We stayed in an 11th-floor sea-side Room. The Hotel is right in front of the ocean, so the view was wonderful, and the sunrise was especially beautiful. Both the panoramic bath and the indoor bath were very relaxing. I also liked that the washing area was in a separate room.\nThe dining area is on the 12th floor, so we enjoyed our meal while looking out toward the mountains. At dinner, the staff offered to take photos for us, which made us happy. The food was delicious, and we were glad there were many Oita specialties. There were sashimi, karaage (Japanese fried chicken), toriten (Oita-style chicken tempura), dango-jiru soup, shiitake curry, sea bream dashi ochazuke, French toast, soft-serve ice cream, and many other tasty dishes.\nThe Room felt clean, and I liked laying out our own futons because it meant no one needed to come into the Room. All of the staff had a great atmosphere as well—overall we were extremely satisfied.

In the quiet flow of time, I spent a truly fulfilling day. Taking a bath while gazing out at the sea from the hilltop was more than just soaking—it felt as if the view itself seeped into my whole body. I also enjoyed breakfast with an ocean view, and it reminded me how rich doing nothing can be. It’s the perfect place to gently step away from everyday life and reset yourself.

Stayed alone on Friday. The renovated Japanese-Western style room was very clean and provided a relaxing stay. Although the room was near the front desk, karaoke room, and kids' room, it was well soundproofed, and once the door was closed, it was perfectly quiet. The large public bath was conveniently close as well. At the dining area, staff members showed thoughtful consideration by arranging seating to ensure privacy whenever possible. The buffet offered an excellent variety of dishes with great flavors, allowing for a calm and satisfying meal experience. Most notably, while many large-scale hotels often have baths where it's unclear if they use Onsen water or regular heated water, this one had authentic Onsen water with a truly pleasant feel. The location is outstanding with breathtaking views of the sea up close—absolutely fantastic! Being a large chain hotel popular among families, I initially wondered how it would be for solo travelers like myself; however, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay thanks to their hospitality. This was my first stay, and I really enjoyed the beautiful views, the clean Room, and the delicious buffet. The paella was especially tasty. Since it was a weekday, the lounge wasn’t crowded, and I was able to enjoy plenty of alcoholic drinks. It was a very satisfying stay. Thank you very much. I would like to stay again.

This was my first stay here (date of visit: August 17), and it far exceeded all expectations—it was a truly wonderful experience. We arrived around 4:00 p.m., and the staff welcomed us with warm smiles. From the moment we arrived, even before check-in, we could already feel their exceptional hospitality. I was also impressed by their thoughtful attention when they told us “today’s sunset time” as they guided us to our Room. We took a walk along the beach right in front of the Accommodation before sunset, and the pleasant sea breeze made it the perfect refresh. After our walk, we enjoyed the bath in our Room with a view of the beach. The sunset over the Genkai Sea from there was simply breathtaking—an incredibly beautiful panorama that left us speechless! We also bathed at night and again in the morning; spending time surrounded by clear ocean views and soothing wave sounds was pure relaxation at its best. The sushi kaiseki dinner “MURASAKI” was outstanding from start to finish, filled with careful craftsmanship throughout. Every dish showcased seasonal ingredients beautifully—such as lightly seared grunt fish from Genkai, steamed longtooth grouper custard-style, and overnight-dried sweetfish whose charcoal aroma stood out wonderfully. The main course of Saga beef grilled on magnolia leaf with miso, a comparison tasting of three kinds of tuna, and tilefish served with citrus vinegar were all exquisite—and I was completely satisfied all the way through dessert (Karatsu milk and cheese pudding). Breakfast surprised me even more. Beautifully arranged dishes were presented in a two-tiered jubako box; everything tasted amazing, with a level of luxury and quality far beyond what you’d expect from “breakfast.” Thanks to how attentively and kindly the staff checked on us throughout, we started our day feeling truly happy. With its location, spectacular baths with incredible views, superb cuisine, and warm hospitality—all perfectly delivered—this is an exceptional Accommodation. I will definitely return.

