I have stayed at many Accommodations across the whole country, and this was by far the best in terms of service. Not only are the Facilities excellent—such as complimentary drinks and a footbath—but above all, I was truly moved by the warm hospitality of the staff. In particular, I will never forget the sincere and attentive service provided by a tall male staff member. Normally, my wife’s stomach gets tired during a Multiple Night Stay, so we chose to stay just one night this time. However, we were told that meal arrangements could be adjusted if we informed them in advance. I regretted not staying longer. Next time, I would love to visit again for about three nights and relax.

It was excellent. The morning after my stay, I had booked marine activities early, so I couldn’t take my time enjoying breakfast, which was truly disappointing and is my only regret. The menu selection was very satisfying. The slippers were also wonderfully plush. If I have the chance to stay in Naha again, I’d like to use this Accommodation.

About a 1.5-hour drive from central Sapporo, it’s the perfect distance to get away from everyday life, relax, and refresh. I have stayed here many times. The Onsen is spacious and very comfortable; above all, the water quality is wonderful, and the outdoor bath temperature is just right. I rated amenities one point lower because it was disappointing that there isn’t a bag for guests to carry towels and other items around. I also rated the Facility one point lower because while you can enjoy freshly brewed coffee from the coffee machine, I would personally be happy if there were cocoa or tea as well. The breakfast buffet is described as a “half buffet,” but there is more than enough variety, and I look forward to breakfast every time. The rice is especially delicious. The front desk staff are always very courteous, which I truly appreciate each time. I will be back again—thank you in advance.

Despite being assisted by international staff, the service was outstanding, with excellent language use and thoughtful attention to detail, and we were very satisfied. The meals were delicious across the board, not only seafood, and we were impressed by the care taken to serve each course at just the right time based on our dining pace. Our 4-year-old grandchild must have been tired and fell asleep during dinner, but you kindly made a bed using chairs beside our table so we could continue our meal without having to take them back to the Room, for which we are truly grateful.

The Room was spacious and comfortable.

Access from Hosui-Susukino was very convenient. All the staff were very pleasant. There was no bathtub, only a shower booth, but it wasn’t a problem at all. It was my first time trying a rain shower. There was no step between the Room and the toilet, so moving back and forth was very smooth and helpful. There were lovely translucent designs at the toilet entrance and on the window curtains, and I took photos of them. I felt the bed was a little high—probably due to its position relative to the wall-mounted TV. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay at this Hotel again.

Second visit There is a welcome drink. The Room is clean. Dinner is delicious. The imoni stew in particular was excellent. This time we had the pork shabu-shabu, but it was not very good. I recommend the Genghis Khan or Yamagata beef Plan. The open-air bath is on the hot side. If you go to the baths at Lucent Takamiya first, you can enjoy it even more. On departure, the staff saw us off as well. We visited Zao three years in a row. We won’t be able to go next year, but we would like to stay again.

The miso soup at breakfast, always generously filled with shijimi clams, is excellent. Thank you. The batteries in the Room lighting remote control were running low, so please replace them.

This was my first stay. I chose it mainly for the location, but the women-only floor was very clean and made my stay comfortable. The ReFa amenities were also great. I would love to stay again when I visit Kagoshima.

We were planning an Onsen trip to celebrate my mother, and it was the first trip for three generations of our family. Since my mother cannot use the large public bath, we looked for a Room with a private open-air bath. Thanks to that, she was able to enjoy the Onsen. The bath in our Room was also fed by Onsen water, and she was very happy. We chose the standard kaiseki meal, but the portions were more than enough—so much that my sons had to give up at both dinner and breakfast. When I requested a cake for my mother’s 88th birthday celebration, they even prepared a red celebratory vest (chanchanko) for her as well, and we truly appreciated their thoughtfulness. The building was clean. The large public bath was small but spotless, and we were very satisfied. In the lobby there was a local sake tasting service, and in the morning there was also coffee service—everything felt very well provided. Our whole family was extremely satisfied. All of the staff were kind, and we had a comfortable stay. It became a wonderful celebratory trip. Thank you very much.

Thank you for taking care of us on our first visit to Ise Grand Shrine. The parking lot was free, spacious, and reassuring, and the Hotel Facility was very clean. The Rooms were divided among six buildings connected by covered walkways—an uncommon style. However, the building I stayed in was close to a wide road, and since my Room was at the very end, I could hear traffic noise until late at night and found it hard to sleep, which was a bit disappointing. I regret not requesting a quieter Room when making the Reservation. That said, the Room was comfortable to stay in, the large public bath was relaxing, and I enjoyed a hearty buffet breakfast (thank you for offering it free for guests), which helped me start my second day at Ise Grand Shrine feeling great. Thank you very much. I’ll stay with you again when visiting the Ise area—next time, please give me a quieter Room (lol).

Both the station and Fisherman’s Wharf are within walking distance, and we had no trouble finding places to eat around the Hotel. The welcome drink lounge on the first floor also offered sake, so we could enjoy local Kushiro brews. Since I have a skin allergy, I was glad they provided POLA shampoo and conditioner that I could use. After checkout, they kindly let us keep our car parked until the Norokko Train arrived at Kushiro Station at 13:05, so we could go out without worry. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here on our way to Osaka, and the lakefront was just a short walk away—our grandchildren were happier than we expected. The adults were also satisfied because the meals were delicious. However, there were only a few washing stations in the large public bath, and we were surprised to see so many people waiting. Perhaps it was because there were many families during summer vacation. It was not something we often see elsewhere.

