We stayed to celebrate my mother’s discharge from the hospital. Based on our previous stay, you kindly accommodated our requests and avoided ingredients we cannot eat without us having to mention them this time, and we truly felt your outstanding hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed the Hotel—the view from the balcony, the comfortable Room, and the delicious meals—and my mother was very happy as well. Thank you for celebrating with us. 　I especially love the atmosphere of your pool. I hope you will continue to maintain an environment where it is easy to swim and no one takes prohibited photos. Next time, we would like to visit again around autumn or winter.

From the warm welcome to check-in, breakfast, and check-out, the service was truly pleasant at every moment. They even kept our stay history from four years ago, and I was genuinely impressed when they asked, “Would you like the same morning newspaper as last time?”—such thoughtful attention to detail. I also asked for photos many times, and every staff member kindly took them without hesitation. And the breakfast—what you expect from Brighton—was absolutely delicious and very satisfying! I understand renovations will be starting soon, and I’m truly looking forward to staying again at the newly refreshed Brighton Hotel.

This was my first stay at an all-inclusive Accommodation, and I was truly able to relax both in time and in mind. It was wonderful to enjoy views of the beautiful garden and Matsushima from the Room. The bath was a comfortable size, and it was unusual (and convenient) that it was on an upper floor, so I went in many times. The meals were genuinely delicious just as the Reviews said—I wanted to eat everything—but waiting in line a little helped prevent overeating, and I found it enjoyable to watch everything being prepared while looking forward to it. Above all, I felt that one reason it became such a luxurious experience was that all the staff provided service efficiently, with smiles and a calm sense of ease. The lounge at night also had a lovely atmosphere, and we were able to relax and talk as a couple, which was great. I would love to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

Last summer, after renting a nearby vacation home and visiting Morito Beach, we discovered SCAPES THE SUITE. We made a Reservation because we were drawn to the easy beach access and the property’s atmosphere, and we had been looking forward to our stay. Thanks to you, we were able to enjoy the sea with our family, including our two young daughters. We used the pick-up and drop-off service from Zushi Station, and being greeted by a classic Cedric taxi instantly set a resort mood. We arrived a little early and planned to wait in the lobby, but perhaps because of my IKYU Diamond membership, we were shown to our Room right away. It was the twin “Mandarin Orange.” It felt more spacious than expected, with the Shonan sea right in front of us and Enoshima clearly visible at all times. Due to the weather we only caught a faint glimpse of Mt. Fuji for a moment, but having the ocean always in view was truly soothing. After the concierge kindly showed us around the Room, they helped arrange our one-hour private jacuzzi time (per Room) as well as breakfast time. We were worried about an approaching typhoon, but fortunately it took a course that didn’t affect us much—so we even enjoyed occasional sunshine. Our daughters’ family was able to swim several times, while we grandparents stayed in the Room caring for our 7-month-old grandchild. It was wonderfully relaxing. With children aged three and zero with us, we ate out for dinner; however, the Hotel restaurant also looked very appealing. This time we only had breakfast and lunch here, but next time we would love to try dinner as well. No matter where you look from within this property—the balcony or even from the jacuzzi—the view of the sea never gets old. That scenery itself felt like your greatest hospitality. We also strongly felt how much everyone working there loves Hayama—and loves this Hotel. The pride and care of both the concierge team and those serving at breakfast/the restaurant really came through. We were also delighted by your gift: Genbei’s famous beach sandals. You coordinated sizes and colors for each family member perfectly—our daughters’ family was thrilled. Finally, after receiving an outstanding carrot dressing as well, we headed home feeling refreshed. Not only in summer but in any season, SCAPES is a place where you can truly relax—and we would love to return again. Thank you very much to everyone at the Hotel.

