The Room was excellent, and the drink service was satisfying. However, possibly due to the rain, the bathroom sink drained slowly, and check-in was difficult and took a considerable amount of time.

The building is an old traditional house, but the interior is new and offers a comfortable space. The surrounding environment is also excellent, allowing you to fully enjoy the essence of Kyoto.

I stayed here two years ago as well. All the staff are very friendly, making this a comfortable Hotel. The breakfast is entirely homemade, generous, and delicious. There is also a Super Marunaka nearby with a great selection of Tokushima souvenirs. There are plenty of convenient options in the area, including a ramen shop, gas station, and drugstore. Wakimachi Interchange is also close by, which is very convenient. I’ll be back again! Thank you very much.

I had not made a reservation in advance, but it would have been better if there were more available units. Additionally, I would have appreciated guidance on the nearest parking lot. Other than that, I was satisfied.

A 4.5-minute walk from Toranomon Hills, and within walking distance of Toranomon Station, Uchisaiwaicho Station, and Shimbashi Station. As soon as you enter, there is a 160 cm-wide bed, which felt a bit tight at first. However, since I had requested a high floor, the view was great. Also, Reviews mentioned there was no chair, so I requested one as well—and they placed a chair in the Room as requested, which was very helpful. Thank you. There is space under the bed to store an open suitcase, so you can use the Room more efficiently. The ceiling is slightly high; it’s small, but once you get used to it, it doesn’t feel too cramped. All amenities were DHC—from cleansing oil and face wash to hair milk—and they felt great to use. The hair dryer was Panasonic. The toilet, sink area, and bathtub were separate—and the bathroom with a washing area was larger than expected! I was able to soak in the tub and relax. If I had to ask for more, having a wash basin and bath stool would make it perfect. I’d also be happier if the pajamas were two-piece rather than a one-piece dress style. There was a water pitcher in the in-room refrigerator; it seems you can fill it with water next to the front desk on the first floor and bring it back to your Room. The mugs are ceramic and the cups are glass—nice that they’re not paper cups. The front desk staff were pleasant—and everyone looked very polished… One disappointment: I noticed an unpleasant raw smell from the pillow. The next day I asked for a replacement due to how strong it was, but that one smelled too—so I suspect it may have been an odor from feather pillows. This was my first time being bothered by pillow odor at a Hotel—maybe it was just me? Also, the blackout curtains weren’t very effective; morning sunlight made the Room bright early on and woke me up sooner than expected. Be especially careful with Rooms that have windows above your head. Other than that, although compact, this is a new and very convenient Hotel—so I recommend it for anyone looking for somewhere close to Toranomon Hills or Shimbashi. By the way, nearby Toranomon Hills has restaurants and cafes serving breakfast from around 7:00 AM (approx.), which is also recommended for a relaxed morning.

I stayed in a twin Room, and I wish it had been a bit more spacious. Other than that, I was able to spend my time comfortably, so it was good.

We stayed here for a ski trip. The Facility itself is old, but it is well cleaned for its age, and the Room was comfortable with no unpleasant odors. We appreciated the complimentary coffee, black tea, and green tea. The Ryokan staff were very friendly, while keeping a respectful distance without being intrusive, which made us feel very at ease. The only downside was that the bath temperature was a bit low at 40°C. There isn’t any excessive service, but the thoughtful amenities you’d be happy to have are naturally provided—overall, it’s a very comfortable Ryokan. We would definitely like to stay again next season.

The room has a traditional style, but the tatami room was surprisingly comfortable to stay in.

The Room I stayed in this time was very nice and relaxing, allowing me to spend my time leisurely. The spacious bath was just right for me, as I like it a bit hot, and it was very soothing. I look forward to staying again.

Stayed for one night on 2/23-24. The children were excited by the snowy scenery, which is different from Tokyo. The meals were delicious, and we could see fireworks from the Room, making it a wonderful memory. I couldn't use the large public bath because of my tattoo. There is also a bath in the Room, so it was not a problem. There was no razor among the amenities, so I took one from the large public bath. The futon was thin and uncomfortable for those who usually sleep in beds. The biggest issue was that many cars couldn't climb up the icy slope at the entrance of the parking lot even with snow tires; ours was one of them. If that area had been cleared of snow, there would have been no complaints. Since my children want to visit again, we will continue to use this place in the future.

It was a little off Route 58, not noisy, and the Facility was clean and nice.

Stayed for 2 nights for sightseeing. Although there was a bit of confusion during check-in, it went smoothly, and check-out was just as easy with either a tap or code input. It felt like being at home, with the ability to cook and access to both a washing machine and dryer, which was great. A minor inconvenience was the lack of seasonings and the poor water flow when using hot water for washing dishes. We enjoyed marine leisure activities, and having an outdoor faucet with water storage for cleaning was very helpful. Overall, it was excellent, and I will make a Reservation again if I visit in the future.

I stayed here for a night out with friends. The Hotel was clean, and it was great to have a large public bath. It’s close to the station and very convenient, with izakayas, a supermarket, and convenience stores nearby. We stayed as two people, but the Room initially had amenities for only one person. However, they addressed it right away, which was appreciated. I would like to stay again.

Stayed for the Yamame trout and wild boar dishes. The Yamame was prepared in various ways, but the sashimi was exceptionally delicious! According to the hostess, for sashimi, they prepare live Yamame within an hour before serving. It had a refreshing and firm texture with a rich flavor—truly delightful! The facility shows its age to some extent. However, it seems like the bath has been recently renovated and is very clean. There’s an adorable white cat on-site, so you might get lucky and have a chance to interact with it!

It was my first time visiting Oki Island and trying glamping, and everything exceeded my expectations—it was truly an amazing experience. Enjoying a BBQ while watching the beautiful sunset was unforgettable, with melt-in-your-mouth Oki beef that had a rich flavor, large oysters raised in Oki, and exceptionally delicious onions from the region. In the morning, I woke up to the sound of birds chirping and waves crashing, cherishing the peaceful moment of sipping coffee while watching the sunrise. Although it was my first glamping experience, everything—from inside the tent to water facilities, showers, and toilets—was very clean and convenient. Even as someone who isn’t fond of camping, I found it incredibly comfortable. The staff were always smiling warmly when greeting us but maintained just the right amount of distance for a pleasant stay. Thanks to them, we enjoyed two very relaxing nights here. I would love to visit again!

I had a very comfortable stay. I will definitely use it again when I visit for work.
