom is a unit bath, but the bathtub was spacious and very relaxing. Breakfast is buffet-style with a wide variety of options, including local dishes, which I really enjoyed. For rice dishes, there were octopus rice, sea bream rice, and conger eel rice. I wanted to try them all, so I had a bite of each. There was also plain white rice. They even had curry, but I couldn’t manage that as well. Other items included Himeji oden, sea bream shabu-shabu, and almond toast—I was very satisfied. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Himeji.

Not only was it conveniently located near the station, but there were also many delightful services. First, the welcome drinks available until the hot summer evenings in Matsumoto were very soothing. The complimentary Shuttle Service at Shouhou was much appreciated, and the excellent Onsen washed away my travel fatigue, allowing me to have a wonderful time. The breakfast was also outstanding: it included Shinshu specialties and a wide variety of dishes, making it easy to enjoy many different items in small portions. I almost wished my departure had been later so I could have enjoyed it even more. I would love to stay again if I have the chance.

My spouse and I stayed here, and it was such a wonderful Hotel that we truly thought, “We want to stay again.” The moment we stepped into the Room, a soft, pleasant aroma filled the air—and beyond that were huge windows spanning the entire space. The beautiful ocean stretched across the full view, and we were so moved that we couldn’t help saying “Wow.” Even in the morning, when we got out of bed and opened the curtains, we were amazed all over again by the sea right in front of us. It felt as if we were one with the ocean, and throughout our stay we found ourselves gazing out the window again and again. The dining was also outstanding. The Japanese course meal was delicious from start to finish, and you could really taste how fresh each ingredient was. The drink pairing to match each dish was great fun as well, and taking time to savor each combination became a special memory for us as a couple. Thanks to our Diamond member benefit with a 12:00 checkout time, after the standard 11:00 checkout time had passed we were able to use the rooftop lounge almost as if it were reserved just for us. Enjoying coffee in that quiet space while looking out at the ocean in front of us was pure bliss—an incredibly luxurious moment that felt like having the sea all to ourselves. The staff’s attentiveness was exceptional. At dinner, one male staff member carefully timed our drinks and shared thoughtful explanations about each dish. At breakfast, a young female staff member was cheerful and easy to talk with; thanks to our enjoyable conversation, even the meal tasted better. I was also touched when a housekeeping staff member noticed I had both hands full with coffee cups and quickly opened the door for me. Just one note: the road leading up to this Hotel is quite narrow, and since it was during Obon season with many people around, I felt slightly uneasy driving in. When I got lost on my first attempt and called the Hotel, a staff member came down to guide me—an act of kindness I truly appreciated. The view, food, hospitality—everything was excellent. It was a genuinely relaxing stay for us as a couple, and we would love to visit again.

It was so lush and green that it hardly felt like Osaka, and it was incredibly relaxing. The staff were kind, and we had a wonderful time. Thank you very much. We will visit again.

The lake could be seen from our Room, the dining area, and even the bath, and we were able to truly relax from the heart. The meals were gentle and beautifully presented without overpowering the natural flavors of the ingredients, the portions were just right, and everything was absolutely delicious. The proprietress’s thoughtful care and the kindness of everyone at the Accommodation could be felt in so many ways. It’s far away so we can’t visit often, but this time we even got to enjoy fireworks as a special treat, and staying at your Accommodation became a truly wonderful memory.

We stayed here for sightseeing. We thought it was a Resort Hotel mainly for golf, but it was also a great Hotel to enjoy for sightseeing. The large public bath and open-air bath were at just the right temperature and very relaxing. Dinner featured excellent dishes, plus obanzai, and we were satisfied because we chose the all-you-can-drink option with sake, shochu, and beer. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding. The front desk staff were friendly and fun, and we made wonderful memories.

Great location right by the station with easy access. The Room was clean even for a Business Hotel, and the in-room amenities were good. After check-in, it was fun to choose the amenities and bath salts you needed. The restaurant was also clean and the food was delicious. Everyone at the Hotel was very kind.

We stayed here as a family during Golden Week. We often use Kyoritsu Resort properties, and our son—who loves Hotels—was thrilled! Considering the location and price, we felt the Room size was understandably compact. It was clean and pleasant. All the staff were cheerful, and it left a great impression that they greeted us clearly and warmly even when we just passed by. We also had breakfast here, and it was very satisfying. Of course, we fully enjoyed the Onsen on all three floors! We would like to stay here again when visiting Tokyo.

The breakfast is luxurious and excellent. I was amazed by the live kitchen with its wide variety of menu options. There is also a large public bath, so I highly recommend it.