We visited to celebrate my daughter’s 20th birthday. I wanted to surprise her, so I emailed in advance, and they suggested a wonderful Plan—thanks to that, we had an absolutely satisfying trip! We booked the girls’ get-together Plan, so we really appreciated the Shuttle Service. Even better, the driver showed us around Iwata City on the way, which made for such a fun start. The service was outstanding and truly made us happy. When we arrived at our Room, Surprise #1 was waiting—a message on the TV. My daughter was thrilled! Dinner was French cuisine that let the vegetables shine; everything was delicious and deeply impressive. Then came Surprise #2: a dessert plate! It caught my daughter completely off guard and delighted her even more. When we returned to our Room, there was a knock at the door—and a birthday cake (an additional charge, but it felt like great value compared with other places). My daughter expected there might be cake, but she was amazed by how many surprises there were!! Above all, the lush greenery made strolling through the garden a joy. The evening atmosphere with softly lit flames was beautiful—just being there felt calming. Both large public baths were excellent; perhaps thanks to the moor hot spring water, my skin felt wonderfully smooth. We had such a relaxing time. Breakfast was also fantastic—the plate really highlighted fresh vegetables. I was especially moved by the gentle soup and its natural vegetable sweetness. Most of all, the perfectly balanced hospitality and the Hotel’s atmosphere were exceptional! I first learned about GREENITY IWATA after hearing that my favorite artist stayed here last year—and it truly is a wonderful Hotel I’d love to visit again for anniversaries or whenever I want to slow down and reset. Even though we stayed from check-in all the way through check-out, it still didn’t feel like enough time—that’s how amazing our stay was. We would love to come back!

You can fully enjoy a Southern European-style resort. Even without going far, there are relaxing spaces and Facility, along with attentive service—truly wonderful. However, opinions may vary on the overall value for money when meals are taken into account. I would like to stay again.

We stayed here during our trip to Okinawa to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The front desk staff were friendly, and the Room was clean—we were very satisfied. The location is within American Village, which made it easy to enjoy the area. We heard that the Chunichi Dragons were holding their training camp at the stadium next door, and we would have loved to see it if the timing had worked out. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including Okinawan dishes, and it gave us a great start to the day.

I stayed in a garden-side suite with a friend to celebrate my birthday. From check-in, the staff welcomed us warmly, and they had champagne and flowers prepared in the Room, which truly moved me. We also received handwritten birthday cards from many staff members, and I am deeply grateful for their heartfelt hospitality. We relaxed in the club lounge and spa, then took an evening stroll through the illuminated gardens on our way to “Unakiku.” With the enchanting garden views and delicious meal, we were able to enjoy a truly luxurious time. The next morning, we could admire the beautiful Tokyo Sea of Clouds enveloping the gardens from our Room—it was such a wonderful view that made us forget we were in the city. Thanks to all the staff, I was able to spend an unforgettable birthday. I would love to visit again in a different season.

I stayed here while reuniting with an old friend. As soon as I entered the Room, fireworks at Marine Stadium went off, making it feel like a warm welcome. The check-in and guidance were very courteous, and breakfast the next morning was truly delicious. My friend who traveled from far away was also very happy. I will stay here again. I stay here when I have business trips to the Suwa area. It had been a while since my last stay, as I hadn’t had the chance to stay recently. The room was clean and comfortable. I especially like the large public bath, and even on a one-night stay, I used it twice—at night and again the next morning. I’d like to stay here again on my next business trip.

An exceptionally luxurious Hotel. Staying at this Hotel for this price is a great deal! The Room is excellent, and the Japanese breakfast is delicious! I also like that the key isn’t a card key. When I leave the key at the front desk and come back, they call me by name and hand it to me before I even reach the counter—meaning they remember my face. A Hotel I definitely want to stay at again!

The hospitality was excellent. At the front desk, the dining venue, and the reception for the private bath, everyone greeted us with a smile. It was our first stay, and we had a very comfortable time. An ocean view and direct access to a beautiful beach made it easy and fun to enjoy the sea even with our young grandchildren. We truly appreciate that you kindly accommodated changes to ingredients we don’t like. Enjoying a beer on the terrace while looking out at the ocean— this Accommodation was exactly what we chose to soothe our tiredness. We’re so glad we went! Done—we will definitely return. We’ll be back again. The private bath was wonderful! With a slide, our grandchildren were thrilled.

