Both my parents and my children said, “It was great.” Every year, we stay overnight at an Onsen area in Yunogo when we visit our family grave, and this time we stayed at Miharu-kaku. The staff, the food, and the Onsen were all perfect. We would love to stay again next year.

Once again, from the Reservation stage onward, your courteous and kind service was outstanding. The Room, Onsen, and meals were all excellent, but above all, the staff’s hospitality is wonderful and makes me glad I come every time. In particular, the staff member who assists us in the private dining room is always exceptional. The male staff members on our previous visits were also excellent, and this time the female staff member was just as wonderful—her explanations were easy to understand, and her attentive service made it a pleasure to enjoy a delicious meal. We will definitely visit again, and we appreciate your continued support. Thank you very much again for this stay.

This was my fourth stay. The Room, meals, and service were all excellent, but above all, the bath was outstanding. Being able to soak while looking out at the sea without worrying about others is truly a luxury. With no fence or partitions around the bath, it feels wonderfully open. I would love to stay again.

I’m truly glad I stayed at Hanaougi. Everyone at the Ryokan, especially our attendant, was wonderful—kind, attentive, and courteous—so we were able to relax and enjoy a very comfortable stay. The food was absolutely delicious, and I also appreciated the careful explanation of each dish. It was memorable to see local Hida/Takayama ingredients and regional cuisine incorporated into the meals, making it a wonderful travel experience. The guest room was spotless and thoughtfully maintained down to the smallest details, with excellent amenities. The open-air bath was outstanding as well, allowing us to spend a slow and luxurious time. I was completely satisfied with everything—hospitality, cuisine, room, and Onsen. You can really feel how much care is put into this Ryokan; it’s a place that made me think, “I definitely want to come back.” Thank you very much.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. The service was courteous, the Room was clean and spacious, and I was able to do laundry. There was also a desk and chair where I could relax with tea. The bath had a Mirable shower, a jacuzzi, and a mist shower that felt wonderful. I only ordered breakfast in the morning, and the bread was delicious.

We stayed here for an anniversary trip. The Room was bright and pleasant, making it a very comfortable space. From the warm welcome to our departure, all the staff provided consistently thoughtful and attentive service throughout our stay, and we were impressed from start to finish. The Onsen was wonderful as well, and we enjoyed it many times. It left both our skin and hair feeling cared for and silky smooth. The meals—and the way they were served—were outstanding, and everything tasted exceptional. The tableware was beautiful too; we couldn’t help but feel the chef’s dedication in every detail. We stayed here hoping to relax as a family of four with our two adult children. From the warm welcome in the parking lot to the welcome drink and escort to our Room, we were treated with outstanding hospitality. Every detail—from the entrance hall and corridors to the Room interior—showed great care and exceeded what we had seen on the website in advance. The large public bath is not huge, but since the number of guests is limited, it was more than sufficient. We also enjoyed being able to soak in Onsen anytime in the bath in our Room, which was wonderful for our family. The meals reflected the chef’s dedication (he is from Shiga Prefecture), and every dish was a delight for both the eyes and the palate. We also appreciated having time to unwind as a family in the lounge with drinks, making this a trip that left all of us completely satisfied. What we recommend most about this Accommodation is that every staff member provides genuinely pleasant service. In addition to taking care of what we needed, they entertained us with friendly, witty conversation. This is an Accommodation we would love to visit again and again as a couple or with family. Although this is a historic Onsen Ryokan, the property is impeccably maintained throughout, and we felt thoughtful attention to detail and quality in every corner. Our family of four enjoyed a truly wonderful stay with dinner and breakfast included. Above all, the Room was fantastic! It was very spacious, with plenty of room for each of us to relax comfortably, while also being perfect for gathering together as a family to chat and enjoy tea and sweets. The in-room beverages were also well stocked—the coffee and tea were excellent—and of course the private open-air bath in the guest room was amazing. We had both dinner and breakfast in a private dining room. The staff member who took care of us was highly professional and kind; everything from the timing of each course to the explanations of every dish and overall service was flawless, allowing us to enjoy our meals comfortably from start to finish. And finally, the greatest highlight here is definitely the Onsen! There are many different types of baths on site—so many that we seriously discussed “the best order” to try them all (laughs)! We were so busy enjoying the Onsen that we didn’t have time to relax with drinks in the lounge. That just gives us an excuse to come back. In short, our family of four thoroughly enjoyed this stay with dinner and breakfast included. The Room, cuisine, service, and Onsen—all exceeded our expectations. This Accommodation comes highly recommended for anyone who loves hot springs or wants a relaxing time at an Onsen Ryokan. We would love to stay again!

