I stay here every year. The Room is thoroughly cleaned and very tidy. There is no odor in the Room, making it very comfortable. The futon and pillows are fluffy, providing excellent sleep quality for a restful night. Quick wipes and dishwashing detergent are provided, along with appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, TV, washing machine, dryer, and hairdryer—everything you might need. The shampoo and other amenities have a wonderful scent that was truly relaxing. I would love to stay here again next year. Thank you very much!

If I had to mention a downside, the exterior and interior felt a bit worn, which made the atmosphere seem a little intimidating. However, the bath was clean and the Onsen water flows continuously, so it was amazing! The meals were delicious with no complaints, and since it was a buffet we really enjoyed it! One more thing… it was a bit disappointing that we couldn’t connect external devices to the TV. It can’t be helped given the Facility setup, but the game console we brought ended up being useless. We also wanted to mirror our smartphone screen on the TV, but that wasn’t possible either. We played cards and table tennis with my siblings instead, but it was still a little disappointing.

Perched on a hill, the property offers sweeping harbor views, especially from the restaurant. With its calm Western-style mansion atmosphere and a pleasant retro feel, I was able to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay. Since it was within the standard check-in and check-out times, the Hotel kindly provided Shuttle Service as well, which I truly appreciated. I love Ibaraki and would be happy to stay here again.

We stayed as a family of three with our 2-year-old child. All the staff were kind and friendly, which made our stay very comfortable. We stayed for two nights and were able to relax at a leisurely pace. The BBQ dinner on the first night was a little small in portion, but the sukiyaki on the second night was plentiful and left us completely satisfied. The private bath was also wonderful. Thank you very much.

The hotel staff are friendly, the environment is comfortable, and the location is convenient for shopping.

When traveling to Kyoto with two young children, this accommodation is our go-to choice. Unlike standard business hotels where the area under the bed is carpeted and allows shoes, this hotel features tatami flooring in the bedroom. This makes it worry-free when kids climb on and off the beds. Additionally, the layout separates the bedroom from the bathroom and entrance areas with sliding doors, effectively keeping children away from the shoe-wearing entrance area, which significantly reduces stress during our stay. Another highlight is that a famous Ohagi shop, Imanishiken, is located nearby. It’s easy to line up before opening hours and get a chance to purchase their rare kinako ohagi (soybean flour rice cake), which is hard to find in Kanto. The breakfast service was also excellent; staff members were friendly and attentive, providing both quality and quantity that left us satisfied. (The only minor wish would be for drip coffee instead of what was offered.) We look forward to staying here again next time!

When I made a same-day accommodation reservation and set the check-in time for 11:00 PM, I called as I was likely to be about an hour late, and the response was excellent. Additionally, since my check-in was late, they extended the usual check-out time by an hour (check-out at 11:00 AM), allowing me to relax. I feel like I might stay here again next time. I also used APA Hotel during a business trip to Toyama, and they provided similar service. The room I stayed in seemed to be a corner room, and since the toilet/bathroom door opened to the left, it might have been easier if it opened to the right.

This was my first stay at an unmanned, studio-style Business Hotel. If it’s going to be unmanned anyway, I wish they had at least a robot reception desk. The first impression feels a bit cheap, but I suppose that’s the owner’s limit. That said, this time I realized what an amazing location this is—Miyajima looks like the “Sleeping Kannon” from here. You can see the beautiful Sleeping Kannon shape of Miyajima from this direction. The Business Hotel should promote this location much more. It’s not my company so I don’t really care, but it’s a waste to have such a great view with so little PR. Next door there is a private Ryokan called Ajina-tei (one group per night), but since you can look down on Ajina-tei even from the 2nd floor of this Business Hotel, I think staying at this far cheaper Business Hotel is better than staying at Ajina-tei. The only disappointing thing was that you could see many power lines from the 2nd floor. I stayed in Room 201 (a twin Room). In particular, the service line to Ajina-tei was thick and distracting, and there were also an unusually large number of wires messily connected to utility poles with capacitors. I think the view would be better on the 3rd or 4th floor where you wouldn’t see them. I think management should clearly state that power lines are noticeable on the 2nd floor and make those Rooms cheaper. I don’t know whether the Accommodation Fee on the 3rd and 4th floors is currently the same as on the 2nd floor, but they should differentiate pricing—even if higher floors cost more—because they offer a better view. (It would be ideal if their Reservation website showed view photos by floor.) Also, National Route 2 runs in front of the Hotel and traffic is heavy even at night. Noise and vibrations—especially when large trucks passed—that didn’t bother me during daytime became noticeable at night, and it was hard to fall asleep. Additional note: Even with this excellent view in Ajina, it’s disappointing that condominium buildings in Natalie Marina Marina Town along the coastline overlap with Miyajima in your line of sight. I can’t forgive whoever approved construction of those buildings. Lastly, since travel encounters are once-in-a-lifetime for me and I probably won’t visit Miyajima again, if I were to stay here again I’d want Room 401 or Room 301 instead (this is coming from someone who stayed in Room 201). Second additional note: There’s a system where you put your shoes into lockers at the shoe cabinet by the entrance, but having to walk about one meter from the entrance to that cabinet wearing slippers is inconvenient. Having to change into slippers twice made me feel annoyed.