This was our first trip to Shikoku by car from the Kanto area. Since my husband loves saunas, we often look for an Accommodation with a private sauna. This one isn’t completely private, but we chose it because the view from the barrel sauna is truly one of a kind. Right up until checkout, we were picking up shells with our child, spotting fish, chasing fast-moving crabs… and we were surprised to even see a ray-like fish. Even though we’re adults, we got way too excited—now that we’re back home, it honestly feels like the Urashima Taro story. For dinner, we had the “Tamatebako” shabu-shabu and added the optional sashimi. The photos didn’t show any carbs, but the shabu-shabu came with udon noodles to finish, and the portions were more than enough for our family of four. There were two types of meat in two tiers, plus plenty of vegetables—it felt very generous and good value. We couldn’t finish everything at night and had the udon the next morning! Are those breakfast croissants sold anywhere? They were so delicious! To the woman who explained everything in the building: when you showed us to our Room and saw that we’d bought lots of alcohol, you kindly said, “Please go ahead and use the fridge as soon as possible!” That thoughtfulness made me really happy—I wondered if you enjoy drinks too. Needless to say, the scenery was incredible. We were blessed with great weather and spent an unbelievably happy time there. There aren’t pajama-like items provided, so I slept in my sauna poncho—but Nishikawa bedding was very comfortable. It was also convenient to have two hair dryers. A drum-type washer/dryer would be even more convenient someday—please consider it (haha). Next time I’d love to book a Multiple Night Stay! Thank you very much for taking care of us.

The sea right in front of us wasn’t too crowded, so we were able to relax and take our time. Breakfast was delicious as well—highly recommended for anyone looking for a laid-back stay.

I visited again for the first time in 10 years. This is an Accommodation I used to visit occasionally in summer since childhood, and over the years I noticed changes with the times—such as the former dining area with live fish tanks and the sushi restaurant being gone, while Rooms with open-air baths have been added. Just as I remembered, the pool where small children can play safely and the wonderful sea—where you can see fish swimming even close to shore—are still there, and we thoroughly enjoyed the crystal-clear water. It’s a fantastic environment for a family summer trip. The nighttime Tsunoshima tour was also memorable; the guide’s explanations were detailed and very interesting. Highly recommended.

I stayed here last June and again on my birthday, March 3 this year. The hotel is always clean, and the front desk staff are consistently kind and pleasant. I’ve stayed many times, and I always have a comfortable stay and leave feeling great. Whenever I visit Marugame, this is where I stay. I will stay again. Thank you very much.

I came to a live concert with my daughter, and on the last day we stayed at Manyo Club Minatomirai. It’s an Accommodation we always stay at whenever we visit Yokohama. This time it was also my daughter’s birthday, so we chose the Girls’ Trip Plan, which included dinner. We had a 2-hour seat Reservation and enjoyed our meal while taking in the night view of the Ferris wheel and more. The staff member who looked after us was very easy to talk to and provided attentive, thoughtful service. Every dish was delicious, and the sea bream carpaccio was especially tender and tasty. Since it was a Girls’ Trip Plan, the vegetable shabu-shabu was great too! We had a wonderful time chatting over delicious food with a beautiful view. I had pre-booked a surprise birthday cake in advance; the chef made it for us, and our staff member even sang “Happy Birthday.” My 26-year-old daughter got to blow out candles for the first time in ages! Thanks to everyone at the restaurant, the surprise was a success. We had such a lovely time—thank you to everyone at Manyo-an. It’s also great that you can go to the Onsen empty-handed. I also like that you can choose your yukata—I pick a different one every time. As someone who enjoys sauna sessions, both the sauna and Onsen were excellent. The sauna temperature is on the higher side—perfect!! I felt completely refreshed on the outdoor relaxation beds. I lost track of time and stayed in the Onsen for two hours. The rooftop footbath has different views at night and in the morning—both are wonderful. At night, especially, the Ferris wheel looks amazing. My daughter and I enjoyed it for about 30 minutes while chatting. Breakfast has so many options that it’s hard to choose. I’m happy you can select grilled items as well—and you can even have sushi or hot pot from early morning. Since it’s buffet-style, staff quickly refilled items that were running low. Everything tasted great. However, depending on timing there were people who couldn’t find seats; it gets especially crowded after 8:00. The coin laundry is close to our Room, and being able to wash and dry everything for 500 yen in two hours was very convenient. I started it before going to the Onsen and picked it up before returning to my Room afterward. At another Hotel there was a washer inside the changing area—I thought that setup would be nice too. It’s also conveniently located near CupNoodles Museum Yokohama (Cup Noodles Museum), Hammerhead (Yokohama Hammerhead), Cosmo World (Yokohama Cosmo World), Landmark Tower (Yokohama Landmark Tower), and more. We truly had an extremely comfortable stay this time. When we come back to Yokohama again, we will stay here. Thank you very much to all of your staff members.

