The guest lounge was very convenient and great! Tea, coffee, ice, and miso soup were available 24 hours a day for self-service, which was extremely helpful. Also, since it is attached to a roadside station, I was able to have breakfast there as well. I would like to stay here again!

The natural Onsen was very clean, with an alkaline spring quality that felt silky-smooth and wonderfully soothing. I used it three times. Since I could check availability, I was able to enjoy it privately without sharing with others.

Whenever I stay at a Hotel, I usually hear some noise (people talking or mysterious banging), but this time it was almost silent and I ended up sleeping for 12 hours. It was very comfortable, with an ice dispenser essential for hot Amami Oshima, a large public bath, washing machines, and an inexpensive gas station nearby. There’s also an AEON close enough to see but not within walking distance. I stayed in different Rooms on the first and second nights (because they don’t clean after just one night), and they kindly moved the luggage I didn’t need for sightseeing into the Room for my second night. This was a perfect Hotel stay for me after a long time. Please let me stay again!

This was my first time staying here. From check-in, I was welcomed with a wonderful smile, which raised my expectations. The Room was a twin—spotlessly clean! Perfect for relaxing in a spacious setting on my own. The amenities were great, including cleansing oil that women will appreciate. The shampoo also had a lovely scent. I was able to borrow an air purifier and a hair iron for free! The lounge chair was extremely comfortable as well. Since this stay was for enjoying some solo time, I ordered room service at night: a delicious burger and the dessert of the day. I don’t like truffle fries, so I asked to switch to regular fries, and they happily accommodated my request—I really appreciated it. I definitely want to stay again. Next time, I plan to book with breakfast included. Even during the busy checkout period, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently! If there’s one thing I could ask for, it would be an even better experience if there were a late check-out Plan!

Although I live in Kyoto City, I chose this Hotel because I wanted to enjoy an Onsen and a delicious breakfast close by without traveling far. The result was a truly wonderful stay that left me completely satisfied and thinking, “I definitely want to come back!” The cute yet elegant, almost overseas-like atmosphere lifted my spirits the moment I arrived. The door leading to the guest Room floors requires you to tap your Room key card, which felt secure and luxurious. I also enjoyed the organic drip coffee in my Room as a welcome drink, and it instantly made me feel relaxed and happy. As for the Onsen—what a treat! I enjoyed it three times: in the evening, before bed, and again in the morning. I was especially delighted by the complimentary beer service at the spa lounge available with bathing until 6:00 p.m. I drank about half in the lounge and took the rest back to my Room; enjoying it while watching Kyoto’s cityscape shift from dusk into neon-lit night through the window was simply perfect. What impressed me most during this stay was breakfast! When entering the venue, as soon as the receptionist greeted me cheerfully, all of the staff inside welcomed me with “Good morning,” which instantly made me feel excited. Even though I was dining alone, their thoughtful hospitality felt warm, and I remained comfortable throughout. Every dish—Japanese and Western—was truly delicious. From freshly made dashimaki tamago prepared by the chef to Kyoto-style obanzai side dishes and detox water, I enjoyed sampling many different items little by little. Their smart service—quietly clearing empty plates each time I stood up—was also very pleasant, and before I knew it, an hour had passed as I savored breakfast. This may have been one of the most satisfying breakfasts I've ever had. Since checkout is at 11:00 a.m., it was also a great memory being able to visit nearby Rokkakudo Temple after breakfast. This is truly a treasure of a Hotel—easy to reach by public transportation, with high-quality Onsen facilities and an outstanding breakfast that leaves you feeling refreshed. I'd love to recommend it to friends around me, and I'll definitely be back myself! Thank you for such a lovely time.

The Okinawa Fair and the tuna carving show were amazing! This was our second visit during summer vacation, and it was so delicious that we’d love for you to hold it again next year. The open-air bath in the Room was also very comfortable, and no matter how many times we visit in a year, we never get tired of it. The warm smiles and attentive hospitality from the proprietress and all the staff are so comforting and relaxing that every time we come, we find ourselves wanting to return again soon. We’ll be back before the end of the year—thank you very much.

This was our first time staying here. I stayed with my wife and our 0-year-old baby. Everything was simply wonderful. I stayed here again this time. The Room is always exceptionally clean, which I really appreciate. I accidentally forgot my facial cleanser, but it was available from the lobby amenities, which was very helpful. I was also happy to find a summer limited-time bath additive. I booked an early check-out Plan, and it was very convenient since it’s just a short walk to the Shinkansen ticket gates. I expect I’ll be traveling to Niigata for a while, so I’d definitely like to stay here again.