I had a very comfortable stay for two days. There is also an Onsen Facility, which helped me relax and recover from the fatigue of traveling. If possible, I would appreciate it if the level of crowding at the Onsen could be shown in a bit more detail (in real time).

This was my second stay, and I really appreciate that you continue to welcome guests with multiple pets. It has a kitchen, so we cooked for ourselves. Unlike a business hotel, it’s an older building, but it’s spacious and seems like it would be fun for a large group. The owner said it’s often used for training camps. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

Although I stayed in a dormitory, the bed was spacious and I was able to rest well. The Accommodation provides the entrance key password by email, but I accidentally deleted the message; when I called, they promptly resent it, which was very helpful. There was also a convenience store on the way to the Accommodation, so it was convenient.

The hot spring water quality is excellent—neither too hot nor too lukewarm. It’s a wonderful bath. While the amenities and Room facilities are somewhat basic, they were sufficient for our needs. I chose this place because of the “24-hour stay” wording, but in reality check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. I would really like to see this improved.

You can also enjoy the Onsen in the main building, offering excellent value for money. The staff's hospitality is very pleasant.

I was pleasantly impressed that, although only the IH cooktop was made by Electrolux, all the other Room amenities and appliances I noticed were from Japanese companies such as Panasonic, HITACHI, SHARP, and Noritake. It truly made me happy to see a Japanese Hotel welcoming guests with products from Japanese brands. Despite being in a quiet area, the location was extremely convenient. We enjoyed walking everywhere: north via Shirakawa-dori and the Philosopher’s Path to Ginkaku-ji and Kyoto University; south to Chion-in, Yasaka Shrine, and Kiyomizu-dera; and along the Kamo River and Takase River to the Imperial Palace and Nijo Castle. Shijo Street, Kawaramachi, and Pontocho are also within walking distance, so finding places to eat was never a problem. Having a larger refrigerator, a kitchen, and a dining table in the Room made our stay very spacious and comfortable. We chose a Plan without an in-room washing machine, but there were two washer-dryers with automatic detergent dispensing in the basement. There was no stress from waiting our turn, and we could use them for up to 600 yen. A couple of minor points: since three of us stayed during winter, there wasn’t quite enough space for suitcases or for hanging long items like coats. Also, because the sofa bed was by the window, we felt an uncomfortable cold draft. Still, it was manageable—and in hindsight we probably could have requested an extra duvet—so it wasn’t really a negative point. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay. We would definitely like to stay again.

The place was clean and well-maintained, allowing for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. I appreciated the availability of bicycles and made good use of them. I understand that maintaining a traditional house can be challenging, but I hope you continue to preserve and manage this building. Thank you very much for everything this time.

The property was a lovely townhouse just as seen in the photos. The building has historical significance but has been moderately renovated, with a beautiful open-plan living room and a rear garden. We didn't feel the presence of neighbors and enjoyed a quiet night, which was very satisfying. Although it was a whole house rental, we could use delivery services like a hotel, so both check-in and check-out were convenient with large luggage being handled at Kyoto Station, allowing for comfortable sightseeing. The response from the property's management company was courteous even at night, which was very reassuring. I think it's a property with hotel-like hospitality without the hassle of a hotel.
