We stayed here for a two-person trip with a friend. Thanks to the warm hospitality of the staff, we truly felt the welcoming spirit that Kochi is known for. The intonation of the Tosa dialect was a real delight for visitors from outside the prefecture, and I hope you will continue to cherish your local way of speaking without trying to “correct” it. Although the building and air-conditioning equipment show their age, everything is well maintained, and both our Room and the interior were kept clean, allowing us to rest very comfortably. When I noticed that the elevator mat had the day of the week written on it, it was a small surprise—it made me realize it must be changed daily. We were also happy to enjoy local specialties at breakfast buffet, and the freshly made rice balls prepared on the spot were delicious. The selection that lets guests experience regional specialties through taste as well was wonderful. Coming back drenched in sweat, using the large public bath felt especially great. Soaking in such a spacious bath helped melt away our fatigue, and we slept soundly that night. The souvenir corner was well stocked too, and it was fun choosing items. It may be routine for those at reception, but we really appreciated being reminded not to forget our Ryoma Passport stamp when we almost did. It was also reassuring to see how well information had been handed over from the previous day. Thank you for taking care of us for three days and two nights. This is an Accommodation we would like to choose again when visiting Kochi.

It was a great place. Amenities are available in the lobby near the front desk, and disposable chopsticks and other items were also prepared nearby. There is no microwave in the Room, but you can heat food in the lobby. I chose a Plan with breakfast, and at check-in you select either Japanese or Western style. The Japanese breakfast was very delicious, with perfectly grilled salmon.

They securely stored my suitcase early in the morning, and I checked in when I returned. The only downside was that there’s just one elevator (it might be best to allow extra time, especially when you’re in a hurry). When I went out and came back to my Room, the Skytree was sparkling right in front of me. After enjoying the view to my heart’s content, I used the bath-hopping pass to head over to Nono Annex and enjoyed the black Onsen. I also made sure to enjoy the late-night soba, and then had some ice cream available in front of the Onsen on the 10th floor of this Hotel… (there were four flavors, but two were sold out… it was disappointing that the one I really wanted was gone). While relaxing with it in my Room… I could hear the guest next door snoring—honestly funny. The walls must be thin. Bad luck with this Room. The next morning, I enjoyed the 10th-floor Onsen again and had some drinks as well, and I successfully caught the early-morning Spacia X departing from Tobu Asakusa Station. Since it was so early, I only glanced at what looked like a delicious breakfast… I chose this Accommodation solely because it’s close to Tobu Asakusa Station, and aside from bad luck with my Room, everything else was completely satisfying. Thank you very much. If I asked at reception, would they have given me earplugs? lol

I stayed for work, and the room was spacious and clean, with excellent meals. The directions and assistance from the front desk when I went out for dinner were also great, making it a pleasant outing. I would like to visit again with my family next time.

The complimentary drinks (including plenty of alcohol) and breakfast were excellent. With those Facilities and that level of service at such a low price, it was outstanding. If I had to mention one thing, the washing area in the Onsen is small, so it would be appreciated if women’s hours could be longer.

We have four dogs, including a Golden Retriever and a Mameshiba, so we always stay in a villa with a private dog run. However, every time we’ve felt that something was always just slightly inconvenient—but RETONA was perfect. Since there’s a splash pond in the dog run, we thought we should bring towels, but there were towels right at the entrance, along with a water tank for dogs and bowls. We also received one complimentary drink per person from the vending machine at the dog-run entrance!! Thanks to that, our dogs were able to run around the spacious dog run to their hearts’ content and slept soundly at night. For dinner, since our dogs are always with us as usual, we assumed the food would end up getting cold—but each dish was served at just the right time: hot items while still hot and cold items while still cold. Everything was delicious—the soup and even the mango vegetable juice—and the appetizers were presented like an afternoon tea set: not only tasty but also beautifully arranged. Whenever we met any staff member, they greeted us with wonderful smiles, and they even helped carry our luggage upon arrival—which was truly helpful for our multi-dog household. The bath in our Room was very spacious as well, everything was spotless throughout, and above all we didn’t feel any drawbacks or inconvenience at all. We travel at least five or six times a year, and during long holidays we often stay about four nights. We would absolutely love to visit again. Thank you very much.