The staff were very kind, and the beach right in front was beautiful. Since it was my first time, I stayed at a different luxury hotel within the resort the next day. While it had a luxurious feel and was nice, I loved this beach so much that I came back here the following day. The weather was great, and I enjoyed wading into the sea up to my knees—it felt wonderful. Next time, I'll stay at this hotel for a multiple night stay! Having two bedrooms in the room along with a microwave and washing machine was very convenient. The bathtub is only available as an outdoor jacuzzi, so on windy or cold days it might be slightly inconvenient; however, overall my stay was comfortable. I joined the morning walk program where we had perfect weather and even got to enjoy an off-season private experience! The explanations about plants were fascinating, making it both fun and fulfilling. My child kept asking for quizzes repeatedly—thank you for your patience despite causing some trouble! Thank you also for taking us to Alamanda to feed turtles. Although it seemed quiet during off-season with fewer people around, there were surprisingly many children competing over turtle food during feeding time! Unfortunately, adults cannot participate in feeding activities if they go alone since food is not provided for them. This resort is enjoyable even without needing a car; however, having simple meals like rice balls (onigiri), sandwiches or light bento boxes available within the hotel or resort would be fantastic—especially something easy for kids to eat quickly! There are picnic-friendly spots in nearby parks where rice balls would have been perfect... It would be great if such options could be ordered from hotels or made more accessible somehow. Every day now I'm thinking about when I'll get another chance to visit Miyako Island again!

Since we didn’t rent a car this time, we traveled by bus from Hakodate Station, but it was only a 3-minute walk from Tropical Botanical Garden-mae, so it wasn’t inconvenient at all. A friend said the interior and the Room were far better than you’d ever imagine from the exterior. I believe I made a Reservation for the cheapest Room type, but to my surprise we were upgraded to what seemed like one of the best Rooms. It was a wonderful, spacious Room with a very comfortable sofa where we could truly relax. If I have the chance to visit again, I’d like to make a Reservation for the best Type A Room. I was looking forward to enjoying sparkling wine in the lounge, Hakodate milk soft-serve ice cream, and Misuzu Coffee—and they even had watermelon as well, which made me really happy. The soft-serve was unbelievably delicious. I don’t usually drink coffee, but Misuzu Coffee is so good that I decided to have it while in Hakodate. Being able to enjoy it as many times as you like until 10:00 p.m. is much appreciated—though my friend mentioned that in the morning there was only Misuzu Coffee. The bath is available even late at night, which is also very helpful. Even if you fall asleep after dinner and drinks, it’s great to be able to wake up and take a bath during the night. Dinner was an omakase sushi course that included fugu tatsuta-age; between the tuna selections and seasonal sushi, everything was satisfying and enjoyable. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of options—I especially loved the soup curry. Overall, I think this is an excellent Accommodation with courteous front desk staff and a very positive impression. Just one thing: many Hotels these days provide deodorizing sprays, but I’m sensitive to fragrances—so I would prefer not having them in the Room or used during bed-making.

This was my first stay in Yugawara Onsen. The water is quite hot, which I personally like. The dishes were beautifully plated and a delight to look at as well. We were also very grateful to the staff who assisted us during meals—they were always smiling and very attentive. This isn’t specific to this Hotel, but regarding children’s meals: when we choose Child Sharing Existing Bedding and order only the meal, most places serve something like a kids’ set. Even if it’s paid, we would really appreciate having the option to choose just rice and miso soup. Our 2-year-old was kindly provided rice and miso soup free of charge. For our 5-year-old, we felt it wouldn’t be right not to order a meal, so we did—but we would be very thankful if there were options to choose from. I don’t want to end up finishing what my child leaves behind instead of enjoying the wonderful food myself—an admittedly selfish request. The dried horse mackerel at breakfast was absolutely delicious. We look forward to staying again when we visit Yugawara.

This Hotel is conveniently located near the station and is quiet at night. The Room was spacious, and the bathroom and toilet were separate, which was great. If I had to mention one thing, I would have appreciated a shower chair for washing in the bath. Also, I think guests—especially women—would be happy if amenities included skincare items such as facial lotion. Breakfast was buffet-style with a wide variety of ingredients, and it felt luxurious for something free. I was very satisfied. Overall, it’s a wonderful Hotel, and I would like to stay again.

Close to the airport, and we were able to relax in the Onsen. The women in our group really enjoyed the hot stone spa and were very satisfied.

There was a kickboxing match at Korakuen Hall, and since a family member competing was cutting weight, we stayed with No Meals Included. We were a family of four, and there were four beds, so we could relax comfortably with plenty of space. There are plenty of izakayas, supermarkets, and convenience stores around the Hotel, and the station is nearby as well, so it’s very convenient. We were also able to make a Reservation for the Hotel parking lot when booking, which was a big help! We’d love to stay again!
