The staff’s warm and attentive service left a lasting impression on me. The buffet menu and the bread were very delicious. I would love to stay again.

Above all, the location is excellent. The Red Brick Warehouses are just nearby. You can walk to the Mt. Hakodate Ropeway station, and it’s also a quick taxi ride. There is Ramen Ajisai right in front of the entrance. The bath was clean, and the hair dryers included Panasonic and Dyson. We were also able to try out different shampoo and conditioner. After the bath, there were probiotic drinks and ice pops. We enjoyed salmon roe at breakfast and were very satisfied. My husband especially enjoyed the desserts. We’d love to stay again.

I stayed with my two sons, aged 19 and 17. The seafood bowl at breakfast was outstanding. In the evening, we enjoyed bowling and photo booths like when the kids were little. The Room was clean and wonderful. Perhaps because the large public bath uses natural Onsen water, it felt a bit slippery.

I made my first Reservation after watching Joblog’s YouTube channel. It was a pleasant service after check-in. I’m planning to visit again. Thank you very much.

The wide variety of meals made this a truly enjoyable trip. All the staff were courteous and made us feel very welcome. However, I was disappointed that the open-air bath was different from what I expected. I understand it can’t be helped in the women’s bath for privacy reasons, but I would have loved to watch the sunrise while soaking in the tub.

I stayed with my grandchildren, ages 5 and 10. As soon as we parked, a staff member came over and helped us carry our luggage to the Room. The moment we opened the door, we saw a spacious, stylish Room and the pool, and everyone cheered. Before getting into the in-room pool, we went to the lounge and enjoyed some drinks. We had ordered a pizza-making kit, so we had fun making it—and it was so delicious we finished it in seconds! We brought our own ingredients and enjoyed a BBQ. We also used the sauna, then went back to the pool—and even the next morning we jumped straight into another full day of pool time. We even came across a stag beetle, which made it an amazing trip. Since we were traveling with children who tend to run around, we chose the first floor where you can see the pool from the living area. No one was staying on the second floor during our visit, so there were no footsteps like some Reviews mention—it was very comfortable. Having a coffee machine in the Room was fantastic. Everyone agreed that we’d love to stay again.

This was our family’s first trip to Kushimoto. We made a Reservation for an ocean-view Room on a high floor, and we were lucky to have great weather—we even got to see a beautiful sunrise! The Room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and everything felt clean. The yukata fabric was sturdy and not see-through, and it had no odor at all (the highest compliment). I’m sensitive to smells—both unpleasant odors and strong detergent fragrances—so regardless of the Hotel’s grade I usually assume I won’t be able to use them, but this time I used the yukata a lot! Even though we chose an affordable Plan, dinner on the second night and breakfast on the third day were included as well, and we were surprised by the wide variety of dishes. Instead of bottled water in the Room, there was a water dispenser in the elevator hall (with hot water too), which we really appreciated. The bath area and changing room were also spacious, so we could truly relax. Bathing hours started early in the morning and ran late into the night, which gave us plenty of flexibility. We could adjust the air conditioning exactly as we liked—another reason it was such a comfortable stay. The staff members we passed in the hallways greeted us naturally, creating a refreshing atmosphere throughout. If I had to mention one thing: when using the Room slippers, I hesitated slightly wondering if they had been sanitized. At other Mercure properties I’ve stayed at before, this never crossed my mind. Overall, we were extremely satisfied! Thank you very much!

The Room was very clean, and the bed was spacious. There was also a door that could partition the Room. Since some of us wanted to sleep early while others wanted to watch TV, we could close the door when needed. The TV showed how crowded the large public bath was; it said it was crowded, but when we went, the changing area was spacious and there were plenty of washing stations, so it didn’t feel crowded at all. The buffet food was delicious, but it was a bit too crowded and caused congestion. Unlimited alcohol with the welcome drinks is impressive, but I was surprised to learn that drinks were unlimited during meals as well! It’s a Hotel I’d definitely like to visit again.

This was our first stay with our family of four and our Toy Poodle. Some Reviews mentioned that the property is old or has an odor, but once we arrived, we found the staff’s service, the meals, and the Facility to be more than satisfactory. Thank you for taking care of us for three days. Just as the Reviews said, the hospitality was excellent with guests of all ages, and it felt warm and welcoming. Both dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and we were satisfied with the ingredients as well. The optional Sado rock oysters were truly “milk of the sea”! If I had to mention one thing, I would have preferred slightly smaller portions with higher quality. It was our first time in Sado, and it turned into a very satisfying family trip.

