This was a truly welcoming and pleasant Hotel. As I was traveling solo, I was shown to a quiet seat with a great view for dinner, and I was able to relax and enjoy the meal. They were considerate about ingredients I don’t like, and everything was delicious. The only regret was that the portions were a bit large for me, and I was almost full before the main course. Breakfast was exciting, and everything was delicious—absolutely wonderful! My Room was close to the guest lounge, so I enjoyed not only staying in my Room but also spending time in the stylish guest lounge. The sauna, jacuzzi, and bedroom were all very relaxing—I had a great stay!

We visited as three generations to celebrate my parents. The staff were wonderfully welcoming, and we were impressed by the thoughtful touches throughout the Room and other areas, with amenities and towels provided everywhere. At dinner, you kindly treated us to a celebratory bottle of wine, and our whole family was able to make great memories. We stayed at another Hotel the night before, but everyone agreed that Sansui was better in every way—both the meals and the Room—for both nights. The view from the Room, the spa sauna and pool, the drink service in the lounge, and above all the staff were truly excellent. We will definitely return. Just one thing: we requested a massage, but unfortunately it was disappointing. Thank you again.

I was deeply relaxed in this luxurious space where I could feel Kyoto in every detail. The bath also had a genuine herbal soak, letting me enjoy a truly indulgent Onsen-like experience. The amenities were well stocked, and the futon and pillows were fluffy, so I slept soundly. It was a wonderful trip that I thoroughly enjoyed. I would definitely love to stay again. I was surprised to find someone waiting to welcome us at the entrance when we arrived by car. We were greeted by the scent of lilies, and while waiting our turn for check-in, my husband quickly started enjoying a beer. Our Room was on the 3rd floor and felt more spacious than expected. The tatami flooring made it very comfortable. The view from the window was wonderful, and we kept it open for a while just to enjoy it. The amenities were well stocked, and we didn’t feel any inconvenience. One thing I noticed was that there was quite a large step up into the in-room toilet, which made me a little worried about tripping if I got up during the night. What stood out most was the wide variety of dishes at dinner. The boat platter we reserved was extremely fresh, and the sushi prepared right in front of us was delicious as well. I love grilled seafood, and I went back for it twice. The steak was also excellent. We couldn’t possibly try everything—of course there wasn’t any room left for late-night ramen, so I’d like to have that next time (laugh). We made our Reservation to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and they surprised us by bringing dessert and taking photos for us—it became a truly happy memory. Breakfast was also buffet-style. In the morning, I made my own seafood rice bowl and enjoyed it very much. The freshly cooked French toast was delicious too. There were so many dishes that we couldn’t finish them all—it was a one-night stay filled with food that delighted both our eyes and taste buds. Lastly, thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the staff who always greeted us with smiles—we had a very pleasant stay at your Accommodation. We will visit again.

I have stayed at many Hotels and Ryokan with ocean views, but this was one of the most memorable. The views from the Room and the open-air bath were outstanding—thanks to the Hotel’s hilltop location with nothing obstructing the scenery, as well as the serene beauty of the Seto Inland Sea itself. There are very few man-made structures nearby, and the landscape created by the scattered islands is truly stunning. In the distance, we could see bridges of the Shimanami Kaido and parts of Imabari’s townscape, while boats passing below from time to time added a lovely touch to the view. I felt this Hotel is well worth staying at even just to relax and take in this scenery. Because it was listed as “Casual” on IKYU, I initially imagined a standard Hotel that simply highlights its views. In reality, however, we experienced warm, unpretentious hospitality from all staff members. Dinner was not a typical set menu; it showed thoughtful creativity throughout and was delicious. Breakfast was buffet-style, and in particular, I still remember how wonderful the locally harvested blueberries were. This time we rented a car at Hiroshima Station: on our first night we stayed at a Ryokan on Etajima; on day two we toured Takehara before taking a ferry over and enjoying beautiful Setouchi island views from Mount Kamimine prior to check-in. The next day we visited Okunoshima to spend time with its rabbits, then headed home via Mihara to Hiroshima Airport. The Hotel was also extremely convenient as a base for sightseeing routes starting from Hiroshima City toward Kure, Takehara, and Mihara—and we were fully satisfied with every aspect: scenery, dining, and hospitality.

