I booked a one-night stay with breakfast included. Both the room and the baths were clean, and I was impressed that even though the baths are available 24 hours a day, they were still thoroughly well maintained. I used the open-air bath and the hinoki bath, and they were very relaxing. Skincare items and makeup remover were also provided. Breakfast was delicious as well. Since it’s easy for meals to become unbalanced while traveling, I really appreciated a vegetable-filled breakfast. As my companion’s birthday was during our stay, I requested a celebratory plate, and they prepared a wonderful one for us. The staff were very kind, and it was a pension with truly excellent hospitality. Thanks to staying here, our trip to Nasu became even more satisfying. I’d love to stay again. Thank you very much.

The view from the room is simply spectacular! Suruga Bay, Mt. Fuji, and the night scenery are all breathtaking. I turned off the lights in the room and fully enjoyed the night view. The French dinner was outstanding—every dish was exquisite. Even though I was traveling solo, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. For breakfast, I had a Japanese set meal, which was also excellent. A perfect stay with nothing to complain about—I’d love to come back again.

I stayed for two days, and I was truly impressed by the staff’s kind and attentive service. I have stayed at many Hotels across Japan, but I was once again struck by the meticulous hospitality at Hotel Okura Kyoto. Throughout my stay, their genuine desire to help guests feel as comfortable as possible came through naturally in many situations. During my stay, I dined at the French restaurant on the 17th floor and also used room service; both the food quality and service were impeccable. More than just its Facilities or location, I feel that the staff’s hospitality itself is one of this Hotel’s greatest attractions. It was a Hotel where I would definitely like to stay again.

The hot spring water is gentle and the temperature is just right. As others have mentioned, the private bath is easy to use and absolutely wonderful.\nOur child was thrilled to experience an open-air bath for the first time.\nThe alfonsino (kinmedai) was delicious—we ordered an extra portion and highly recommend it.\nThe service and hospitality were excellent as well!\nAbove all, we were amazed by the value for money—the quality of the meals and the hot spring water at this price in this area is truly highly recommended.

This was my second stay, and the staff provided courteous service. The shuttle service to the station was convenient, the welcome coffee was delicious, the Onsen allowed for a relaxing experience, and the dining area served excellent food. I would love to stay here again when visiting Fuji City.

This was my long-awaited trip to Huis Ten Bosch. I considered staying at one of the official Hotels inside the park, but chose this Hotel for its extensive Facilities, the large number of positive Reviews, and the reassurance of the Okura brand. Even before arriving at the main entrance by car, I was overwhelmed by the sheer scale of the building’s exterior. The stunning stepped atrium from the 1st to 3rd floors also set an exciting tone for a truly luxurious stay. The female bell staff member was exceptionally polite and kind, saying, “We’ll take your luggage up via a separate elevator, so please go ahead to your Room.” When I entered, there was an adorable teddy bear on the table by the window. The message card read, “Happy Birthday,” and since it was my birthday month, it was such a delightful surprise! She also wished me a happy birthday in person, which really moved me. From my Room we could see not only Huis Ten Bosch but also views out to open water—an amazing panorama. It was during the Obon holiday period so there must have been many guests staying, yet thanks to how spacious the Hotel is overall, it never felt crowded. Above all else, every staff member’s attentive service stood out. I’ve stayed at many Hotels and usually find something to complain about somewhere—but this time there wasn’t a single issue, and I enjoyed every moment in complete comfort. While this is clearly a Hotel designed with visits to Huis Ten Bosch in mind, once you cross the bridge there’s also a JR station (remarkably close to the waterfront), so on day two we took the train and went as far as Sasebo. It’s also very useful as a base for sightseeing in Nagasaki City or Sasebo. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety with plenty of both Japanese and Western options—I ended up eating far too much. This was my first time visiting Nagasaki and Huis Ten Bosch, and it became an unforgettable trip full of wonderful memories. Next time I’d love to stay longer—this truly is an outstanding Hotel. At dusk after arriving at the inn, I noticed one of the rear tires on our rental car was flat. There was no spare tire, and when I called the rental car office, they told me to drive slowly to a service station or similar place and have it repaired. When I asked at the front desk, the owner kindly listened and even arranged a repair through an acquaintance. As a result, it was fixed safely before checkout—and at a friendly price. Car trouble that suddenly strikes in an unfamiliar place can be stressful. For a moment I thought our sightseeing plans for the next day were ruined, but thanks to their help we were able to enjoy our trip as planned. I can’t thank the owner enough. Thank you so much. About the inn: it’s an older building, but it’s very clean and well maintained. There are lovely fresh flowers arranged here and there in the rooms and hallways. We used one of the private open-air baths—the larger corner bath—in the morning. The view was wonderful, and I highly recommend bathing in the morning! Most noteworthy is how excellent the meals were. The Shinshu Premium Beef for dinner had sweet marbling and was absolutely delicious—I strongly recommend choosing the “Luxury Meal Plan” so you can enjoy it! The sashimi included Shinshu salmon and char (iwana). Both dinner and breakfast featured many delicious local specialties. Thank you for such wonderful meals. We chose this inn somewhat casually for sightseeing in Obuse, but it became a truly great memory. Thank you very much.

