I’ve been wanting to visit in every season since my last stay, but our schedules never lined up, so we ended up returning in July again. The cedar-lined path from the Accommodation to Hakone Shrine felt cool and refreshing even under the strong sun, and we were lucky enough to hear the evening cicadas singing—reminding me once again how wonderful Hakone is. Even during dinner we could occasionally hear them; together with the thoughtfully prepared dishes with elegant seasoning and the recommended sake, it made for a truly luxurious time. The next day, after enjoying a healthy breakfast carefully prepared, we were kindly driven to Motohakone Port. From the deck of the pirate ship, we cruised while looking at Mt. Fuji and fully enjoying the cool breeze. We’ll be back again.

I stayed here as a birthday gift for my sister. We were amazed the moment we entered the Room—not only did you prepare a Room with a view of the five-story pagoda, but you also gifted us sparkling wine to celebrate. My sister was absolutely thrilled. In the lounge, we enjoyed a wide variety of drinks and alcohol, along with visually stunning sweets and carefully crafted dishes. At night, we dined at the rooftop bar while taking in Kyoto’s night views. For breakfast, I chose a conger eel hot pot—something rare for a Hotel breakfast—and truly savored Kyoto’s summer flavors. We were also able to visit Kiyomizu-dera early in the morning when it was quiet and uncrowded, which made us very happy. It seems it became a wonderful memory for my sister as well. Thank you very much for taking so many photos for us.

The French cuisine here is delicious. The meat is especially tender and melts in your mouth. According to the sommelier, they put a great deal of effort into their meat dishes. The sommelier’s sense of humor made the experience even more enjoyable. I was able to buy butter from Oratche Farm! I’d be happy to see you again.

Although I checked in late at night, thank you for your prompt and efficient assistance at the front desk. I’m still not used to the rain shower, but it was part of the fun. I used the breakfast buffet for the first time the next morning, and every dish was carefully prepared—it really gave me energy to start the day. The staff were all so welcoming with wonderful smiles that it made me smile too. Thank you for a delicious meal. I’ll be sure to stay with you again when I visit Fukuyama. Thank you very much.

I had to change my itinerary and made a last-minute Reservation, but I had a very comfortable stay. Security was excellent: for the free laundry, you get a key from the front desk to enter, and both the washer and dryer can be locked. The women’s bath is unlocked by entering a password, which made me feel very safe. The bath is open for long hours, much more spacious than expected, and both the showers and hair dryers were ReFa—I was thrilled. The welcome drink and cold-brewed tea were also delicious. I would love to stay here again when visiting Nagasaki.

It’s a short walk from the station (bus stop), but I think it’s an easy distance to walk. The Room had everything we needed, and it was wonderful that drinks and light snacks were available until 10:00 pm. The snack cakes were delicious. All the staff were courteous and helpful, so we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

The Room had a great view and was spacious, making our stay very comfortable. We also appreciated being able to relax while enjoying music in the bath, shower, and vanity area. The staff were all very kind and attentive, which we truly appreciated.

Unlimited fun—all free, including karaoke, a hot stone spa, arcade games, and massage chairs. All-you-can-drink alcohol from check-in was very satisfying. The “light” evening snacks were more than enough—an all-you-can-eat spread… I couldn’t eat much myself, but there was even a bartender who made cocktails for us! Breakfast was excellent! Personally, the sweets were a bit too sweet for my taste… In any case, thank you very much to all the staff.

This was my first time staying here. The Room was a comfortable size even for three people, and we could see the sea diagonally across from the window. There is a smoking area on each floor. It was a bit hot outside during the day, but while having a smoke and looking at the mountains, we saw a Taiwanese squirrel dart by, black swallowtails fluttering around, and kites flying in the blue summer sky. Since it’s a retro-style Hotel, it gave us a pleasantly nostalgic feeling. My companion tried the set menu of an enzyme bath and foot reflexology massage and said it felt amazing! The enzyme bath was spacious, and the staff were very polite and kind—it seemed to warm up and relax both body and mind. The atmosphere in the Room is calm as well. Amenities like toothbrushes and toilet paper were properly provided. At night, the corridor outside the guest rooms had an Italian-style vibe—I couldn’t help murmuring, “How lovely!” The whole Hotel isn’t flashy, but it’s clean, quiet, spacious, and relaxing. After checkout we all agreed—“That was really nice.” It became a wonderful memory for us. I’d like to stop by again. Thank you for taking care of us.

When I stayed previously, I didn’t have time because of my flight the next day, so I couldn’t have breakfast at the Hotel. Next time I stay, I will definitely choose a Plan that includes breakfast. The front desk staff and the restaurant staff were all very kind, and the service was excellent. It was a wonderful stay.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. I was very happy to be upgraded to an available Room. Although the weather wasn’t great, I think the view from the balcony is the best at this Hotel. The staff were cheerful, and I had a wonderful stay. I would like to stay again next time.

This Accommodation is highly recommended. The Room was clean and comfortable, and with the fresh greenery of the season, the semi-open-air Onsen was absolutely wonderful. The front desk staff were also very helpful, and we had a pleasant stay. The location and surroundings are excellent. It’s an Accommodation I’d love to visit again. Next time, I plan to choose the largest Room with an open-air bath.

I stayed here to celebrate a friend’s birthday. It was stylish and spotless, and all the staff were very friendly, so I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The amenities were well stocked, so I could stay without bringing anything. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety. The only thing I wished for was tomato juice. I also enjoyed watching planes take off and land from the rooftop terrace. I think the sky and Mt. Fuji would be even clearer from autumn through winter. It’s close to the station, so it’s a great option for early morning flights or late arrivals as well. Having a convenience store right nearby was also very handy. This is a Hotel I’d love to stay at again. Thank you very much.