I first learned about this Accommodation in a travel magazine and had wanted to visit for years. From the moment I made my Reservation, the staff reached out several times with thoughtful messages, which felt truly warm and welcoming. I’m grateful for their kind advice on transportation as well as nearby recommended spots and restaurants. Set on a vast property, the Accommodation offers wonderful views, and I was thrilled to encounter deer while strolling around. The Onsen had excellent water quality, the Facility was well maintained, and I was able to unwind and soothe my fatigue while enjoying the scenery. A local regular I spoke with in the bath said they stay here every month—I couldn’t help but envy them. It was an outstanding Accommodation where both mind and body could fully relax. I would love to visit again. Every staff member was gentle and attentive, and their hospitality made it possible for me to truly feel at ease throughout my stay—each day felt happy. Having visited Yoko no Kaze before, we stayed here this year. Our family has grown, and our daughter-in-law joined us as well. They kindly prepared Rooms next to each other for us. At Kumoba Terrace, we took our time enjoying alcohol and fresh juice, and the lit bonfire and birch forest were truly soothing. In the spacious, clean Room, we relaxed in the Onsen brought from Ueda City. The cuisine was outstanding—seasonal and beautifully presented. We enjoyed everything from the scallop takikomi rice to dessert, though the portions were a bit large for me. As it was our daughter-in-law’s birthday month, we requested a surprise message plate. She was very happy, which made us glad as well. Thanks to the thoughtful staff, we were able to add another precious family memory. Thank you very much.

We stayed as a group of five with our daughter and son-in-law and our 5-month-old grandchild. It was our grandchild’s very first trip and their first Onsen experience. As it was a weekday, we were upgraded to the highest-grade Room, which made our stay extremely comfortable with no inconveniences at all. The attendant who looked after us seemed relatively new, but provided courteous service with care in every detail. The private open-air bath was wonderful, and we enjoyed delicious meals. The simmered golden eye snapper in particular had a gentle seasoning and was outstanding. It was also our first time trying the mixed breakfast dish, and it was very tasty. The location is close to Atami Ginza and Sun Beach, making it perfect for strolling around and enjoying local food. Thanks to you, it was a truly satisfying trip in every way. Thank you very much.

I visited again. Even in the summer heat, many people were sightseeing in Onomichi. This time, I rode the ropeway for the first time—it climbs all at once and was truly thrilling. At a museum along the way to the Hotel, there was an exhibition about cats that felt very soothing. At the café, I enjoyed sweets with their recommended pairing. Dinner featured a variety of ingredients that went perfectly with wine. Breakfast was so delicious that I had a second serving of rice. I also enjoyed the letter room for the first time. I used to study calligraphy, so once I started writing different things with a brush pen, time flew by. It was also fun to see other guests’ creations. Spending summer in Onomichi while sharing everyone’s memories was wonderful too.

This was our second 2-night, 3-day stay since New Year’s. We love the breakfast buffet in the second-floor banquet hall. There is a wide variety, and you can tell a lot of thought has gone into it. Sometimes the omelets were brought to our table and sometimes not (understandable during busy times). The atmosphere is not cold or overly businesslike, and the staff—pleasantly attentive without being overly formal—made our stay very comfortable. Thank you again for everything.

Because it’s close to Zao, this was my first stay at this Accommodation. To put it mildly, it’s one of the best Accommodations I’ve ever stayed at. It’s fairly large, so the interiors and lobby are well appointed, but above all it’s quiet and comfortable. The large public bath with an open-air bath is excellent as well, and the teppanyaki cuisine was outstanding. There was nothing to complain about. The service struck just the right balance of attentiveness and distance, and everything was impeccably clean—I truly enjoyed my stay.