This is a spacious corner twin room with panoramic views of the Onomichi Channel and the area around the station. I also appreciated that the floor was not carpet but a well-cleaned wood floor. A lovely touch was the hassaku jelly in the refrigerator for each guest, complete with spoons, and chilled bottled water for everyone as well. The handmade cookies made in collaboration with a local social welfare corporation also left a great impression. These days, even branded city hotels often don’t provide complimentary water, so I truly appreciate this Hotel’s warm hospitality. It was also nice that Accommodation guests receive 10% off at the souvenir shop. Breakfast was excellent too—not only with locally sourced ingredients, but also soft-serve ice cream. From the moment I arrived at Onomichi Station, even the station staff were full of energy, and I could feel how the whole town supports one another and works together to keep things lively. Some shops have closed down, but the shopping street—where retro and modern coexist—is a must-see. Since it was a hot season, it was tough to walk for long periods and I couldn’t see everything I wanted to. I’d love to visit again in a cooler season and stay at the same Hotel at a more relaxed pace.

The staff were exceptionally professional—on par with a five-star Hotel. The cleaning was flawless, the location was excellent, and the price felt almost too low for what we received. While many Hotels are raising Accommodation Fees to cater to international guests, this Hotel truly prioritizes hospitality and service. Thank you very much.

I chose this hotel for its large public bath, and it did not disappoint. The public bath was great, and the Room and bed were spacious; the desk was also generously sized, so I was very satisfied. The amenities are well stocked. It’s close to a subway station, making it very convenient. Having a 7-Eleven on the first floor is also handy and reassuring. I’ve already decided to stay here again next time.

The room lighting can be comfortably adjusted with spotlights, which was great. There are plenty of power outlets, and the long, narrow desk is also convenient. The lounge drinks and breakfast are very well stocked, and access to the streetcar is excellent. There are also many appealing shops nearby, which was a plus.

A long-awaited family trip. The location was perfect, and it was great to enjoy a quick drink with my wife at the bar. It’s within walking distance of both Ginza and Shimbashi, nothing to complain about.

Having lived in Matsumoto for several years, I always choose this Hotel, which is well known locally as the city’s top luxury hotel. Because it is often used for parties by local business and political circles, the clientele is pleasant and the service is consistently high quality. I stayed during the Seiji Ozawa Matsumoto Festival, so many people from the music world were also noticeable. The Facility and Room are not brand-new, but they are clean and well maintained. I also always look forward to using the Shuttle Service to enjoy the Onsen at Hotel Shoho (a sister property). The executive lounge is comfortable as well, offering cake in the afternoon and sake, wine, and snacks after 5:30 p.m. Considering this level of quality, the price is reasonable, so I highly recommend it for its great value.

The Facility was clean, and we had a very comfortable stay. There were convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, which was great. The staff were also courteous and helpful.

I always stay here. Even when I checked in late, the parking guidance was courteous and reassuring. I often arrive tired, but every time I’m surprised by how soundly I sleep. I will stay again.

We were very satisfied with both the Facility and the meals. I used this Accommodation when returning home so as not to burden my elderly parents. Even during the summer vacation period, we were able to stay in 4 Rooms for 4 people for just over JPY 30,000 (Point Discount). Despite the bargain price, my Room was properly cleaned and I had a comfortable stay. There was a solid desk and a couch with just the right height and firmness, plus an outlet and USB power right next to them, making it easy to eat a light meal or get some work done. However, my daughter’s Room had a sweaty smell coming from the air conditioner, so she turned it off and slept while enduring the heat. I was too busy to go check the situation. It also seemed that sports teams were staying there as well, and we could hear voices talking in the hallway. I found it pleasant, but it seemed tough for my daughter. It looks like their Room was next door… The large public bath on the first floor was clean, and my daughter used it twice—at night and in the morning. I was too tired to go. Breakfast was also very satisfying overall, and the serving area was generally kept clean. We took seats by the window at the back, but crumbs and spilled food were left on the rearmost seat area; since there were no cleaning cloths available, my daughter and husband moved to another table. I didn’t notice because I sat closer to the front. For that reason, I reduced one star in my category ratings. Next time I plan to apply for parking earlier as well, and would like to stay here again.

What stood out to me was the service. The best service came from someone who seemed like the manager. At check-in, when I was talking with my companion about how only smoking Rooms were available, he quietly came over and offered to switch us to non-smoking Rooms, and promptly changed both of our reservations. I really appreciated it. The disappointing part was that when I went out from the Hotel and came back several times, I felt ignored completely, which made me feel a bit sad—though some staff did greet me. The Room was very clean, and the bathroom in particular was spotless. The large public bath Onsen was also excellent. It wasn’t very big, but it felt great. Breakfast was a buffet with a good variety, and I ate well.