This was my first stay here. Above all, the Onsen were outstanding. I was able to enjoy a variety of baths— a clear, colorless iron-rich spring in the Room, a thick mixed sulfur and carbonated spring, and a gentle sulfur spring— and I was completely satisfied. The traditional Japanese meals made with mountain ingredients were also very delicious and easy on the stomach. I’m also grateful for the warm hospitality and smiles from all the staff. I had a wonderful stay. I accidentally arrived at Glover Garden, so I called the Hotel and they kindly helped me. When I entered, they greeted me very politely: “Were you the one who called earlier? We’ve been waiting for you—you arrived sooner than we expected.” After that, every staff member continued to treat me with warm hospitality. That alone made me feel glad I chose this Hotel. In the lobby there are two counters—one open until 10:30 p.m. and another available all day—where you can enjoy as many drinks and snacks as you like. Since I arrived late, I do regret not getting there earlier so I could have tried more from the limited-time counter. The braised pork and chocolate were delicious; there was plenty of braised pork left, so if I hadn’t eaten too much at my dinner gathering, I could have finished it all… maybe next time. Still, the all-day counter was more than enough to enjoy. The lounge also has a great selection of books, so I stayed up a bit reading while enjoying tea and sweets from the all-day counter. It was such a relaxing time. Breakfast in a steamer basket was comforting and delicious as well—the yuzu miso was especially amazing. They also had loquat and mandarin drinks. I expected them to be sweet, but they tasted properly like tea with just a subtle hint of flavor. Personally (with my sweet tooth), the mandarin juice added to the all-day counter in the morning was particularly tasty. There is no Onsen (as expected), and while this is clear if you check in advance, toothbrushes are not provided for sustainability reasons. However, there’s a convenience store about 50 meters away from the Hotel, so it wasn’t inconvenient at all. I’ll definitely come again! Thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

I stayed for two nights to attend a concert at Ecopa (one night was booked through another site). Everyone at the front desk was kind and courteous, and I truly appreciated how supportive they were. The late-night noodles, several kinds of ice cream and dairy drinks, and the breakfast were better than I expected. (Even late at night, the staff serving the noodles greeted me with a warm smile and attentive service.) Breakfast was more than sufficient for a Business Hotel—small side dishes, egg dishes, fried shrimp, and fried chicken were all great. I was also surprised by the wide variety of dressings and sauces. Although my Plan did not include breakfast, I ended up adding it on both days. Just one thing: the Room had been renovated and was very clean, but the shower and toilet seemed older, with some mold that couldn’t be fully removed. I think it would be even better if those areas were renovated as well. I had a wonderful stay and would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

True to its name as an Accommodation with Onsen, the hot springs left our skin silky smooth and helped us feel refreshed. The hospitality was also attentive, and thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

It’s been a long time since I felt this kind of excitement. I was truly fulfilled by the meticulous, sophisticated design—much like how I felt when staying at Le Royal Monceau in Paris. The service struck the perfect balance, and the high-quality, distinctive room atmosphere and design made it genuinely relaxing.\nBeyond the guest room, the large rooftop jacuzzi we used at night was wonderful, and the garden beside the first-floor restaurant—with its towering palm tree—was also superb. It’s impressive to see it maintained to this level.\nEven after about 20 years, this standard is remarkable. This is exactly what people mean by a Hotel you’ll want to return to. My sincere thanks to all the staff who must work hard every day to keep everything so well maintained.

During our 2-night, 3-day stay, we were able to truly relax both body and mind. Since we live in Saitama and this is Kagoshima, we can’t visit often, but we would definitely love to return. From the warm welcome to the delicious dinner… the treats of shochu and fireworks… I’m still thinking about how best to describe how wonderful it all was. The food was never flashy; instead, it was carefully prepared using freshly harvested vegetables and local fish and meat, and it felt as if I was becoming healthier from the inside out. Simply delicious! You can also feel the attention given to the tableware and presentation. The hot spring water… without a doubt, it was outstanding. We also felt completely at ease in our Room. Above all, we could sense kindness and care in every detail. The message written on a beautiful leaf, and the rice balls and rolled omelet you gave us to take when going out or returning—both were heartwarming and delicious. Thank you very much. Your warm hospitality—while maintaining just the right distance for each guest—was excellent in every way. This Accommodation reminded us of a gentle kindness that daily busyness had made us forget. Lastly… we hope that adorable pair of chickens stays healthy for a long time. Thank you for such wonderful memories. We would love to visit again for sure.

Our family stayed for one night. The Room was very spacious and comfortable. Dinner showed great attention to detail, and the wonderful dishes truly brought out the natural flavors of the ingredients. Both the fish and meat were grilled fresh on the spot, so everything was absolutely delicious. The breakfast delivered to our Room also highlighted the ingredients just like dinner, and it was outstanding in both presentation and taste.