Since guests remove their shoes at the entrance, the floors throughout the property are very clean. You can choose your preferred brands of shampoo, conditioner, face wash, etc., select from pillows of various heights and firmness levels, and there is a wide range of samue loungewear sizes. You can also take your favorite drinks—from alcohol to soft drinks—back to your Room. The Room layout is very practical, and no matter where I wiped with an alcohol wipe, there was absolutely no dirt. It was very comfortable. The bath had shower heads such as ReFa and Mirable. If there were more dinner menu options, it would be perfect.

The breakfast was amazing! It was so good that I’d stay here just to eat breakfast. The kids also seemed to have fun making their own seafood rice bowls in the morning. There is also a coin laundry in the Facility, and the Onsen changes between morning and night. Because my expectations were high from the Hotel photos, I noticed some signs of aging in the guest room, and it was a bit of a walk to the Onsen. It’s about an 8-minute drive to Obi Castle, so the location is great. Enjoying the Onsen after getting tired from eating while walking around made for a wonderful trip!

I booked the No Meals Included plan to visit Hirome Market the next day, and it was a great value—the Room was spacious and clean, and the Onsen was excellent. It’s about a 15-minute drive to Cerise. The parking lot is free and spacious, and next time I’d like to stay with meals included and relax.

1. Meals Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection including local specialties—we were very satisfied. On mornings when we were short on time, we chose the meat udon! The late-night noodles were great, and the dining staff were kind—we were very satisfied. 2. Bath There were no foreign guests doing unhygienic things like leaving towels in the bathwater, so we could use the bath with peace of mind. We enjoyed the Onsen.

The breakfast is excellent. It is served in the Room and includes soup, bread, and juice, with just the right portion size. During our 2-night stay, the soup menu changed each day, and both were very delicious. It felt like the ideal Hotel breakfast. At check-in, we received a welcome drink along with a detailed explanation from the staff. The stay was comfortable and became a wonderful memory of Sapporo.

It was a clean and beautiful Hotel in its fifth year since opening. There aren’t many restaurants nearby, but the restaurant in the Hotel and the large supermarket next door are open fairly late, so it was convenient for dinner at night.

The complimentary drinks in the lobby lounge, the Room, the Onsen, the parking service, and access to the shopping mall were all excellent.

We stayed here for a three-generation trip with a 4-year-old boy and a 2-year-old girl. We planned Amanohashidate on the first day and Kinosaki Marine World on the second. Originally, we had planned to visit Marine World on the first day and stay at an Accommodation near it without meals, but we changed our schedule so we could spend more time at Marine World and switched to a Plan with meals, so this is where we decided to stay. After check-in, we spent time in the pool until dinner. The pool was just the right size for our kids, and they had plenty of fun going back and forth between areas about 40 cm deep and about 100 cm deep. Dinner felt a little light in volume for an adult man. Breakfast was satisfying, with refills of rice available. The building isn’t new, but it was well cleaned and felt very tidy, which we were happy with. It was also nice that you can choose your yukata after check-in.

Free Shuttle Service is available from Kawaguchiko Station. (Pickup requires a Reservation in advance; drop-off can be reserved at check-in.) Both the exterior and interior show their age, but the Room and other areas are well cleaned and kept tidy. The sink felt a bit dated. The Room key was delightfully nostalgic (laughs). I didn’t use the outdoor bath, so I can’t comment on it, but the Room I stayed in had a shower only. It seemed newly renovated and was very clean. (The provided shampoos include both DHC and Ichikami!) Lotion, emulsion, and makeup remover were POLA amenities. I ordered both dinner and breakfast; the portions were generous and everything was delicious! I really appreciated that it wasn’t buffet-style. Hot dishes were served hot. There is a laundry area; detergent costs 100 yen, but the drum washing machines are free to use! (There are two machines.) The staff’s service was excellent! So it felt more like a Ryokan than a Hotel. Thank you very much for your hospitality during my stay!

I truly appreciate that you arranged all of my requests. The property is thoroughly cleaned, and although compact, the rooms are functional and kept impeccably tidy. Most notably, the simple breakfast is wonderfully delicious—especially the miso soup, which is outstanding. The morning miso soup alone is reason enough for me to promise I’ll return.

We visited with 11 people from 4 families to celebrate the owner's birthday. After visiting Honpukuji Temple by Ando architecture and being impressed by its magnificence, we entered the Hotel with high expectations. Our expectations were not disappointed, as we could feel the art museums and Hotels of Naoshima throughout the building, which made us feel nostalgic and happy. I was particularly impressed by how pleasant the person in charge during meals was. Thank you very much.