I fell asleep in bed while enjoying the night view, and woke up to the calls of several kinds of wild birds—an unforgettable stay. The spacious Room and well-stocked amenities were wonderful. The highlight for me was the French dinner. I was extremely satisfied to have been able to stay at this price, and I would definitely like to come again.

We stayed here because my daughter was competing in a national swimming championship. Unfortunately, a typhoon was approaching, so we couldn’t enjoy the view from the window, but the Accommodation is in a seaside location that seems to offer great scenery. The Room had bunk beds (shoes allowed), a TV, and a refrigerator. Since there is also a toilet and shower, I think it’s fine even for those who don’t like Onsen. Guests can use the Onsen as many times as they like after entering once, which was very helpful. There are also dining options on the premises, making it very convenient. I would like to stay here again when we come to Miyazaki.

I chose this Accommodation because I was planning to stay near Cape Irago for a motorcycle event. As others have written, the food is unquestionably delicious and plentiful. I was especially satisfied with both the quality and quantity of the sashimi. They served many other dishes as well, but I still felt full from the Iekei ramen I had for lunch, so I couldn’t finish the simmered fish or the hot pot—and that was truly disappointing because everything tasted so good. Next time I stay, I think I should skip lunch. Since we were leaving early the next day, I couldn’t eat breakfast, which was a shame, but the rice balls they prepared for us were very tasty—so it made me think breakfast must have been great too... The bath was out of order, so we used a day-use bath at a Hotel about a 10-minute walk away. I was tired and would have preferred using the Accommodation’s bath, but the Hotel’s large public bath felt great as well, so overall it balanced out and I gave 4 stars. I heard our Room would be on the third floor and thought climbing stairs might be tough, but there was an elevator, which was reassuring. The Room being a Japanese-style room felt comfortable for me. The toilet and sink area seemed to have been renovated; they were bright and clean—and of course there was a washlet toilet seat. Since we’re coming from Kyushu, it’s not easy to visit without a motorcycle event, but if there’s another opportunity, I’d like to stay again.

The bathroom, wash area, and futons were all very clean. I was surprised that I slept longer than usual. I also enjoyed using the large public bath—it was very relaxing. There was always someone at the front desk, and the service was excellent. Thank you very much.

The place was clean, and the food was tasty. It was disappointing that we couldn’t use the pool due to thunderstorms, but since Fukui often gets a lot of rain, it couldn’t be helped. For something to do, Matsushima Aquarium is very close by, which is convenient. Nearby Oshima Island also had a wonderfully serene atmosphere.

We stayed here during a trip around the Izu Peninsula. This Accommodation has a nostalgic, retro Showa-era atmosphere, and we recommend booking a Room with an open-air bath. We were able to relax and enjoy the Onsen as many times as we liked.\n\nThe meals were excellent. Since the sea is nearby, we enjoyed delicious fish, spiny lobster, and steamed abalone. The drinks went down easily too, making it a memorable dinner. As someone over 60, I find buffet-style dining—having to go pick up dishes myself—a bit of a hassle, so I really appreciated being served at the table.\n\nIn addition to the bath in the Room, there are three private Onsen baths available for reservation, and we used them all. The spacious open-air bath is especially recommended.\n\nThe staff were kind and courteous as well—highly rated. If we have another chance to visit Nishi-Izu, we would like to stay here again.

We stayed here for my girlfriend’s birthday. Check-in after arrival was quick, and we appreciated being able to enjoy complimentary drinks. The Room also had a small flower gift, and we were able to relax in an ocean-view Room. The meals were delicious as well. She was very happy, so it became a memorable day. Thank you very much.

From the moment we arrived, the subtle scent of incense in the air and the front desk staff’s beaming smiles left a lasting impression. The Room was spacious and spotless, and soaking in the in-room bath with orchid flowers floating on the water while listening to the sound of the waves was pure bliss. The meal began with exquisite sashimi, and we enjoyed being able to savor a variety of dishes little by little. Since we had mentioned that this trip was to celebrate my husband’s retirement, you kindly provided everything—dishes, dessert, and even a commemorative photo on a photo plate—as complimentary services, which truly moved us as a couple. The post-dinner event was also fun, making it a relaxing yet exciting and memorable one-night, two-day stay. Thank you so much to all of your staff.

We stayed here for a marriage proposal. When I contacted the staff in advance about arranging a surprise, they kindly accommodated my request, allowing me to create the ideal proposal. We booked a Plan that included access to the Gold Lounge, and every meal was absolutely delicious. Thoughtful touches were evident throughout our stay, making it the most luxurious and memorable experience of my life.