We visited during summer vacation with our child and our 15-year-old Toy Poodle. We’ve stayed at various pet-friendly hotels, but this one offered excellent value and was very comfortable. The building is a bit old, but it’s well maintained, and the owner couple’s hospitality was attentive without being intrusive. Our dog played a lot in the dog run and got so excited about the roast beef dinner that, despite being a senior, he ate about 80% of it. Of course, the meals for humans were also carefully prepared—generous portions and delicious. Is it really okay to offer all this at this price…? Thank you so much! We’d love to come again.

This was our fifth stay in two consecutive years (we also visited 12 and 25 years ago, haha). The Room was clean, the meals were delicious, and we especially enjoyed the extra-ordered red ika somen. We also loved the welcome chestnut steamed yokan. We had one from a famous confectionery in Kyoto the day before, but this one suited our taste better. We bought some at the shop on our way home. Thank you very much for upgrading our Room as well. As we were leaving, the proprietress kindly said, “Please come again,” so we hope to visit again next year. Thank you very much.

I stayed here twice, in May and September. All of the staff were very friendly, and the room was spacious and clean. My favorite part is the breakfast. It’s delicious, and I always end up having an extra serving of rice. I would definitely like to stay here again.

All the staff had a calm demeanor and provided pleasant service. The Facility and amenities are kept to the bare minimum, which may feel a bit lacking. Various wild birds came to the trees in the garden, delighting both the eyes and ears. Dake Onsen left a great impression—the Onsen town itself is compact, bright, open, and well maintained.

I stayed for two nights with my daughter with breakfast included. First of all, the Hotel was clean, and the staff had a great, welcoming atmosphere. The drink bar, one complimentary alcoholic welcome drink, and the fun service of making and eating takoyaki ochazuke yourself were also a nice touch. From the Room, Tsutenkaku looked absolutely beautiful, but the Room felt smaller than I expected—you can’t really open two suitcases. The shower water pressure was strong, and it was easy to adjust the temperature. Amenities: towels are exchanged upon request, and you can take as many loungewear sets and toothbrushes as you need from the lobby. There was also a hair iron in the Room, which was very helpful for women. It was also great to have a coin laundry on the first floor. Everything at the breakfast buffet was delicious; I just wish there had been kushikatsu on the second day’s menu. It was also very helpful that they could store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Osaka.

About a 3-minute walk from Sakae Exit 1, with great access and a convenience store on the first floor, making it very convenient. The front desk staff are welcoming and hospitable. The housekeeping staff also greet you when you pass them, which makes for a pleasant stay. It’s not a new Hotel, but you can feel the team’s effort and pride, and I’m always satisfied. Thank you.

We had a very comfortable stay. The Room we stayed in was the Comfort Extra Twin. Within its compact size, it features a bathroom with a washing area, a separate toilet, and a washbasin. Shoes are not allowed on the floor inside the Room. It was perfect for those who don’t need a large, luxurious Room and want to keep costs down, but still want to relax in the bath and use the toilet without feeling self-conscious. One small note: since there is only a curtain separating the beds from the washbasin area (i.e., the changing space), some guests may find it bothersome. For us, as a family traveling with small children, it didn’t bother us at all. Other nice perks included borrowing manga to read, an on-site coin laundry, welcome drinks, and good value benefits.

This was our first trip to Nagasaki for two nights, and it happened to coincide with our two dogs’ 3rd birthday, so we stayed at Villa Morocco. The moment we stepped inside, a wonderful, extraordinary atmosphere opened up before us. With carefully selected furnishings and appliances throughout—plus a washer and dryer, a popular high-end facial device, well-stocked amenities, cooking tools, and even lots of dog costume items—it was the first Accommodation we’ve ever stayed at that had absolutely everything so perfectly prepared. The bed was very spacious and comfortable, and combined with the quiet location, we slept soundly. There are many large shopping complexes nearby as well, which made it very convenient. Honestly, two nights just wasn’t enough (lol)! We’d love to stay again. Highly recommended!

I stayed here while attending a sports event at Aichi International Arena. The Room was clean, reasonably spacious, and comfortable. At first, it felt a bit unusual to have the sink set up right in front of the bed, but it turned out to be convenient. This time I chose a Plan without breakfast due to my schedule, but next time I’d like to stay with breakfast included. Great value for money and a Hotel I’d recommend!

The location was great, and we had a very comfortable stay. The complimentary drinks at the 1F café were excellent. Unlike a typical breakfast, every dish was delicious—we were pleasantly surprised. The only thing we noticed was that the Room felt a bit small, but everything else was perfect. We would love to stay again on our next trip.

I stayed here on my first solo trip after turning fifty. Although I didn’t stay long, everything was thoughtfully taken care of and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet after a walk to Nanzen-ji Temple was especially wonderful. Thank you very much.