I stayed one night on the “A Little Luxury! Spiny Lobster, Abalone, and Shimane Wagyu—A Kaiseki Feast Packed with All of Shimane’s Gourmet Delights!” Plan. As the name suggests, dinner was truly lavish. In addition to spiny lobster, abalone, and Shimane Wagyu, I was able to enjoy a wide variety of delicious local specialties from Shimane all at once. There were plenty of dishes, each one carefully prepared, and everything was delicious right through to the end. If you’re thinking, “Since I’m in Shimane anyway, I want to eat lots of great food,” this is a Plan I highly recommend. I booked my stay looking forward to dinner, and it exceeded my expectations—I was completely satisfied. Not only the food but also the staff’s hospitality was wonderful, and I had a very comfortable stay. Their service was polite yet relaxed and never felt stiff, which left a great impression. Both the cuisine and service were flawless—an Accommodation that genuinely made me think, “I want to stay here again.” Thank you to everyone at Senjoen for such a pleasant time. Some photos are missing because I got so absorbed in eating that I forgot to take them.

The Room was a beautifully renovated guest room with an open-air bath, and I was happy to be able to relax and enjoy the Onsen in the Room as well. The staff were very courteous, and we had a comfortable stay. Dinner was delicious, featuring mainly seafood. We also really enjoyed watching the explanation and live demonstration of Oga Peninsula’s specialty stone-grilled dish. Breakfast was a buffet, and everything was tasty—we were completely full. It was a bit of a long trip, but we made wonderful memories. Thank you very much.

We stayed with a same-day Reservation, and everything was excellent. We arrived later than planned and were almost late for our dinner Reservation, but every staff member remained welcoming and provided outstanding service. Thank you very much. Both the open-air bath and the indoor bath were great. The dinner and breakfast were especially delicious, and the all-you-can-eat grilled fish at breakfast was wonderful. We would definitely like to stay again on our next visit.

I stayed for two nights, and the Room had a warm, calm atmosphere rather than a typical business-hotel feel, making it very comfortable. The bed and bathroom were spacious, yet the Room didn’t feel cramped at all. Having a separate toilet was also a great touch and very convenient. It’s close to the station with excellent access, and there’s a convenience store nearby. Check-in and check-out were smooth as well. There are several well-known cafes in the area, along with plenty of restaurants.

I made a reservation two days before my stay. Staying from Friday to Saturday, even with no meals included, I was satisfied with the price being under 7,000 yen. The antique-style furniture gave a sense of history and elegance, making it a lovely room. Although it was cold and snowing lightly, I strolled through the Japanese garden and found it to be a charming place. Choosing drinks (packs) and amenities was enjoyable and added to the experience. Recently, I've been staying at business hotels often, so staying here was a refreshing change of pace. The front desk staff were very pleasant—thank you!

Due to the heavy rain, the Himi Line was suspended and I was stranded in Takaoka. You contacted me to let me know I could come by bus, and you even picked me up at the bus stop, which was a great help. The Room was clean, and I thoroughly enjoyed the fish dishes. I would like to visit again.

I often visit Kamakura. This Hotel is in a great location, and this time I chose a tatami Room, which was very nice. The soba restaurant on the first floor was refined, spacious inside, and the food was delicious. The staff were also very pleasant and helpful. I would like to stay here again.

The stunning setting created by the sea and sunset, the delicious dinner, and the relaxing bath were truly soothing for both body and mind. I rested comfortably in a clean Room and bedding, and everything—from the complimentary late-night ochazuke to the Japanese-style breakfast buffet—was very satisfying. Being able to enjoy such attentive service at a reasonable price, I was genuinely delighted by hospitality that exceeded expectations. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I had been wanting to stay here for a long time, and my wish finally came true. I was very satisfied with the Onsen and the breakfast and dinner served in semi-private dining areas. If I had to mention something, the parking lot was far away and there were only stairs, so getting around was a bit difficult. Above all, I truly admired the staff’s warm and courteous service.