I always stay here when attending a show. Even though it was a morning performance, I was able to store my luggage in a locker, which was very helpful. My friend and I enjoyed a late lunch buffet at Ensemble. The space was spacious, with a wide variety of dishes, and we were very satisfied. Perhaps because it is the Hotel’s 100th anniversary, there were also menu items from the former Takarazuka Hotel, and everything was delicious. The Room is compact, but has a lovely atmosphere and was very comfortable. All of the staff were extremely pleasant and kindly assisted us, which we truly appreciated. I will definitely stay again.

I have stayed here several times. This time, due to my Reservation, I had to change Rooms partway through my stay, but the staff kindly arranged everything to minimize any inconvenience. At the restaurant and in other situations as well, everyone was friendly and welcoming, so I had a very pleasant stay. There were also a pool, festival-style games, quizzes, and other events—my child was absolutely delighted. I also visited the rooftop for the first time this trip; the view was wonderful, and it made for a refreshing morning. Almost nothing to complain about! However, it would be even better if there were an ice machine on each floor.

I fell ill on the day of my stay and had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance, and everyone at the Hotel took great care of me. I later heard from a friend that your response at that time was truly outstanding. Even until checkout, you showed consideration for me in many ways. This stay turned out to be unexpected, but next time I would love to visit again and relax with a hotel staycation. Thank you very much for everything.

This trip also served as a celebration for my grandchild’s birthday. We chose this Hotel because it offers a child-friendly Plan and the Reviews said the food was delicious. We don’t often get the chance to do handheld fireworks, so being able to enjoy the fireworks included in the Plan made my grandchild very happy. For dinner, there was a kids’ buffet corner with a wide variety of options, and there was also a DIY hand-rolled sushi corner. Even my grandchild, who doesn’t usually eat much, happily ate the sushi they made themselves. There were some unique dishes, and overall everything was delicious. The main steak also tasted excellent—just as the Reviews said. The IKYU member–exclusive Eggs Benedict at breakfast was even better than I expected. The Onsen had both hot baths and very hot baths, which felt great. The changing room was also clean. The Room was Japanese-style, but I noticed some stains on the wall and that there wasn’t a sink in the toilet area. Overall, we were satisfied with this Hotel. All of the staff we met greeted us with smiles, making our stay very pleasant. If we have another opportunity, we would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

I stayed for two nights as a solo traveler. The Hotel and my Room were very clean, and I was able to enjoy the Onsen and large public bath comfortably. Although it was all-inclusive, I chose to add a luxurious dinner and breakfast on both nights, and I was truly impressed that the menus were changed each day. The locally sourced ingredients were delicious, and in particular the olive-fed beef was tender and easy to eat even when well done. Even as a solo guest, the staff treated me warmly. The restaurant staff especially spoke with me with genuine smiles, creating a relaxed atmosphere that left me with wonderful memories of my trip. Thank you very much. The lounge I used after dinner was also very spacious with a great ambiance, and I was surprised by the wide variety of drinks available. They even served udon as a late-night snack, which really gave me a taste of Kagawa. I sincerely appreciate everyone’s warm hospitality. This is a Hotel I would love to stay at again when I visit Kagawa.

I will never forget that you provided warm snacks when food was scarce, and that you helped heat the food we brought with us. Also, even though the elevator was out of service, you helped carry our heavy luggage down from the 11th floor, which was a tremendous help. I am deeply grateful for your thoughtful care and consideration. I imagine aftershocks and daily inconveniences may still be continuing. I was able to enjoy an extraordinary getaway at this quiet mountain Resort Hotel, with a soothing atmosphere and magnificent views of Mt. Asama. The staff’s warm smiles and consistently professional, top-class hospitality were truly comforting. Dinner while watching Mt. Asama at dusk from the mountaintop was a special experience you can’t find anywhere else. From the spa’s open-air bath, the sky felt vast—I imagined how beautiful the stars must be on a clear night—and afterward I cooled down with a soft drink at the poolside bar. The view from the pool over the European-style buildings, courtyard, and Mt. Asama beyond was also outstanding. It was a Resort Hotel where you can enjoy a truly special summer retreat.