Thank you very much for your courteous email support even before our stay. Since we used self check-in and check-out, we were unable to thank the Hotel staff in person. We stayed here on a family trip. It had always been my dream to relax at the Hotel and enjoy fireworks while chatting casually with my family, and that dream came true. Now that our children are grown, I wonder how many more summers like this we will be able to spend together. The Atami Fireworks Festival we watched from Hotel Harvest Atami, the delicious buffet, the bath with a wonderful view—these have become precious memories for us. Thank you very much.

I stayed for one night while sightseeing in Otaru. The Hotel has great access to the main street, and there is a convenience store right next door, which was very convenient. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, all delicious—I was almost disappointed that I couldn’t finish everything. Since the Hotel is new, it was clean overall, but it was a bit disappointing to find mold around the Room’s plumbing areas (such as the base of the sink faucet and the corners of the bathtub). That said, the staff were courteous and helpful, and I had a comfortable stay. I would like to stay here again when I visit Otaru.

Both dinner and breakfast were very satisfying. Dinner was a set course meal, with excellent seasoning and generous portions. Breakfast was buffet-style. The grilled red fish was delicious. Personally, I felt the salad bar selection was a bit limited. Overall, I was very satisfied.

We made another wonderful summer memory. The service, the cleanliness of the Facility, and the meals were all excellent. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

My family stayed in the Premium Ocean View Room. The renovated Room was very comfortable, and the bench seating by the window was especially convenient. The live squid we were looking forward to was served as frozen squid due to the weather, but it was still delicious and we were fully satisfied and stuffed. It was a shame that the water in the large public bath was lukewarm, but overall our satisfaction level was high. The location is not easy to reach by public transportation, but if you transfer buses well you can get right to the front of the Ryokan (on the way back, we walked to Yobuko Port).

Whenever I’m worn out from work and need to unwind, I always come here. This time again, I got a little too eager and arrived early, but they told me the Room was ready, so it was fine, and they let me check in early. Upgrading the meal plan this time was the right choice. Everything was delicious. I felt refreshed and regained my energy. I’ll visit again when I’m tired.

Murakami Seiba Onsen, where we stayed this time, was a wonderful Onsen Accommodation that lets you fully enjoy breathtaking views of the Sea of Japan. What impressed me most was the sunset sinking into the Sea of Japan. As the colors of the sky and sea changed moment by moment, the sun slowly setting beyond the horizon was so beautiful I lost track of time watching it. The Onsen is also one of its biggest highlights. From the large public bath you can take in panoramic views of the Sea of Japan, and soaking at a relaxed pace while listening to the waves felt truly luxurious. The Accommodation is located just steps from the coast, making morning and evening walks a real pleasure. In the evening you can stroll while watching the sunset, and in the morning you can walk along the shore with a refreshing sea breeze—an especially soothing experience that only travel can offer.

The food was outstanding. For dinner, the splendid alfonsino, abalone, and spiny lobster were all delicious, and the portions were more than we could finish. Breakfast was also excellent—the spiny lobster miso soup was especially tasty. The relaxation room offered free ice cream and coffee, as well as electric massage chairs. While the exterior and some common areas were not very clean, the guest rooms and dining area had been renovated.

The amenities and complimentary drinks were well stocked. Although the sea was rough, we could see the torii gate of Oarai Shrine from the window, which was very impressive. (It was a shame we couldn’t see the sunrise due to bad weather.) We also received lots of helpful information about places to eat. There was no large public bath, but we used Oarai Hotel just a short walk away, so it wasn’t inconvenient. The Room was clean and nice as well.

We stayed at Horizon and used the indoor pool and buffet, and everything was excellent. The view from our Room was beautiful, and we were truly moved by the sunrise over the ocean. The location is great, so the views from outside the Room were also stunning, and the interior design of the building was lovely—it was fun taking photos throughout. The Accommodation is spacious, so getting around took a bit of effort, but there were welcome drinks and other events along the way, which made moving around enjoyable. The food was delicious, with a great selection of kids’ options as well, so our whole family had a wonderful time.