We were delighted to find plenty of welcome drinks (juice), jelly, and baked sweets waiting in the Room. The Room was clean, and the bathroom smelled wonderful throughout; of course, the hot water also left our skin feeling moisturized. Dinner was excellent in every way—presentation and taste alike. Breakfast offered a wide variety as well. If we had to mention one thing, we would have liked coffee sticks in the Room. This is an Accommodation we would love to return to.

The weather wasn’t great, but the view from the window was wonderful, and I had a comfortable stay. The meals looked beautiful and tasted great, and I really enjoyed them. I was surprised by the afternoon-tea-style presentation. Towels are provided at the Onsen, so you can go without bringing anything. You can wear the samue anywhere in the building, which makes it very relaxing. The samue is comfortable to wear, and it has pockets so you can carry your phone with you.

I was looking for a Room with an open-air bath and in-room dining. About a 45-minute drive from Kanazawa, with a zoo and the mysterious Hanibe Gankutsu-in nearby, it felt like the perfect place for the first night of our 2-night, 3-day trip, so we decided to stay here. First, when we arrived about 10 minutes past check-in time, everyone was waiting outside in this heat, and since we weren’t used to that kind of welcome, we felt truly apologetic (lol). I was surprised by how vast the grounds were—our Room was spacious, and best of all, it had the semi open-air bath I’d been hoping for! Having a dedicated staff member (?) take care of us throughout our stay also made us feel at ease. This time it happened to be my companion’s birthday month… and when I casually mentioned it, they gave us a birthday gift at dinner. On top of that, the proprietress even put on a surprise (no spoilers), which made it such a fun and memorable experience. We heard the meals change daily, so I think even a Multiple Night Stay would be enjoyable. There are also two large public baths that are more than enough to enjoy even without an in-room bath—we were able to relax and unwind. Above all, we really appreciated the warm hospitality from all the staff. In the end everything worked out well, but since it was their birthday month I requested an additional dinner item in advance; however, on the day we were told that if we ordered that menu they would like to serve dinner not in our Room but in another private dining room instead. Since I had been looking forward to in-room dining as well, I would have appreciated being informed at the time of ordering that this might happen. That said, the room they prepared for us was private—and actually it worked out better for messy people like us because we didn’t have to rush around tidying up before dinner—so we were very satisfied. Next time I’m thinking of visiting during my own birthday month so I can experience the proprietress’s surprise again. Thanks to you all, it turned into a wonderful Kanazawa trip. After returning to Japan, I decided to stay near Haneda and made a Reservation here because I had been wanting to stay at Mercure. The Room had stylish interior design, the breakfast was excellent, and the shuttle bus service took me back to Haneda. It was an even more satisfying stay than I expected.

Thank you very much for the wonderful opportunity to stay with you. From the moment I stepped into the Hotel, I was captivated by a space where FAUCHON’s glamorous, refined world blends beautifully with Kyoto’s elegant and tranquil sense of aesthetics. The design throughout the guest rooms and public areas was exquisite in every detail, creating a truly extraordinary experience. I felt that the unique atmosphere—where FAUCHON harmonizes with Kyoto’s traditional culture—is a distinctive charm found only at this Hotel. Unfortunately, I did not have the chance to enjoy dinner this time, but I did have breakfast at the top-floor restaurant. In the morning, as I entered the sophisticated space bathed in brilliant light, a beautiful view of Higashiyama unfolded before me, and I found myself completely absorbed by the stunning scenery. Breakfast enjoyed amid the openness unique to the top floor was exceptional, making my stay in Kyoto even richer and more memorable. The top-floor restaurant is known as a place where guests can enjoy their meal along with spectacular views. I was also deeply impressed by the staff’s attentive and warm hospitality. Through each thoughtful gesture, I could truly feel how much they value their guests, and it made my stay extremely comfortable. This stay was not merely Accommodation, but a special experience of fine cuisine, culture, and high-quality time. When I visit Kyoto again, I would love to stay here once more. It was an unforgettable stay where Parisian elegance and Kyoto’s charm were beautifully in harmony.

This was my second stay. Last time, I stayed in the designated cultural property Room above Koike Tobacco Shop; this time, I stayed in the kura-style Room (No. 103). The high ceilings, spacious layout, and large hinoki bath were wonderful—the fragrance was amazing—and the interior design was superb. With no TV or clock, it truly felt like being in another world, which was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept soundly. Breakfast was delicious—absolutely delicious—and all the staff were very courteous and attentive. Thank you very much. The dreamlike time passed in the blink of an eye. Next time as well, I would love to stay in a kura-style Room—preferably No. 102. Please keep NIPPONIA just as it is, and I look forward to visiting again. P.S. I bought Takayamaen’s tea right away. The barley tea with grapes is delicious, and I also purchased many other kinds of tea. I even became friendly with the shop owner lol. It was a fun trip with lots of new discoveries. Thank you for the Diamond Member gift! It made me so happy—it felt wonderfully substantial too.

We stayed as a group of five with our daughter and son-in-law and our 5-month-old grandchild. It was our grandchild’s very first trip and their first Onsen experience. As it was a weekday, we were upgraded to the highest-grade Room, which made our stay extremely comfortable with no inconveniences at all. The attendant who looked after us seemed relatively new, but provided courteous service with care in every detail. The private open-air bath was wonderful, and we enjoyed delicious meals. The simmered golden eye snapper in particular had a gentle seasoning and was outstanding. It was also our first time trying the mixed breakfast dish, and it was very tasty. The location is close to Atami Ginza and Sun Beach, making it perfect for strolling around and enjoying local food. Thanks to you, it was a truly satisfying trip in every way. Thank you very much.