I think this Hotel will satisfy a wide range of guests, from families with children to older travelers. There are outdoor activities, and inside the Hotel you can enjoy a traditional snack corner, table tennis, karaoke, bowling (it’s old and may not be operating), a pool, a manga corner, and a game corner (probably for younger kids). There may be even more. The meals are luxurious every time. It makes you want to come back. This was my second stay, and I’d love to visit again! The Hotel is also close to Lucky Pierrot and downtown Hakodate, so the location is great.

On my way back from a business trip to Tokyo, I planned a visit to Nikko Toshogu Shrine, which I had long wanted to see. I stayed one night at an Accommodation in Kinugawa Onsen. I chose it after searching with conditions such as having an in-Room Onsen bath and being reasonably priced. The lobby was well maintained, and the hallways were very clean as well. Our Room had an Onsen bath and two separate rooms, so my wife went to the large public bath while I enjoyed the in-Room bath. The meals were very delicious, and the portions were just right—slightly on the generous side. It was a quiet Accommodation where I could relax in the Onsen, which was wonderful. Many of the staff seemed to be from overseas, but everyone was polite and courteous. One thing that concerned me was that when I opened the window by the in-Room bath, there were quite a few spider webs. Also, insects gathered on the window at night so we couldn’t open it; I thought that if there had been a screen door or similar, we could have opened it. If I have another chance to visit nearby, I would like to stay again.

This time, we booked a Multiple Night Stay again in the same guest room we stayed in previously: a garden open-air Onsen bath room (15-tatami main room + 4.5-tatami tea room). For impressions of the Room itself, please refer to my comments from last year. First, I’d like to share how wonderful a Multiple Night Stay is. 1) The cuisine is outstanding. As introduced on the website, the monthly menu is crafted into a course using seasonal ingredients of that month, with careful attention to presentation and tableware. That alone is excellent, but the Multiple Night Stay menus are an even more diverse lineup—an explosion of the head chef’s creativity using seasonal ingredients. Both dinner and breakfast feature menus that are almost entirely different from the monthly offerings. Truly worthy of a master artisan. 2) You can enjoy the open-air Onsen freely. Although it’s an in-room open-air Onsen bath, with only one night your time to enjoy it feels limited. With a Multiple Night Stay—especially on the second day—you have much more time for the open-air Onsen and can fully relax and enjoy it. 3) Perfect for sightseeing in Ikaho. With a Multiple Night Stay you need to leave your Room during cleaning, but if you go sightseeing in Ikaho there’s no issue at all. If you head out toward the stone steps street from Fukuichi’s side, you’ll be right below Ikaho Shrine. The shrine is close by, and from there it’s easy to find your way for a round trip to Kajika Bridge as well. The Ikaho Ropeway is also comfortable to reach—it feels like going slightly downhill from the shrine area—and on your way back you can rejoin the stone steps around the middle and enjoy various shops as you walk back up toward Fukuichi. Next, I’d like to express my gratitude for the wonderful service during our stay. The attendant who served us at dinner on our first night was someone who had also taken care of us during our previous visit. In addition to being surprised with having a Multiple Night Stay menu served on day one, she carefully explained each dish as well as three coordinated alcoholic beverages selected for pairing. I’m truly grateful, and I would love to request her again next time. From breakfast on day two onward, our attendant was also serving as Kayokoro’s sommelier. At dinner on day two, when I asked on the spot for sake that would pair well with large turban shell caught off Ito off Izu Peninsula (Daesazae), he recommended Isojiman—an excellent match for the food. He told me he studied hard and earned his sommelier qualification; very impressive indeed. I was also surprised that his name is almost identical to mine; I hope he continues thriving as Kayokoro’s sommelier. We requested Shuttle Service both ways this time, and both drivers provided calm driving along with courteous assistance when getting in and out of the vehicle—thank you very much. After checkout as well, thank you sincerely to staff who continued carrying our heavy luggage and guided us on our way out. This has gotten long, but our Multiple Night Stay at Kayokoro was simply superb—we definitely want another Multiple Night Stay next time too.

We stayed for two nights to explore around Naha City. It was convenient to take the bus from the stop right in front of the Hotel to the outlet mall and Kokusai-dori. On the first day, we had dinner at the Hotel; the sirloin steak was tender, and everything was delicious, including the appetizers and dessert. On the second day, we went to the Italian restaurant next door; it had a beautiful sunset view, high-quality food, and a wonderful atmosphere. There is a spacious Onsen, and it was very relaxing to soak in it after getting tired from playing in the pool with our child.

The garden was magnificent. The bath was also an Onsen that warmed us to the core, and the meals were very delicious. We would definitely like to stay again. The cake included with the anniversary Plan was exceptionally good, and enjoying it with the complimentary coffee made for a truly happy time.

We stayed here during a holiday. I have used several Ryokan in Sumoto Onsen before, but this time we had an especially wonderful stay. The private open-air bath let us fully enjoy the ocean view. We were also very grateful for the thoughtful consideration shown to my pregnant wife regarding the meals. Although the property shows some age, I think it is a Ryokan where you can have a truly pleasant stay.

Everything—from the Facility and hospitality to the dining—exceeded our expectations, and it was a stay that our whole family genuinely enjoyed. Our child liked it so much they said, “I want to come again,” and we felt it is a Hotel that’s perfect for a family trip. This time we stayed for one night and two days because we were also staying at another Hotel, but considering the well-equipped Facility and services, I think a Multiple Night Stay would let you appreciate this Hotel’s appeal even more. Next time, we would definitely like to stay for multiple nights. [Club Lounge] The staff at check-in were extremely courteous, and we were able to enjoy sweets and drinks while completing the procedures. They also prepared coloring sets for each child in our party, which left a great impression as our child was able to spend the time without getting bored. [Guest Room: Ryukyu Suite / Beach View] The in-room refrigerator was a large model with completely separate fridge and freezer compartments, making it very convenient even for families. The toilet was modern and very clean, so it was comfortable to use. Having an in-room drum-type washer/dryer is especially helpful for longer stays or trips with children. Also, because there is a tatami room, children can relax safely lying down; we felt it’s a guest room where families can truly unwind together. Since it’s on the 3rd floor, the view isn’t quite “breathtaking,” but we had no particular complaints and stayed comfortably. [Dinner: Roy’s] There was an excellent variety of sushi options, and the desserts were plentiful as well—everything was delicious. We were satisfied enough that we definitely want to dine here again next time, and I can strongly recommend it to future guests. [Breakfast: Four Seasons] As part of the club floor benefits, we could make a Reservation at check-in, which helped us avoid crowds and enter smoothly. All dishes were delicious—especially the pancakes. With seating overlooking the ocean and a great atmosphere overall, it made for a wonderful morning. [Large Public Bath] We used it around 9:00 PM. It was crowded inside, but there was always an available washing station. Towels were provided as well, which made everything comfortable. [Facilities & Amenities] While not large, there is an indoor pool; plus activities such as rock-paper-scissors stamp rallies are held too, so children won’t get bored even on rainy days. We spent comfortably everywhere—including the outdoor pool area and the beach. [What Was Disappointing] The club floor benefit “Dolphin Splash” and the suite benefit “Wake-Up Sailing” were fully booked so we couldn’t participate. Although this seems unavoidable since the website states they are first-come-first-served programs as well، I hope improvements can be made so guests are less likely to miss out on these benefits altogether.

I chose this Hotel because I wanted to see Head Chef Takabayashi of Kureto in person. The Room was spacious, with the bath and toilet separated, and both the bathtub and washing area were large, making it very comfortable. For dinner, I dined at Kureto hoping to meet the chef. Every dish was delicious, and the chef came to our table to greet us; we had a wonderful conversation and spent a truly meaningful time. If I come to Kure again, I would love to stay here again.

We had planned to visit Hiramatsu in Okinawa this time, but our flight was canceled due to a typhoon. Although it was a last-minute Reservation made the day before, we quickly changed our plans to Atami. I had stayed in Atami once about eight years ago, and every time I visit, the reason I can enjoy such a comfortable stay is thanks to the wonderful hospitality of all the staff. A staff member who had transferred from Okinawa to Atami said, “It’s a shame about Okinawa this time,” which made me feel relieved and truly happy. The female manager also remembered our conversation from eight years ago. I was feeling a bit down about not being able to go to Okinawa, but the kindness of everyone on the team comforted me, and it became another great trip. I truly felt that Hiramatsu properties across The whole country offer outstanding service and teamwork because the management philosophy is exceptional.

I stayed for one night. The service, meals, and baths were all excellent. There was also a local festival that day, which gave me a special opportunity to experience the surrounding culture. The view from the bath overlooked the harbor and had a wonderful atmosphere, and I was happy there was also a sauna and cold plunge. I also truly appreciated the flexible Shuttle Service, which made my trip much more convenient.

We stayed here for his birthday trip, and everything—from the hospitality and amenities to the views and meals—was truly top-class. We definitely want to come back someday. Thank you for a wonderful time.

I stayed here with my wife for our wedding anniversary. The Room and the in-room bath were very clean, and we were able to relax and enjoy a wonderful time. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious no matter what we tried, and we were truly impressed. All of the staff were kind, and greeted us every time we saw them, so even though it was just a one-night stay, we felt very comfortable throughout. If we have the opportunity, I sincerely hope to stay here again. Thank you very much for providing such a wonderful experience.
